I must ask a very important question!!! What is.... your favorite cookie?
My favourite cookie is definitely a triple chocolate cookie or a selfbaked sandcookie just freshly from the oven (my mom loves them a lot so I tend to bake them for her sometimes).

these protein cookies really FUCK if I say so myself
Tumblr media
200 gr protein powder (I used vanilla milkshake flavour, if you get some other flavour you might wanna add a packet of vanilla sugar) I should add that the result will probably vary depending on the protein powder
75 gr sugar
125 gr butter
1 egg yolk
like a teaspoon of cinnamon or spice of your choice
-mix (with ur hands or with the help of the Machine), then add a tablespoon of water when it's crumbly but somewhat mixed
-continue with your hands and make it into a ball when it's proper dough (these are called 'sandcookies' so it is the goal for them to be quite sand-like but not enough to break apart at this stage)
-put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes after covering with cling film
-preheat the oven to a reasonable temp., somewhere between 175 - 190 degrees CELSIUS
-make the dough into preferred cookie shape and put them in the oven
-mind that you should probably be within 6 feet of the oven for the baking because this does not take long. I think I already had to take them out after about 5-10 minutes. If they're looking brown enough but are still a little soft you might wanna put them outside the oven to cool and harden for a little. it'll do wonders
-voila
