. . . #mojegrne #recepti #recipes #foodblogfeed #receptizadusu #comfortfood #instasrbija #cookies #homemadebaking #holidaycookies #domacikeksici #arhivabloga (у месту Bor, Serbia) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cp5wCIDsxYW/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

One of our favorite projects of the season is baking and decorating sugar cookies. We use the ever-reliable @marthastewart recipe we clipped out in the last century and when it comes to decorating we let our imaginations soar! Which one will Santa 🎅 pick? These gluten-free holiday Christmas cookies are perfect for anyone with gluten sensitivities or allergies. They are made with almond flour, coconut flour, and tapioca flour for a deliciously soft and chewy texture. Packed with dairy-free chocolate chips, pecans, and dried cranberries, these cookies are bursting with festive flavor.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup tapioca flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional. 1/4 cup dried cranberries optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and salt. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips, pecans, and dried cranberries, if using. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Delicate and melt-in-your-mouth, these whipped shortbread cookies are a holiday favorite. Their light and buttery texture makes them irresistible!
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cornstarch. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Prepare the oven by heating it up to 300F 150C. Put the softened butter in a bowl and beat it until it is smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar slowly to the butter and beat it until it is light and fluffy. In a different bowl, sift the all-purpose flour and cornstarch together. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well until everything is well mixed. Add the vanilla extract and mix it in until the dough is smooth. Put the dough into a piping bag that has a star tip on it. You can pipe the dough onto baking sheets that haven't been greased in any shape you want. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Once the whipped shortbread cookies are cool, put them in a container that won't let air in.

These holiday cookies are a Bake or Break favorite. They are soft, chewy, and chock-full of chocolate chips, making them the ideal treat for special occasions.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step. Put the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a different bowl. Mix well as you slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones. Add the chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using and mix them into the dough until they are spread out evenly. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets that have not been greased. For 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden, bake. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way. Have fun with your tasty holiday cookies!

Pecan Snowballs, also known as Russian Tea Cakes or Mexican Wedding Cookies, are delightful nutty cookies covered in powdered sugar. They melt in your mouth and are perfect for holiday or anytime treats.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup finely chopped pecans. Powdered sugar, for rolling.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 325F 165C. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until well combined. Fold in the finely chopped pecans. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes, or until the cookies are set but not browned. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. While the cookies are still slightly warm, roll them in powdered sugar until coated. Place the powdered sugar-coated cookies on a wire rack to cool completely. Once completely cooled, roll the cookies in powdered sugar once again for an extra coating. Store the Pecan Snowballs in an airtight container. Enjoy these delicious and nutty treats!
