hello ! 💌 this is such a lovely question, and I'll definitely try to help - it might be bit of a let-down though, as in my day-to-day life i'm extremely committed to the 'stocks & docs lifestyle 😭 these are the three pairs that i wear in rotation when dressing casually:

however, a few months ago i bought a cheap pair of clogs / mules (on the left) to see of i'd actually wear them - turns out they're great, and i'm going to upgrade them to a pair of (again, birkenstock 😭) boston clogs when i get paid:

also, quite excitingly (to me at least) i've recently been making forays into trainers / sneakers - i bought this pair (secondhand) that i'm waiting to arrive. i'm very into scandinavian street fashion, and i thought these would fit that and also be very comfortable and practical:

i'm interested in investing in some blundstone boots before winter, too !

Every time I go to buy new shoes I find out New Balance discontinued the shoe like a year ago. So I gotta find a NB store to go in and try some shoes, I guess.

i conditioned my docs + tried stretching them w paper for a few days and now theyre easier to wear for long periods of time so im just gonna keep wearing them til either my feet or the shoe changes shape

I had so much fun dressing up at pride that now I'm super tempted to buy another expensive pair of chunky boots but in black so I can wear them for more casual looks, but I also just bought two new pairs of regular shoes and I really don't go out enough to justify buying a fourth pair of shoes in 6 months

girl math: i was gonna buy the $40 camera film and the $70 shoes but now mama is buying me film so the shoes are basically $30 which is basically $20 which is basically nothing!

i should absolutely buy those shoes now even tho i have meticulously budgeted july and there wasn’t money for film or shoes in the first place!
