nobody even gets koncassie like they exist in my rich inner world. theyre gay/lesbian solidarity. when they dated they just didn't know that. it was never romantic. but they still felt like a kind of haven to each other - they were safe for each other. kon, with all the trauma of being groomed twice over, felt safe with cassie, his friend, his peer, his equal. cassie, under all the pressure of public scrutiny and constantly feeling like she failed to measure up to the wonder girl legacy, was safe with someone who saw her trying to force herself to present super feminine and conform and told her no, you don't need to do that. not for me. i've always thought you're beautiful. like. in a world where they were both in the public eye and crumbling under the pressure, they were each other's sanctuary. like, even if they didn't understand that they weren't actually into each other, the love was so real. do you guys even get it????

I like how Violet is so used to having dramatic ass children that Francesca marrying with no drama was too odd to her lmao. And thinking about how her story will unfold is actually kinda hilarious because it's gonna be like:

i woke up and i saw the photos of people invading jack’s wedding rehearsal dinner and it’s seriously so disrespectful and creepy. people say “swifties invaded jack’s wedding” but those people are not swifties, they’re freaks who don’t respect taylor at all as they’re okay with invading her and her friends’ privacy like this and who are there just so they can post a tiktok and get attention. no actual swiftie would have been there because what makes someone a true fan is not how long have they known her or how many times they’ve seen her live, what matters is that you love taylor and that you respect her !!! not only as an artist but also as a human being, and that is, not to invade her privacy like that and to treat her like an actual person rather than some trophy or object

sure she’s a celebrity and people want to meet her and take pictures with her, we know that, but the way to do that is by attending actual events she organizes with the purpose of meeting fans and not crowding her studio whenever she’s in there or interrupting a literal wedding rehearsal (a private event!!!) just so you can see her sit on a chair or take a 6 second walk to her car

rip to siffrin and loop but I'd get out of the time loops way faster than them and without having to have a complete mental breakdown because I'd tell my party about the loops almost immediately if not immediately and we'd figure it out together as a team

Another thing that's already enchanting me on this very spontaneous C1 re-watch is Vex and Percy and going back to the very beginnings with them. When I watched C1 the first time, I missed so many little things that I notice now. Taliesin was very quiet the first couple of games and Percy is really barely a character for the Kraghammer arc, but already there's this little glint of just this fondness every time Laura addresses him as Vex, which she does comparatively often, even if it's still not much. And of course the arrow thing is ALREADY going on, and in episode 15 he rolls a nat20 on a really cool arrow and she smoches him right on the mouth, and it's not much different than when Scanlan or Vax also randomly kissed Percy out of a spontaneous whim a few episodes earlier; at this point they're not in love or anything, it's just a hint of flirtation, nothing serious at all. And yet there is an affection there that is hard to overlook, even this early in the game; something that they will both come to truly realize much later. I can't wait for the rest of it!
