Happy Monday everyone!!!! For this week's #MondayMuse I am excited to tell a story. Whenever I loan out copies of my books I annotate them first. That way the people who borrow them know it is okay to add their thoughts and feelings in the margins as well. This is one of my many @realiainsthomas books. He's signed 3 of my favorite copies of his books (I own minimum 3 copies of all his books) and slowly but surely this is becoming a new favorite. It's taken on a life of its own that I never expected. It has been read and added to from every house I've lived in since it's release, in each new stage of life since then as well. It started out as just text - but now has illustration, colors, and more memories than poetry or photography on their own would ever know how to convey. I know not everyone feels comfortable writing in books, but if you've never tried this. I think that's the muse this week. Find a book you love. Annotate it. And share it. Every time it comes back the experience is heightened and changed. A time capsule. An ongoing conversation. A piece of artistry. Someday I hope this is how every copy of any book I've crafted will live. What are your muses this week? Review buku "BISNIS NGGAK SE-ANJING ITU, KAWAN!"

Buku ini aku pinjam dari si adek. Suka beli dan ngumpulin buku-buku, di kamar dia banyak tuh buku" keren terpajang, kebiasaan yang baik yaa tapi alangkah lebih baiknya dibaca😁

Jadi ini buku rekomendasi langsung dari si adek setelah aku buka ig pak @mardiguwp dan ngomongin si bapak ini. Tertarik dengan postingannya yang memotivasi dan secara gak langsung memprovokasi untuk kebaikan diri. Tidak hanya itu dipostingannya pun juga kerap melantangkan opini pak Mardigu tentang ekonomi, politik Indonesia dan negara lain. Aku pribadi ga terlalu interest kalo si bapak lagi ngomongin politik jadi aku ambil nasihat, petuah, pengalaman positif, pemikirannya yang waw dari si bapak aja.

Oke lanjut untuk review buku. Ini pertama kalinya aku meriview buku jadi kemungkinan tulisannya agak blepotan hehe mohon dimaklumi. Semoga para pembaca paham apa yang aku review dan tulis.

Pembuka dari buku ini, kenapa beliau katakan "bisnis tidak se anjing itu kawan!"

Kalau kita berbicara tentang bisnis, apapun bentuknya, kehadiran integritas sangatlah penting. Integritas adalah selarasnya hati dengan ucapan dan tindakan. Selarasnya hati dengan ucapan disebut jujur.

Selarasnya ucapan dan tindakan disebut komitmen. Maka integritas adalah gabungan antara kejujuran dan komitmen.

Seseorang yang memiliki integritas biasanya memiliki "power" yang lebih kuat untuk meyakinkan orang lain ia tidak perlu banyak bicara. orang yang berintegritas tinggi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat. Karena yang namanya pengaruh ini adalah inti dari leadership dan salah satu prasyarat mendasar dalam memimpin bisnis.

Kita mungkin melihat sekitar dan ketika ada orang yang berbisnis sukanya menjilat dan berbuat curang maka kalimat "bisnis tidak se anjing itu kawan!" Relevan dengan apa yang ditulis pak Mardigu..

Di buku ini kita bakal dicekokin biar kita lebih punya atitude dalam menjalani kehidupan dengan penuh perjuangan ala pak Mardigu. Sharing pengalaman yang beliau alami terkait bisnis yang dijalankannya sampai sekarang. Recommend buat temen2 yang mau terjun ke dunia bisnis nih.. belajar untuk bermental sebagai bisnisman.

Ngeh banget kan, menjadi manusia paling bermanfaat adalah perjalanan yang panjang.

Dalam Hadist pun menjelaskan “Sebaik-baik manusia adalah yang paling bermanfaat bagi manusia” (HR. Ahmad, ath-Thabrani, ad-Daruqutni. Hadits ini dihasankan oleh al-Albani di dalam Shahihul Jami' no:3289).

Perjalanan panjang yang harus dilalui terutama melawan ego kita sendiri.

Ada juga nih,

Kalo kalian mau kaya bukan sekolah. Tapi kegigihan. Kita bisa tengok para bisnisman seperti Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Bob Sadino mereka rata" tidak melanjutkan sekolahnya. Tapi kegigihan mereka untuk terus maju dan bertumbuh lah yang membuat mereka menjadi seperti sekarang. Jadi kalo kalian mau niru mereka aah aku ga usah sekolah tapi biar jadi kaya dan bisnisman, tapi kegigihan kalian kurang dikit" pasrah, mengeluh, yaudah jalani aja. Hmmm lebih baik jangan bermimpi untuk menjadi seperti mereka deh...

Tirulah kegigihan mereka, mental mereka bukan perjalanan karena mereka putus sekolahnya yaa. Ambil baik" dari pengalaman mereka.

Kurangi dan kurangi ala pak mardigu, kurangi yang negatif tambah yang positif.

Ini kutipan terakhir yang sy share di buku ini yaaa. Jadi semua berawal dari diri kita, yang akan kita bentuk untuk diri kita.

Teruslah bertumbuh, mengambil pengalaman hidup diri kita dan orang lain itu juga perlu. Agar kita bisa paham dan siap untuk pengalaman selanjutnya yang menghampiri kita.
