I love the idea that the Elda (because they are directly descended from the Old World humans) don't really have a concept of homophobia but the Clemar (because of the whole hyper conservative theocratic society thing) do.

So while Strohl is agonizing over their every interaction and catastrophizing over every 'slip up', tormenting himself over his perceived 'monstrous desires' and living in terror that he'll go to far and destroy his friendship with Will and be left with nothing...

Will, who has never really had to deal with concepts like 'repression', 'heteronormativty', or 'internalized homophobia', thinks their already dating and just taking it really really slowly.

Dooo you have any headcanons or thoughts about in Hades, if Zagreus could’ve met Ajax (the greater), how dyou think that would’ve gone? Like what role would Ajax play in the game? And what if he could meet up with Pat and Achilles?

Ahh, what a lovely question. My own interpretation of the Ajax myth is that he died because of grief and because ten years of war was too many. Hades game was about reuniting people, and yeah I think Ajax would want to see Patroclus and Achilles in Elysium, the two deaths that set off his crisis, but I don't know if that would actually heal the wounds he carried with him.

Actually, a good contender would be his son or his brother. Teucer was exiled from Salamis for failing to bring back Ajax's body and arms (he was buried at Troy) and also I think his dad was just angry that Teucer didn't stop Ajax from dying. Eurysaces I can see feeling very abandoned by his father ending his life like that, and with cause. So Zagreus acting as a go-between for the whole family could work. It might have even been a nice parallel to his own father issues.

But honestly, I think Ajax is a strong candidate for immediately drinking as much Lethe as he can.
