So after the hilarious if oddly frustrating event of the sheep marked as porn even with appeal thing, I noticed my messenger has been disabled. And people aren't responding to my tags so I assume that's been disabled as well. My blog is basically about animals, geology, and taxidermy with not even a blip of nudity so it's pretty frustrating to be targeted by tumblr this way. I sent in a email a week ago and haven't had a single response.

Update. I was able to hit reblog on one of their posts from another blog, but when I tried to actually reblog it, I got a "we're sorry, there was an error processing your post"

This also happens if I try to queue, schedule, post privately, or even save it as a draft. The error also pops up occasionally in the editor, seemingly in lieu of the "draft saved" message.

How do you know who blocked you on Tumblr? Is there a way to find out?

There’s several telltale signs.

- First off, if you attempt to reblog a post from a blocker, a message will show saying “This post cannot be reblogged”

- Secondly, if you view a blog that has you blocked in sideview on your dashboard, you’ll get a message saying things like “This Tumblr is cool but empty”, “Posts? Nah”, stuff like that. However, if the blog genuinely has no posts on it at all, this message will still appear, so it’s not a 100% foolproof way of discerning a blog that has you blocked.

- Thirdly, all bloggers that have you blocked have the speech bubble icon that you open to leave comments as shown below outlined in red not visible;

Again, like the second point above, this is not foolproof as blogs that don’t want comments on their posts can disable this function, causing the speech bubble to disappear on their posts like that of posts by bloggers who have you blocked, it doesn’t mean they’ve blocked you.

- Last but not least, if you have XKit’s function to enable timestamps on posts, posts by blogs you’re blocked by will always fail to load the timestamp and indicate as such. However, if the original post a “Failed to load timestamp” indicator is on was deleted, that’s why the timestamp fails to load; It’s seemingly impossible for XKit to discern the time a post was posted that was deleted, so like points two and three, this isn’t a foolproof way of discerning who has you blocked.

At the end of the day, the only way to definitively know if you’re blocked is to attempt to reblog a post and be informed that “This post cannot be reblogged”. That’s definitive proof.

guys it's been almost ten months since this post and i'm afraid puppy's starting to be in pain :( i'm unemployed and only make a little bit of money and it would take me a very long time to save the money; my aunt has said she is willing to help pay for the surgery, but seeing as she has done so much for me and pups already, i would rather not rely on her too much for this too! my older sister suggested asking friends and family to help, so here i am!! i feel sorry to be asking for money, but since it's for puppy :(( i know a lot of u guys love him too so!! if y'all can help even a little i will be so so so grateful <333333 and ofc reblogs are also appreciated 💙💙💙

pups got his shots and annual exam at the vet today and the good news is he the first cavalier (mix) that the vet had ever encountered that did NOT have a heart murmur and even tho he’s gained 2lb in the past year he’s actually at a healthy weight and his old man hips are still plenty flexible; the bad news is that his old man teeth are in bad shape and he needs surgery and possibly extractions preferably within the next 6-8months that would cost $500-$700 :\\ they don’t seem to be painful yet but they most probably will be before he gets much older :\\\

hmm if SJ is the real teacher then when he gets back from the business trip i’d assume Binghe would have already fallen madly in love with substitute! SY and be pretty disappointed at having his old teacher back and start falling behind (perhaps intentionally)…pair that with SY’s allowance still being withheld by his family and you could end up with Binghe begging SY to be his personal at home tutor 🥺

the question is where is Binghe getting the money to pay him (and take him out on expensive dinner/lunch dates using the excuse of needing food to study) from lmao

wait help what if binghe resorts to drug trafficking or something else illegal to get a stupid amount of money fast but then Shizun finds out and reluctantly turns him in to the feds and he gets sentenced to prison for years <- this is the closest i can think of to match the book canon off the top of my head 🤣
