MILESTONE + NEW POLL!

First off, I want to say you guys are AWESOME, the continued support I’ve received over the two years this blog has been up has been absolutely amazing and I appreciate every single one of you, seriously! This has actually been the biggest I’ve ever grown on Tumblr and I really didn’t think this account would go far, so thank you to legit everyone for making this experience so amazing and worthwhile!

Now.. Sentiments aside, I’d like to do a celebration of sorts for this 3000+ milestone, for one, since I know a LOT of you have been asking, I’ll attempt to implement some voice/music channels in the server, I’ll also be adding new pings possibly!

Second, I’m planning to make a yandere drawing with all the boys in an outfit of my follower’s choice! Shortly, I’ll be holding a poll and whichever outfit gets the most votes, that’s what I’ll do! The poll will last for at least 24 hours, so vote while you can! (The poll can be found in the Discord server)

Lastly, I’ll be holding YCH yandere commissions. There will be at least three of them and will likely be first come, first serve. Once I have that finished, I’ll be posting it to Tumblr as soon as possible. Keep an eye out!

As I’ve mentioned before, the protagonist in this AU is an age regressor, and quite young at that. They tend to regress involuntarily, particularly when surrounded by positive or negative triggers, resulting in moments where they enter a childlike headspace. (Their regression age is somewhere around 0-3) 

This involuntary age regression significantly impacts the behavior of the creatures within the facility, leading to a complex array of reactions.

For instance, during encounters with Huggy Wuggy, the protagonist's regression triggers a profound change in perception. Despite being an adult, they are perceived as a child by Huggy Wuggy and other creations within the facility. This perception shift is consistent among all the creatures, who consequently treat the protagonist as a vulnerable child.

The best way I can describe the impact of age regression on the creatures is a nullifying effect. Rather than succumbing to their inherently sadistic tendencies, the creatures become markedly gentler and more nurturing. They instinctively adopt a protective and nurturing role towards the protagonist, exhibiting behaviors akin to caregiving.

With more formidable creatures like CatNap, the influence of the protagonist's age regression might not immediately manifest due to their heightened resistance. However, over time, even CatNap succumbs to a nurturing instinct towards the protagonist, albeit retaining a mischievous demeanor. Nonetheless, the protagonist will remain unharmed, with CatNap's antics posing nothing more than occasional playful disruptions.

In summary, within the world of Poppy Playtime, whenever your character regresses in front of the creatures, they universally perceive and treat you as a child. Hopefully this explains how the regression works in this AU!

Fun fact to fill the void: I’m a very big gamer. And most times when I’m given the option to name MC, I go silly with it. That’s why when I first played Omori, I named my character “My Dude”.

It was funny at first…but omg it ruined EVERYTHING 😅😅 I COULD NEVER TAKE ANYTHING SERIOUSLY… Red and Myst HATED me for it too, and honestly, I hated myself for it as well??

I finally finished the Sunny route…and then I realized I had a perfect WTF value at 13. SO THEN I REDID THE SAME “MY DUDE” SAVE FILE TO COMPLETE THE OMORI ROUTE WITH THE 13 WTF VALUE. IT WAS TORTURE.

by the way you may have noticed a massive art style shift since i was last active here a few years ago, its because i've been on an intense journey of self discovery! that is also why i haven't been so active and why i've been soo quiet for a few years. im no one singular style now, i'm everything i can get my grubby hands on, but you can imagine that impacts my numbers a LOT so if you can manage it, propel my stuff with likes and reblogs! every engagement counts these days. being disabled (but not qualifying for disability) is no fucking joke :''')

i very much long to reconnect with the people here who have been around for me the longest (this is my longest, largest platform). i actually had a system here that worked for me and my followers and it actually helped me a lot behind the scenes... I still curse myself for abandoning it when i did now. I'm learning to forgive myself for that.

If that were the case, I'd make it strictly 18+, but the server is 16+ due to the fact that once again, there's no NSFW and we keep everything age appropriate. I don't really understand your question? Minors and adults can co-exist in the same space as long as long as everyone's boundaries are being respected? Which we ensure
