This one illustrates the difference between session tokens and JSON web tokens (JWT) and then goes on to show how JWTs are the backbone of modern single sign on (SSO) and OAuth flows.

I wonder if the reason I’m so good with animals is because their social system is as foreign to me as neurotypical peoples’ and I have a lot of practice at learning a foreign social system and adapting to it.

Like no wonder the cat bit you, you didn’t hold out your knuckle for a sniff and wait for him to rub his check against your hand for long enough to clearly signal that he for real wants a pet, and then look for the slight head turn indicating that his permission has expired and you now need to redo the sniffing and cheek rubbing protocol to receive permission again or he will bite you as he has every right to.
