୧ ‧₊˚ 🥩 how dare you? why ask all those questions if you weren't like him too? he even started to like you too, such a shame you'll become a slab of meat like the rest of his victims– wait... he just can't bring himself to butcher you. he can't just discard you, the one person who seemed to hold an inkling of what it is like to be him. even if you had reservations for not eating human meat. he could feel it, you wanted to.

୧ ‧₊˚ 🥩 he feels almost betrayed you want to leave. why leave? isn't he good enough for you? he takes care of you, he could have just killed you like everyone else to step foot in his home but he spared you! and you're not even being grateful.

୧ ‧₊˚ 🥩 he has had enough of being nice, trying to get you to willingly eat his homecooked food. he will make you like him, he will make you just as sick and demented as him so that you will be stuck with him, forever.

dunno if this has been done yet but: airplane didn’t first become aware of peerless cucumber in the comments of pidw, he first saw peerless in the comments of a different web novel (that perhaps was one of airplane’s earlier works?) and so when initially drafting pidw he was inspired to write a villain just like cucumber bc “he’s MEAN MEAN for no reason, a literature snob, and pretends to be all high and mighty while looking down on others. also likes to kick down the little guy” and boom. sqq was born. cut to years later post-transmigration when sqh just casually drops this info with “lol i always did find it funny how much you hated the guy considering he’s literally based off you”

Thinking about Glorfindel after a few conversations about him recently and I've got a question…Why is it that the Valar are so impressed with Glorfindel killing a balrog and saving a bunch of people in Gondolin that they’re like, “YOU. Out of all the elves that have ever been, you’re the only one we’re gonna re-body and send back to Middle Earth to do more good”…when Ecthelion is right there next to him in Mandos, having just as much killed a balrog and saved a bunch of people in Gondolin?

I say this not to be anti-Glorfindel in any way* (and he definitely has the cooler overall story because he got to go back and do other things), but he and Ecthelion have basically identical resumes up until the re-bodying. So I've never quite understood why Glorfindel is singled out for so much more honor than Ecthelion?

I’d welcome anyone else’s thoughts about this. Ecthelion didn't want to go back? The Valar so enjoyed Ecthelion’s presence that they weren’t willing to part with him? I'm forgetting some significant difference between the two that argues for Glorfindel over Ecthelion?

* I admittedly favor Ecthelion because I feel like he doesn't get enough respect and I love an underdog. Plus, the name Ecthelion is so much cooler than Glorfindel. There's just something silly about the "Glorf" sound to me, and the men of Gondor agree—they've got their own Ecthelions but you don't see them naming their kids Glorfindel! But I have nothing but positive feelings about Glorfindel himself, I promise!!

There's 2 categories of regression headcanons

You fully believe this character is or could be a regressor/cg/flip/something. There's bits in canon that you can point to and say that's why and there's reasons why they would specificially regress or be a caregiver! A headcanon or heartcanon.

For sillies. Feasibly, you could write ANY character to be part of the community! You don't actually think it would fit but you're either imagining it because you're fond of the character and there's just something about it or you're going through all the characters in your head an applying babification to them. I call these "regressorland headcanons" where you prioritise the regression over being true to canon.

Both are great Both are entertaining! But gosh it can be hard to get yourself to answer "do I actually think this would fit or am I just doing this for the sake of it/doing what i think could possibly apply"

SHOKO HCS !!!!!!! my wife ….. i do i do ………. this is more of a character analysis maybe but ;;;;;;

shoko is very similar to stsg in many ways. one of them being her brand of loserism …….. just like them she appears very cool and nonchalant at first glance, a charming stranger that keeps catching your eye from across the room ……. i think she has a very particular allure. pale skin and long coats and half-smoked cigarettes and a barely-there kind of smile. radiates the kind of energy that makes you go ’i could fix her’. BUT once you actually get to know her that mysterious charm gets dashed to bits because i do think she is a loser …… a wet cat of a lover. if she falls for you i don’t think she ever falls out .

she is sooooo emotionally repressed and detached but she loves you very deeply and steadily ……… touch is something kind of foreign to her but she’s pretty clingy with you . or more like she wants you to he clingy with her so she doesn’t have to initiate…. i think she melts whenever you link arms. loves feeling like she’s safeguarding you somehow (sashisu all share this trait). basically !!!!!!! she is a bit awkward when it comes to love . a bit of a mess. but she’ll stay with you through thick and thin — that’s the easiest way for her to show her love for you . she has a lot of love to give but you’ll have to get used to her emotional constipation and occasional withdrawal
