I haven’t posted a neopoke in a while so please enjoy this toy miltank vaguely based on an early ‘90s playskool brand tape recorder (I imagine the cassette goes in the back but maybe it goes in her mouth? I don’t know!)

Thinking about a merfolk caregiver who met a human regressor who piles up all their toys, blankets, books into their row boat and paddles off to their merfriends territory, pulling the oars up and letting the boat drift on its own accord with the merperson resting their arms on the edge of the boat, baby talking their human.

Maybe they're a strong sailor, or perhaps a secretly soft pirate. Maybe they're just some ordinary townsfolk who gets to have a slice of vulnerability and magic in their lives to relive the tiresome day to day drawl.

Here's a graph of the results! Obviously, it won't be exact and only represents a small chunk of regressors and there's going to be some error but I still find it interesting. When I started it I guessed that eldest and only childs would most likely want a regression sibling dynamic over younger but the percentages are huge!

❁ཻུ۪۪⸙ Day 1 out of 25 days of moodboards ~ favourite animal ❁ཻུ۪۪⸙

I don't actually have a favourite animal, they're all great but I chose sheep because 1. it's spring! and 2. I've spent a lot of time with sheep before and they're really underrated. They'll follow you around, rest their head or body on your legs asking for scritches, they play, they're so so soft and they're just so full of personality if you get to know them. I also have a connection to them with my childhood because I live in an area where I see them everyday and a lot of my favourite childhood spring memories are of me bottle feeding lambs. I'm not sure if I'll stick to the challenge but I just thought it'd be a nice thing to do :) Extra board under the cut!

Day 2 out of 25 days of moodboards ~ favourite soft toy

This is Blueberry :) he's very very special to me. I've had him as long as I can remember. He used to have a ribbon around his neck but I took it off because of sensory issues and I feel a bit bad its lost! I was never very creative when it came to naming things, a rabbit called rabbity, a horse called horsey so when mum told me to think about what his name was as I was being tucked in i said (maybe as a joke) Blue Bear-y and mum was like oh! Blueberry! and she was surprised because it was an actual name and i didnt want to break it to her lolll. so he's Blueberry 🫐 he is NOT dirty i dont know why the camera made him look grubby

Day 3 out of 25 days of moodboards ~ Favourite kids book

Kipper's Monster! I loved this as a kid, I loved how scary it was and how cute the art was :) It made me feel very cosy. I used to read this in the dark, then in tents while camping to up the ante, the beginning of my horror craving... Kipper and Tiger are kid/cg goals, also.
