Hello. This is the Taylor fictive again. Don't want to take up too much of your time. You've commented several times that you don't enjoy most Worm fanfic for its inaccuracy. It just so happens that we've been writing a fanfic for several months with the goal of being as accurate to canon as possible. That being said, we have no idea if we're actually getting it right, despite me literally being an attempt at distilling her narration and your analysis into a Taylor Hebert Emulator and pulling directly from the book a lot.

To cut to the point, we were wondering if you'd be interested in our fic, or at least taking a look at it and rating our accuracy to Taylor's personality. It's perfectly fine if you don't, you're probably very busy, even asking feels a little presumptuous of us, and we won't even be able to have Alec show up for 7-9 chapters yet, so you might not have much fun with it, but we thought we'd ask just in case.

i'm highly complimented you all think that highly of my wormreading skills but i don't think i'm enough of a Taylor Expert to highly accurately advise fanfiction especially when i haven't read the book in some time...i'd be happy to take a look and chat about it but i doubt i'm specially equipped to give taylor writing advice in the same way i would be for alec vasilly so i couldn't promise that i would have anything useful to say without having seen the fic itself first. not presumptuous to ask though i dont mind at all it's nicey for people to like my wormposting enough to want me as a fanfiction reviewer :)

So let me get this straight:

Hollow knight is about the journey of a small creature possessing the corpse of a god's discarded child, and the character arc that unfolds as they realize they're more than the path they were set to take, eventually defeating the corruption instead of merely postponing inevitable destruction.

Rain world is about the journeys and experiences of many small creatures sent by a bunch of gossiping computers, and the efforts to help stop the destruction caused by a corrupted god that unfolds over hundreds of years, all to postpone his inevitable death.

The cutest reminder ever that the way family works in TSAMS canon is that two parties have to be in mutual agreement that they are family. If one party doesn't agree then they aren't family. Parties can revoke familial ties whenever they want and that means they are no longer family.

"Code Relation" theory is stupid because you're then implying that Eclipse is Sun and Moon's child. Which he isn't. Or that Killcode is somehow Moon's child and his brother at the same time that he's Eclipse, Lunar and Bloodmoon's "father" at the same time that they're Sun and Moon's grand children. Like, we're seeing the issue here, right?

Don't make things more complicated than it has to be. Just accept the fact that family is literally determined by a verbal agreement between two animatronics and nothing else because none of them were born from wombs. That means respecting canon when characters in canon decide that they aren't comfortable being family (like Eclipse) or just straight-up disown everyone (like Bloodmoon). It's okay to have headcanons, but don't try to push them onto canon.

3Gs being the first char we see in the movie, the line about coming back for him, he's definetly going to be relevant in episode 18 but I've been struggling to figure out HOW he'll be part of the ep.

Cuz right now, his attitude about knowing he made a mistake, refusing to forgive himself for it WORRIESSS MEEE! Especially when the next part of the movie is likely about the shimmers. What's the possibility he has to face the shimmers again? The very echo of his mistakes all those years ago.

The likelihood of him sacrificing himself to make up for what he did: in parallel to all his siblings before him, seems pretty high to me. I think the char most likely to die is him.

I wanted to ask something I was kinda confused or idk the word I feel about YK.

YK how SEUNGKWAN said in his letter that idols aren't someone who use and are just humans as much as everybody, do you think that writing smut and stuff also comes under that?

I really am sorry if it came out the wrong way but idk what else to ask YK?

I also used to think that it's disrespectful but they are entertainers and acting comes in it too as we can judge a character but not the actor, we just imagine their face and name but it's a different character in each smut or ff and as long as the line between reality and imagination doesn't blur it's well and ok in my eyes

Pony learned how to style and properly take care of curly hair just in case Johnny ever wanted/needed him to help (Johnny did once. It was after he got jumped by the soc boys and he could barely do it himself because of shock and the pain in his arms. He almost felt guilty asking Pony to help him and he sorta assumed it’d look kinda bad because he figured Pony wouldn’t know how to do it right, but then Pony was sitting there and doing it really really well and Johnny felt so cared for in that moment that he almost cried (it was Two Bit who taught Pony how to do it btw))
