Orphan Black: Echoes showrunner Anna Fishko on bringing back Tatiana Maslany:

Fishko reveals that Maslany was approached about returning, but because of scheduling conflicts she was unable to do so. But the showrunner says: "We tried and we thought about it, we had a little episode for her to return that we were sort of holding onto for a while, but in the end it just didn't work out, which was too bad." When asked if she'd like to see Maslany return as one of her Orphan Black characters in future, Fishko adamantly says: "I'd love to see her come back." The challenge now, then, will be on viewers to make that come to be.

The Kimi Antonelli situation is very bizarre and exposes how f1 will never be a meritocracy. And it's also setting him up to be scrutinized way more than he already needs to. Yes I get that they're probably only doing this to put him in a free practice. But it's still dumb he hasn't even gotten a podium in f2. Meanwhile the rookie Merc released from their academy is leading the f2 championship, and he probably won't ever get a seat on the grid. So all my yapping aside, what is the point of feeder series? Like what metric do they actually use to determine whether or not a driver is suited for f1?

i think it says something very interesting about kipperlilly's character that she chose to go to therapy with jawbone. and even continued for three whole years -- based on the riz stuff and the info from the files, it seems like she was there making some genuine effort or at least being truthful. which, if she was some pure evil scheming villian, would be deeply unstrategic -- revealing these sentiments to someone who lives with her rivals? penelope everpetal (our blueprint for a fh teen character who is mostly presented as "simply evil") certainly wasn't going to jawbone or that other guy, she wasn't even confiding in sam! if this is a long game effort to take over the world or something, going to counseling like this would just be an unnecessary risk (especially because jawbone literally lives with half of tbk) or a waste of time.

so imo this suggests that something must have changed, or some influencing factor must have come into play (maybe over the night yorb summer?) that led klck and the ratgrinders to be in this position -- like the level of relevance and the intra-group issues (ex: buddy homicide lmao) given to the ratgrinders make it soooo clear to me that they're not just pure evil fodder for the bad kids to beat in a fight. after all, in a season about the harms of a school system that pushes overworking and grades over students' wellbeing, aren't the ratgrinders, these kids who've fully bought into it at great personal expense, victims too?

Will you ever open commissions?

I’ve honestly thought about it, both for art and for the crocheted time gears, but I get a little…nervous when it comes to it in regards to declaring it on taxes lol. I once looked into a Ko-fi, and reading all about the legal element made my head spin 🙈 That being said, I do like taking requests! Sometimes it just takes me a couple of days to get to them lol :3

Not like it's a shocker, but heads up that Kindle actually sucks. I published some books with information that as far as my understanding sees it is not-copyrightable. But someone else had a similar book and I'm pretty sure they are the one who flagged my books. I got a notice saying that I had to agree to delete all of the books. I waited to respond to see if anyone online could confirm if I was in the wrong or not and now my account has been deleted because I took too long to respond even though the original email didn't say I had a deadline. It says I can't open a new account either.
