One of the change included in the incoming upgrade is a new selection of available screen sizes for those who werent fond of mandatory full screen. They are available both in the main and pause menu.

For those curious, the reason you can' t resize the window yourself is that the lighting system is a shoddy mess and messing with the screen size crashes the game. Had to work around it by disabling and re-enabling it. There probably was an easier way but i' ve never been much of a coder.

I been in academia for 7 years now, and it seems there is a very firm divide on small laptop screens and large laptop screens (not necessarily that there is even preference for both, but that people aren't willing to change their minds about which size is better). We'll say that large is 15 inches or more and small is less than 15 inches.
