Please Take this story with a grain of salt, I wrote this last night after- Shocker shocker, playing a boardgame while drunk with friends.

Sunday Night

The Dining Room

The dining room was a chaotic mess of snacks, board games, and half-empty soda cans. It seemed this evening hame was Clue- Which was already a bit of a mess.

The group was gathered around the table already halfway through the game and going back and forth a bit. Especially Remy and Rouge which Jubilee was egging them on While Morph, kept shifting into different characters in the Clue game- Currently Miss Scarlett.

Scott and Jean, the resident "mom and dad" of the group, were trying to keep things civil- However utterly failing. Especially since Jean had decided to focus on the snacks a bit more then the game itself as she had resigned to keep from cheating.

"Now Morph Miss Scarlett is hotter-" Remy said with a laugh seeing how more did a little leg kick through the red dress.

"Like.. Naomi Campbell Hot or Jennifer Anderson Hot?" They asked quickly.

"Jessica Rabbit Hot-"

Jubilee said, Earning a nod in agreement and sharing a small High Five which earned Remy Glare from Rouge- and giggles from the rest of the group.

"You knowww, Where��s Kurt? He hasnt been at game night last couple times and he loves Clue"

Jubilee asked, tossing a piece of popcorn into the air and catching it in her mouth.

"Dude’s been MIA every night this week. It’s like he’s got a secret life or somethin’."

Rogue raised an eyebrow. "Now that ya mention it, he has been actin’ weird. Always sneaking off after dinner."

Gambit leaned back a bit, a sly grin spreading across his face.

"Maybe our fuzzy elf’s got himself a lady friend. Or a fella friend. Who knows"

The room erupted into giggles.

"Kurt? Hes so innocent I doubt it- I mean.." Rouge waved off, but even by the tone of her voice she wasn't sure.

Now the whole team quiet as they thought, Scott adjusted his visor, trying to look serious.

"If Kurt’s seeing is someone, it’s his business. We shouldn’t pry though."

Jean elbowed him gently. "Oh, come on, Scott. You’re not even a little curious?"

Morph, now in the form of a Professor Plum smiled, "I say we investigate. Whoever finds out who Kurt’s been sneaking off with wins... uh, bragging rights!"

"Welp I'm disqualified" Jean mumbled as she knew that her abilities would take away the fun.

"And," Gambit added, his eyes gleaming with mischief, "a week off from Danger Room duty. Losers cover the winner’s shifts."

And just like that-

The bet was on.

Monday

Rogue in the Kitchem with a Poptart

Rogue decided to take the direct approach.

She cornered Kurt in the kitchen after breakfast, her arms crossed and a smirk on her face.

"Alright, sugar, spill it. Where ya been runnin’ off to every night?"

Kurt, who was munching on what remained of a stray cherry poptart choked at the bluntness.

"Ach, Rogue! I-uh-just been... training! Ja, traininc. Lots of it."

Rogue narrowed her eyes.

"Trainin’, huh? At midnight? and Ive never seen the Danger Room active thag late-"

"Welp that's what's going on- Bye!"

Kurt said suddently as he tossed the poptart at her andteleported away in that very second, leaving Rouge with a scrunched up face and a half eaten poptart jn her hands.

Tuesday

Jubilee in the Gardens with a Coat

Jubilee decided to tail Kurt like a spy.

She donned a trench coat and sunglasses as she went behind trees and trail the male as he walked through the gardens as if looking for something.

However whenever she thought she was getting close enough to do something- he teleported to a different part of the gardens.

"Fuck-"

She hissed as she attempted to keep up, rushing through the brush of freshly watered grass which lead to- Well her sliding face first into the Mud with a loud yelp.

....

Hearing soft footsteps Jubilee looked up to See Kurt smiling down at her, knowing immediately that he knew she had been following him.

"Nice try mein Freund."

Kurt said cheerfully teleporting away with a laugh leaving Jubilee there in the mud.

Wednesday

Morph in the Study with the Teacup

Morph had this in the Bag- They knew this would be it-

Transforming into a Teacup knowing that Kurt always had tea in the Study at this hour. Wiggling their way amongst the others and almost giddy.

Waiting calmly and right on Cue- Kurt walked into the kitchen grabbing a tray and some snacks to put on it as he set a pot to boil.

Opening up the cabinets to select the cups, Kurt grabbing his normal one before picking up Morph and looking the cup over.

"Das hier ist süß"

He mumbled, clearly having someone in mind on his selection Morph and set them on the tray next to the tea snacks and now pot of tea.

Kurt Looked around hesitantly as if expected one of them to pop up- before walking into the Study and grabbing the tea pot beginning to pour into both cups-

..... "AHHHH!!"

Morph yelled out before shifting out of the cup form and jumping up and down in pain. Kurt standing there like he was seconds from a heart attack before Glaring at Morph. Who looked at the other with a smile-

"Sooo About that-"

Morph started before Kurt pointed to the door of the study, his tail flicking behind him in clear annoyance. Morph silently walking out with his head down-

Thursday

Scott in the Danger Room with a pebble

Scott had head how, well Unhappy Kurt seemed to be getting-

Especially after Morphs little stunt.

So he tried a different approach, As the team practiced in the Danger Room. He happened to be the closest to Kurt in the moment as he blasted some of the Holograms holding his visor.

"Hey Kurt- I just wanted to extend a bit of a.. olive branch Fuzzy- The team has just been curious and-"

He shot another one of the decoys as Kurt moved from a attack from one of the fake robots.

"They Just want to know who it i-"

A pebble hit Scott perfectly on the side of his head incredibly hard. Making the male look to Kurt who had clearly throw it- paired with the nastiest Glare he had ever seen on Kurt's face with his tail flicking behind him so hard it cut the air.

"..Drop. It."

Kurt growled out- Scott clearly surprised and gave a soft nod.

"Copy-"

Friday

Remy in the Hallway with a Boot

Remy sat there in his room, trying to think over how to get Kurt- It had been almost impossible to find the blue teleporting all day-

Seemingly having vanished after Scott's attempt which from what was told- Kurt was now royally pissed off.

'This was harder then I thought'

Getting up from bed he decided some water- walking down the hall with hands in his sweatpant pockets pondering to himself some ideas of where to even find him when he heard it- giggling and hushed voices?.. and he defiently reconizing one of them.

Looking at were he was near he saw it was your room-

He ranked through his brain as he thought back to your name- (Y/N)? If he remembered correctly the sweet mutant who worked as a Understudy of Dr. McCoy.

He gave it another second before hearing another sound of a second voice- fairly sure it was speaking in german, Remy stepped close pressing his ear to the door he listened in.

He heard your voice first in a clearly flirtatious way- followed by Kurt’s flustered German murmurs and giggles.

Remy’s eyes widened as he realized what was happening- or what he was hearing the 'after' of. In his shock, he leaned too hard on the door, which swung open suddently.

The scene before him was... Well Damn.

"What the Fuck!" You yell out, bright red seated on the bed, covered in hickies, bites and desperately trying to pull the blanket over yourself in a attempt for modesty.

Kurt jumping from yhe bed as he fumbling with his clothes while yelling in a mix of German and English.

"Remy! What are you—ach, du lieber Gott! OUT!-"

Gambit, recovering quickly, burst into laughter.

"Oh, mon ami, Getting it in on!!"

He backed out of the room, still cackling before a boot was thrown at him square in the nose and he ran as fast as he could while still laughing.

Hearing the angry sounds of Kurt- Not knowing German but knew the sounds of someone prepared to kick his ass and cursing him out.

Saturday

The Livingroom

Remy sat on the couch of the livingroom- Still holding the ice pack on his blackeye as the others sat around as well-

Rouge rubbing her temple feeling quite guilty she had pushed her poor brother this far- And also absolutely humiliating the both of you by Remy little stunt.

"So you mean to tell me, You guys went so far to drive Kurt to actually attack one of you-"

Jean said with a smile as she looked at each one of them.

"And Just to find out Kurt was gonna tell you guys anyway at this next game night and wanted to invite them- (Y/N) was just being shy"

She mused, Sipping her water with a giggle Earning a half hearted Glare from Scott who deflated and nodded, Jubilee seated next to Morph as they seemed just as drained and nodding quietly.

"And now all of you guys gotta do all of Kurt's Danger Room duty for the next 6 months, and his chores AND pay for their next date nights for the month- Hope it was worth it"

Remy was the first to speak up pulling the pack from his eye.

"No- No it was not.. "

sometimes derek could be in the shower and stiles will barge in trying to find the tweezers or needing to pee or with a question, he'll stand - or sit - there and have an entire conversation while derek washes his hair.

and you'd think well ok. of course stiles is the one with no sense of bathroom boundaries.

but the thing with derek is he'll just barge his way into stiles' shower. it's a normal wednesday evening and stiles is taking a normal wednesday evening shower? well derek just got home and he hasnt seen stiles all day so now they're both taking a shower.

it's 7am and stiles is in the shower, in the middle of getting ready to meet scott for breakfast in a hour and he was just about to turn the water off? well here comes derek to cuddle and kiss and run him late 🩵💙🩵💙

i do this all the time! its fun to do this genuinely im just tired of allistic people seeing that and going "erm.actually. its not CONFIRMED..so you cant say theyre autistic..."

i genuinely think marvel needs to really step up their game with their autism representation. like. how many characters do you know are autistic. like. CONFIRMED autistic. i literally just know of one (one of Monet's little sisters)

i understand and recognise many characters are coded as autistic. that's great ! its better than Nothing at all but jesus christ it's 2023 you'd expect at least One popular character to be confirmed as autistic. they could easily take a character that has been coded for years and actually confirm it and they won't even have to change how they write them. maybe they'd have to hire an autistic person to make sure they're doing it right but that's only in an ideal world where they hire the people they're writing about (which they dont do anyways, so)

i just. i expected there to be more autistic characters. looking it up and only finding a small list of mostly unknown characters was incredibly fucking disappointing to me. i feel kind of stupid for expecting more because it is Marvel Comics but SO MANY marvel fans ive seen are autistic you'd think they'd realise this and have more confirmed autistic characters.

Pack mama stiles, season three rewrite.

Durring the four months between semesters, Stiles hangs around as derek trains jackson and issac. Smart assing his way into being better for eachother while trying to find erica and boyed. Helping Derek find real eastate in becon hills for all of them. A home for when they find erica and boyed.

Then issac goes missing and Derek nearly looses it. Stiles holds their efforts together, even hiring a private gun woman to find and protect the betas.

At the end of the day he and lydia start spending more time together. Having movie nights where they talk about the struggles and efforts. With Lydias help Stiles is directed to focus on his own sexuality. Realizing much sooner hes bisexual.

Javkson gets the news hes being moved to london and Derek practically forces him out for safety. Stiles breaks up their verbal fights and tells jackson to stay in contact, that even though jackson 'doesnt care' he'll still update him on the situation.

Jump to Derek and scott breaking into the vault. Derek convinced erica isnt dead even though issac said he saw her dead. He finds her body, hearing a faint pulse in her body. Hes a littke frantic and they call stiles. As stiles is breifed on what happened he thinks a second then asks Allison if she has any volt arrows that can send electrisity through her to restart her heart. After high tension arguing and stumbling Alason shocks erica making her heart stop. Shes to weak to do anything but heal. They drive her to the loft and drop her off with peter and Stiles. Stiles lays her down then forces Peter out. Once outside the loft he connects a line of mountain ash to keeo her inside and anything else outside. He doesnt explain himself as he runs to Lydia after she calls.

Erica, Boyd, Issac and Cora move in with Derek. While stiles is running around dealing with finding patterns in ritual killings derek is faced with the Alphas. Hes scared and tries to throw issac out but stiles yells at derek to back off. (This is also the first time cora is meeting stiles. He just barged in without noticing her)

Stiles argues with Derek until. He admits whats going on. Leaving out that hes scared but stiles knows. Stiles tells Issac to pack a bag. As the weakest of the pack he to is worried for his safety. He comunicates as much to scott. Making his friend take in Issac for safety. Stiles tells derek what hes up against and that he wont be much help and he knows Derek wont be either with his durach problem. Its durring this conversation cora realizes they are mates. But derek hasnt told stiles about it.

During the lacross trip. Stiles thinks derek is dead the whole ime hes running around keeping the pack together. On the bus lydia sits with him and holds his hand as he morns now thay scott is healing. But the moment passes when he has to stop the betas from commiting suicide. A high stress situation that leaves him drained when he gets back to becon hills. Only to find derek isnt dead.

His celebration is stopped when derek becomes more withdrawled. Walking away from him and seen around school with stiles teacher. Hes pissed. Heart broken. But hes got murders and betas to worry about.

(I like to headcanon jennifer put an emchantment on derek when she touched him and seeing stiles beg for help, his mate, broke the enchantment)

It feels collaborative and genuine in a way that i don't think I really have seen that often in Actual Play shows)(they are on here as @threeheartscast ). It was so fun to play my extremely time blind elven gun witch and just chatting with Jordan, Essay, and Ila.

(on here as @breathingxspace from podcast group @lawofnamesmedia ) which has been just amazing and a little surreal for me as someone who fucking loves audio dramas (i was like Leo Pointing Meme for like a week after i joined the server).

What are the Rocky Horror characters' favourite books?

WHOOMST HAS AWAKENED THE CLASSIC LITERATURE NERD IN MEEEE??? FOR SHE'S BEEN AWAKENED!!!! YAYYYY I LOVE THIS TYSM!!!!! (OK I promise that they won't all be classics only some! Also I did my best to make it so that anyone who hasnt read these books can understand- if it didnt work PLEASE let me know and I'll find some way to change it!!)

Frank: But before we let the classic literature nerd in me go wild, we must acknowledge the fact that Frank's favorite read is a nice little series called Fifty Shades of Grey. I have not read these books nor seen the films once but I consider it to be somewhat of an undeniable given that Frank loves it. It's Frankenstein by Mary Shelley and Fifty Shades of Grey! He later dragged Riff Raff and Magenta to see all three movies with him and they just cringed to each other so hard. (No offense if that's your thing then that's your thing!! :))

Brad: Brad legit loves the Hunger Games novels!! He was so invested to see what was going to happen next!! And he also adored the Great Gatsby when he read it in school!!! He'll fully recite a few lines for Janet sometimes because he really likes doing it and she can tell that it makes him happy!! It's so sweet!!

Janet: Janet LOVES Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre!!! OK, she gets a little bit scared at certain parts of Jane Eyre (love interest keeps his crazy wife locked in the attic-), but she does love it!!! Also, in Pride and Prejudice she outright squeals from cuteness at certain parts!! To her, that book is everything she dreams of in a romance!! Brad not might have quite such a way with words, but nobody else is Jane Austen, and she knows how much he loves her!!!

Riff Raff: Riff Raff absolutely adores Orlando by Virginia Woolfe!!! He loves the creative style in which the book is written and he'd be lying if he said that he didn't thoroughly enjoy thinking about how Earthlings must have reacted to some certain plot points! (Specifically the one in which the titular character transforms into a woman halfway through and everyone else is like "yeah that tracks she is definitely transfem") He genuinely cried happy tears after he finished it!!! He also loves The Picture of Dorian Gray bc that one speaks to his dramatic, justice-seeking soul! He also full on loves Oscar Wilde's prose!

Magenta: Aaaaaaand some of you may have guessed that this one was coming but I promise that this has been a legit headcanon of mine for a good long time!!! Magenta's favorite book is absolutely Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte!!! She loves how visceral and vivid the writing style of the book is. She was deeply invested in the characters, too!!! She never really understood being hooked on the romantic love of characters until now- and she was hooked. She also really loves Dracula by Bram Stoker!!! She felt that she story was so wonderfully written and the suspense was fantastic!!!

Columbia: Columbia LOVES the Six of Crows duology!!! There were so many moments where she couldn't believe the plot twists that were happening in front of her!!! Also, she's 100% an adult that ADORES Percy Jackson, and honestly, is she wrong? No, she's not wrong bc Percy Jackson slaps!!!

Eddie: Eddie is completely hooked on the "A Song of Ice and Fire" series!!! (Those are the Game of Thrones books if you guys don't know!!!) And he is actively furious at the wait for the Winds of Winter to come out. (Again, if yall don't know- the last two books still aren't out and we're all more than a little bit worried-) One of his favorite activities would be screaming online that it needs to come out!!! Also he holds Lemony Snicket's a Series of Unfortunate Events quite close to his heart!!!

Doctor Scott: Doctor Scott loves Charles Dickens!!!! He'll never be able to decide between A Tale of Two Cities and a Christmas Carol, though!!! He loves the way that those stories remind him of the inherent goodness of people! Both of those leads go through massive redemption arcs, and he adores them!!!

Rocky: Now this lil guy LOVES The Cat in the Hat, Where the Wild Things Are, and In the Night Kitchen- but you must give him a show as you read him these books!!! He's all about the performances!!! Use big arm motions and character voices!!! This boy must be entertained!!!! He will clap so sweetly if you do!!!

The Criminologist: The Criminologist loves the Simarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien!!! He's never seen anything like it before or since, and he's so fascinated by all that it is!!! He also loves the Moonstone by Wilkie Collins!!!!! He finds it to be so charming and the characters to be so hilarious!!! It really was one of the first mystery books and it set off a whole genre for sure!!!

he logs in and has to choose an origin. seems very dnd-esque? but ive never played dnd so. im guessing here.

he spends 10 minutes choosing just to settle on half elf. he gets to pick 2 skills so he picks quicker regen and most movements wont trigger sculk sensors.

he spawns in :D cleo is there :D but jim hasnt set up voice mod so. they dont talk yet. cleo just starts circling him and its really funny to me

HE GETS SET UP. cleos immediately like youre not small :( (her chat told her he would be) and he was like. well being small is fun for a stream and then it gets a bit annoying doesnt it. which i have Thoughts about

they spawned in like a tower thing. cleo goes down and dies instantly to a bunch of mobs. after cleo dies jimmy goes down and also dies instantly. theres some weird spawn protection thing going on meaning they literally cant beat the mobs

jimmy experiences Modded Minecraft and gets scared. why do his buttons do things. why is there things everywhere. his keybinds have been super messed up so hes having A Time

sausage died and cuz of voice mod he screamed and cut out immediately which is my favourite thing. the entire smp is a mess theres like a million mobs. ive never seen jimmy rage this hard at dying before

fwhip joins and he chose one of the small classes. jimmy starts making fun of him so fwhip crits him like 3 times. jimmy then steals fwhips wood and fwhip tries to kill him again.

it takes establishing that jimmys a half-elf and sausage is a high-elf before the elf superiority starts.

katherine joins and shes ALSO a half elf. sausage starts calling him their daddy. its been 20 minutes

jim and oli meet up (and katherine follows) and olis like. im gonna show you my secret if u give me 6 things. so jimmy gives him 6 things and turns out oli can. go invisible????? and jim and katherine are like :o and are surprised he didnt pick bard. olis like well i already did that. im a mushroom guy now. and takes off his armour to show his skin (he says something about it being similar to his larp outfit which is cool) and jimmys like whats with the glasses. and oli full on whines and goes JIMMMMMMMH :( theyre my mushroom glasses.

they both die within a minute of exploring. cant say its unexpected. they get their stuff back easily enough though

after talking to like everyone jim splits off. he finds a zombie playing bagpipes and i lost my shit

it just played folk music the entire time he was trying to kill it

meets up with everyone. they talk for a while but nothing super notable to be said

(jimmy got up to get a snack and the stream chat started talking to his chair. it made me giggle)

he got super fast shoes. everyone is jealous of him. bitches love him and his super fast shoes.

i look away for like 5 minutes and hes now. wearing a whoopee cushion on his head. and a crown!

jimmy and sausage beat up a boss and it drops a ring. sausage picks it up and asks jimmy to marry him. jimmy IMMEDIATELY rejects him. no hesitation

jimmy gets a big axe and is like omg its so big!! and cleo AND sausage immediately jump on like oh tell me how you got it so big jimmy. and hes like guys. guys please.

sausage gets an ancient gong with unreadable runes on it. he obviously hits it multiple times. nothing happens at least.

they find ren and he has a little sheep hat so now 3 of them are matching. sausage feels very left out.

jimmy and oli meet up. oli does a bit of being like.. the spirit of the forest. oli gives jim a sapling and jim gives oli an invisibility cape. oli ends the bit and comes back as himself. he has a bow on his lower back and jimmys like wow you have a bow on your back. oli calls his ass big and juicy. frowns

oli tries to hit jimmy like 20 times and its just not working. jimmy is invincible i think.

oli and jim go to a village and make a bit of stealing childrens lunch money. idk why but they are. it doesnt work.

they meet up with lizzie and oli does his "spirit of the forest" bit again. he starts to give lizzie a riddle and says "what is wet and long- and not dry-" then gets confused and just. doesnt finish it at all.

lizzie mentions jims large weapon. jimmy voice "nothings too big for me" oli voice "nothings too big for jim" why have 2 separate groups made the exact same joke.

lizzie crashes and oli calls her and it goes to voicemail and he leaves a message and he ends it with a bunch of chappell roan song names. when jimmy doesnt know what he means olis immediately like THIS GUY IS NOT AN ALLY.

^ like 5 minutes after that they kiss so.

jim gives lizzie an ocean necklace after she logs in again. crazy

oli and jim are potentially basing together. we MIGHT be back.

just found this empires season 1 au from 2022 that i wrote... this is actually so good wait. it's an anastsia au that kind of combines the animated movie and the broadway musical? but also has its own twists

Anya: Scott (xornoth amnesia-ed him to save him from the burden of being champion, aeor and exor said okay. you cant have him either tho)

Dmitri: Jimmy (grew up at swamp by the sea, seablings canon to Me, he and scott fall in love when reversing the amnesia with him too close in range reveals psat lives!)

Vlad: Lizzie (grew up at the sea, in love with Joel, hasnt seen him in ten years, willing to give up her empire for him)

Countess: Joel (ended up at Rivendel after getting separated from Lizzie when they barricaded the ocean so no one could escape the mountains)

Dowager: (cursed) Xornoth (was told he and scott were champions at young age, decided screw that im protecting my baby brother, amnesia-ed him, very sad and controlled almost completely by aeor and exor)

Rasputin: Exor (sent scott to ocean to punish Xornoth, intended for him to die so Aeor would be less powerful; yielded half his control over Xornoth to Aeor)

Gleb: Aeor (initially agreed with exor, changes mind somewhere in plot and tries to protect Scott at the very end bc still his champion, has half of Xornoth but tries to let him live)

Xornoth and Scott, at the end, pass the empires to Joel and Lizzie to rule

Scott and Jimmy intend to run away together at the end but Jimmy dies lol so instead Scott spends his days in Rivendel with Xornoth in the archives

Instead of a diamond, scott has gold deer antler pendant

Joel + Xornoth (against gods), have an alliance that aeor knows about and tries to keep them safe from exor AND stop them from undermining the gods too much

Switch vlad and countess’ mannerisms, keep their story (take countess from broadway not the movie)

Ocean Empire has guard of the axolotl instead of communists, in an uneasy alliance with the stag gods because theyve no other option (rivendell is more powerful bc magic)

Used to have strong leaders, but they were "killed" by the previous champions of the stags and there’s been a power vacuum ever since (lizzie and jimmy sent to live as peasants for their safety) (potential sequel) (sequel would revive jimmy bc he was captive in idk cogsmead or smth)

Hello!! I’m so glad you went into a My own private Idaho spam because I’ve watched it a few weeks ago and I’m still thinking about that ending unprompted…

anyway I just have to ask: do you see a bit of r/s on mike and scott?? Because I was holding myself back watching it and yetttt I was still like “what if… w-wolfstar..”

ahhhh first of all i'm so glad to spread the mopi propaganda, it's such a good film and one that has altered my brain chemistry forever. now, about the r/s thing...

at the few ppl who still follow me from back in the day i'm so sorry (not rly) for the déja vu you're about to experience. you can't know this, rosamariaa, but in like 2015-2016ish(?) me and my fandom friends were OBSESSED with my own private idaho and kept going on about the wolfstarcodedness of that film, i can send u some old unhinged posts abt it if u like! but anyways yesyesyes it's def wolfstarcoded. granted, i haven't watched the film in years so this list is v incomplete but from the top of my head, some of the parallels between mike&scott and r/s include (also ig spoiler warning for anyone who hasnt seen it):

- scott rebelling against his rich family by becoming a hustler like come onnn thats very siriuscoded

- mike has a chronic illness (narcolepsy)

- also just mike's vibe is very remus to me, scott's is a bit less sirius to me than mike is remus but it's still definitely there (except for the ending SCOTT WOULD BE WITH MIKE AND NOT WITH THE ITALIAN GIRL). like their dynamic is very wolfstar, in an au where wolfstar rip my heart out

- the whole leather jacket and dog collar thing scott has going on, and his bike ofc

- pretty sure at some point (before campfire scene perhaps?) they (or just mike?) actually howl at the moon

- honorable mention to the random stag statue in one of the shots as well as the bedsheets in that one scene having lowkey gryffindor colors

anyways i'm equal parts embarrassed and impressed to remember this list but i guess some obsessions never leave you they just stay dormant for a while and wait to come back to life.

Gale's Countdown: Best to Worst, Ramona's Evil Exes (Scott Pilgrim)

The Rules:

I will be covering ALL mediums Comic, movie, video game and even Show

When I say Best, I mean in which their actions are the least Egregious, they are entertaining, and they are more palatable, The lower on the list the worse they are

I must view them by their most detestable actions, as determined by either medium

This is a subjective list based on my opinion, so feel free to put your thoughts and opinions on the list.

Spoilers for the Comic, the Show, the Movie and the Video game

The Best Ex: Roxie Richter

Roxie is probably the Evil Ex that is probably on the best terms with Ramona in all iteration (save the movie). Roxie was seen occasionally hanging out with Ramona in the comic, and while the Half Ninja did try to kill Ramona and Scott, its clear her reasons for being an Evil Ex are pretty justified. Ramona's dismissive nature of their relationship as a "Phase" and her leaving without a word was pretty damn heartbreaking.

And while she claims to be the most Emotionally intelligent, she has just as much trouble explaining her feelings as the other Exes do. But In Scott Pilgrim takes off we see her at her core and she just needed some damn closure. Which compared to the rest of the people on the list, she is the most justified.

The Second Best Ex: Mathew Patel

Okay so for a guy that only dated Ramona briefly in middle school and being a super petty Theater nerd... he isnt actually that Evil.

Yea he tries to play up his evil side, but he is actually a really polite dude. He sent Scott a warning about how the Evil Exes were going to attack him, and even took time to ensure Scott understood what was going on instead of just attacking him.

Sure in the Comic, Game and Movie we dont get much of his character, but in the Anime. We find out how after he won, he realized that the League was stupid and decided to Challenge Gideon after realizing this whole thing wouldnt actually win Ramona over. He eventually moves on with his life not even pursuing Ramona further, he rightfully Blames Gideon for his stupid assumptions and even BEATS GIDEON. Now Mathew is still a selfish jerk, but he is oddly not hostile towards Ramona and simply moves on with his life after this. Guess he just needed some self confidence to know his own worth was more than just the first guy to get defeated.

The Third best Ex: Lucas Lee

Bad boy skateboarder/ Action star. Lucas Lee.

In the Anime he is just kind of a Himbo that seems more angry with Todd than Ramona over how the relationship ended. In the movie and Comic he is not really caring much about the League and just decided to fight because why not. The comic has him at his worst which he simply says if Scott pays him 50 bucks he will simply leave him alone.

In this context he really hasnt done anything to Ramona and actually in the movie version asks how shes been casually. Regardless of the version Lucas never seemed to have any real negative views on Ramona. And He is arguably interchangable with Mathew, I do Put him lower because Lucas never called out how dumb the League actually was unlike Patel.

The Fourth Best/Fourth Worst Ex: Kyle & Ken Katayanag

I put them to share these rankings because they are interchangeable. No matter the story they both are always grouped together. The worst thing they did was Kidnap Kim and send robots to Attack Scott, but regardless of the version they arent outright hostile to Ramona but do blame the cheating fiasco on her. They are usually pretty chill outside of that and thats honestly the worst they get, they are just only sort of Asses but that is about it. They have a cool Robot though.

The Third Worst Ex: Todd Ingram

Ah Yes, the first Big Ex of Ramona's. They Dated throughout Highschool and then broke off when he left for Vegan School. He is probably the most Vanilla Scumbag, but he is actually even worse because he is Vegan and believes he is better than everyone else. And the Psychic powers that come with being Vegan... well He might have a point. But he is constantly cheating on his Girlfriend. And in the Show he ends up cheating and catches feelings for Wallace (who I am CONVINCED has a +7 Charisma boost) or Magic balls.

Anyway, regardless of iteration he is a serial cheater whether its in love, in a fight, or even on his Vegan Diet. He is also willing to punch girls for no reason other than they are annoying him. He punched the highlights out of Knives hair in most iterations, its f***ed up.

The Second Worst Ex: Scott Pilgrim (Specifically Even Older Scott)

Ramona once said that Scott was an evil ex just waiting to happen. but in the anime we actually get to see what that would be like. Take all of Scotts worst qualities, He dated a high schooler (no he didnt do anything but STILL), he cheated on girls, he would hide things from people, he wouldnt take responsibility for his own faults. And now have it where he is able to beat the Exes and get Ramona WITHOUT all of the emotional growth that let him realize he was an absolute Scumbag and needed to change.

In this timeline, Scott ended up separating from Ramona after a Rough patch, which lead to him trying to stop himself from ever dating Ramona by pulling him out of time to convince himself, but when that failed he trained for 10 YEARS gained the powers and Skills of ALL the Evil Exes then decided to fight EVERYONE in order to stop Scott From dating Ramona. Its arguable that he is probably the worst because he was more than willing to wipe out his own friend if needed just to achieve his goal. Showing how Tunnel vision Scott can be. In a way, Even Older Scott is Nega Scott fully realized. And is Ramona's most Dangerous Ex

The Worst Ex Gideon Gordon Graves

If anyone has read the Comic, Gideon is by far the Worst of the Evil Exes. Sure Scott of that other timeline maybe the most powerful, this Emotionally abusive prick is far and away the worst.

He created Emotional warfare to manipulate people, including Ramona. Messed with peoples memories, Was Physically and Emotionally abusive, His grand master plan was to gain complete control of the Glow, brain wash people, have Ramona get frozen and become one of his frozen Exes that he pulls out of stasis to Date whenever he gets board, (basically a sex slave)

The Anime REALLY cuts a lot of this out and makes him much less then he is, and the movie only has a control collar on Ramona where he is still an asshole control freak.

But the Comic REALLY goes out of the way where he is like Scott but at his ABSOLUTE WORST in every category.

Power maybe debated but when it comes to EVIL ex. there is no topping Gideon

Blitzo learn to know acknowledge he's mistake and have actual heartfelt moment its really good and i think blitzo character are trying to attempt like deadpool but failed miserably

While im not sure of deadpool (i havent watched the movie or anything regarding him), i can believe that they miss the mark with blitzo being like deadpool, just like the series attempting to be like bojack but as we seen in the original scene along with many others, fail at what made bojack so good and effective in the first place. Its main problem for this is not allowing their characters have long term consequences to their actions and not allowing them to change, which is why blitzo falls flat. Because despite having potential and being initially interesting, his stagnation and lack of longer term consequences when he does 1 decent thing (apologising) makes him into a dull and frustrating character that audiences can't even root for at all because he seemed to be scott free of his actions and still hasnt even lost anything besides his sister for now (who i feel like would probably forgive blitzo too in her second appeareance) and his mom (who is dead), he still has his job that always works well in the end without hiding it from lucifer, he still has his employees on his side despite his creepiness and bullying towards them, he now has fizz forgiving him despite what he did to him and we know that stolitz is gonna be endgame so he'll have a royal boyfriend (though given stolas, idk if thats a good thing neccessarily). He just seems to get what he wants despite never showing his worth for it and thats not good when you write asshole characters, you either make them grow as a person or let bad stuff happen to them as karma. Excusing them is out of the option.
