Personally, I hate the "one sided love with your best friend" trope. It's pathetic and sad and it's just not entertaining to me, sorry I'm not sorry. And for this one to have gone on for TEN YEARS? With the added "you can only trust [Way] and Alan" bit? It's very much "if I stick around long enough as your best friend, you'll love me one day when you get your whoring out of your system." He even said as much as that in the first or second episode to Alan! And personally, I thought we had all agreed that shit ain't cute in a man. And a grown ass man pushing 30 at that!

Getting possessive over dick you ain't getting and won't ever get it? Nah. Sorry, I don't respect that. The fact that Way doesn't have not one homegirl to pull him aside and tell him this isn't it tells me a lot about him as a person. 💅💅💅

Plus I assume Babe doesn't like how Way smells since we know the only alpha smell he's ever seemed to not only tolerate, but like, is Charlie. So. Like. What are we doing here Way. What are we doing. At this point, he's just hurting his own feelings AND hurting Babe with his lies, manipulations, and isolation, That's just too many struggles and I've put him back.

on this, the 11th birthday of fall out boy's esteemed fifth studio album save rock and roll, i just want to remind everyone of the one thing that never fails to Get Me about it.

there was a lot of scorn and derision about the title when it first got promoted, and fob was well aware this would happen. critics and caustic news outlets collectively scoffed about it, save rock and roll. like this four-piece from chicago, this dorky pop band, is gonna save rock and roll?

of course they missed the point, which is in the very god damn title. it's not a declarative statement. it's not a pronouncement of how we, fall out boy, saved rock and roll. it is a call to action. it is an earnest request for you, the listener, to participate in this act alongside them. it is an expression of desire to inspire creation in turn.

that's the ethos they've carried at the forefront of every creative endeavor they've undertaken since returning from hiatus. certainly that element was present before then, but save rock and roll marked the moment where they very deliberately centered that squarely in their narrative.

because fall out boy doesn't just want to save rock and roll. they want you to save rock and roll with them.

CBS Ghosts is my new guilty pleasure so take my new OCs. The Blanchet family were distant French cousins of the Woodstones who visited the house in the early 1900s, only for a violent house robbery to take the life of their youngest daughter, Mercedes, and her loyal self appointed guard dog, Horse. Only 8 years old, it takes some time for Mercedes to understand her fate, and for some time she’d be very distressed that her family seem to be ignoring her. On the bright side, the other ghosts are there to try and make things easier, though the misfit collective have a hard time caring for a child given their circumstances, and conflicting ideas on how best to raise a little girl.

Of all the ghosts, she is closest with Thorfinn. He has a soft spot for the little girl.

#‘why does her dog have an English name’ because he didn’t have one at first he was just dog. and then they died #and thorfinn who had watched this dog take a bullet in attempt to save his owner #took one look at this thing and went “’AHA!
