Warnings: Reader is female, reader is William’s wife, reader takes William’s last name, reader has a similar personality to William but can be a bit spoiled and competitive (mostly when she was younger though. She’s not implied to be unkind dw), Reader is a prodigy in a more literary and philosophical sense , mentions of childbirth & children, cursing, some nsfw themes. THE TIMELINE ISNT ACCURATE

When (sons name) was born, both you and William were ecstatic. You both weren’t planning on having any children but when you both found out that you were pregnant, you had no objections to keeping the child.

He was such a peaceful child even as a baby. You could tell he took after his father a lot but in terms of looks, he looked like a genderbent you but with scarlet eyes just like his father’s.

I think William would be a pretty gentle parent but also quite disciplined. He loves you and his children more than anything in the world and he tried his best to show it despite being quite busy and (unintentionally) emotionally distant. He wants his children to grow up in a loving environment that he never had but will be strict if it’s for the sake of their safety.

Everyone in Team Moriarty adored your son. Jack would often comment on how similar he was to William when he was a child, sometimes calling him “little will” just like he did for your husband except it would be his own nickname instead of ‘Will’

Moran would also play card games with the young boy, (even though he was barely tall enough to look him in the eye as he knelt down) and would usually lose. James would often tease him for his inability to win against a toddler.

James really liked playing dress up with him, even though (sons name) would usually get all pouty when James tried to put make up on him but he was happy when your daughter came along, as she was a lot more fond of dress up games (but I’ll get onto that later)

Your son probably got along best with Fred due to their shared quiet nature. He had taken a special interest in the flowers in the garden and would often go and talk to Fred about how he would grow them and their different meanings.

It didn’t take either you or William long to realise that your son was a prodigy (who had especially taken a liking to the sciences) just like you two. Instead of playing outside or socialising with other children his age, he would stay in the library or William’s office while he worked silently and read whatever he could get his hands on, whether it be a fairy tale (which he had gotten tired of by the time he turned 3) or a book on philosophical concepts that he found on your desk

William once caught his son trying to mark his own papers and he didn’t even do anything incorrectly either.

“(Son’s name)? What have I said about being in my office while I’m not there?..wait are you-?”

“I’m marking your papers for you, father.” (He spoke very politely and had a wide vocabulary despite his young age) he held up his red crayon to show him “I noticed you didn’t have much of one to spend with Mother recently so I wanted to give you some free time to enjoy yourselves so I can have a little brother or sister .”

William blinked and got a bit flustered at the comment about his son wanting a younger sibling but was more focused on the fact that his 3 year old was marking advanced mathematics papers. He picked up one of the papers and looked through all the corrections. “Not a single mistake..”

“Of course there are. He got only 69% on the test after all,” his son said, thinking he was referring to the paper “You really should be checking on some of your students..now may you please go make a little sister, or brother but preferably sister, with mother?”

It was only natural that you’d have an incredibly intelligent son with a quiet personality, he took after both of you. His parents were some of the smartest people of the century ,after all.

Once the two of you noticed his abnormal intelligence that seemed to be even grander than either of yours, you both decided to give him more resources to aid his brain development. He would tend to understand material fairly easily and often got bored of the childrens textbooks you would give him.

If Sherlock ever met your son, probably post time skip, he would constantly point out how intelligent he was and although your son would find his attitude occasionally ridiculous, he would soon become very close to him, even referring to him as ‘uncle sherly’ which annoyed Louis a little. They’d do science experiments together and Sherlock would take him under his wing, teaching him everything he would ever want to know.

Your son was only a about 4 years old when his younger sister was born, who you originally thought would have to be raised by only her mother, and he was quite happy about her, despite asking for confirmation on his theory of how babies were made whenever he saw his baby sister.

She grew up a lot more spoilt than her older brother. Not because either of you favoured her more, but it was mostly because (daughter’s name) required a lot more attention than her brother who was alright with peace and quiet to read his science books in.

James would often dress the little girl up in pretty clothes that he would insist on buying her, Moran was very fond of her too, Fred would give her flowers to put in her bedroom, Jack would offer to a babysit and would treat her like his own granddaughter.

Sherlock would sometimes compare her to James’ previous us identity as Irene Adler due to her cunning behaviour (she was very good at getting whatever she wanted) honestly he was kinda scared of her, but would hope that she would grow into a girl like yourself some day.

She was on a similar intelligence level to her brother but could get jealous at his achievements if she felt insecure. Sometimes she felt as though she didn’t fit in as much with the rest of her family but both you and William would remind her that it was okay to be different and she gave personality to what would otherwise be a quiet and slightly boring family.

(Daughters name) grew up to be quite competitive with her brother and other people she knew. She had a fairly sarcastic and spoilt personality, a lot more extroverted than you, your son or William. At parties, she would be well liked and she made friends a lot easier than her brother would. Although she could come off as rude, she was very kind at heart and you and the rest of your family all knew that.

William also had the tendency to shower her in affection and spoil her with gifts, but he made sure to raise her in a way that she wouldn’t forget her own privilege and treat those less fortunate than her as inferior, which she surprisingly had no issues in understanding and would often stand up for those of the lower class.

Bonus headcannons for Louis and Albert as uncles

Albert would be like the rich wine aunt trope. As your children grew up, he would spoil both of them with expensive gifts, for your daughter it would be dresses, make up, dolls and other things she liked whereas your son would receive microscopes and up to date science equipment.

With your children, he would tell them stories of William in his youth and if he had known you for long, he would do the same for you.

If your children ever asked about how the two of you met, trust Albert to give them a long ass romance story about your relationship from the start, when the two of you met, to present day where you were both just as in love as ever.

I feel like he’d get along with both children equally as well. With your daughter, he could be a bit more fun and a slight gossip about which nobles were doing what. As I said earlier, he’d shower both children with gifts but especially your daughter who could be very materialistic sometimes. He’d try to keep her in check though, as he didn’t want her to turn out like his younger biological brother.

With your son, he would be more of a listener to what he had to say. An easy way to make the quiet kid to come out of his shell was to mention anything about a subject that he would be hyper-fixating on and boom 💥 he’s blabbering on about it for at least an hour while all Albert has to do is sit and listen while he drinks his wine. His knowledge astounded him more than William’s did when he was his age, which was very difficult indeed. While you were a literary and philosophical prodigy, and William was a maths prodigy, your son had more knowledge than most scientists of the era.

Your children both really liked uncle Albert, especially when they grew into teenagers. Your daughter would always smile with glee whenever she got presents from him and your son would often come home and ask his father for confirmation on the stories his uncle had told him. They’re only issue with staying with him was that he was a terrible cook and everything he made would either be burnt or undercooked, no in between.

Louis as an uncle would be a lot more serious than any other adults that the siblings would interact with. He was very loving too but would show it in other ways.

Your daughter was a fairly picky eater, and sometimes you would worry for her because of it. Louis was surprisingly tolerant of this though and would ask her for her favourite dishes so he could cook them for her alongside the meals she didn’t tend to like as much, which she was incredibly grateful for.

Louis really liked your son too, mainly because of how nostalgic he made him feel. The quiet boy would remind him of William when he was a child. The same looks of excitement when they found new pieces of information, the protective nature over their younger siblings, their intelligent personalities. They were almost carbon copies of each other.

Louis was very protective of the kids. If Sherlock ever came home after a day of teaching (sons name) science experiments and how it could tie into detective work, Louis would frown and drag the boy away as he said goodbye to uncle sherly, then clean him up and ask him if Sherlock had been reckless with him, which your son would deny.

If your daughter was ever criticised for her big ego or given subtle remarks about her looks, it is on sight!!! Louis would not hesitate to get into a fist fight for the sake of his niece and nephew.

If you ever needed someone to babysit, Louis is the best option. He would be able to take care of your kids better than you and William could take care of them.

He also noticed that your son took after William in terms of his strange eating habits but he didn’t mind. Oh he want tomato shortcake with chocolate and sausage icing? Why the fuck not? He’ll make it in seconds. William wouldn’t have a problem with it and would just remain 😊 while you would try not to throw up at the sight.

Overall, both of the uncles absolutely adore their niece and nephew and protect them with their lives. Nobody would ever even look at the kids funny and remain in one piece afterwards.

I watched Musicals of Moriarty (Op1-3) and those were amazing, everything I wished anime had in matter of plot and characters was there. And no I don’t mean Truck of the sherliam that Musicals have (it’s nice add and I love it, but if they didn’t go so hard for it I would be still happy) because it had what I think was important in manga, small details of story and characters that made me love Moriarty so much now. Like the matter of taxes in Durham and how William fixed it right away to help poor, overworked people living there. I really don’t like how anime makes him for first few episodes “the devil” who only whispers on others ears and pushes them to kill and he himself doesn’t dirty his hands. He always put himself on the first line of his plans, like with “Kidnapping of noble” chapter, he kills Albert’s brother on his own etc. Like how Baskerville arc was SO important for Louis, Fred and Moran characters. Like in anime because of lack of it you can change those three to any other characters and it wouldn’t matter. Miss Hutson is amazing in musicals, gosh, poor women, how she didn’t get a stroke or heart attack yet I don’t know XD and musical doesn’t skip on that scene between her and Irene with dress that I found quite funny when I first read it in manga and thought this adds a lot to both women characters. 

You know you did wrong when your anime has less action scenes then musical... Like really, the person who did script for anime did so many strange changes to plot and cut so many important ones while adding own one it's crazy and I have no idea why it happened.

As for character, the best from the start was Sherlock for me, he’s amazing.  I think Liam's one was little too stiff and not enough emotional in Op1-2 but in Op3 he finally is perfect Liam, smiling, hurting, sassy and I think his vocal got better. As for other characters they were amazing too. I only couldn’t get used to William and Albert but only because their anime saiyuus did so amazing job. Louis had the best vocal at the start I think. From songs I think the middle one in Op2 made most impression for me, I need to rewatch it and remember names of songs for future. The “Catch me if you can” scene in the musical was the only one weaker I think in compare to anime and manga, but when at the end of Op2 they come back to theme “Catch me” it did earned a few points back in my eyes. And wow Op3 songs were so much longing of William and Sherlock to each other it’s just wow, I didn’t think they will go so hard for it and I’m not complaining. I guess Op4 focuses more on Whiteley and John&Mary arcs so probably there is not so much sharliam there, but if Op3 was like this then I can image how hard they will go with William visit at Sherlock’s place, letter and bridge scene. And I will only need Op6 with hospital and marriage vows to die happy XD.

ps. If anyone knows if it’s possible to pay and see Op4 somewhere online, please let me know. Buying stuff from Japan is always very expensive for me because of shipping cost, if I can avoid it the I would gladly watch it this way.

Meet-cute where Buck caters a fancy dinner hosted by Tommy - an old friend of Howie's, which is how Buck got the job. Eddie is helping Buck out for the event and he and Tommy hit it off, but Buck unknowingly flirts with Tommy all night (and Tommy tries not to flirt back because of the client divide, but they definitely have chemistry and have fun together). He's so curious about Tommy's pilot job that Tommy extends an open invite for Buck to come by for a tour some time - and Buck takes him up on that offer a week or so later. While at the hangar, Buck tries to make plans to hang out again but learns that Tommy has plans with Eddie, which is a surprise but not weird because they're both cool so it makes sense.

In the weeks that follow, Buck hears from Eddie how Tommy looked at his car and they sparred a bit and Tommy even met Christopher - who also thinks Tommy is so cool. Buck is feeling left out but at no point does he call or text Tommy to try and meet up again because he doesn't feel cool enough or like they have enough in common. Still, he keeps hoping there will be a group event where he can see Tommy again because even though he barely knows the guy he knows enough to want to spend more time with him.

The next time he sees Tommy it's unplanned: Buck is a little frazzled and wearing a daggy old stained sweatshirt grabbing ingredients for a meal at the grocery store when he hears Tommy say his name. It's so good to see him but Buck is also a little hurt at all the time Tommy has spent with Eddie and not him; he can't help but feel rejected and cast aside but he's not going to dwell on it because he doesn't blame Tommy. And Tommy looks good, which is distracting, and his presence lifts Buck's mood a little too. When he asks if Buck is catering for another event Buck tells him that it's for his parents (hence the frazzle) who his sister failed to mention were visiting and he doesn't have anyone to help him because Maddie is working and Eddie is busy and Ravi refused— next thing Buck knows Tommy is in his kitchen helping him cook dinner for his parents (and Maddie and Chim and maybe the Lees).

It's different from the dinner party: there are no guests around and no Eddie to divide Tommy's attention. Buck has him all to himself. Tommy knows how to cook, and while he takes Buck's direction for the most part he pushes back on a couple things in a sassy way but nonetheless seems charmed by Chef Buck and compliments and praises him numerous times and asks lots of questions about Buck's methods and recipes and business, one of the few people who seem genuinely interested in what Buck is doing and why. And Buck gets to know Tommy over the few hours they spend together and what he learns is interesting but the most important thing he learns is that he wants to learn more.

They share A Moment that gets interrupted before anything happens - a knock at the door, maybe Chim showing up early (late) with Kevin and Albert to help Buck only to discover their help is not needed. But Tommy has to get going, he has to work so he leaves them to it. Buck walks him to the door and says how he now owes Tommy two beers (he now has two reasons to see him again). And Buck is so distracted by how easy things are with Tommy that he doesn't really notice Tommy closing the distance between them until suddenly Tommy is kissing him, and—

It's nice. Well, nice is an understatement. It's unexpected but Buck realises instantly it's also exactly what he wants. And when he has a minute to untangle the past few weeks he'll realise this is what he wanted all along without knowing it. They make plans for a date and Tommy leaves Buck stunned on the doorstep. He's so bewildered that when he finally makes it back to the kitchen he doesn't realise the mess the others have made of things, too caught up in what just happened, in a happy daze. His day definitely took an upturn.

Marvin hummed to himself as he tried to comprehend the words on the pages in front of him. He was beginning to understand why it was referred to as ‘chaos magic’. There didn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason for how it worked, yet there was almost a dance of knowledge to learn. Marvin felt a bit of his pride being prodded at by how complicated this magic seemed to be compared to his. Well, either it was more complicated, or whoever wrote these books was terrible at simplifying. Regardless, he’d need to dive more into this and begin practicing as soon as possible if he was going to go up against that new Ego. 

“Would I be able to take some of these books back to the House?” Marvin asked, picking up his mug and finishing the last sip of coffee. Mad knew how to make a good cup of coffee, although, there was a chance that it was just all the chocolate and sugar in it, but it was still nice. It also explained all of Mad’s energy if all he drank was sugar and caffeine. 

“Hm?” Mad looked up from the book he was reading. The question processed a second later and he answered right when Marvin began to repeat himself. “Oh yeah, sure. Do you know how many you want to borrow? I have an extra backpack you can use to help carry them.” 

“No trade?” Marvin doubted he’d get off easy twice in a row. 

“I’m going to borrow some of your books in return,” Mad said with a big grin.

“That’s fair.” Marvin shrugged, pulling his buzzing phone from his pocket. “Pardon me for a moment.” He excused himself as he got up and walked to the other side of the room before taking the call. “Hello?” 

“Where’d you go? You just, like, vanished?” Jackie sounded worried through the phone. 

“I’m sorry, I should have texted one of you. I’m at Mad’s place looking at some books with him.” Marvin couldn’t help but smile a little at Jackie checking on him. It was nice to know at least one person had an eye out for him. 

“Oh!” Jackie held out the word, sounding relieved. “Sorry for bugging your hang-out.” 

“I was actually planning on heading back to the House soon. I might need to run on the treadmill for the next hour with all this sugar and caffeine in me.”

“You had a Mad coffee?”

“Yes. It’s very tasty but-um-I’m not sure how to put it.”

“Leaves you in a sugar rush?”

“Yes!” Marvin chuckled when Jackie found the perfect words. “No wonder he and Anti can have matching energy.”

“It’s how they’re friends.”

“That sounds-” Marvin stopped when he heard a soft meow. “Is that a cat?” He started looking around. 

“That’s Al, short for Albert. He’s Mad’s cat.” Jackie explained as Marvin peeked around a shelf and saw a cat strolling down the aisle. He was gray with white paws and a pink nose. The cat paused when he saw Marvin and tilted his head. 

“Um…hey Al?” Marvin greeted the cat, crouching down and holding a hand toward him. Al stared at Marvin before blinking and slowly nearing his hand. 

“Don’t be offended if he doesn’t like you right away, he’s a little hit or miss with some of us. He’s still very sassy with Mare.” Jackie said. 

“Okay,” Marvin spoke to confirm that he still had a voice while a strange wave of sorrow hit him. Al sniffed Marvin’s hand before beginning to purr and rub his face against it. 

“Marv?” Jackie said when the pause got too long for comfort. Marvin blinked, feeling something rolling down his cheeks as he ran his hand along Al’s back, petting him. Something about that felt soothing but painful at the same time. 

“Are you okay?” Mad’s voice snapped Marvin out of his trance. Marvin just looked at Mad, seeing that he was very concerned and hugging an empty backpack. “You’re crying.” 

“I am?” Marvin touched his face and saw that his fingers were wet. “I am. Sorry. Didn’t mean to have a moment in your library.” He straightened back up, Al continuing his purring and rubbing his body against Marvin’s legs. 

“Do you want another coffee? I can try to make you some tea. Maybe you’d like some-uh-some cookies or something? I have a stash of Jolly Ranchers if you like those or-” 

“I’m okay.” Marvin stopped Mad’s rambling with a chuckle. “Thank you for the offers.” 

“Marvin?” Jackie’s voice came from the phone, back to his previous worried tone. 

“I’m alright.” Marvin held the phone back to his ear. “I’ll be back at the House soon.”

“I’ll ask JJ to make some tea.” Jackie’s hero voice was back as well.

“I don’t need-” Marvin didn’t get to finish his protest as he heard the little beep of a call ending. “I guess I will be going back home to some tea.”

“We should get you packed up and going. I don’t want Jackie to stay worried.” Mad went over to the collection of books and started packing a few of them. He set two of the books aside. “Mare’s reading those right now.” He added his explanation as he continued to move. 

“How do you know Mare’s reading those?” Marvin asked. 

“He uses a mark on the cover.” Mad picked one of the books back up and pointed to what looked like a dark purple music note on the top right corner of the cover. 

“He paints the books?”

“It’s magic, lets him know what he’s reading, and automatically opens to the page he’s on.” 

“Chaos magic can be a bookmark? That’s a choice.” Marvin chuckled. “I think that’ll be enough for now, my back already hurts just looking at how heavy that probably is.” 

“Do you want me to put some back?”

“I’ll be fine.” Marvin bent over to scratch the top of Al’s head while Mad zipped the bag shut. 

“Mare can send you back. He’s probably in his room or the living room with Blank.” Mad chewed his lip in thought for a second. “He’ll be in the living room.”

“I’d ask how you deduced that, but we might be here for-” Marvin's tease turned into a grunt of surprise when he tried to pick up the bag and it was even heavier than he expected. “We might have to leave a few books behind.” 

“This one on top is the biggest. Maybe it won’t be too bad if we take that one out.” Mad pulled out the book he spoke of and waited for Marvin to try again. Marvin strained a little but did manage to hoist the bag over his shoulder. 

“I have about two minutes before I fall over like a turtle,” Marvin warned. 

“Off we go.” Mad opened the door for Marvin and then guided him back to the living room, proving that he was correct that Mare was in there with Blank. Blank was napping on the couch while Mare was watching a show. 

“You ready to leave?” Mare asked as he paused the show, brow raising when he saw the backpack Marvin wore. “Be careful.” 

“Me?” Marvin pointed at himself. 

“Yes, you. I know what’s in that bag. I know you’re looking into chaos magic. I’m assuming it has to do with the new Iplier, and I am telling you to be careful.” Mare stood up. “Chaos magic holds true to its name. It is powerful, chaotic, and a hassle to figure out how to control. Me and Phantom experienced that the hard way. That kind of magic is hard to learn because a majority of it dives into physical illusions based on emotions. You need to be in full awareness of your emotions to be able to use the magic to its full extent and to also do it safely. Is there anything in your life that could cause a sudden influx of emotions? If so, make sure it’s away when you’re practicing.”

“I can handle my emotions.” Marvin rolled his eyes. 

“Whatever you say. Just don’t ignore my warning. The last thing we need is another Ego making a mess with chaos.” Mare finished his sentence with the snap of his fingers, and in the next breath, Marvin was back at the Septiceye House.
