Happy Sabbath! The day of the Lord is drawing nearer and nearer, we do not know the exact time or day, but we can read the signs and times. The time is now to repent and change our ways! The time is now to draw close to God and allow Him to draw close to us and direct our paths! God loves us all and He wants all people to be apart of His family! Christ will be returning soon and the whole world will be turned upside down. I’d rather stand with God and be judged by the world. “Abide in Me, and I in you. When there ...

Then there is no one living at home with you on a Saturday morning, you haven’t met your new neighbors, your cat is away and you haven’t met your future bride, what do you do? It’s sort of a rhetorical question but also not.

For me, I start wondering things. I guess first on my mind is what I want for breakfast. I’d love to have some cinnamon rolls like some temptress posted on here minutes ago, but, alas, I can’t eat sticky buns and have no eggs in the house. (I keep reasoning that I won’t cook breakfast, so I shouldn’t need to buy any, and yet I keep waking up wondering why the h-e-double-hockey-sticks I didn’t buy eggs the previous day!)

Sabbath Saturday! Like God says in His Word, the seventh day is the Sabbath. He doesn’t say Sunday is the Sabbath, and He didn’t say pick any day as long as you keep it holy. He said the seventh day. Just because your Pastor says it’s ok doesn’t mean it’s ok. Trust God’s Word and NOT man’s word. God said in Malachi chapter 3 “For I am the Lord, I change not..” for a reason. This means He will never change His mind, ever. So if follow the Word of God and still in a church where they worship on a Sunday I would do your own research using the real bible, King James Version, not the Bible’s that have over 2000 verses missing or changed like the NIV, Amplified or NASB. Remember, you are in control on your soul, not Pastor, parents,spouse or friends. Love God. Love Yourself. Happy Sabbath! I know I’ve posted this scripture multiple times before, but it really is always a good reminder. God made the sabbath day for us! He set it apart at creation for a day of rest for us! To be able to rest and come together and worship Him! This week has been crazy busy! I’ve taken anywhere from 10-20,000 steps a day! I’m exhausted after work, and the day isn’t finished there is always something that needs to be taken care pf after getting home from work! I am so thankful for the Sabbath, that God gave us this day to rest and gain our strength back! Don’t forget to observe the sabbath, to rest and to spend time with God today! Happy Sabbath! Today is the first day of the Days of Unleavened Bread! This Holy Day season pictures us putting sin out of our lives. The leaven represents sin and how we are to come out of sin and bondage. For seven days we are commanded to eat unleavened bread, which symbolises taking in the bread of life. You can find these accounts throughout the whole bible. I want to encourage you to look at your life! Do a bible study on the days of unleavened bread and on all of God’s holy days because it pictures Gods plan of salvation. Happy Sabbath!! I want to remind that the Sabbath day was made for man! We all live busy, crazy, chaotic lives and God gave us this day to rest! God satiates the weary soul and replenishes the sorrowful soul. God gives us the Sabbath day to come together and worship Him and to rejuvenate and replenish us for the coming week ahead. In 1st Peter we are told to give our anxieties to the lord because He cares for us! And I’m Matthew 11 we are told to come to Christ, all who are weary and He will give us rest! We are so loved by our Father in Heaven and our older Brother and soon coming savior, that they gave us the Sabbath day as a set apart day of rest from the beginning of time. I hope you enjoy this set apart day of Rest from God! It was given to mankind at creation, remember that the sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath! God knew that mankind would need a day completely set aside from seminary to sunset to not work and to rest and really spend time with God.
