Seeing someone claim a book is "pro-genocide" and knowing that the part of the book they are referring to literally could not have a louder message of "anti-genocide" if it fucking tried.
#all bc they seemed to have come to the conclusion that the people that were saved. were 'russian coded'(???????????)#synopsis: a clan causes trouble and kills a lot of people but people fight them off and end it#the clain is now dispersed and the people that used to belong to that clan (this branch a notable group of doctors sick elderly & children)#and the only two that are relatively healthy (that are friends with mc and most notably helped him) are part of this branch#the branch gets put into a open air prison and are tortured and killed until the mc comes to help the remaining members#and then the remaining members (except for his adopted son and technically one of his friends who is now undead survives)#are all killed#so to recap the only remaining person from the clan is a child who doesnt even remember any of them except for his cousin and the mc#(the mc not being part of the clan)#and this person decided the best way to describe it. was to be pro genocide.#the clan. being the genociders? and the people that killed them out of war by hold them captive and torturing raping and murdering them.#were not.#.end synopsis#i think i know what they were trying to go for but to staunchly say that it was pro genocide and then also admitting that they support it.#its weird as shit đ#and i get where they were trying to come from. but they also made up a line from the novel to explain why they came up with this#like they said that 'every clan member thought the war to be nothing' was in the novel.#and the person that said this. was somebody that hated the clan (for good reason) and was mad about how easy it seemed for them#but for a novel thats key message is about how rumours can ruin somebodys life esp if they dont have anyone trying to help.#its. obvious they skipped the messaging and went right to assuming based off their own morals

Please, when you see something written in Cyrillic, don't assume right away that it's russian. Russian is not the only language that uses Cyrillic. There are also Ukrainian, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Montenegrin, Serbian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Mongolian.
It's a sensitive topic especially for us Ukrainians because russian language is a weapon. It's a colonial language, it's presented like one and only true slavic language, it erases and replaces other languages. Belarusian is literally on the verge of extinction because of russian. Ukrainian has been banned 134 times throughout history, it is still called a "village language", a dialect of russian. Russian colonialism is literally the reason why there are so many russian speaking people in Ukraine (I was one of them btw). Ukrainian is banned on russian occupied territories and people are getting in trouble or even killed for using it there, Ukrainian POWs in russian captivity are getting brutally beaten for speaking Ukrainian.
Like okay, I can get why there's this confusion, so here's a clue to understand that the language you're looking at definitely is not russian â the letter Ń. If you see Ń (like i but with two dots) it's 100% Ukrainian. If you see j it's Serbian. Russian alphabet also doesn't have such letters as Đ, Đ, Đ, Đ, Đ (dont confuse with ĐŠ ). Yes, it's not always gonna be easy to detect that the language in front of you is not russian, but when you have trouble with it just ask or run it through any translation app and it'll probably tell you the language.
Hope this will be helpful.

Yo Goyim! Looks like I'm going to need to give some of you a crash course on what antisemitic language looks like, because I've been seeing entirely too much of it from some of you here on Tumblr.
Now, I think it's time for a Jewish history lesson, because I've been seeing way too many Nazi-related conspiracy theories going around. If you hear contradictions to the basic information that I am about to share (i.e., if you hear someone saying that the Jewish people are "a race that originated in Europe"), it is likely that you are hearing a white supremacist, anti-Jewish conspiracy theory.
So, here's the basics of Jewish history. Jews are indigenous to the Levant have been there for thousands of years. The Levantine people that Jews descended from have been in that area of the Levant since the Bronze Age. Jews as a distinct people have been there since the Late Bronze Age. Before it was Palestine it was the Kingdom of Judah, then Judea, and then Judaea, and that is literally where we are from. The word Jew means "a person from the Kingdom of Judah." The Romans renamed the area Syria-Palaestina (which they borrowed from the Greek name Palestina) in the 2nd century CE after destroying the Second Temple in Jerusalem and leading another campaign to try to eradicate the Jewish people (guess what, we're still here, motherfuckers).
And even after the Romans tried to annihilate us, even after they scattered many of us into European diaspora, many Jews came back, again and again over the ages, and there have nearly always been Jewish communities in the region throughout history.
And if you come for me or try to dispute any of this history with white supremacist bullshit, I am a Jew who has studied way more Jewish history than you. And as politely as possible, you can take your white supremacist conspiracy theories and fuck off into the sun.
Okay, with all that out of the way, let's get into it!
Gloves are coming off, because this is just a sampling of the Nazi dogwhistles I've been seeing here on Tumblr about the Jewish civilians who were tortured, murdered, and worse:
- If you say shit like, "The Jews got what they deserved"...
GUESS WHAT? You're talking like a white supremacist, and you need to fucking check yourself.
- And if, on the other hand, you say shit like, "The reports were probably overblown. I think those were paid actors. I don't think those Jews were murdered. No Jewish children were killed. No Jewish bodies were desecrated" blahblahblah...
GUESS WHAT? You get to sit with the Nazis at their table for lunch.
- If you tell Jews "go back to Europe where you came from"...
GUESS WHAT? Not only are you telling the descendants of Jewish refugees to go back to the Spanish Inquisition, the Russian pogroms, and the Nazi gas chambers, as I explained in this post, but you are also repeating a white supremacist conspiracy theory about the origins of European Jews.
Jews are a Levantine people from the area of the Middle East currently called Israel (formerly called the Kingdom of Judah, and then Judea). While there was some emigration to Europe during the late Roman Republic and the early days of the Roman Empire, the first mass migration of Jews to Europe was a forced migration. Gentiles from the Roman Empire dragged us there as captives after 70 CE, the year Rome destroyed the Second Temple.
- And if you're telling yourself that there are "good Jews" and "bad Jews," and those Jewish civilians were "bad Jews," so they deserved to be tortured and killed...
GUESS WHAT? You're spouting white supremacist ideology.
Antisemitism takes a long time to deprogram.
A lot of gentiles grow up with anti-Jewish ideology that they have never questioned.
And a lot of Christians are kept ignorant about Jewish history because preachers and priests fear it would make Christians question the many inaccuracies in the Bible.
But the first step in noticing antisemitic beliefs is to notice when you start singling people out *because* they are Jewish.
And I have been seeing some of you gleefully celebrating the murder of Jewish civilians *because* they are Jewish.
And that is antisemitism.
That is one step closer to the next generation of Jews getting shoved into the gas chambers. And there are only 16 million of us left in the entire world. We're 0.2% of the world's population. And we cannot afford another Holocaust.
And if your response to me saying that is, "Well, those Jews deserve it."
Guess what. You are making it easier for Nazis and white supremacists to spread hatred and commit acts of violence against Jewish people. And you will have to live with that blood on your conscience.
So...
If you are a gentile, and you see other gentiles repeating these kinds of white supremacist dogwhistles about Jewish people, here's how you can help:
1. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Help them direct their focus away from attacking random Jewish people online and towards helping Palestinians.
Actions that people can take right now are contributing to verified charities and relief organizations that help the people of Gaza. Only donate to organizations that are verified by CharityNavigator.org and CharityWatch.org.
2. Call that shit out. Tell people that they're being antisemitic, and explain that Jew-hatred is dangerous to Jewish people. Antisemitism gets Jews attacked and it gets Jews killed. In the US, many synagogues require round the clock security to protect against white supremacists who want to murder Jews. In Pittsburgh, my old home town, a group of Nazis from north of the city planned the murder of Jewish congregants at Tree of Life Synagogue, and so far only one of them (the gunman) has been arrested and convicted of the murders. The others are still at large.
3. Explain to them that it is antisemitic to celebrate someone's death *because* they're Jewish. ALSO, it is antisemitic to blame a random Jewish person for the actions of ANY government, whether that be the Israeli Government or the US Government.
4. Explain to people that they're not going to solve this conflict by posting antisemitic statements and memes online. All they will do is alienate the Jewish people in their lives and make those Jews feel scared and unsafe. And they will contribute to this current wave of antisemitism.
Antisemitic hatred doesn't help Palestinians. All it does is put Jewish people around the world in danger.
#tl;dr if you celebrate the murder of jews *because* they are jews you are an antisemite - end of story#just fyi - i will be monitoring the comments so if anyone posts anything antisemitic i will delete your comment and block you#antisemitism tw#jumblr

You were hardly shaking at all when heâd found you chained, maimed, and frozen half to death on the plains.
He didnât see that every day, that was for-fucking-sure.
Joel Miller barely got to see his share of happy, grinning girls on the cold and bitter frontier he inhabited. Ones that were tied to posts and clinging to life were even less common, so the sight of you there had almost frightened him at first. Heâd approached you like one might advance upon a sleeping bear: with the utmost caution and a Winchester Model 70 levelled directly at your head.
Heâd learned you were unarmed and defenseless in less than a second. Heâd come to realize you were largely unconsciousâand unclothedâeven sooner than that.
He had been industrious in freeing your hands and feet from their restraints but never uttered a word as he did.
Even on the two-and-a-half mile trek back home, he hadnât spoken once. Youâd hung off his left shoulder like a pretty, frosted slab of meat, covered only with the sherpa blanket heâd secured around your neck, and dangled precariously down his back for the entire fifty minutes.
Your toes were two shades shy of onyx with frostbite.
Your limbs were hanging like lead over his chest.
A whisper of, âYouâll be fine, darlinâ, I promiseâ had just seemed ill-suited for the circumstances and his nature. In truth, Joel didnât know if youâd be fine. You might die. The blood wouldnât be on his hands one way or the other, but he never had liked burying bodies this time of year. Heâd have to wait until April to break ground, at least.
Presently, he dropped your limp form to the floor of his cabin and hoped he wouldnât be needing to bury anyone.
You sort of looked charming in the firelight.
He stomped off to the kitchen and began rifling for pans, preparing to defrost the icy stranger as best he could.
You didnât die.
You didnât wake for forty full hours, but you didnât die.
When you stirred on the floor with warm sherpa around your shoulders and a rough calfskin rug under your ass, you thought you had diedâmaybe taken a pit stop in cowpoke purgatory while you were at itâbut then you blinked. Breathed. Realized you were still very much inside your body and most likely still in Wyoming.
You sat up where you were and looked around.
âDa-a-d?â
You knew it was useless, calling for your father.
He had been dead almost eight months; you just wanted to double-check to make sure you were still on earth.
When dead dad didnât answer, you tried someone else.
âMomma?â
Still no answer.
Figured, since she was among the ones that had left you chained outside in the first place. Itâd been worth a shot.
You started to rise from your place, when a sharp pain in your side made you plop back down on the rug. You winced and lifted the blanket, then your old nightie.
A neat little taped-down bandage had your ribs encased in antiseptics and gauze. You frowned down at a stain in the centre, which looked to you an awful lot like blood. That circle of old fluids mustâve been twice the size of your fist and currently oozing tiny, fresh beads of blood from the strain youâd just exerted. You pursed your lips.
Least they couldâve done is kill me, not leave me here.
Youâd take it up with your old would-be assassins another day, you were sure. Right now, you were parched, starving, in dire need of a piss, and reeling on the floor to grab hold of something sturdy to lift yourself. But you were as much a child then as you had ever been, swaying in place and clawing at air like someone whoâd never kept their balance before. Or mightâve been drunk.
You rolled onto your good side and cast a sweeping look around the cabin. You smelled slow-cooked barbecue.
Thank fuck, you thought.
Now, if I were a juicy rack of ribs, where would I be?
The kitchen was dark and empty; the smell was coming from elsewhere. You craned your neck, tilted your chin, spotted a loft overhead but figured it wasnât too likely to find someone grilling up there, so where the hell was it?
And who the hell was it, smoking meats and mending up strangers in the cold and lonely dead of winter like this?
You put a pin in that thought as you searched for a place to pee.
By the time youâd hobbled out of the bathroom, the smoky smell had grown even stronger. It was so pungent it bordered on vertiginous, invading every inch of the cabin with a force. Then it was leading you, teasing you by turns to venture outside. All you had on your feet were some oversized socks and two strips of medical tape.
Against your better judgment, you continued to hobble.
Out the door, down the steps, slowly, then following your nose and the first whiff of smoke you smelled to make it to the place you were almost certain you needed to be.
You trudged around a corner of the cabinâs exterior and stopped. Turned around. Cursed your own senses for being so stupid to miss the huge fucking shed spewing smoke out frontâor was it the back?âand plodded on.
Your feet might have carried you a third of the way there before your powers of sight and sound eventually failed you again, and you missed another big something.
Big and beige and coated in snowâbaring its teeth and snarling at the unfamiliar presence as soon as it saw you.
The next thing you knew, sixty-two pounds of Belgian Malinois had had you knocked to the ground in less than a second. You hardly understood what had hit you until it was barking and chomping away an inch from your face.
You fought hard and frantic to shove the ugly fucker off, but your bandaged hands were no match for its paws. The dog continued to tear at your blanket, nip at your ears, claw at your neck, and all around snuff out any sense of peace you might have acquired in the dozen-odd minutes since youâd first woken up. You screamed.
You yelled as loud as you could and felt yourself cower and sink lower into the snow as you fought.
Just when you tried to raise a kneeâto kick the animal in the ribs or else protect your ownâa sound broke out above the buzz.
A voice, clear as day:
âCUJO!â
The dog stalled on top of you a moment, just to be yanked off the next, and the closest thing afterward was a faceâkinder than Cujoâs but not by very much.
It was a broad, bearded, pock-marked head with more soot to recommend itself than skin. Lips smeared with ash and grime and curved down in the single most decisive frown youâd seen in your life, the man looked to be beside himself seeing you tits up in the snow.
He gripped one arm of yours, then dropped it.
Picked a leg up, paused, then hauled you into a cradle carry as graceless as youâd ever felt it done before.
âCome!â he snapped, and it took you too long to realize that he was talking to the dog. Youâd already wrapped your arms around his neck in abrupt complaisance.
He carried you back into the cabin and kicked the door open in front of you. He held you firm for a second, then, just as he had outside, changed course before you knew what to do and was shortly depositing you on the sofa.
You winced when your ass hit the cushion.
You started to sit, grab a pillow for your back or just bring your knees to your chest, when suddenly a palm was pressing flat on your front. Forcing you to lie down.
âHey, hey!â you cried when the man started lifting the hem of your nightgown.
If heâd heard you at all, he didnât show it. He just worked his thick, dirty fingers under the fabric and raised the white satin like he might the hood of a car. He frowned.
It was then that you noticed a blooming red splotch on your side, slowly overtaking the terra-cotta color of dried blood on the bandage and spreading out. Then a pain.
Instead of pushing the manâs hands away, you were holding them tight, wrestling that same touch which was trying to keep you from poking around the area now.
âQuit,â the man said, sedate as could be.
âHurts,â was all you could think to tell himâand you guessed heâd already had that part down by the outpouring of blood. He shoved your hands off.
The brand new crimson hue had already soaked through the bandage. He pulled it off. You caught a glimpse of a wound that seemed to be weeping through its stitchesâoozing pus and blood and a gore you couldâve gone your whole life without seeing. You wouldâve liked to run a couple gentle, awed fingers over it, but as it was, your coarse and tight-lipped medic wouldnât let you.
âHold still,â he commanded.
âHeystopstopstop!â you implored him, feeling a streak of pain up your side as his calloused hands delved deeper.
At your latest flinch and plea, the man seemed to have had enough. Or just needed to angle your body in a different direction for easier access to the site. He gathered you back up in his arms and walked over to the kitchen, where he set you down again on the counter. Hands moved to your hips, briefly, to push you back on the surface and allow him to stand between your legs. Again, the man frowned as he peeled off your pyjamas.
Two warring fears of pain and overexposure fought like wild beasts in your brain for a secondâyou yelping and trying to cover your breasts in a hurry, then realizing how much it hurt to lift your arms that way when your ribs were dripping blood, then the man making the decision for you both as he pushed your hands behind your back and said a simple âFuckâs sakeâ to keep you pinned.
You didnât like it.
You didnât like it, and you let him continue, because you knew that you didnât know shit about doing this yourself.
Joel mustâve fixed your dressings fourteen times before turning you loose. Heâd had you perched atop his counter like goddamned Prisoner-of-War Barbie, all riddled with bumps, bruises, and lesions galore, looked your body up and down just once, and nearly grew sick at the sight.
Heâd disgusted himself by feeling as aroused as he was.
Shortly thereafter, heâd toted you offâbefore the blood could rush down to his dick and start to swellâshrugged your gown over your torso, and stepped away. Simple.
Then youâd had to go and throw a wrench in his plans.
âWhat if I need to pee?â youâd said as soon as Joel started up the stairs with you in his arms again.
He had meant to drop you off on the bed in the loft, out of sight, but it seemed you were more concerned about the prospect of traversing the steps up and down for potty breaks. Joel had audibly huffed above you.
âI can leave a bucket.â
âYu-uck.â The latter word had been given two syllables to show the full extent of your disgust, like a child might do.
And that was how youâd ended up here: snug in his bed on the ground floor, curled up in more layers of flannel and wool than you could count and staring blankly up at the man who was standing cold and aloof off to the side.
Your eyelids were growing heavy with sleep.
He figured they would be.
Joel picked up the glass that sat beside your empty one on the nightstand and drank, watching you all the while.
âDâyou know my momma?â you asked, voice sounding extra small coming from the depths of your cocoon.
Joel finished his drink in four big gulps.
âSure hope not,â he said once heâd set it back down.
By the sight of the scars heâd found littering your hands and back alone, Joel was able to surmise youâd come from a pretty rough, ragtag group. Maybe even Raiders. Knowing folks like that simply never struck oneâs fancy, so heâd been honest. You mightâve argued, or laughed, if you hadnât been nabbed so tightly in the grips of those first stages preceding sleep, so instead, you nodded.
âFigured,â you mumbled.
7:11, Joel read on the clock. Youâd finished your drink at seven, or somewhere thereabouts. Judging by your size, it wouldnât take long at all for the medicine to take effect.
âMedicine,â Joel thought, sounded a whole hell of a lot better than âdrugs.â One was meant to rehabilitate, rejuvenate, bring new life to your worn and weary bones. The other would just knock you cold and keep you there.
On second thought, those were definitely drugs Joel had just slipped in your water before giving it to you to drink.
As your eyes blinked from closed, to open, to closed, then open but slightly less open than the time before, and closed again, he felt a sick sense of accomplishment twist in his gut. If only his former-nurse friend could have seen what he was doing with those morphine sulfate tablets heâd traded forâhe likely wouldâve slapped Joel across the face. And Joel wouldâve smiled all the same.
Yeah, okay, drugging the unsuspecting and defenseless female heâd just saved from deathâs doorstep two days ago didnât look great on paper, he would fully concede.
But this was all in good fun.
Great fun, even.
For him.
âSick fuck,â Joel muttered as he started to undo his belt. The button and zip were taken apart just as fast, and with two steps, he was standing at your bedsideâhis bedsideâand tugging his trousers down his legs. He took his cock in his hand and glanced over at the clock.
7:15.
He nudged your shoulder.
7:16.
Peeling layers of blanket away from your body.
7:17.
âHeyâŠhoney?â
A lot more nothing from the girl sleeping in front of him. He shrugged his jeans to the floor, kicked them off at his feet, and moved onto the bed. You just looked so sweet.
Joel tried working around the fabric of his boxers but got impatient pretty quick. He hauled those off, too.
Soon, his beefy, bare, and surprisingly tan legs were bracketing your hips as he stroked himself above you. His eyes roamed the lax and tranquil features undeniably characteristic of sleep, and he pumped himself faster. Really, there was no need for theatrics or enhancements nowâhe was already hard as three tonnes of steelâbut Joel would be lying if he said he didnât like the build-up.
You were no longer in danger of dying, thanks to him. You were slowly but surely on the mend, no thanks to Cujo at all, but many thanks to him, Joel Miller, the man who had pried you off of that post, pulled you out of your chains, ushered warmth back into your limbs, and stitched up your side out of the goodness of his heart.
Any objective onlooker could see that youâd availed yourself of his medical attention and aid without ever asking, so why should he request access to you now? This was the way of the world these days, anyway. Sex was no longer so much a question as it was an answer in most scenariosâa mere transaction, wherein the physically weaker of two parties was forced to capitulate. Not within the four unsullied walls of Jackson and a few other pockets of homestead communities here and there, but on the whole, absolutely. Jackson was down the road a ways away and sufficiently far enough from Joelâs cabin for him to be disentangled from their rules. What mattered now was obtaining what he was owed.
Still, the man hesitated a half-second longer above you. He jerked his cock even faster and felt his stomach start to clench. Was that? Noânerves were fucking juvenile. Getting close to cumming from just the sight of you alone was for chumps. Joel Miller was no chump.
He lifted your nightie and lowered the head of his cock to rest between your folds. Then he shifted his knees so that he could rub himself gently against your warmth.
Joel Miller was a monster, but he was no brute. He also understood female anatomy well enough to know that, wellâŠwetter was better. He started moving his hips.
You exhaled through your nose. Nothing major; you probably hadnât even felt him long enough to whine.
Joel planted a hand beside your headâa preemptive warning.
âThereâŠâ He liked to talk as though you could hear him. Like you might be semi-conscious and dimly aware of what he was doing to you then, âRight thereâŠah, baby.â
He never did catch your name.
That was no matter. So long as you stayed put and made a nice, wet, pretty little hole for him to fuck, you would be fine. By the feel of your folds alone, he could tell youâd be a fun thing to use. Soft and snug and plied with drugs, you could do, and be, anything he damn well needed.
Or maybe nothing at all, he thought without humor.
Joel brushed your cheek with the knuckles of his free hand and watched you turn away, making a face. He snagged your chin and tilted it back to him, sharply, before gliding those fingers down your chest, then your tummy, then your hips, then dipping between your legs. He found your clit and pressed it with a deliberate touch.
âHey,â Joel whispered, again, as though you might hear, âYouâre gonna stay still and let me do this.â
Your nose scrunched in response, thighs clamping together. Joel pried them apart with one push and continued sliding his cock back and forth. He grunted.
âGonna let me take whatâs mine, hear?â
You didnât hear much of anything, he suspected, but he asked the question all the same. At least now your legs were staying open and he could rut himself gently into that space without having to keep them spread. A first, gentle âmmphâ sounded from your lips, and he was glad. He kept thumbing that spot he knew you would like and rubbing along the seam of your cunt with his erection.
Then Joel felt a weight on his shoulders. Remorse? No. Anxiety? Perhaps. This felt more like a fog, though, seizing his muscles and seeping gently between the grooves of his brain. He gave his head a fierce shake.
âHold still,â he said, more to himself; you hadnât moved.
Joel fisted the base of his cock and angled the tip toward your entrance, caring much less whether you were ready or not now that his desires had grown stronger.
He was met with resistance on trying to push in. He dug his fingers in the pillow beneath your head and scowled.
âQuitâŠclenchinââŠlike that. AinâtâŠfair to me,â he huffed.
He was one to talk.
Now, heâd been with a staggering number of women, experiences ranging all across the spectrum, but even the tightest, most untouched pieces of ass heâd ever tapped had given way more than this. Your walls were unyielding, refusing to give him entry. Joel cursed and rutted his hips in a rough, entirely unsuccessful, thrust.
You hummed in response, eyes still closed, one hand fumbling mindlessly for something to hold. Joel seized it.
âNot lettinâ you off that easy, darlinâ, Iââ
âFuck,â you breathed, followed by a low whimper.
Joel froze. Had you heard him? Felt him just now?
Something about the uncertainty laden in those questions sent his mind into overdrive, heart beating a wild cadence in his chest. He realized then that his mouth had gone dry, his vision was skewed just slightly on the outskirts. And his cock was throbbing.
âYa like that?â Joel seethed, not thinking, still rubbing, âLike givinâ daddy a hard time before lettinâ him in?â
âUh-huh.â Softly.
You little slut. He knew it all along.
Whatever it was that kept your body from being coupled with his was almost immaterial to him now. Joelâs mind was swimming with desire, cock dragging in desperate, fitful bursts between your legs, never penetrating but still wringing massive jolts of pleasure from that place.
With the way he was feeling now, Joel could cum from just fucking your thighs. And that was alright.
You were moaning underneath him. EvenâŠsmiling?
âFuck, baby, you look so pretty.â
Joel had never called a girl pretty before and meant it. But he hardly knew how else to describe you now with how good and sweet and fine you were making him feel. A strange warmth sank into his chest, making it harder to breathe, and then he was panting above you, as if he were really inside that dripping wet spot. He was close.
âSuch a prettyâŠsweetâŠfuckinâ thing for me.â
That red, raging, leaky cock of his was almost a blur between your legs, he was thrusting against you so fast. Joel thought for one frightening second that it might be his skull that would explode instead, so high was that pressure between his ears, but his fears were promptly put to rest as the first rope of cum came stuttering out. Then another. Then another. Then another.
By the time he finished, he couldâve sworn heâd left a hundred spurts on your tummy. When Joel glanced down and saw a sea of opaque, sticky white, he groaned.
Then he fell. Fully collapsed at your side with his brain in a tizzy of wild, heady feelings and sank into himself.
He hadnât even fucked you, and he felt like he had.
He lifted a hand to wipe away his spend, but he couldnât.
He would get to it in the morning, before you stirred, he thought. He thought. He didnât have the chance to think much longer at all, as darkness started hedging him in.
He slept.
It was 7:57 when he woke.
The man had no real way of knowing that, though, seeing as he was greeted with a nickel-plated revolver between his teeth the second he opened his eyes.
You were straddling his torso, gun pinched between two calm, bandaged hands. You frowned when he jumped.
âWHââ he started.
âShut up.â
âSTââ
âI said shut,â you cocked the gun, holding it tighter, then shoving it even further inside his mouth, âthe fuck. up.â
The man obeyed.
âJoel M.ââyouâd read the name etched on the butt of his pistol before picking it up some twenty minutes ago.
âPretty fuckinâ thing,â you mocked the manâs Texan drawl as you wiggled the barrel even deeper along his tongue, âLike givinâ daddy a hard time before lettinâ him in?â
The manâs eyes widened.
How dumb did he think you were?
Offering a semi-clear liquid that shouldâve been water; he hadnât even waited for the morphine tablet to fully dissolve before handing it over to you. Fucking idiot.
You were more disturbed by the fact heâd thought you stupid enough not to notice than him actually trying to drug you. The latter was almost to be expected from predatory, execrable men like him, but the insult to your intelligence? Unacceptable. Youâd remedied that affront fairly quickly, though, swapping his glass with yours the second he hadnât been looking, then nestling into his bed and playing pretend for what had felt like an eternity.
Youâd been awake the whole time the man touched you, not knowing what the hell was going on but feeling like you had to stay still. Let him finish. Out of fear, at first, then curiosity, then some strange and unfamiliar sensation that you couldnât quite describe as anything but a pleasurable itch between your legs. You let the man continue, hearing him grunt and groan and swear up a storm before he shot something hot all over your tummy. By the end of it all, you knew it was wrong, and you knew it was dirtyâthough you werenât sure exactly what it was that he had doneâbut you wanted to learn more.
Which was probably why you hadnât just shot the old pervert right between his eyes the second heâd stirred.
You shifted atop this âJoel M.â and frowned once more.
âWhyâd you stop?â
Gun still wedged in his mouth, Joelâs voice sounded garbled as he spoke, âWha-agh-at?â
You retracted the metal just long enough to pose the question again. When you had, he still looked stunned.
âAnswer me,â you barked, and feeling your patience lapse, got straight to pistol-whipping the motherfucker upside his half-grey head, âYou DUMB, or somethinâ?â
The man sputtered again.
âNo, noâ I donâtâ dunno what you mean.â
He sounded dumb. You would need to spell this out.
âWhy did you stop rubbing me like that?â
If anything, the clarification only seemed to baffle him further. He opened his taut, bearded mouth, then closed it, then eyed you up and down with a look that said he was considering something. Then he stared at one spot.
You glanced down at it too.
âAnd what is this, anyway?â you asked, swiping one finger at the mostly dried moisture on your stomach, âWhyâd you spit this stuff up all over me, huh?!â
âI ainâtââ
You raised the gun as if to hit him again. He jolted back.
âI didnât meanâ shit. Shit, I justâŠcame on you, âsâall.â
âCame?â
The word hung in the air like a grenade, waiting. Mr. M was already bracing himself for the impact, it seemed.
âCame?!â
That bracing served him well, because in the next second you were lifting the weapon even higher and eyeing him with the most pointed, putrid look of disdain. Youâd never been one for letting grenades go untouched.
âEjaculated!â Joel hissed, lifting a hand to shield himself, âFeltâ felt so good I just couldnât stop and I-I-I came.â
You paused.
Came. Felt good. Couldnât stop.
You had felt good when heâd rubbed you. You had not wanted him to stop. But then he had. And you were mad. Youâd never been touched that way in your life, and now you were feeling fifteen hundred emotions at once.
Were you supposed to âcome,â too? Why did he stop?
âWhy didnât you let meâŠejaculate, too?â The words felt foreign and strange on your tongue.
For the first time, you saw one side of Joelâs lips twitch. Evidently fighting the urge to turn them into a smile.
âGirls donât reallyâŠdo that,â he said. Then, after a beat, âWhy? Ainât ever had your pussy rubbed on by a man?â
You shortly landed the blow youâd been holding over his head, splitting the skin along his brow with one hit from the butt of his gun. Joel jumped again, then moaned.
âCrazy bitch!â
âCreepy fuck.â
Your eyes narrowed with loathing, unable to comprehend how a man so vile had just made you feel so good. Your stomach was twisting in knots while Joel rubbed his forehead, pawing helplessly at the gash youâd just left.
âI saved your life,â he grumbled, low, âYou owed me.â
âDid I?â
Abruptly, and without really thinking, you were sinking the muzzle of the gun into the spot youâd just cut, mouth kicking up in a smile at the sounds of pain it elicited.
âDid I, Joel?â you cooed.
âHow theâ the fuck do you know my name?â
Momentarily, you yanked the revolver from his face and tilted it to show him his name carved into the bottom.
âWhatâs the âMâ stand for? âMolesterâ?â
âMeans âmindâ your fucking business,â he spat.
You probably wouldâve hit him again had it not seemed as though he were trying to sit up just then. You slid swiftly from his frameâjust to take a step off the bed, gun still pointed at his head. Then you backed away.
One by one, rapidly, you unloaded the bullets from the cylinder, maintaining a safe distance from the man all the while. You watched him blink and try to get some thing from his eyes, but he didnât seem keen to move.
You left just one live round inside. You made a point to spin the cylinder and, again, aim it straight at his head.
The man was blinking even harder. Rubbing now, too.
âI feelâŠâ Joel murmured.
âDrugged?â you returned, âYeah, that must suck.â
A set of wide, irate, and horrified eyes met yours. His mouth hung open in a stupid look of shock. Trying to piece the last bits of this fucked up jigsaw puzzle together and growing angrier by the second.
âYou fuckinâââ
Joelâs words were cut short by the weight of your body barreling back over his. Graceless, you imagined, but still nothing close to something you cared about now. You planted your knees on either side of his ribs and grazed the tip of the six-shooter down the length of his nose.
âTell me,â you said, âHowâd you make it feel so good?â
Your hips twisted for effect, jostling the manâs own parts beneath yours and clearly causing some effect in him. The muscles in his jaw jumped up as he gritted his teeth.
âYou know damn well, slut,â Joel griped.
Without another thought, you squeezed the trigger.
Click.
The manâs whole body lurched underneath you. Trembling with the realization that youâd left just one lone bullet for himâand he didnât know which chamber.
As far as foreplay went, Russian Roulette was probably a first, even for a man as wanton and depraved as Joel. You smiled sweetly and made another gyration with your lower half, which prompted him to grip you. Tight.
âWhat? Ya want me to fuck you, is that it?â he growled.
âI thought it wouldnât fit.â
âIâll make it fit.â
âHow?â
Try as you might to conceal it, your gaze likely betrayed a hint of sincerity as you made that last inquiry. Joelâs eyes flickered between yours, searching for something there, and just when those glossy brown irises had found it, they stopped. Blinked. He shook his head, incredulous.
âMy mind ainâtâŠright,â he said, slowly, âBut Iâ I know you know what I mean by that, sweet pea.â
Something in your tummy fluttered at the sound. You gripped the pistol tighter to get rid of the feeling.
âI donât,â you answered.
Again, Joel was stumped. For the first time, though, there appeared to be some sympathy behind his eyes. Or stupidity. Or just a shit ton of morphine coursing through his veins as he tried to make sense of this situation.
As if to confirm an idea in his drug-addled brain, he lowered a hand between your legs and hovered there a second. He watched you; you watched back but didnât move.
Then slowly, almost clinically, Joel slipped two fingers underneath you and found a soft, pulsing warmthâfar wetter than the last time heâd touched down there. When he pulled his hand away, both fingers and half of his palm were glistening with a fluid. You let out a startled cry at the sight of it and nearly dropped your gun.
âWhat is that?!â
Joel looked to you, equally awedâfor different reasons.
âWhat do you mean?â
âWhyâs it allâŠsticky?â
You couldnât even try to hide your horror at the thought of that weird, syrupy stuff leaking out of you. It was strange enough feeling it come out of a freak like Joel, but from your own body? He had to be fucking joking.
âItâs normal.â
âLike hell it isâ youâ STOP!â The last fragment of your sentence was swallowed by a scream, leaping back when Joel moved his fingers toward your face.
âWhat? Youâve never seen this?â He sounded like he was teasing. You could shoot him for how smug he sounded.
In very small amounts, youâd seen stuff. Blood every month. Bits and pieces of bodily secretions that, to you, had always seemed gross. But never this. Never big, sticky globs ofâŠwhatever the fuck this was. You continued to back away on the bed, gun still tipped toward Joel but now trying to put some distance between your bodies. You didnât know how else to act.
You did know you wanted to scream when Joel stuck his fingers in his mouth. Bile mightâve jumped in your throat.
He sucked the dew clean off the digits, then wriggled them to show what heâd done. You felt the urge to vomit.
âThat came fromâ fromâ why are you eating it?!â
Joel grinned. Big.
You werenât sure why, but he looked psyched to be alive in that moment, and not just because of the narcotics.
Before you knew what was happening, heâd pushed you flat on your back, hips pinned underneath his hands as he moved over your body. He didnât even try for the gun.
âAnd here I was thinkinâ you were just fuckinâ with me,â he chuckled, palms sliding under your nightdress. When you felt the residuum of wetness from his spit and your slick stuck together on his fingers, you wanted to squeal.
But you didnât. You tried propping yourself up on elbows until Joel was sliding your one and only article of clothing over your head, then beckoning you down on the bed in front of him. You watched his gaze flit down to your side.
âStill hurt?â he murmured, tracing over the bandage.
You shook your head no, though it did, a little. At the moment, it seemed the pain was the furthest thing from your mind as you saw Joel slide down your body and try to take up residence between your thighsâwith his face planted right there. You kicked his shoulder in protest.
âQuit!â you cried, pulling your legs up to your chest.
âYou quit,â Joel returned, yanking them back.
Then you felt you had no choice but to brandish the gun, taking the thing between two palms while you pointed it againâas if he needed the reminder.
âFine. Why donât you keep that thing aimed at my head while I give you some?â he muttered. The subsequent âSee if I give a shitâ was silent.
âGive me some what?â
âHead.â
Head. Youâd never heard something phrased that way. Joelâs head was down there, sure, practically grinning from ear to ear as he hooked your legs over his shoulders, but certainly he didnât mean to do a thing as drastic and dirty asâ
âJOEL!â
âHm?â His voice was muffled by your thighs.
You tried to shy away, but he held you down.
âJoel, Iâ I pee out of there,â you hissed, âWhy the fuck would you wanna put your mouth on that?â
As if your groans of disgust and vehement attempts to get away werenât enough to deter him, you watched Joelâs tongue dart between his lips and down to yours. The sick fuck was actually licking your folds, tracing the tip across that warm, sticky place and moaning into your skin. Holding you tighter when you pleaded for him to stop. Then, with the hand that wasnât prying your legs apart, he reached down and started stroking his cock.
Again, it felt dirty and wrong. Beyond the fact that this man was a perfect stranger and easily decades your senior, you were repulsed by the sight of his lips and his tongue and his spit mixing up in that messy, wet place you still didnât quite understand yourself. You didnât know much about your body, but it had never once occurred to you to be kissed down there. Joel was roaming every contour and crevice with his tongue like it was the most natural thing in the world. Like he liked it.
âI hate it,â you whined, feebly.
You knew you couldâve easily blown the manâs brains out, but some small part of you was still plagued by curiosity. âHateâ was just the first word that came to mind when you were faced with something that made you scared.
âItâs weird,â you tried again. This time pressing the gun to the top of his bobbing head while you grit your teeth, âAnd wrong.â
At that, Joel stopped.
His eyes flickered to yours, all glass-like and hooded.
âWhy? Practically lickinâ ya clean here,â he said, starting to grin to himself as his words came slightly slurred, âThereâs nothinâ wrong about this, sweet pea.â
You felt something flutter between you. He felt it, too.
âLike when I call ya that? âSweet peaâ?â he said, pausing to flick his tongue over the spot that had just stirred at his words. He watched you fight back a whimper.
âNo,â you choked. You pinched your eyes shut, unsure whether it was pleasure or pure revulsion overtaking youâor both.
Suddenly, you felt Joelâs hand smooth over your thigh, still warm from when heâd been stroking himself below. He placed an affectionate kiss to your belly and grinned.
âIs that what this is? Feel guilty about feelinâ this good?â he murmured, âThink itâsâŠdirty, what weâre doinâ?â
At length, and just barely visible to him, you nodded.
âIt is dirty,â you corrected him quietly.
Then you saw that stupid pseudo-sympathetic smirk tug at the corners of his lips, and just when you thought he might nudge his way back up your bodyâto do what, you werenât sureâhe sank between your legs. This time, he made sure to hold your gaze as he re-assumed the position. His palm continued to rub at your thigh, as if to distract you from the rough brush of his stubble or the fact that his mouth was hovering so dangerously close.
âSweet pea,â he rasped, âAinât nothinâ dirty about this.â
As if to punctuate his words, Joel dragged his lips down your slit to press a kiss to your centre, eyes never leaving yours.
âNot hereâŠâ
He pointed with his tongue, moving it deftly between your folds. You gripped the sheets, trying to ignore the pleasure that the simple act wrought through your body.
âNot here.â
He kissed your clit. You squeezed even tighter.
âNot on my tongue, on my fingers, anywhere, yâhear?â
You were about to answerâmaybe tell him he was supremely full of shit, then flash the gun in his faceâwhen Joel shifted onto his knees on the bed. He moved slowly and as calm as he ever had, motions languid while his mind was likely steeped in the morphine by now. He snagged one of your ankles. He slid his hand up the back of your calf and tugged you down to the edge of the bed. Then he stood up, right between your legs. The warmth radiating from his bare lower half was immediate, almost suffocating from where you lay. You didnât like it at all.
You refused to meet his gaze, grip tightening on the gun.
âJoelâŠâ
When that warmth at your front shifted inward, though, you hardly had a say in what your reflexes did or didnât do. You jumped when you felt the head of his dick slip past your pulsing core, closer to the other hole below it.
âNot here, either,â Joel continued, grin still evident from his tone.
Before you could even think to ask what he meant to do âhere,â Joel moved one of your legs up, tilting your hips, and pushed ahead with just the tip of his cock. Not breaching it fully, but nudgingâprodding at that hole.
For the first time, you let out a moan.
You hastily clamped a hand over your mouth to stifle it.
âAw, honey,â Joel murmured, âDid that feel good?â
His words reeked of condescension. You scowled at the ceiling.
âNo.â
You felt him push a little furtherâthis time making the head of his dick notch into that tight ring of muscles.
No, the word rang through your skull once more. Your curiosity was shortly supplanted by disgustâhow the fuck could you let this creepy old man, this stranger, press into you like that? Talk to you like you were dumb? You seized hold of Joelâs pistol with both hands and aimed directly for his chest.
âStop doing that,â you growled. When the manâs grip on your leg only tightened and you couldnât writhe away, you lifted the other and tried kicking him in the gut. Of course, Joel caught your foot midair, and it never landed.
âJust givinâ ya options, darlinâ,â he said, easy-going. Not seeming to care about the firearm pointed his way.
Fuck it.
You squeezed the trigger again.
Empty chamber.
If Joel flinched, you didnât see it. He did, however, knock the gun right out of your hand the next second, sending it tumbling with an unceremonious thump on the bed behind you. You tried to leap back for it, but your arm was quickly pinned. Joel cocked one silver-flecked brow.
âYou done?â he asked, almost bored.
Your lastâand onlyâleverage taken away from you, you couldnât help but feel a pang of anger. And desperation.
âI donât wanna do this,â you cried, trying to squirm away.
Joel didnât move his cock, but he did hold you still. Blinking with indifference and a fair bit of drug-induced dissociation, it seemed, from the far-away look in his eyes. He pushed both of your legs so they were folded up to your chest, and ignored your whimpers when he did. At length, he pulled out just enough to smear some of your wetness down to the hole he was trying to fuck.
âYou want this,â he countered gently.
âI DONâT!â
Joel continued as though he hadnât heard you, and moments later, you sensed another slick something pooling against you. From your position beneath him, you could see a bead of spit slip from Joelâs mouth and stretch into a thin, glistening string all the way down to the space between your thighs. You watched him rub the saliva in with his fingers, almost meticulous as he did it.
Then he eased his hips forward an inch, wedging himself back in your ass. He groaned when he felt resistanceâand a sharp clench of your muscles.
âI can teach yaâŠshow ya everythingâŠthere is to know.â
His words somehow made it out through ragged breaths. That broad, tan chest was heaving with every labored pull of his lungs, and you could tell he was feeling good.
You mightâve been able to say the same for yourself, were your mind not singly occupied by the desire to escape. Still at war with yourself, wondering how it would feel or what you might see that first time, all the while despising the man who seemed hell-bent on forcing it.
He mightâve saved your life, but there was no fucking way heâd get to use you like that and stay breathing.
You were raised better than that.
You could do better than anything this man had to offer.
You resolved to kill him as soon as the drugs knocked him outâjust like youâd had planned from the second you woke up on the floor of his cabin that afternoon.
Of course being chained, maimed, and frozen half to death on the plains for some well-meaning stranger to find you had always been part of your motherâsâand the rest of the Raidersââgrand plan. Having this stupid, horny sap take you into his home with the hope of claiming you as his own was just the icing on top.
Now you had a reason to kill Joel and steal all his shit.
At present, he fed another inch of himself inside you and grinned when you let out a startled cry.
âAtta girl,â he said, smirking, âFeelinâ okay?â
âFuck you.â
âWill do.â
Then, as if to prove a point, he bottomed out, sheathing his cock to the hilt in spite of your cries. Your hands fisted the sheets, and you tried to pull off. It didnât work.
In fact, all it accomplished was giving Joel more room to thrust back into you. And pull out. And shove back in. The snap of his hips was like cruel and excruciating clockwork, completely unhindered by your words or your gestures or your pleas to stop fucking doing that Joel, it fucking hurts! If anything, the sounds of your censure only got him harder, and with it, made it that much easier to fuck you rougher. His eyes shone with pride.
âWhatâsâat, sweet pea?â he hummed, strokes coming into a steady pace.
âItâs tooâŠbigâŠdoesnât fit,â you whimpered.
In response, Joel glanced down to see the spot where your bodies were joined. He pushed even deeper.
âYeah?â he said when you yelped, âI think it fits just fine.â
Motherfucker, you wanted to wail, but then your neck craned sidewaysâyour mouth trying to find purchase in anything you might grit between your teethâand the only thing that escaped your throat was a sob. You tried burying your face in the comforter, only for Joel to yank it back.
Cupping your chin and pinching both your cheeks in a single, punishing squeeze as he continued to fuck you, âWhatâs the matter, darlinâ? Too much?â
You groaned and clenched your jaw, head jerking away.
Per usual, Joel was undeterred. Even smiled.
âMy pretty girl need somethinâa bite, huh?â he hummed.
He probably knew you wouldnât nod, so he went ahead and decided to oblige that one need he saw anyway. Snagging your nightie, Joel raised a hand to your face and proceeded to push the fabric inside your mouth.
Just as he started to lift his hips to deliver another thrust, he had to stop. A sudden, sharp âFUCK!â left his mouth, then a groan, and his hand retreated fast.
Youâd bitten him.
You were grinning just a little, and youâd bitten him.
Joel promptly slapped you across the face. If you werenât so fucking amused by the sight of his bright red fingers, you just mightâve winced. Instead, the smile stayed on your lips, the slap barely registered, and, to your utmost disbelief, something else had just then started to form.
Pleasure, in the pit of your stomach.
âFuckinâââ Joel snarled.
âShit,â you finished, eyes rolling back.
You couldnât help it. Joel was rutting into you relentlessly. That brief hand bite detour had only stoked the flames of his hatredâand arousalâand now he was practically splitting you in half with the force of his thrusts. He slapped you once more for good measure.
âOh, that you fuckinâ like?â he seethed, cheeks flushed, âCanât get off with myâŠtongue on your cunt, but a slapâ and my cock buried deep in your ass gets the job done?â
âUh-huh,â you answered softly. Mindlessly.
Really, there were no two people more fucked up than you in this moment, you thought. Joel growing harder with each desperate objection of yours, you going all soft and hot and bothered the second he slapped your face and fucked you rougher, and together, the two of you letting out grunts and moans of pleasure while the bed shook like an earthquake just shy of a 9.5 on the Richter scale. Were you not already planning to slit the manâs throat after all of this was over, you just mightâve wanted to marry this Joel M for how wonderfully he fucked you.
You let him know as much when you seized his forearms.
Bouncing into his thrusts, you bit your lip and finally met his gaze. Joelâs eyes were trained in somewhat of a daze, pupils all but swallowing his irises as he fucked you.
âLike being daddyâs little cocksleeve, huh?â
Only the sentence was slurred so bad you could scarcely make out half the words. You nodded just the same.
âLike it when he fucks you in the ass?â Joel panted.
You nodded again.
That pleasure in your belly had worked its way up to a full swellâand whatever it was, you couldnât bear the thought of losing it now. You gripped Joelâs arms even harder as his chest swayed into you, then sank further and further until your fronts were pressed flush to each other and your ankles were hooked tight around his back.
It almost felt intimate. That coarse, weathered, sweat-coated face spattered with patches of grey seemed to you nearly handsome as his lips hung limply in an âo.â
Joelâs cock dragged back and forth between your walls at this new, snug angle, and moans fell out of you both.
âBaby.â His voice was hoarse. Strained.
You couldnât quite make sense of the expression above you, but there was an unmistakable, muted desperation lurking somewhere beneath it. Joel rutted into you quicker, balls leaving rapid smacks against your ass with every thrust. His hair was disheveled, and his hands were making fists in the sheets on either side of your head.
âJoelââ
âJusâ lemme use you.â
Words so low they were barely audible as he panted.
âButââ
âDaddyâsâŠalmost done, sweet pea. Just take it.â
You were surprised heâd had it within himself to be so soft. A peculiar sort of haze hung over his face, the pace of his hips picked up even more, and suddenly those plush pink lips were hovering a mere hairâs breadth away from yours. Mumbling. Rambling on and on about how wet you were, how perfect you fit him, how nice and sweet and tight your body felt as he fucked you stupid.
That sensation in your own stomach grew even stronger.
Unsure of what to do, you pressed a palm to his chest.
âJoel, IâŠI feel funny,â you whispered.
Joel hummed. Didnât slow.
âI know.â
He knew?
âWhatâs itâah, fuck.â Your words broke off in a whimper.
Instead of proffering a verbal response, Joel just slipped a touch between your bodiesâthumbing sloppily between your folds to earn a couple more high-pitched moans. Your legs tightened around his middle.
âJoel, s-stop!â
It felt so good it almost hurt. He didnât stop.
âSâjust an orgasm, baby,â Joel panted, âYouâre okay.â
And, in spite of his own impending climax and the effect of the drugs likely reaching a fever pitch inside him, Joel managed to slide his other hand beneath the back of your head. Cradled you to him while he fucked you into the bed and made you come unraveled with his touch. You tried to writhe away, but he was used to the drill by nowâhe just fucked you harder and rubbed you faster.
Whatever he wanted would come soon. You doubted there was anything you could do to stop it, but you tried.
Without thinking, you grabbed hold of the damp locks of hair at the nape of his neck and yanked on them hard.
âJoel, I canâtâ I canât,â you keened.
The hand at the back of your head held you firm.
âYou can,â Joel returned, tough but surprisingly calm, âGive it to daddy, âsâall ya gotta do.â
What exactly âitâ was was still unclear. You just knew you felt good and warm and fullâabout ready to burst. When you felt tempted to give his hair another tug, Joelâs eyes met yours, and they were soft. Insistent, still, but soft.
Dilated as all hell and probably swimming in clouds of a delirious, bleary haze, but always soft. Almost tender.
âBe a good girl and give it to daddy,â Joel slurred, slow, âCâmon, sweet peaâŠcum for daddy, please.â
For the first time in that short, rough, utterly deranged time you had known this man, he was begging you. Pleading with you, now, as his body grew overwrought with pleasure and just needed release. You needed it, too, not even knowing how you would get it, but the force of his thrusts, the warmth of his body, the look in those warm, bare, powerless eyesâyou fucking loved whatever it was that could make a man like that so weak.
You had to strike while the iron was hot. You slid back.
Joel didnât notice, too focused on your face and the feel of your body to see when youâd reached for the gun.
Just as you took hold of it, a jolt of pleasure tore through you. Your heels dug into his back, and you nearly lost control of the pistol. Joel groaned in your mouth, begged you once again to cum all over this cock, make a fuckinâ mess of it, baby, please, and you could only whine, grip the metal tighter, and raise it slowly to the side of his head while he buried his face in the crook of your neck.
The peak of your pleasure had come into view. You felt it.
You nudged the muzzle through those soft, slick, salt-and-pepper shaded tufts of hair near the edge of his temple right when the first throes of euphoria seized you.
âFUCK!â
You squeezed the trigger.

---
"You're free to go Romanoff," Helen Cho says with a polite smile, turning back to the screens littered on the desk, the results showing various medical screenings of the spy following her encounter with you.
Natasha's lips drew up into a matching polite smile, nodding her head at the scientist and murmuring a soft 'thanks' before pushing herself off the medical bay, slower than intended due to the dull ache throbbing in her back, and walked carefully towards her room in the Avengers Tower.
Confusion was the most evident emotion coursing through the redhead, her body naturally taking her into her bathroom, body standing in front of the large mirror displayed on the wall. Tentatively, her fingers rose to her neck, tracing along the bruise that was already forming from your brutal grip, a grimace taking over her face at how large the coloured patch was on her skin. Your grip was powerful, there was no denying that and the bruising only further proved it, so why didn't you kill her?
The memory of the encounter replayed over and over again in her mind, the spy unable to understand why you didn't kill her. You had plenty of opportunities, not that she was happy to admit, but you were clearly in control of the fight, so why did you only knock her out? She knew you could have easily carried out the act, especially considering the inhuman act you completed when murdering Klaue. So what stopped you from killing her? From killing Clint and Sam?
The only logical answer that Natasha could come up with was that it wasn't your order, but then if so, why did Hydra not want to take out some of their most threatening opponents?
An annoyed groan left her as her hands threaded through her silky, red hair, fingers pushing back the strands out of her face in a stressed manner, her tired expression in the reflection a perfect demonstration of her mood. Her thoughts were relentless, resulting in a headache as she left to sit on the bed, mind still repeating the interaction step by step.
Out of everything she could remember, one thing stood out to her. Your eyes. They were different, lost, broken when she saw them through the cracked lens of your goggles. A twinge of sympathy was evoked from her at your lifelessness before Natasha pushed that feeling as far down as possible, not wanting to go down that rabbit hole, another emotion rising. Your eyes were like nothing she had seen before, resulting in a great interest as they were so... beautiful.
Another, much louder, groan of irritation left the Russian for even considering the last thought, her body falling back onto the soft mattress, face twisting in brief pain at the incessant throb in her lower back, further reminding her of how easily you knocked her down.
"Who are you?" she grumbles to herself, letting her thoughts become verbal to express her confusing emotions. Natasha was the Black Widow. Renowned and feared assassin, known for her skill and fighting abilities yet you, you easily managed to beat her. A defeated sigh left the spy as she succumbed to her racing thoughts, failing to stop herself from overthinking and analysing everything that had happened, determined to figure you out.
***
As soon as the jet landed, apprehension took over all your senses while you lifted your head, looking straight ahead when the door of the aircraft opened. As predicted, your general stood there, radiating rage and fury as his eyes met yours, a shiver running down your spine at the icy glare sent your way. You knew that he somehow would have known of your mistake during the mission, you just kind of hoped it would have taken a while for him to find out. The fact your goggles were also broken didn't help though, either way, you were always going to be reminded of the consequences of failing Hydra. No matter what.
"Soldat," he grits out, jaw clenching so hard you think he was about to crush his teeth. You're reluctant to move from the seat of the jet, but his warning tone encourages you to move, taking it step by step until you are standing before him, head slightly lowered as you expected him to do something. Anything. "Take the mask off," he orders, your hands raising, trying to hide the trembling while unclasping the metal, revealing your skin underneath. "And the goggles," he continues, your fingers twitching as you pull the useless item off your face, his anger somehow increasing.
His fist swiftly collides with your uncovered face, head swinging to the side at the force of his hit, the metal rings coating his fingers creating a small, dull sting to settle on your cheeks. You turn back to look at him, face stoic as you hide the pain, not wanting to give any of them that satisfaction of breaking you again.
"What was your mission?" He snaps out, his body seething with anger as he watches you stay silent, his fist colliding with the side of your face once more, a small cut being caused by the jewellery littered on his fingers. "Don't make me ask you again Soldat," at his threat your mouth opens, tone hoarse and rough.
"To stall the Avengers, Sare," your tone is emotionless, robotic, when you answer him, the darkness inside you desperately prying it's way to the front of your mind, needing to take control over you.
You're too weak.
Let me save us.
I'll set us free.
When he raises his brow, patience running thin, you continue, "To keep my presence unknown, Sare."
"So why did you get caught in a fight with the Black Widow, Soldat?" His voice contains a hint of disbelief that you failed your mission, but it was easily overpowered by his exasperation.
You can't explain yourself to him, and to be honest, you think it's futile to even bother coming up with an answer. You were going to get punished either way, what was the point in trying anymore?
He scoffs at your silence, shaking his head at you in mockery, in disappointment. "You are weak Soldat," he sneers, the darkness within wanting to lash out.
Weak?
We are not weak.
We are powerful.
Let me show him how powerful we are.
Let me-
"Take her to the chair," he orders to the surrounding guards, your blood running cold at his command. You want to beg him to take mercy on you, to be kind for once, but nothing leaves your lips but a defeated and despondent sigh, gaze lowering to the floor as your general walks away, his fading footsteps resounding in your ears.
A rough shove from a guard signals for you to walk, the man revelling in his power over you as mocking and condescending words spill from his lips, his crooked smile indicating his joy as you walk through endless concrete hallways, a loud, gut wrenching scream reverberating around the building from another poor test subject.
"Sit," is all the guard says as you enter the room, the metal chair in the centre of the isolated space. The machinery around the chair evokes perturbation from you, body begrudgingly moving to sit in the piece of furniture.
Once seated, your eyes flicker between him and the other guard that has joined the room, the sadistic glints in their eyes as they observe the many objects littered on the metal table across the room further resulting in your uneasiness.
One of them, a large blonde haired man, approaches you, the cruel smirk engraved on his face as he lowers his body, chaining you against the seat by your ankles and wrists, pulling back with a satisfied expression as he takes in your stoic face.
"Cheer up Soldat, the fun is about to begin," he taunts, taking a step back and letting the other guard with the large metal bat take a swing at you. A loud crunch reverberates around the room when the metal is forced against your leg, your femur taking the brunt force of the swing.
A muffled groan is pulled out of you as you clench your jaw, trying to hold back in expressing your pain, not wanting to let them enjoy it. Despite your efforts to mask the pain, an excited glint glosses over in his eyes, a sinister laugh escaping him as he swings his arm back, powerfully smashing the bat back against the bone he just hit, your femur cracked into two.
"Not so powerful now, are you Soldat?" the blonde snickers, taking the place of the slightly smaller guard, your chest rising and falling with ragged breaths as the agony in your leg makes its way through your body, heart beating wildly against your ribs. He steps closer, his foul breath invading your senses as he grips your hair, pulling your head back and tightening his hold on your locks, the back of your head burning with pain. "Where's the big bad soldier gone? It's no fun without a fight," at his words, darkness and danger flickers across your eyes, his mockery fuelling your inner rage.
He needs to die.
Kill him or I will.
I won't be merciful.
"There they are," he taunts, your jaw clenching, teeth violently grinding against one another. Your hands clenched into fists, ready to break the metal restraints when a current of electricity is sent coursing through your veins, a taser placed against the juncture of your neck, a pathetic, pained whimper leaving you. "Let the monster out Soldat, you know you want to," he continues to taunt and it's driving you mad.
Listen to him.
Let. Me. Out.
His tyrannical, smug expression is instantly wiped off his face when you spit at him, red flashing in his eyes as he sticks the taser back against you, holding the power on the highest power as you convulse with pain, a broken scream escaping you when he lets the other guard take another swing at you, the metal bouncing off your shin before being brought back down against another part of your leg.
Deep breaths fill the room when the buzzing of the taser stops, your chest rising and falling as your eyes flutter shut, throbbing aches causing your mind to cloud with nothing but suffering.
Just as your eyes open, his fist collides with your face, again, and again, and again, till his hand starts to bleed, his body heaving as he releases his pent up anger on you, watching as the blood starts to ooze out of your nose, the bone crooked and broken.
"Start the machine," he grits out, wincing as he moves his hand, the other guard shocked at his sudden outburst but still complying. The low hum of the machine starting up causes you to roughly jerk your arms, you're body powerless in trying to stay calm at what was about to happen.
The metal on one of your wrists snaps but the metal bat prevents you from moving the limb, shattering the bone in your arm as your head is forced back by the other guard, his hands moving the ends of the machine to rest on your temples as you desperately try to prevent the inevitable.
"Sit still Soldat," you hear your generals voice sound around the room, the speakers creating a small static noise once he finished speaking into the mic. At the mere sound of his voice, you obey, body immediately stilling, mind racing with fear. Panic is evident in your gaze as the men step back away from your body, moving to the controls of the machine and watching attentively as they flick the switch, the machine coming to life.
A primal scream is torn out of you, the direct current invading your mind, vision blurring with pain as more animalistic cries of agony are brutally ripped out of you, the voltage increasing causing you to still, body limp in the chair as your thoughts and memories started to blur and decay.
To ensure the procedure works, another current shocks your brain before the guards carelessly drag you back to your cell, unconcerned about how they further damaged your broken leg, tossing you onto the concrete floor with a thud and slamming the door shut.
Hours later when you wake up, eyes groggy as pain spikes through your body when you attempt to sit up, you're in a daze, confused at what had caused the pain in your arm and leg, bones shifting as they start to heal.
Why do you let them do this?
Says a voice in your head but you don't understand, your memories disintegrated in your mind.
Let who do what?

Paper is thrown onto the desk aggressively, Natasha's hands burying themselves in her hair as she's so frustrated. How can there be nothing about you?
It had been hours since she first looked through what seemed like hundred and hundreds of reports regarding any incident involving Hydra and an enhanced individual, and absolutely fucking nothing could be traced back to you except the incident with Klaue.
It was as if you didn't exist but she knew that wasn't true.
She wanted to ask Bucky questions about his past as the Winter Soldier and whether there was any sort of partner he had during his time there, but she couldn't as he was currently unreachable in Wakanda, determined to free himself from whatever Hydra had done to him. The next best she could think of who to go was Wanda, but she was cautious of upsetting the witch as she knew she had a distaste for the organisation, as well as the memories of her brother. She had to try though, the knowledge, or lack of, you was eating her alive.
Pushing herself from the chair, she slipped out of her room and went straight towards the small common room near the back of the base, knowing that it was one of the witch's favourite places to go as it tended to be quiet. Just as expected, Wanda was curled up in a blanket on one of the sofas, engrossed in a book as her ringed fingers flipped the pages, the spy making her footsteps louder and clearing her throat to gain her attention.
"Hey Natasha," the younger woman greeted shyly, marking her page before closing the book, frowning a little at the serious look on the redhead's face and the concerned thoughts that were loud enough for her to hear.
"Hey Wands," Natasha replies, Wanda smiling to herself at the nickname the assassin had given her, "There's something I wanted to ask you about during your time at Hydra, if that's ok?" The older woman joins her on the grey couch, watching how her green eyes flickered away from her to her fingers that were anxiously playing with one another.
"Yeah, sure," she whispers unconvincingly, the redhead noticing this but continuing anyway, cautious of her phrasing.
"When you were there, was there any sort of talk about another enhanced, potentially super soldier?" Wanda's brows furrowed in confusion, not expecting that as a question, gaze lifting back to the older woman.
She thought deeply about it, the only name coming to mind being Bucky's before she spoke up, "Sorry Natasha, but there's nothing I can think of." Her voice was a little timid and disappointed that she couldn't help, wanting to do anything, no matter how small, to help get back at Hydra.
"What about any stories of something or someone dangerous?" she asks, knowing that there must have been something that the guards said to scare them. That's what Dreykov did to her. Something flashes in Wanda's eyes at the prompt from Natasha, her eyes flickering back away from her intense gaze as a memory of something she tried to block resurfaces.
"There was one story," Wanda's voice is significantly quieter, as if she were scared of talking about, "I only heard it through the guard's minds, they never actually told us about them."
"Who?" Natasha pushes, Wanda's mind replaying the gruesome tales about you, the vile actions you did without effort.
"There was talk of a soldier, far more evil than the Winter Soldier," her green eyes hesitantly flickered back up to Natasha, who's emerald eyes glimmered with curiosity, "They were obedient, loyal, merciless, and there was nothing that would stop them from completing their mission." A heavy breath escapes the witch as she continues, trying to erase the images she saw through other's minds. "They had this darkness in them and it scared everyone. Even their owner's, but they would never admit that."
"What were they called?" Natasha asks, the witch swallowing nervously, fingers anxiously playing with the rings littered on her fingers.
"Soldat Smerti," her voice barely a whisper, Natasha's brows furrowing as she translates it.
"The Soldier of Death."Â

Nikolai and John were supposed to be interrogating their prisoner but the man said something that pissed off Nik so now the man was cussing him out/threatening his life in Russian. And of course their prisoner didnât have any clue what Nik was saying, so John was translating everything in a deadpan tone, leaning back in his chair without any intentions of stopping Nikolai if the man chose to strangle their very confused and terrified captive.
The moment Kate walked in, the man in chains begged her to get the two away from him and he would tell her anything she wanted to know. Kate was convinced that it was some sort of âbad cop, good copâ angle deployed by Nik and John⊠then she came back from the successful interrogation to discover that it wasnât. Nikolai had blew his cap and John wasnât even going to lift a finger to stop him from killing their only way into the terrorist organizationâs nest.
Over a decade later, Kate wished she could say that they have gotten better. But nope, John is the one cussing the prisoner out now and Nik just watches with a love sick expression. God, how did she get here?

Jay Kuo at Think Big Picture:
For years, critics of Vladimir Putin have been warning that the Russians have taken over parts of the Republican Party. They raised the alarm as Republicans defended the Russian leader, parroted clear Kremlin talking points, and became mules for disinformation campaigns. In recent weeks, that criticism has shifted to include not just Republicans who have left the party, including former representatives Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, but current GOP members. Recently, two powerful Republican chairs of the House Intelligence Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee warned openly about how Russian propaganda has seeped into their party and even made its way into speeches on the House floor. Other members are now even openly questioning whether some of their fellow officials have been compromised and are being extorted. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) suggested in a recent interview that the Russian spies may possess compromising tapes of some of his colleagues. Itâs unclear where heâs getting his information or how accurate it is.
And then thereâs this: According to a report by Politico, a number of European politicians were recently paid by Moscow to interfere in the upcoming EU elections by Russians pretending to be a âmediaâ outlet called âVoice of Europe.â The Kremlin-backed operation used money to influence officials to take pro-Russian stances. Authorities have conducted some money seizures and launched an investigation into which members of the European Parliament may have accepted cash bribes. This in turn raises an important question for our own politics: Are the Russians doing the same with U.S. politicians, directly or indirectly? This piece walks through the three types of compromiseâdisinformation, extortion, and briberyâto give a sense of what we know and what we donât really know, and, importantly, where we should be on our guard. As this summary will show, from the 2016 election till now, thereâs enough Russian smoke now to assume there is a fire, one that compromises not only the integrity of our own system of elections, but the safety and security of the free world. Duped.
Over the past year, we have witnessed two distinct kinds of Russian propaganda in action. Both use our own elected officials and intelligence processes to amplify and even weaponize disinformation. The first kind originates online through Russian-backed internet channels. Information operatives begin spreading false rumors, for example about Ukraine, that then get repeated within right-wing silos before reaching willing purveyors of it within the halls of Congress. A chief culprit in Congress is Georgiaâs Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. Among the Russian-originated false narratives she has uplifted is the patently false claim that Ukraine is waging a war against Christianity while Russia is protecting it. On Steve Bannonâs War Room podcast, Greene even claimed, without evidence, that Ukraine is âexecuting priests.â
Where would Greene have gotten this wild, concocted notion? We donât have to look far. Russian talking points have included this gaslighting narrative for some time. The twist, of course, is that, according to the International Religious Freedom or Belief Alliance, it is the Russian army that has been torturing and executing priests and other religious figures, including 30 Ukrainian clergy killed and 26 held captive by Russian forces. The Russians have also targeted Baptists, whom they see as U.S. propagandists, according to an in-depth Time magazine piece on the violence and death directed toward evangelicals. The Congressional propaganda mouthpieces for Russia arenât limited to the U.S. House. Over in the Senate, Ohio Senator J.D. Vance was also recently accused of spreading Kremlin-backed disinformation about Ukraine, this time over spurious allegations that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy siphoned U.S. aid to purchase himself two luxury yachts.
[...]
The accusation that Russians are presently extorting and blackmailing U.S. politicians into supporting Russiaâs agenda has some broad appeal. It would help explain some mysteries, including why people like Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) suddenly is no longer as supportive of Ukraine as before and constantly kisses the ring of Donald Trump these daysâafter presciently saying in 2016 that the GOP would destroy itself if it nominated him.Â
The problem has been that these accusations arenât supported by much evidence. That means that political extortion by the Russians is either not a very prevalent practice, or itâs so effective that no one dares expose it. Either way, weâre left without much to go on. The Russian word kompromat came into common parlance around the time that Buzzfeed published a salacious story about another intelligence report back in early 2017. In that instance, the author, a former British intelligence officer named Christopher Steele, was concerned Russia had compromising data on the soon-to-be president, Donald Trump.
That report never wound up being substantiated, and its sources and funding came into question as well. But intelligence agencies are in general agreement that obtaining kompromat is standard practice by Russia, and someone like Trump could have been an easy mark considering the company that he kept (e.g. Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell) and the projects he was involved with (e.g. the Miss Universe contest). Lately, the notion of kompromat emerged once again, this time not from Democratic-paid outfits but from within the GOP itself. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) is one of the more âcolorfulâ characters within the GOP, primarily known lately for being one of the eight members who voted to oust former Speaker Kevin McCarthy and even for getting into public jostling and shouting matches with McCarthy.
The Republican Party (or at least its pro-MAGA faction) is compromised by Russian kompromat.

Fight for them as they fought for you
Mykyta Tatyanko "Zhyvchyk", a soldier of the 501st separate marine battalion, is still in captivity. He hit the front pages of all the world's media because he was simply helping the wounded during the shelling of the Mariupol maternity hospital. Because he just wanted to save someone.
In Mariupol, Zhyvchyk provided moral support to the locals. Ksenia, a resident of the city, met the soldier when a residential area was shelled. That day, March 12, her family was injured and slaughtered - her 16-year-old son and her sister's husband were killed instantly. "I was in a state of shock: I wanted to commit suicide because half of my family was killed in front of me, and the other half was not sure if they would survive," Ksenia said. The young defender helped the woman to keep her morale up. Mykyta convinced her that she shouldn't do anything to herself because many people around her needed help. "You are needed here, let's go help," Ksenia recalls. Ksenia told Mykyta's mother, Larysa, everything in detail, and told her that she had become the heroine of a movie about Mariupol. She also talked a lot about Mykyta in the movie, but she didn't give them any details. They are still in touch. Once she said: "Maybe you will be offended by me, but now Mykyta will be my adopted son." And Larysa was very happy about that, because now they both pray for him sincerely. Larysa was also contacted by one of the guys who was in the TRO and headed the security of the hospital in the city center. In a conversation with the soldier's mother, the defender said that in Mariupol, her son shared his food and medicine with the residents. Mykyta gave away almost everything he had.
âIn these pictures, he is 19 years old. At the age of 18, he voluntarily chose the path of the military, which even before the full-scale war, he was in the east part of Ukraine. Mykyta has been in captivity for almost 2 years, so he is now 21.
Please, share stories of our defenders in captivity. Many of them, including Mykyta have been there more than 2 years. You can only imagine what Russians do and tell them. Russians entertain themselves by breaking people, especially Ukrainians. They fiercely hate people who protect and fight for freedom. I hope our people find even more power in themselves to live through the hell of russian captivity. And when defenders all come back to their homeland, they will be themselves, in a healthy state like body and mind. There so many people are waiting for them. They deserve only good things after all of that.
The gorgeous Frank with important message in Kyiv.

I desperately need MORE background on how hound became the vicious beast (that I love just the way he is) and how Makarov tamed him!
Please
It's kinda hard to come up with background when I literally made hound on the fly lol, I didn't plan to give him any backstory and that blurb about being betrayed by price just came at the last moment.
But here's my current ideas:
CW:SFW ish HUGE SPOILERS for Hound's backstory (not cannon yet but the major themes), angst, discussion of torture, conditioning, SA, and Hound just having a very bad time.
Hound already had behavioural/aggression problems when he joined the military (the reasons for which are left open for the reader to imagine). Price pissed off some top brass officer and got Hound dumped on him as punishment and because no one else wanted Hound. But Price figured out that all Hound needed was a firm hand from someone he could respect, and with Hound, respect was a hard thing to earn. But Price earned it and in turn got himself the most loyal Sargent he'd ever seen.
Now for the angsty Makarov bit.
Hound was loyal as hell to Price when he thought he would be saved. It took Makarov like a solid year just to make small dents in Hound's will. Since Hound didn't know Russian, he'd get annoyed at the commands Makarov used, leading to more beatings. This was around the time Makarov started using shock collars and really leaned into turning Hound into his dog.
The whole conditioning thing was similar to how cult indoctrination works, Makarov made himself look like the only 'safe' source of comfort Hound had. He especially liked making Hound fight in a pit, be it putting him against actual dogs, people trying to join Konni, or other Konni members, with the prize being that whichever soldier won would get to use Hound however they wanted. And while Hound may be big (hc Hound around Konig's hight/whatever the max height for being in the army is), being regularly beaten, starved and sleep deprived meant he lost more fights against the soldiers than he won.
This made it easy for Makarov to effectively 'save' Hound, rough orders making his soldiers stop, giving Hound soft touches and a low soothing voice to listen to while he lay on the floor covered in blood, gore, cum, and god knows what else, just trying to recover. And Hound's brain hated it, was disgusted by the touch, but his body craved any form of comfort it could get regardless who it came from.
The real conditioning began when after a year in captivity the files for Hound's mission were released, and had been rewritten to make him K.I.A. and a traitor. And they were official documents too (Makarov had eyes and ears everywhere, including the C.I.A). Makarov had been putting the idea that Price had betrayed Hound for a while, so those docs just confirmed it.
Hound became a lot more anger prone and aggressive after the betrayal, going back to his old ways before Price became his CO, something Makarov played into.
Violence became both a coping mechanism and a way to survive; the more violently he fought and killed in the fighting ring, the better the rewards he would get (more food, more rest, more of Makarov's affection to distract him from what was happening), the stronger he would get and the more his body would recover, the more violently he could fight. Leading to a type of cycle where physically getting healthier turned him more violent.
Makarov was very keen on training Hound, taking away the small comforts as quickly as he gave them if Hound stepped one foot out of line, steadily conditioning him to be eager for his touch, his praise, his affection, to want to pleasure him and silence the parts of Hound's brain that begged him to stop.
In six months or so, Hound was already kneeling at Makarov's feet, head tilted back so Makarov could cut his initials into Hound's throat, desperate to have a collar wrapped around his neck, to belong to someone who wouldn't betray him like Price did.
And in another six, Hound was utterly devoted to Makarov, carrying out any orders given with extreme precision and violence all in the hopes of just getting a scrap of his attention.
Or something like that. The thing I like about reboot Makarov is how charismatic and tactical he is in comparison to the unhinged Makarov from the old series. This one gives me like cult leader vibes, which is why I think he would have been able to condition hound into being his. Makarov values loyalty and saw how loyal hound was to Price, so sought to have the same.

You might be pleased to know that while there ARE two protagonists, about 5 minutes after posting this I found out that Baba Yaga IS indeed a woman as well. That means:
1) Double diversity win since I believe the protagonist who is not Baba Yaga is...also into women? Possibly? We'll see.
2) the first game IS incredibly homosexual. Baba Yaga how do you pull so many bitches. Is it because you're the only foreign wlw in Poland so all the closeted Polish wlws just flock to you? Yaga. Yaga please. Yaga how do I get women.
I think the most unexpected thing about the Cooking Companions sequel is that the protagonist is a woman. I genuinely thought that it had to be a guy because I was that convinced that they wouldn't have included lesbians and lesbians only.
Uh, diversity win? Baba Yaga is a lesbian?
#Karin may be fucked up but you know what i would. like damn girl your insatiable bloodlust and mean girl vibes have bewitched me#would Mariah as well. I'm not a mass murdering witch so she wouldn't kill me. her cunning wit and kindness that nonetheless doesn't prevent#her from killing a bitch have captivated me#...wait i just realised isn't she Ivan's girlfriend?#'unlike [REDACTED] I'm taking no chances. I'll watch you die.'#and we know that there was an Ivan because I'm pretty sure there's a note about him#and iirc Mariah is the name of Ivan's love in Russian folklore.#but maybe I'm completely off idk

bloodsport â II
prologue | part one | next
characters: vladimir makarov
summary: you never realized how boring captivity could be. you hate to admit it, but makarov is the only interesting thing around, and perhaps the closest thing you have to an ally in this place.
genre: angst, slowburn, enemies to ?, fem!reader (callsign: petra, no desc.)
warnings: semi-proofread, cursing, canon-typical violence, descriptions of blood/injuries, inaccurate medical procedures, reader gets harassed :/, reader kills a dude, russian written by a non-russian speaker (please correct me if it's wrong!!)
word count: 3.7k
note: the temptation to write the filthiest makarov/reader/yuri fic is slowly taking over my brain. i'm begging activision to reveal my ex-war-criminal husband already bc i have two hands for a reason
true to his word, you don't see makarov for the rest of the day. after you're brought back to your cell and locked away, you take the time to rest and gather your thoughts. the lumpy bed provides little comfort as you try to sleep, but it's better than the cold floor. you manage to drift off eventually, even with every voice and sound in the corridor stirring you awake.
when you finally drag yourself out of bed the next morning, blinking away any lingering exhaustion and gently stretching your sore muscles, the sky is still dark. the storm that was raging all night had subsided for now, and through the single barred window on the back wall, you can see groups of soldiers outside. running drills, training in marksmanship, transporting supplies, patrolling the grounds - it reminds you of the bases you've visited with the team.
the team. you trudge over to the only other furniture in the room, the metal chair that you moved to sit near the window, and plop down onto the seat unceremoniously. with how muddled your mind has been since the conversation with makarov, you've hardly had time to think about them.
they're alive. you just need to keep telling yourself that. they'll come for you as soon as they can. all you can do until then is keep faith and survive.
as a pair of boots stomps down the hall towards your cell, you begin to ponder if taking matters into your own hands is the only way you'll escape. you're just as capable as the rest of your team, surely you can find a way out of this crumbling prison.
you turn your head at the sound of keys jingling. a guard is standing at your door, unlocking it, before looking at you. "let's go," he says, thick accent lacing every word. "you're on a schedule."
with a small wince, you rise from the chair and cross the room. the guard starts down the corridor, heading in the opposite direction that you went yesterday. you follow close behind, clammy palms wringing together. it almost feels like you're restrained again, with metal cuffs digging into your wrists and binding you, keeping you from struggling or defending yourself.
after descending a staircase and passing a few corners, you reach wherever the guard was taking you. he pushes a door open and ushers you inside, revealing a sizeable shower facility. you send him a cursory glance, confused as he motions for you to step further into the space.
"shower." he mutters, standing by the door. you wordlessly turn to the showers, then back to him.
"do you mind?" you ask, nodding towards the door. "i'd like a little privacy. it's not like i can tunnel my way out."
he shakes his head at first, refusing your request, until you decide to do the same, silently staring at him. a beat passes between you until he spins around, grumbling something along the lines of "hurry up," and exits the room. once the door slams shut behind him, you let out a relieved breath and walk over to one of the many stalls.
you scan the area before carefully undressing, paying close attention so as to not mess up your bandages or strain any of your healing injuries. you quickly dive past the thin curtain and toss your clothes over the curtain rod.
a string of curses fall from your lips when you twist the knob and cold water pours out of the shower head, prickling like ice against your skin. cleaning yourself up whilst protecting your bandages is a difficult task, but you manage to keep them relatively dry. you were in need of a fresh set, anyway. grains of sand and dust leftover from al-mazrah is washed down the drain, and as you start to adjust to the freezing temperature, some of your muscle aches follow suit.
a few minutes of relief pass by as you try to relax, though the bliss is short-lived when you remember your conversation from yesterday. you hate the thought of listening to makarov of all people, but did he have a point? are you truly just as bad as him, even with good intentions being your motivation?
you're well aware of what your job entails. as captain price so bluntly puts it: we get dirty, and the world stays clean. you know that some missions leave a sour taste in your mouth and a doubt in your mind. are you truly doing the right thing? can you do better? is there a way to save everyone?
as you shut off the water and attempt to dry off with a clean towel left on a small bench nearby, you realize that you're giving makarov exactly what he wants. he brought up the topic with the intent of messing with your head. he's trying to break you - for whatever reason, you're not sure. all you know is that you can't give up. you have to stay strong for the team.
you pull your clothes back on, nose scrunching at the uncomfortable feeling of damp gauze sticking to your skin. the guards seemed to bounce between civility and cruelty depending on the moment; perhaps you can catch someone in a good mood and request a replacement.
the door swings open and you jolt, spinning around to face the intruder. the man from earlier is standing in the doorway, a look of disinterest evident even through his balaclava. "you are done, yes?"
clearly he isn't the person to ask, you think, following him into the corridor. he leads you back down the same path as earlier, through winding halls and up a set of stairs, stopping once you arrive at the cell you call home. you keep an eye out for anyone along the way who looks to be doing well, searching for a person to seek help from.
no one catches your attention, leaving you only one option: the guard currently locking the door behind you.
"uhâ can i ask you a question?" you turn around to look at him, wrapping your hands around the iron bars. he sends a small glare in your direction, but pauses nonetheless.
"what?" he murmurs, standing up straight.
you lift your arms, showing off the damp and gradually loosening bandages. "any chance i can get these changed?"
his eyes flit down to your arms, then back to your face. he sighs, heavy and deep, and grumbles out a reply. "i will get the doctor."
with that, he leaves your sight, lifting a hand to his radio and saying something that you can't understand. "should've agreed to those fucking russian lessons from price," you mumble, staggering across the room and sitting on the bed while picking at your loose gauze.
it feels like an hour passes by before you hear someone coming down the hall again. by this point, you were assuming that the guard had forgotten about you.
you sit up from your slumped position against the metal frame and are immediately greeted by a new person on the other side of the door. an older man, nicely dressed and carrying a heavy bag that you fear will topple him over, regarding you with a grin that feels out of place in this shithole.
"you must be petra," he starts, pushing the door open and letting himself inside. he keeps his distance, both hands visible and wrapped around the handle of the bag in front of his body. "doctor tarkovsky." he continues, introducing himself. you nod, watching closely as he approaches you and places his bag on the bed next to you. the chair is dragged over, much like the other day, and he sits.
"the work you did... you saved my life, doctor." you mutter, allowing him to take one of your arms into his gentle hold. he hums in reply, taking great care in undoing the dressings.
"ŃпаŃĐžĐ±ĐŸ, but it was not me that saved you." he chuckles softly, eyes briefly lifting from your arm to meet your gaze. "the commander was responsible for that. by the time you arrived here and into my care, he had managed to stabilize you."
he mumbles something to himself about "his military days" while dropping his gaze back down to your newly exposed skin. your eyes follow his, and you wince at the sight of burn marks and stitched lacerations. a cold breeze enters into the room through the window and stings as it sweeps over you, making you clench your hand into a tight fist.
"the commander? you mean makarov?" you ask, forcing yourself to look away and stare at the wall behind the doctor. the same man that put you here is the one that kept you alive. go figure. you glare holes into a random brick, trying to make sense of it. based on the few interactions that you've had with him, as well as the many things that price had to say, that kindness seems out of character.
the fact that he hasn't tortured you to the brink of insanity is odd enough.
"yes, he demanded that i give you the best treatment. said he wanted you alive and in good condition." the doctor rummages through the bag next to you and begins to clean your wounds and apply new dressings, deft hands making quick work of the process. you remain silent as he wraps your arm in a new set of bandages, waiting for him to finish.
you finally speak once he's halfway through rewrapping your other arm. "is he always so... touchy?" you murmur, almost a whisper.
"touchy?" he repeats the word.
"i think i pissed him off yesterday," you say, tongue darting out to wet your chapped lips. "ended up slammed against a wall. is he always so quick to anger?"
after securing the bandages on your arm, the doctor leans back and shakes his head. "commander makarov is usually the calmest person in a conversation," he replies with a surprised huff. "whatever you said or did must have struck a nerve, made him lose his temper. even the soldiers working under him struggle to do such a thing."
you furrow your brow at him. he waves off your befuddlement and gets started on treating your other injuries - namely, the large gash on your side and the burns on your back. as he's loosely wrapping your back in gauze, he makes another comment.
"it could be that you angered him, rather than what you did."
"i angered him?" you parrot back to him, craning your neck to look at him over your shoulder. the doctor nudges you forward again and hums affirmatively.
yet another thing that doesn't make any sense, you think. besides your affiliation with the one-four-one, there's nothing about you that should stand out to a man like makarov. you don't possess any top secret intel or really hold any importance to anyone outside of your team; so, why is he treating you so strangely? is it a game he's playing, trying to mess with his real enemy, the captain?
are you merely a pawn, a bargaining chip between two forces much bigger than yourself? makarov is dangling your life like bait, hoping to catch a better prize. you squeeze your eyes shut and take in a deep breath, considering your options.
makarov would only hold onto you for one reason. drawing out captain price. that means price is alive, at least to makarov. if you stay here, you might be able to confirm this plan for yourself. however, if you can escape and deliver all the intel you've collected so far, you could prevent the plan from advancing any further. no matter which option you choose, rotting away in this prison cell won't help.
as kind as the doctor is, he's still one of makarov's men. you can't trust him. you're on your own.
"so, is it going to scar?" you inquire with a smile, fixing your shirt after he pulls away. he moves to gather his things, reaching into his bag and handing you a dose of painkillers.
he sighs and sends you another smile of his own. "the burns aren't deep enough, thankfully, and the lacerations shouldn't scar so long as they're properly cared for. you are very lucky."
"guess i am. thank you, again."
you swallow down the pills - dry, much to your chagrin - and give him a small wave as he exits the room, the iron door closing behind him with a soft clunk. the guard from earlier reappears to lock it moments later, leaving you trapped in the cell once more.
âââ
another five days pass by, and you mentally curse whatever higher power put you here. your routine remains largely unchanged: at roughly seven o' clock, one of the guards stops by to take you to the showers. by seven-thirty, the doctor arrives to change your bandages. you're given your only meal around noon and left to your own devices until eight in the evening, when the doctor arrives to change your bandages again.
you are slowly beginning to heal, at least. the lack of nutrition was stunting the process, but according to the doctor, you were still on the mend. it won't be long until you can get the stitches taken out.
you've spent several of these past one-hundred-and-twenty hours wondering if that's what makarov is waiting for. he wants you alive to torture, to indulge in breaking something fixed by his own hand. maybe the doctor is in on the plan. you wouldn't be surprised to discover that he's reporting your healing process to makarov, giving him a countdown of sorts.
as you rest on the cold, hard stone floor, with your back propped up against the side of the bed, tossing a rubber ball that you pocketed at the wall, you question if your paranoia is getting the better of you.
the rubber ball rolls across the ground after you throw it at the wall. it starts to come back to you, before bouncing off the edge of your boot and heading towards the door. you lazily follow it with your eyes, until you notice a person standing at the other side of the bars, their gaze transfixed on you.
it's a man wearing an outfit similar to the doctor's, though you can easily tell that he's substantially younger. in his late thirties to early forties, you estimate. he carefully kicks the ball out of his way after entering the room. you watch him like a hawk, an uneasy feeling washing over you.
"i'll be handling your care today." he announces, plopping his similarly-designed supply bag on the mattress. you pull yourself up to stand and dust yourself off, taking a healthy step back from him.
"something happen with doctor tarkovsky?" you ask as the younger man rummages through his bag and slips on a pair of latex gloves. he shakes his head, not even bothering to look at you, and continues searching through his supplies.
"tarkovsky is busy," he responds, motioning for you to sit. you hesitate for a second, but ultimately decide to shake off the nerves and follow his orders. "i'm going to start with your back today." he adds. you nod, moving to face away from him and lift your shirt up.
he's silent while replacing the gauze, and you're not sure whether you prefer that or talking. his touch is slightly less gentle, which you chalk it up to less experience. eventually, he moves on to the gash on your side, settling in the normal chair with an expression that you find hard to decipher.
your unease is suddenly validated as he cleans the stitches. his unoccupied hand comes to rest on your thigh, just above your knee, catching your attention. your eyes fall from the wall to his hand, then to the open bag at your side. laying near the top of it is a scalpel - small, but lethal in the right hands. you clear your throat and shift, bouncing your knee under his hold, testing the waters.
instead of removing his hand, he slips it just barely higher. you squint, gnawing at the inside of your cheek, debating on acting now or waiting a little longer. maybe he doesn't realize it.
as his hand slides higher, though, gloved fingertips digging into the plush of your thigh, that notion goes out the window. you slowly lower your hand closest to the bag and place it on the mattress next to it. the younger doctor pulls back, examining his work, his thumb rubbing languid circles into your skin. you act while he's distracted.
with trained proficiency, you grab the scalpel from the top of the pile and shove the man forward, slicing across his neck in one swift motion. he stumbles backwards, reaching up to desperately grasp at his throat as he chokes on the blood pouring from the open wound.
"don't fucking touch me again," you seethe, fixing your shirt and holding the scalpel in a white-knuckled grip. the sounds of him tripping over the chair and falling to the ground alerts the guards stationed in the corridor, who immediately rush through the door with their guns drawn and pointed at you.
they're shouting at you, but you can't make out what they're saying over the blood pounding in your ears. you turn away from the dying man and stare them down, unmoving from your spot in the middle of the room.
after a brief standoff, the guards suddenly look over their shoulders and shuffle away from each other, revealing a familiar face. one you haven't seen in almost a week, and assumed you wouldn't see for a while longer.
makarov steps to the front of the small group as the ringing in your ears begins to subside. his eyes dart from you to the man lying on the ground, having choked to death shortly before he arrived at the scene. he chuckles, low and controlled, and turns to the guards.
"ŃбŃĐ°ŃŃ ŃŃĐŸŃ Đ±Đ”ŃĐżĐŸŃŃĐŽĐŸĐș," he mutters, waving towards the corpse. the men holster their guns and move past him, lifting the body up and carrying it out. as the group disappears down the hall, you find yourself alone with makarov. the scalpel slips from your fingers and clatters against the floor, pulling his focus back to you.
"well? are you going to punish me for that?" you ask plainly, the pool of red still visible in your peripheral vision.
"should i?" he counters, casually sauntering across the room. his gaze flits from yours to your cheek, which you soon realize is wet with the man's blood.
you shrug, shoulders drooping. "i killed one of your men. most people would punish a prisoner for less."
he wipes the blood off your cheek with his forefinger and huffs softly, seemingly pleased with the situation. it's only now that you notice his slightly disheveled appearance; his white dress shirt is untucked and his sleeves rolled up to his elbows, showing off his forearms that are covered in a light layer of dirt. minor cuts and bruises bloom on his skin, resembling self-defense wounds.
"i could never expect a member of the one-four-one to accept capture quietly," makarov remarks, picking the chair up off the floor. "i'm surprised it took you this long, if anything. i was expecting to receive reports by the second day."
he raps his knuckles against the seat twice, urging you to sit. you end up mirroring your first interaction after he sits on the bed across from you, elbows resting on top of his knees.
you grab a set of cleaning wipes from the bag forgotten at the foot of the bed and offer them to him. "so, i'm assuming you're not here to share the fun story behind those obvious self-defense wounds?" you tilt your head to the side, regarding him with a sarcastic smile.
"like i said in our prior conversation," he takes the pack from your outstretched hand and haphazardly wipes his arms clean, the lack of care enough to make you inwardly flinch at the potential pain. "once traitors are found, they are dealt with."
"seems like they got to you first," you snort.
besides a pointed glare, he doesn't dignify your comment with a response. instead, he takes your arm into his hold, removing the old bandages with almost the same level of indifference that he treated his own injuries with.
"ow." you grunt, a bit overdramatic. in truth, his touch isnât any less gentle than the doctor you just killed.
"stop complaining." he responds bluntly.
"maybe be more careful, then." you snap, tugging your arm back. you're being intentionally difficult, pushing his buttons, but you deserve to be a little shitty to the man holding you hostage.
makarov grabs your elbow, one of the few relatively uninjured parts of your arm, and yanks you forward, until your free hand slams down onto the space next to him to catch yourself from falling. he leans in, your noses nearly touching, and sneers.
"this is the extent of my kindness, petra." he tightens his hold when you try to create some distance, locking you in place. "do not tempt me to withdraw it." he whispers, dark eyes boring into yours.
you swallow back a whimper as his grip tightens again, blunt nails digging into healing skin, nodding in reply. he releases you a moment later and resumes his previous actions, quickly yet effectively rewrapping your arm. you grudgingly decide to cooperate for the other set, making it go by much faster than the last.
"tarkovsky said you're usually pretty calm," you mumble as he secures the bandages in place. "is it the one-four-one that frustrates you so easily? or, am i just a special case, hm?"
makarov, clearly interested in continuing the running theme since your first meeting, does not respond. you really should get used to it. you say nothing more as he stands up and grabs the discarded supply bag, walking towards the door. he pauses, holding the door open, and you nearly miss the words said to you over his shoulder.
"anyone else would be dead already."
