Another request! This one is a punch right in the feels.

Some may know this, but some may not. What’s interesting about this song is that it was written before the chapter about Albert’s guilt was released (Ch62, if I remember correctly?). The author tweeted about it that the musical staff had access to details of future plans that her staff shared with them. No wonder morimyu is such a good adaptation! I think they really go in-depth about how they show the characters through the lyrics, and this one's just super freaking accurate.

October Snippets--10/11/2024

Good news for fans of Snips and Scars, we're up to the middle of November with weekly updates--immediate goal for that fic now is finishing book 5 and then after that doing updates for the rest of the year if it doesn't match that. Good news is, I'm getting into some stuff I wrote ahead, so this should be an achievable goal this month. \.o./

Also did more writing for Meet Me In The Woods, still had some juice left over from the boys' encounter with the Silence, think I have some more left so we can keep going with it. \.o./

The tower was currently the tallest structure in the immediate area, although he could see various trees seeking to challenge that superiority.  Folds in the rolling greenery suggested ravines and hills, and the area that had been cleared around the tower was starting to grow back, creeping foliage sneaking back in to reclaim the area.  In the bright sun, it was almost beautiful—in a desolate, lonely way.  The idea that they could be the only people for miles in any direction, the question of what had happened to the person who had previously occupied the tower.... The question of what happened to the other towers, Ruisu reflected as he walked around the balcony, looking out across the woods.  Theoretically, the towers were built within view of each other—there should be at least two within sight, he would have thought. Spotted one finally when he came around to where Silas was filling the pan from a rain barrel.  It was a good distance away, a bare speck in the woods, but it was still something to shoot for.  Glance up at the sun, check his watch for the time—west, the direction they were wanting to go. “Is that one Daichi’s?�� he asked Silas, even though he already suspected the answer; Daichi had described the surrounding area, discussed how far out he was...they couldn’t possibly be that far out already. “It gives us a goal,” he told Silas when the other boy joined him at the railing.  “Median goals, they’re called...we have to wait until tonight though, so we can see if there’s lights on in it...and not turn our lights on,” he sighed, realizing that doing so would alert anyone out there to something going on.

The boys are trying to get to Daichi's tower without letting anything living in the woods--or those from the cities--knowing about them. Are they succeeding? Good question....

Hatterson is a rather charming fellow, standing at around 6'1, with unkempt red hair with a white ombre at the end and blue eyes. He also has a small “J” beneath his right eye that has a small heart positioned above it.

His Unique Magic, "Very Merry" allows him to temporarily freeze time for himself and 1-2 others (on occasion) in a small pocket dimension. Count Deku Trailer

Wind sounds over a black screen. We fade in on a shot between the back of man’s feet on the edge of a cliff, his pants thrashing violently in the wind. You can hear the waves of the sea crashing against the cliff side.

“You were wronged, Young Midoriya.” An old man voices over the shot.

The scene fades to black. The sounds continues. A subtle heart beat begins to pulse.

“Nobody deserves this fate.” The old man speaks again.

Fade back in, beginning to slowly pan up behind the man. His clothes are different, tattered and torn apart. There are small cuts on his legs, and you can start to see the plethora of bleeding cuts on his back before it disappears as he puts on a long coat. The camera begins to circle around to the front. The old man continues to speak.

“So, you’ve sworn your vengeance on Tenko Shimura,”

The scene flashes to the man in the same position. The background becomes that of a ship in the night. You can see a side profile up to his neck. His hair is dark and pulled into a low ponytail, and his neck is dry and he gives it a scratch. His gloves are missing the pinky. Then we flash back to the man on the cliff side. The heart beat sound grows more intense.

“Toya Todoroki,”

The scene flashes again, the angle having moved in front of the man, just below his nose. The background changes to a room lit on the left by a blue flame. A sinister smile spread across his face. His hair is red, with white flecks. It flashes back to the man at the sea, whose outfit is suddenly dressed up. The heart beat begins to drown out the wind and ocean.

“And Katsuki Bakugo.”

The camera has now reached the full face of the man. His face is dark and cold, his hair is a messy collection of green. When he looks up, the scene flashes to yet another moment, presenting an angry looking blonde with spiky hair and red eyes. His face is filled with hatred. The background changes to the interior of a nice estate. It is dark. When the scene flashes back to the man by the cliff side, he has dawned a similar expression. A castle like structure can be seen in the background. The heartbeat reaches its peak, and no other sounds can be heard.

The screen goes black. All sounds stop. A new voice can be heard. “They will feel my wrath.”

Music picks up as we transition to a collection of parties. There is one outdoors, on the grounds of a manor, glittering in jewel tones and gold. Fireworks transition us to the masquerade parade in Rome filled with bright colors of smoke. A young boy with curly brown hair sits in the crowd with his friends, wearing an intricate mask. The position is copied as we focus on the same green haired man at a party on a ship, with the crew clapping their hands and stomping their feet as they dance around in a Dosido manner. His previous partner of blonde transitions into a woman with brown hair and pink cheeks who stares intensely at the man as the style of dance turns slow. This party is indoors of a manor filled with flowers and pastel tones, and a majestic double spiral stairway.

“Who is he?” A woman’s voice asks.

“A hero.” A young girl says. We move to a shot of a fencing battle with a man in a mask. We get a shot of a young girl with long silvery-blue hair, and a small horn on her forehead, crying, holding her knees, lit by the crack from a door, and covered in bruises. A scarred hand is reached out toward her.

“A friend.” A man says, with a cool tone. A shot to a beach where a wall of ice is stretched out as the green haired man dodges to the side. A shot from behind three men as they stare out at a cool evening sky over the sea, leaning against a boat. One the green haired man, and the other featuring a man with red and white hair and the last a man with blue hair. Then we move to another shot of hands clasping together.

“A lover.” A woman’s voice says. We fade to another shot of hands, as one ties a string of twine around the other. A soft piano music cue plays in the back.

“An enemy.” An explosion of blue and red flames over a city scape. A six-barrel gun placed on a table. We see a man with ashy black hair, and burns. A man with silvery-blue hair, with his hand covering his face. The back of a man with blonde hair leaving the crowds of a party behind.

“A ghost.” A king’s chess piece is featured.

“He is…” A shot within the catacombs, as the green haired man fights off multiple masked men.

“He is-“ A shot in the dark with two people silhouetted in a kiss. The rest of the room is filled with crates covered in sheets.

“He is-“ a blue haired man bows and steps back as he introduces another. The screen turns black, as the title page appears in gold letters.

Appearance and Personality

Appearance: Saburou has a slender but quite a muscular male body build, like the other ghost myths, he too has white skin. He has long spruce blue hair which he tied it up into a straight ponytail so it doesn’t get in the way during potions class. He has sable black eyes which it can tell that he from a noble family but only a branch member, which they can turn into aureolin yellow when using his half-myth abilities. He holds rather a serious express but is somewhat a sleepy head and is rather quite lazy and also hold an amazing intelligence.

Personality: Saburou is a family member of the branch family from the Tamami household and is Cynthia’s only cousin, like his cousin he too is a middle class noble. He often plays with her since childhood and is also a self-taught noble as well and offense assists his cousin from time to time.

Saburou is rather a silent-type like Freya but will speak if you talk to him, he wears a serious expression but seems rather calm and peaceful towards others.

He's rather lazy and also sleepy and is often seen at the library or even outside sleeping under the tree napping for about three or six hours and even during classes and break time as well, the only ones who can wake him up are his half-myth companions, but mostly for Cynthia or Freya though.

Despite being sleepy though, he's somewhat smart towards potions, the team often sees him making new antidote potions while napping for the longest time. So clearly it was meant to be a normal hobby for new besides sleeping a lot.

Saburou can be rather cheeky though, especially towards teasing but in a light and friendly manner, he's rather a sweetheart if you get to know him for the better good. He's also a good listener and knows quite good solutions towards problems and he's rather a peace-maker as well.

But around his friends and cousin, surely the same personality but more active compared to his usual sleepy persona.

Like Freya, he too also works as an active SIDC worker as well but is actually the chief medical examiner who examines the causes of deaths of the victims in any cases, since he's an expert, Saburou is also a good surgeon to save them as well. Though he seems to have his respects towards Amelia as well with the rest of Lynette's team.

You better not irritate him though, like any other ghost myth aside from Haru and Rosabel, he knows his ways of haunting you at night for sure. He gets annoyed pretty easily even when he doesn't get any sleep at all, so he's pretty grouchy but somewhat intimidating if you mess with him though.

Rather a cute sleepy-head, who would have guess that a ghost myth like him can be that clever?

Trivia

-The name 'Saburou' is primarily a male name of Japanese origin that means Third Son while his surname 'Lewis' is primarily a male name of English origin that means Famed Warrior.

-He's based on the male version of of Byleth, the main protagonist in the Fire Emblem: The Three Houses Gameplay.

-He knows Haru and his little sister Rosabel, and often assisted Haru and his jump-scare pranks and also babysits Rosabel.

-He's attentive to his cousin and is often seen together alongside with the others in the school.

-He seems to be on bitter terms with Freya though since they are both active workers for the SIDC, so most likely they would argue or even fight from time to time. Eventually it would lead to a bloody mess though since they are good at physical fights, it happens on the outside of the school though. Akio, Yaeko and Cynthia seems to be okay with it since it was pretty normal for them.

-He and Akio have similar interests when it comes to any trouble-making, especially when the others had caused it or not. Most likely he'll get annoyed too.

-In the past, he was brutally attacked by a drunkard when he was young when Cynthia was still an infant. He has a deep head wound hidden in his hair after getting attacked. He definitely feared that memory ever since.

-His voice is rather calm yet somewhat still audible when speaking but will scream loudly when using his half-myth abilities. So I chose Matsuoka Yoshitsugu to be his voice actor.

-He seems rather unlucky whenever he's in his dorm, because when Gabrielle and Despoina have their usually rivalry, he somewhat got a direct hit from either from the two magic or attacks which the two didn't notice him there. Much to his dismay, he often heals his wounds afterward.

-He makes healing or other types of potions, which he added some side-effects on each one, so better read them before drinking them.

-He's pretty much a cat lover.
