hasan and a partner who hates travel - part 1, flights

i'm on my travel arc since day one of vacation has been miserable :)

hasan who sees you shaking your leg in the airport while you wait to start boarding, and he squeezes your knee gently to remind you that he's here.

hasan who gives you an earbud or headphones to get you watch some stupid videos with him or listen to your favorite soundtrack so you can focus on something other than chewing your nails.

he'll even walk you through parts of the flight if it helps, even if partway through he starts making shit up (and you know it but hearing him talk is the most of what calms you down really)

he squeezes your hand when taking off and landing on the flights, and doesn't mind when you dig your nails into his skin during turbulence. he'll jokingly complain about it later, but he knows it'll help you get through.

and if he snaps at you because you wigging out is wigging him out and he's trying his absolute best not to, but everyone gets over stimulated right? he lets a bit out and apologizes immediately after a breath, holding your face in his big hands and he's staring at your very sad puppy eyes.

he hates seeing you panic, but rest assured, he is there for you even if you are throwing up next to him on the flight.

Charles had put his sunglasses on when they left the room and seems content to not take them off, even in the dim elevator taking them back to the lobby.  Max feels jittery and a little anxious, doesn’t know how to be now that they’ve crossed the line that held their relationship in a neat and tidy box. He doesn't know what it means, how he should act. It’s a weird feeling, he’s not used to it. Charles beelines it out of the elevator, not waiting for Max or looking back. Well then.  Max takes a deep breath and decides to just go with the flow, orbiting around Charles the way he’s been doing for all these years now. He can do it a little longer—he needs to do it a little longer.

Aimsey was hosting a party with all her streamer friends as well as several others. She was dressed up like a little magician, her tuxedo hugging her small body just right, while she had a cute little top hat as well.

She got up onto a raised platform where she could survey the attendees, before getting their attention.

“Ladies and gentlemen, people attending the party! You’ve been having a great time, yes? Now it’s time for my favorite magic trick. If my volunteer would just find her way up here.”

Aimsey turned, facing off to the side. Her girlfriend Guqqie stepped onto the stage from behind, walking to stand next to her, smiling out at the audience. Everyone’s attention was rapt.

“Now Guqqie, if you’d just watch this pocket watch for me.”

Aimsey was swinging it back and forth, she wasn’t as tall as Guqqie, but with her full arm’s length as well as holding the chain tightly, she was able to keep it at eye level. Aimsey’s particular way of swinging it was distinctive, while it slowly made its way back and forth, she was also making flicking motions with her hand so that it jerked up and down. Like her performance, it was quite the show. And her volunteer couldn’t help but stare. Already Guqqie’s arms had fallen slack to her sides, slowly going down, and her eyes were fluttering. She looked practically intoxicated.

“And now, you’ll sleep standing up. Sleep!” Aimsey says, shouting the last part, her other hand moving to exaggeratedly snap her fingers.

Guqqie’s head fell forward immediately. Guqqie’s pink hair completely hid her face. She was the perfect image of sleepy and slack from the hypnosis.

The attendees of the party cheered. Aimsey turned to face them again, bowing, the watch still dangling from her hand.

hasan and a partner who hates travel - part 2, trains

i am back from vacation and work immediately stressed me out lmao

it's funny because after seeing you on a flight, hasan is like, trains should be easy. you're on the ground. you're going fast but like, it's just a train. but no.

there's something about watching everything move so quickly that gives you a bout of nausea, so hasan spends most of the train ride rubbing your back gently. he laughs though at first because you try to sit backwards, thinking that maybe (JUST MAYBE) it would be less nauseating (you were wrong).

you also hate train rides because you're going too fast to be able to appreciate the scenery, especially if it's a train mostly going through cities. it's mostly the back of buildings or tunnels and sometimes you get greenery but it's just... it's like being in a car, just faster. it's boring.

if it's a longer train ride where it's overnight or even multiple nights, it's a little better but your nerves make you nearly impossible to talk to for the first day and a half. eventually he gets you up and around and to other traincars (the one bartender makes a hell of a good cocktail) and it's a better trip after that.

the first time he tries to get you to cross the barrier of two train cars while it's moving though? hooo boy, he practically has to carry you over it because even though there's not a real separation, you remember the scene in Anastasia and it freaks you out. you just want to be on solid, unmoving ground again. please.

idk how to word this without saying something wrong but. Talking about sex acts and being intimate with your friends, on stream to an audience with your friends who are also streaming an audience, and then turning around and talking about fanfic (written based on an interpretation of those streamed interactions, dynamics, etc that you have with your friends) as if it's inherently cringe or making it into a spectacle is like... Whatever.

And I think if you were to have an answer from certain streamers about why they're doing this, it would be 'i just think it's funny', which isn't directly harmful doesn't exactly respect that this is someone's writing that they put time and thought into, even if it's about you and your friends fucking.

I get the initial shock if you really thought that wasn't out there existing in the world, for sure, but beyond that? I don't walk into your house and piss on the walls <3

Someone please tell YouTubers/Streamers that playing into shipping is a terrible idea. People with no common sense will gladly take it as a green light to try and get them involved into even the most NSFW bits of it with no regards for boundaries. The worse ones will try to "make their ship canon" by constantly trying to get "their ship together" and going as far as resorting to harassment (either of the parties of the ship or of their partners or both).

It'll never be "inoffensive". Leave the Fandom alone, or you will feed it until it makes you uncomfortable.

And, of course, if you're a shipper, leave the actual real people you're shipping out of it. You do not need their validation, you should not seek their validation, leave them alone, they are people, they are not the characters of them you made up in your mind.

So, *checks watch* one year later, I have finished Side A of my fanfic. If you like ZeRoyalChaos or are in general a fan of the Derp Crew/Private Recording One, shenaniganery, mystery and action with some genuine heart to back it up, check it out! In a world that’s a mash of Among Us, Town of Salem, Shellshock Live and the Private Recording One continuity, the fate of the Earth is in the hands of a gang of rebels with superpowers! What could possibly go wrong? Also, it’s very gay. That’s probably the most impostant part of this. The aliens are secondary, really. (Yes, I reuploaded the fic because of a massive scheduling mistake. It’s all good now!)
