— silly rosas royalty fic based on my own post
With a light sigh, Queen Amaya climbed the stairs of the Rosas castle. Earlier, she was a part of setting up for the upcoming wish ceremony, and it had taken much longer than expected due to a few minor complications. Thankfully, everything was sorted out in due time, though it admittedly exhausted Amaya. She wasn’t sure what time it was now — likely after midnight — but she was glad to finally be heading to bed. By now, she knew that her husband would likely already be fast asleep. Unlike most nights, she could fall asleep without a string of complaints about his day before the two slept; not that she minded, truly, but the silence would be appreciated this evening.
Opening the door to their shared chamber, Amaya looked to the wide bed in the middle of the room. Sure enough, a distinct figure lay snugly under the bedsheets. Feeling relieved, she stepped into the room, closing the door behind herself, and got ready for sleep.
Sitting at the edge of her side of the bed, she took a moment to gaze down at the sleeping Magnifico, who was lying on his side and facing Amaya. He looked peaceful, judging by the content expression on his face, lips slightly parted. His chest and shoulders rose with every slow breath he took in his slumber, and his hands met beside his head, one next to the other. An endeared smile on her face, Amaya lifted a hand to lightly brush away stray bangs that had fallen onto his face.
Turning her head away to yawn, she was reminded of her desire to rest. Amaya laid down and pulled the bedsheets over herself — what she could manage to gather, anyway, since Magnifico had a tendency to take them for himself while asleep. Turning to face Magnifico, she reached over to his hand that was facing up and held it in her own before she let out an exhale and closed her eyes. As tired as she was, she never could fall asleep right away, and didn’t doubt that this night would be the same. Even so, she laid there for a while, silent and still. Perhaps she should have prepared tea prior to coming to bed, she thought, but it was too late now.
As it was most nights, the chamber was incredibly silent; a pin could drop and it would echo. Even the wind outside settled into quietude at this hour. That factor, combined with the moonlight gleaming softly through the window’s curtains, tended to make for a good atmosphere conducive to dozing.
When Amaya was half asleep, steadily slipping into slumber, she felt something that began to pull her out of it. After a moment, she recognized that her hand was being tightly gripped; she opened her eyes and, adjusting to the darkness, discerned that it was Magnifico’s hand that was under hers. Focusing on his face, she saw that his eyebrows were furrowed and his mouth formed a frown, with sweat beading on his forehead. His features were scrunched up as if to convey discomfort or pain, yet his eyes were closed. The concerning sight woke her instantly. She sat up, noting that his breathing had become unsteady, and freed her hand from his grasp to gently shake his shoulder.
“Mi rey?” Amaya called, keeping her voice low, in an attempt to wake her husband. This wasn’t the first time something similar had happened, but it was months ago. When Magnifico didn’t open his eyes, she nudged him again. “Mi–”
Suddenly, with a gasp, Magnifico woke with a start, springing up to be sitting. Amaya recoiled slightly, having flinched at the unexpected movement. Worry painted her face while she watched him closely. The man hadn’t seemed to notice her yet, his eyes wide with panic that darted around the room, so she put a hand on his shoulder with hesitance. He, too, flinched at the contact, but his expression softened when their eyes met.
“Oh, Amaya, darling,” Magnifico sighed, sounding relieved. His breath appeared to slow to some degree upon seeing her.
“Are you alright?” She questioned, raising her tone to match his and leaning in a little. Her hand remained firm on his shoulder, but it was clearly a caring gesture.
“I had a terrible dream.” He responded as though waiting for her to ask, looking away to stare down at the blankets. Out of sheer habit, he slicked back his messed-up hair with one hand as he recollected his thoughts. Amaya waited patiently for him to continue.
She wasn’t sure how long it had been since she came to bed. It could have been minutes or hours, there was no way to tell. Really, it didn’t matter, for any tiredness she had melted away for now. There were more important matters on her mind, like the one in front of her.
Magnifico closed his eyes, his jaw clenching. “It was like I was there again,” he started after a minute of silence, tilting his head to see Amaya once more. “In my childhood home, with my family. When everything…” He trailed off. Quieter, he instead said, “It felt so real.”
He looked incredibly vulnerable, a somewhat rare sight. Amaya wondered if he might be feeling like that scared little boy from years past. “Breathe,” she said, and for once, he inhaled deeply. The king’s gaze was trained on her. “It’s over. You’re safe now.”
“Yes, but..”
“It won’t happen again, mi rey.” She let her hand fall from his shoulder to take his hands in her own. “We built this kingdom so that would never happen again.”
He exhaled. “...Right.”
“And you are the one keeping us safe.”
Slowly, he nodded, taking her words in. His eyes flitted between hers, as if searching for something. “You’re right.”
Gently, Amaya caressed the back of his hand with her thumb. A few seconds passed before Magnifico leaned in to give her a peck on the cheek. “Thank you, my love,” he murmured while leaning back. He squeezed her hands briefly as a small smile graced his face.
As usual, she couldn’t help but smile back. Remembering that they should both be getting back to resting, Amaya tore away from his hypnotic stare to look at their entwined hands instead. “Do you need anything? Hot tea, or…?”
Magnifico let out a soft chuckle. “No, I think I’m alright.” He paused, before continuing, “Why don’t we just.. lay down, for a while?”
“That would be nice,” Amaya agreed. Their hands parted and they returned to their earlier positions. Magnifico wrapped an arm around his wife and pulled her close, and Amaya gladly returned the embrace. It felt good to be so close in the tranquil atmosphere, since it wasn’t often that the two cuddled in such a way, often more concerned with just getting a proper amount of rest for the following day. Still, it was a simple pleasure they were glad to indulge this night.
The couple settled into their embrace, each closing their eyes in preparation to return to sleep. Quietly, Magnifico took another deep breath. Although he wasn’t saying anything, Amaya could sense that his paranoid thoughts weren’t quite kept at bay. Often, it would certainly take more than a few soothing words to ease his worries, especially when it came to matters of the city, but he seemed intent on figuring it out himself.
“Mi rey?”
“Hm?”
“Everything is going to be fine. Okay?” Her voice was hardly above a whisper. She wasn’t sure how much she could do for him now, considering she could feel herself getting tired again, but she hoped it would help at least a little.
After a few seconds, Magnifico echoed her words. “Everything.. is going to be fine.” It sounded as though he was speaking more to himself. Even if there was no active threat, it wasn’t hard for him to spiral. They were both glad that Amaya was there to ground him.
Thankfully, it appeared to work well enough, as he soon fell back to sleep. It didn’t take long before Amaya followed in his footsteps, the two more than comfortable in their warm position.
Even if, perhaps, they could not prevent the happenings of the past from repeating themselves, it was certain that everything would be fine, so long as they stuck together.
In a moment like this, neither could consider any alternative.

Famous/Important Women?
I'm trying to make a list of notable women in history (mostly for fun, partially to use against misogynists who think men did everything), and kinda not wanting to just look up a list online.
So; I'd like anyone who sees this post to add to the list. Even if all you can remember is a name and basic details, that's enough (I myself am mostly operating off memory, and then looking up details to fill in the blanks). If possible though, a date of birth/death and what they're most known for would be great, since those are the details I'm focusing on right now.
I'll add all new people/details to a list here on Tumblr so we're all on the same page info-wise.
Edit; pinning this post both so I don't have to scroll millions of miles and so it's easier for people to find (I should probably be pinning my intro post instead but whatever).

Ever since the situation with Rylenn and Allisae, Tahariel had been on high alert. Keeping stoutly by the side of his betrothed, just in case anyone else decided they wanted to approach her and try something. Gaze sweeping over the crowd in search of Avelan, or any of his fellows.
But it wasn't Avelan he found. Instead, he found himself crashing directly into a different familiar face.
A face so familiar, in fact, that in some ways, it felt a bit like looking into a mirror.
"Tabbris."
The other man stiffens, looking back at him with a gaze that quickly frosted over with an icy recognition of its own. It was rather obvious that neither were pleased to be in each other's presence.
"...Tahariel."
The silence hangs heavy between them. A suffocatingly oppressive weight to the air as they give each other a brief once over...until finally the younger of the two speaks.
"Everything that you've been doing lately, and you still think it's a good idea to show up here? Awfully gutsy."
"I can't say that I'm sure of what it is you're talking about. Are you trying to accuse me of something? Because if so, the only thing that I've done as of late to garner any attention, is find my fiancée again."
"--And kidnap she and her children?"
Tahariel laughs; short and disbelieving, as his arms cross loosely over his chest.
"Is that what you believe? If that were the case, then why would I have brought them here? Risked them running away from me, and casting an even larger spotlight on us? They came with me willingly, of their own accord, and it is Charidynn and Vanystea who have been unable to accept that fact. Who have sent assassins after us and threatened all of our lives, including Lily-- a child."
"We came here because Meriburn is a long time friend to Allisae and her children, and as such, they wanted to come to celebrate the occasion. And yet, Vanystea has weaseled their way in regardless of having not been invited, and have already been harassing us. You want to accuse me of causing a disturbance, but all I have done this entire time, is take in the festivities, and try to ensure that they can have the good time that they deserve to be having right now. Perhaps instead of pointing the finger at me, you should be looking for the ones that are actually causing the issues in the first place."
#[Tahariel -drabbles-]#[Tabbris -drabbles-]#[royalty verse]#Alright there's Taha's distraction so that Rosa can do her stuff#Ophan (and I'm assuming Yori?) will probably still be around her though...maybe Sophie a bit later#There's gonna be another part to this#Probably just a real short thing though

Yandere Time Traveler who is mainly dedicated to purchasing items from the Roja Era, not because it is his favorite time period, but because his favorite person lived during that time. The fifth child of a king who ruled what is now his city, the castle where they lived still stands proudly on the outskirts of the city, now converted into a museum that he visits weekly as a way to be close to his beloved
Yandere Time Traveler who has been intrigued by your story since childhood: a member of the royal family beloved by his family, the common people, and even his enemies. One day, you disappeared from your own home, and no one ever heard from you again. Everyone searched exhaustively for decades but never found you. A group of people tried to exploit the situation by impersonating you to gain all the luxuries and privileges that rightfully belonged to you. Only one person resembled you both in appearance and manner of speaking. The only problem was that nearly 70 years had passed since your disappearance, and this person was too young to be you. In the end, their husband had to clarify that they were suffering from mental issues, and as a result, no one took them seriously.
Yandere Time Traveler who feels like a lunatic: how could he be in love with someone who lived nearly two hundred years ago? However, he has always felt a connection to you, and the only way he finds to be near you is by acquiring all your belongings through illegal auctions. Selling and buying items related to you is prohibited in his country; museums tirelessly search for all your belongings across the continent to display them alongside those of your family. But he is faster and acquires everything before the museums can get their hands on it.
Yandere Time Traveler who, of all your belongings, has searched the black markets most fervently for your hat. In the Roja Era, royalty did not use crowns to show their lineage; instead, they used special and unique hats to demonstrate their noble position. The hats of your sisters and brothers are in the castle museum, but yours was never found. The theory is that you wore it the day you disappeared, and wherever you are, the hat is with you.
Yandere Time Traveler who acquired a mirror from an antique shop during a sale. He didn't know what era it was from, but its beauty convinced him to place it in the room dedicated to you. The mirror carried a dark legend: all its owners ended up losing their sanity or disappearing without a trace. However, he was not intimidated, believing it was just people's tales. He was sure you would have been fascinated by it, imagining you using it to admire your reflection while trying on clothes.
Yandere Time Traveler who, one night, woke up startled by strange noises coming from a nearby room. With silent steps, he approached to discover the source of the sound, but his concern grew when he realized the noises were coming from the room dedicated to his beloved. He immediately thought someone had broken in to steal something from his valuable collection. Wasting no time, he grabbed a bat he had purchased a couple of weeks ago, perfect for defending himself against an intruder. Upon entering the room, he found no one, but the mirror looked different. Strange figures were forming on its surface, and he couldn't resist the temptation to touch it. It was as if the mirror was calling to him. However, the moment his fingers brushed against the glass, he lost consciousness.
Yandere Time Traveler who woke up with a terrible headache. As he opened his eyes, he realized he was lying on a wooden bed that creaked with the slightest movement. The room was unfamiliar, filled with objects that didn’t match his home. The walls were made of wood. Various items adorned the space, from wooden toys to old tools, along with portraits and simple household decorations. As his vision adjusted, he noticed a small window allowing the morning sunlight to illuminate the room. The smell of wax, burnt wood, and a faint scent of food filled his nose.
Yandere Time Traveler who panicked. He tried to get out of the bed to figure out where he was, but only succeeded in worsening his headache from the sudden movement. He heard footsteps coming toward him. Fear took over as he desperately looked for something to defend himself with. But before he could act, the door opened, and an old woman entered the room, calmly looking at him.
Yandere Time Traveler who discovered that he was in the house of an elderly couple. They had found him unconscious at their doorstep and, out of compassion, had taken care of him ever since. Maybe he had gone mad because nothing made sense. The date on the calendar in their house showed that it was 200 years before his own time. It wasn’t possible that he had traveled to the past. Maybe he had hit his head, and all of this was just a delusion, a hallucination caused by the injury. Perhaps he was in a hospital, in a coma, dreaming a nonsensical fantasy.
Yandere Time Traveler, unable to find a way back to his own time, was now trying to adjust to his new life. The elderly couple who had taken him in gave him work in their small antique shop and allowed him to live in their home. In return, he had to handle the heavier tasks, like feeding the animals, repairing anything that broke, and keeping the shop in order.
Yandere Time Traveler was organizing some items in the shop when he heard the bustle of a crowd outside. The voices and shouting filled the street, but he didn’t even bother looking out the window. He didn’t care what celebration or festival was taking place outside. Everything went quiet for a while until the shop bell rang. He wasn’t in the mood to deal with anyone, but it was his job. With a fake smile, he greeted the customers who had entered.
Yandere Time Traveler was startled to see a familiar face. It wasn’t someone he had met in person, but someone he had seen in portraits—it was the crown princess of Adrionia. Adrionia was the name of his city when the monarchy still existed. Although he knew he was in the Roja Era, he never imagined he would meet a member of the royal family in a place like this. The heir was about to speak when a pair of voices interrupted from the hallway in front of them.
Yandere Time Traveler who was shocked to see the rest of the royal siblings there. His heart swelled with longing; if they were here, it meant that you must also be here. He couldn't help but search for you among the crowd, but he couldn’t find you. His hope deflated into sadness, until someone emerged from one of the back hallways, holding a trinket in their hands.
Yandere Time Traveler who wanted to die right then and there—you were standing before him, the love of his life. As you asked your sister to buy the trinket for you, he couldn’t help but admire you. You were even more beautiful in person; the paintings didn’t do you justice. He wanted to leap over the counter to be closer to you, but he knew if he did that, he'd be thrown into the dungeon. All he could do was watch you from where he stood, his heart pounding at a thousand miles an hour.
Yandere Time Traveler who felt you so close, yet so unattainable. As he rang up your sister’s purchase, he never took his eyes off you for a second. He watched you with a mix of fascination and desperation, knowing that this might be the only time he’d ever be so near you. And just as you had appeared, you left. His world crumbled with each step you took toward the exit, moving further away from him.
Yandere Time Traveler who couldn’t stop thinking about you after that encounter. His heart filled with yearning to see you again. Now that he had seen you in the flesh, he couldn't allow everything to end with just one brief meeting. He needed to see you once more, needed you in his life in a more permanent, closer way. But he knew he couldn’t just approach you without a plan—and for that, he needed to scheme carefully.
Yandere Time Traveler who decided to use his knowledge of the past to his advantage. He began calling himself a prophet and would go out to the town square to “predict” events he already knew would happen soon. At first, people looked at him with skepticism, and many called him crazy. But when his predictions started coming true with eerie accuracy, everything changed. Word spread throughout the kingdom about his visions, and people gathered in the square to hear him speak. It wasn’t long before the royals heard of him and summoned him to the castle. Everything was going according to plan.
Yandere Time Traveler who was tested by the court, but he was ready for whatever challenge came his way. He “predicted” the betrayal of a court member, and a week later, a respected and seemingly unblemished noble was discovered stealing large sums from the royal treasury. The impressed kings offered him a permanent position at the castle. His goal was now within reach. Every day, he grew closer to you. He knew you better than you knew yourself and was confident that soon you would fall in love with him.
Yandere Time Traveler who, over time, befriended the royal family, but you were different. You seemed deeply distrustful of him. Every time he tried to approach you, you fled. If he entered a room through the door, you left through the window. The more frequent these encounters became, the more frustrated he felt. He left you gifts, but you discarded them. The letters he sent, you burned in the fireplace. And every time he tried to speak to you, you ignored him. Couldn’t you see that destiny was bringing you together? Why did you run from him as if he carried some contagious disease?
Yandere Time Traveler who knew he had to be patient, but every moment away from you felt like a blow to the heart. Then, during a casual meeting with your brothers, everything he had worked for unraveled. Without meaning to, your brother let it slip that you were seeing someone in secret—a mere guard, someone far beneath him. He had to keep his composure; he couldn’t afford to break his facade in front of them. But all he wanted to do was rush out and bury that filthy man deep in the earth.
Yandere Time Traveler who now understood everything. You had always rejected his efforts because you already had someone in your life. The idea of you being with someone else was unbearable. Every touch, every word shared between you and that guard ignited a wildfire of jealousy within him. Just thinking about it made him feel sick. He needed to devise a new plan, so he decided to accuse your lover of trying to seduce you to rise in high society. The kings were furious with both you and your lover. The execution seemed imminent. However, something unexpected happened. On your knees, you begged your parents, saying it was all a misunderstanding. At other times, he would have loved to hear your voice, but at that moment, he wished you'd be quiet. You were ruining his plan and breaking his heart as he watched you plead for another man.
Yandere Time Traveler had to leave the castle for a few days; the whole situation was overwhelming him, and he feared he might do something that would compromise his facade. He returned to the shop where he had worked at the beginning. The old man greeted him cheerfully, happy to see him after such a long time. While the older man talked about everything that had happened in his absence, he wandered around the shop, looking at the new antiques that had arrived, hoping to distract his mind. Suddenly, something caught his attention: a mirror that seemed too familiar, sitting in a corner. He now knew how it had ended up in the couple's home. As he stared at it, an idea formed in his mind: "If I couldn't have you in your world, maybe I could in mine." With that thought in mind, he decided to buy the mirror, flashing a disturbing smile.
Yandere Time Traveler returned to the castle with his new treasure, eager to figure out how it worked as soon as possible, though it was easier said than done. It was during a fit of rage that he grabbed the bat he had brought with him to smash objects and vent his frustration. You had convinced your parents that your lover was a good man, and they had allowed you to marry him. He should have been that man, the one who would marry you, but his place had been taken. After breaking several objects in his fury, he left the bat leaning against the mirror and stormed out of the room, not noticing that the reflection in the mirror had begun to change.
Yandere Time Traveler who could only watch as you prepared for your wedding felt as if you were mocking him. Unable to bear it any longer, he retreated to his room to devise a plan. He would not let anyone else have you. Upon entering, he found something magnificent: the portal in the mirror was in all its glory. He gazed at the bat and suddenly, the idea of how it worked came to him. He had been so foolish; the answer was so simple, and he hadn’t seen it before. Now, you would be where you belonged, by his side, living in his own time, where you could never escape.
Yandere Time Traveler who sent you a letter pretending to be your brother to get you to the library. If you had known it was him, you never would have gone to meet him. The mirror was positioned in such a way that you couldn’t see it at a glance, and he would ambush you from behind. Hearing your footsteps approaching down the hallway, you entered and called out for your brother. He stood momentarily stunned, witnessing something he never thought he’d see: you were wearing your hat, the object he had longed to see all his life. But that feeling quickly faded when, angrily, you yelled at your "brother" to come out of hiding because you had a date with your fiancé and needed to leave immediately. The mention of the other man and the fact that you wore something as significant as your hat just to see his rival gave him the strength to push you into the portal, following closely behind.
Yandere Time Traveler who woke up on a floor that seemed familiar, was back in his own home. He watched as you lay unconscious beside him, and since he had already gone through the experience of the portal, he managed to get up before you. He reinforced all exits to ensure you couldn’t escape and then let you rest in what would now be his shared bedroom. Hours later, he heard a blood-curdling scream. He rushed to his room, but you were not there. He found you in the room he had dedicated exclusively to you. You tried to escape, but seeing such a room had frightened you so much that you couldn’t help but scream.
Yandere Time Traveler who pretended everything was fine for a while. You stayed at home while he went to work. It didn’t matter that you did nothing all day; he believed your hands weren’t meant for work. He preferred to do everything himself to keep you content. One night, upon returning from work, he noticed something strange: the house felt too silent. Although he was convinced there was no way you could have escaped, his home felt empty. He searched every corner, but there was no sign of your presence. As he pondered where you could be, his gaze fell on the mirror.
Yandere Time Traveler who had underestimated you. You had managed to find a way to use the mirror while he was away, but he already had an idea of where you might be. Using the mirror, he traveled 70 years after the date of your disappearance. True to his assumption, he quickly found you; everyone knew you for trying to claim that you were the missing royal member, even though that was now impossible. He approached you slowly from behind while you were talking to a couple of people, trying to convince them of your identity. He placed an arm around your shoulders, noticing how your skin prickled. He was too angry to care about the effect he was having on you. With a fake worried look, he explained to the people that you were his fiancée, but that you were suffering from dementia. The people left, leaving the two of you alone.
Yandere Time Traveler who took you back to his time, determined not to make the same mistake. With the bat he had used earlier, he gathered all his strength and smashed the mirror into pieces while you screamed for him to stop. His rage was relentless; he hit the mirror so many times that it became irreparable. When he finished, he embraced you while you cried out loud, knowing that your only escape had been destroyed. He tried to comfort you, whispering soothing words, but his attempts at calm only had the opposite effect. Every whisper and every caress only heightened your desperation, reminding you that you were now trapped with a lunatic, with no hope of returning.
Yandere Time Traveler "No matter what era you're in, I will always find a way to find you."

⚠️Spoilers for Wish⚠️
While I am excited for/ planning to watch Disney’s Wish, I honestly wish (heh) they had gone with the original plan for Amaya’s character and made her a villain alongside Magnífico.
Like, I genuinely think it could’ve been cool to see them as partners in crime and be inspired by classic Disney villain traits: vain, narcissistic, power-hungry, cruel, and enjoyable to hate.
I could’ve seen their relationship as something similar to Scarlett and Herb Overkill from the Minions movie, where it’s two married villains who are clearly terrible people, but are still heads over heels for each other.
I’ve read the golden book and kids book of the movie that some people have uploaded on YouTube, and while those books tend to omit things from the actual film, they give us a basic synopsis of the overall story.
(SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE BELOW)
——————
Essentially, the story ends with Magnífico being sucked into his staff, Amaya rules Rosas and Star gives Asha a wishing wand (essentially making her a Fairy Godmother sort of character mixed with elements of Snow White)
It’s a pretty basic, cut-and-dry story and I’m not saying I expected Shakespeare or whatever, but imagine how much better the story would’ve been with both Magnífico and Amaya as the villains:
The story could’ve been that the kingdom of Rosas was ruled by Magnífico and Amaya, who both seemed charming and generous on the outside, but were greedy and self-serving on the inside. They essentially didn’t care for anyone but each other.
I’d also add Amaya’s cat Charo from the concept art book, cause it think it would be cute that these two are absolute shitheads, but are still cat parents who spoil their cat and take it everywhere.
Anyways… Magnífico, like in the actual story, only granted the wishes that benefited him (and his wife), while the majority of wishes were stashed away in his tower.
Asha wants to become Magnífico’s apprentice and when introduced to the wishes, wants to grant her grandfather’s wish and finds the kings (and queens) whole wish-granting system unfair to the people (again, like the canon material).
The story would then go like the actual movie: Asha makes a wish on a Star and Magnífico sees her as a threat to his power and hunts her down (only with Amaya by his side).
I’d like to think that while Magnífico has his moments where his true personality shines, I feel like Amaya wouldn’t truly snap until the very end, having a little more composure than her husband (similarly to the Evil Queen or Maleficent or Ursula)
In the end, the King and Queen are defeated and banished into Magnífico’s staff. Asha is named the new Princess of Rosas (or Queen, whichever you prefer), and she actually joins the Disney Princess lineup and it’s not just advertisement. Like the real story, Star gives her a wand and Asha becomes the new wish-granter.
It’s not perfect, but I think it may have been more interesting and entertaining to see rather than the typical director the creators went with the story
These are just my thoughts, however, I’m still gonna watch the movie and see I think about it.

Why you are wrong 😁😁
aka copy paste this to whoever starts acting like these misconceptions are canon so you don’t have to lose brain cells attempting to argue with idiots or to just clear up someone who simply didn’t know
Daring and Apple are not siblings
A lot of people think this because of Prince Charmings being both of their parents however, this is very much NOT canon. The last name Charming is like the last name Smith. Very common. Except of course the last name comes with being royalty. I’d look at it more like a title. Anyways here’s proof from Dexter and Darling’s chapters in once upon a time. There is also a slight explanation in Blondie Branches Out.
Daring’s only siblings are Darling and Dexter not Ashlynn or Briar or Holly or whatever other royal you might think. Only the canon love interests are canonically unrelated (Apple, Raven, Rosa) so technically some of the other royals could be cousins with them. But not first cousins since we meet all of them in Once Upon a Time.
Raven is not Apple’s aunt
I had a whole explanation here with quotes from tsbol, tuota and ravens sdcc letter .. but we don’t need it because this is literally official
Anyways hope this helps whoever didn’t know and this will save future me a headache trying to reexplain once a week. I’m sure there’s more misconceptions, I just added the biggest ones but if there’s another you want me to clarify lmk and I’ll add it to this post

i saw that requests are open, so could i request your headcanons about the bad batch reacting to a unexpected love confession from their crush (the reader)? ❤️🥰
you confess [bad batch]
relationships: gn reader x bad batch
warnings: inexperienced clones, jealous cross, insecurities, some internalized ableism (echo)
a/n: my first bad batch request! thank you so much!
crosshair
• cross will flirt with you all the time but when you confess he shut downs (like that brooklyn 99 episode where adrien is super flirty but when rosa asks him out he runs away)
• cross doesn't take your feelings seriously bc he doesn't see himself as lovable :(
• he rather keep you at a distance than be hurt when you eventually leave
• i think this fear is why he starts fights with regs, he rejects them before he can be rejected
• besides you're a liability, cross already has to keep his stupid siblings alive, he doesn't need another loved one distraction
• it might take seeing you flirt with someone else for him to admit his feelings
• i know that's low key toxic but so is crosshair so it works out
• within a second you're being pinned against the closest wall, long fingers squeezing your hips
echo
• echo's feelings are very obvious (he treats you like royalty ffs) but he never considers confessing
• his insecurities have convinced him that you could never feel the same way
• so when you do it feels too good to be true
• he's so expressive, you might as well just told him he'd won the lottery
• he doesn't understand why choose him when he has a million brothers with the same face and no baggage
• "because they're not you"
• you have to reassure him when it comes to his body
• "i like your prosthetics. they make me feel safe. like nothing can hurt me when i'm with you."
• your health/safety is echo's main priority so to hear you see him a protector >>>>
• thats when it becomes real for echo: the person of my dreams wants me
• he's instantly pulling you into him, kissing your check and showering you in mando'a compliments
hunter
• hunter first clocked your rapid heart beat around him as nerves
• does he intimidate you? he goes out of his way to be nice as possible but it keeps happening
• at this point he's concerned, he even brings it up to tech
• when he confronts you about your 'health issue' you're embarrassed but it's also funny as hell
• well since you've been called out you might as well shoot your shot
• "i'm love sick" "oh fuck is it treatable?"
• you can't help but laugh at your sweet, dumb, hunk
• "i want to date you, hunter"
• when he's silent you start to apologize but he quickly silences you with a kiss
• "oh sweetheart" he pants when you finally pull away
tech
• tech has a hard time understanding when someones serious vs joking
• so even if he does pick up on your flirting he might think you're kidding
• he's used to being teased by his brothers but no ones ever flirted with him
• when you confess you need to be very straight forwards
• "i like you romantically, tech" "...why?"
• he's not fishing for compliments, he genuinely wants to know your thought process
• tech, much like crosshair, is confused bc he doesn't see himself as boyfriend material
• in turn, he begans listing off everything he likes about you
• you actually have to cut him off because he won't stop-
• "i'm infatuated with you as well"
wrecker
• everyone knows about wrecker's feelings except for wrecker
• he's never had a crush before, or even a friend that's not a sibling, so he doesn't recognize the feeling
• but his crush is visible from space
• he considers you his best friend and wants to be with you all the time
• he will do anything for your attention (even share the good rations)
• when you first confess it goes over his head because you guys already have a really affectionate friendship
• "i like you" "aw i like you too" "no i mean i like you more than a friend" "like a best friend?" "no like i want to kiss you!"
• he stares at you in shock with those big puppy eyes, "you can kiss me. like all the time if you want"
• so you do
• he sweeps you off your feet and spins you around, almost knocking out poor tech who happens to walk by
• "TECH! WE'RE DATING!"

The video accompanying this project (turn the subtitles ON ^^)
Partially inspired by this post ^^
Like a lot of people, I was disapointed by Disney's "Wish", even more as I read more and more about what it could have been. So I try and comfort myself with my own version, partly inspired by @annymation's fanfic "Kingdom of Wishes".
Name : Asha Lucero
Age : 18 Species : human Wish(es) : becoming a storyteller; freeing Rosas and giving the wishes back to the people Power(s) : her magical pen materialize her drawings
Name : Valentino Lucero
Age : 1 month Species : baby goat Wish(es) : protecting Asha and thanking her for taking care of him Power(s) : on-demand human speech
In "Kingdom of Wishes" Asha's wish is to make other people happy and becoming a great artist. And even though I like this take, I'd like Asha to be a symbolic representation of people inspired by Disney productions into becoming artists (writers, filmmakers, ect) themselves. Hence why I would like her to be a storyteller with her drawings. And of course, she'd have her cute little romance with Najm (my starboy). And Valentino would be a cute baby goat actually helping Asha and being an actual funny emotional support for her, instead of being useless and unfunny.
Name : Najm (pronounce "n-ah-j-uh-m"; arabic for "star")
Age : 17 rotations (17 earth years)
Species : wishing star
Wish(es) : none (truly; becoming human)
Power(s) : communicating with animals/plants and giving them speech, growing plants, levitation, animal metamorphosis, influencing dreams, infusing his magic into objects, human camouflage, purificating corrupt wishes, empathy
@annymation had the excellent idea of making her starboy a 2D character evolving in a 3D world and being able to hide themselves has a 3D character with a off-animation, kinda like Hobie in "Across the Spider-verse". And while helping Asha, he'd became more and more engrossed by humanity up to wishing he'd be human himself. I find almost nothing to add, except that I wanted Najm to be a shapeshifter so here it is !
Name : King Magnifico of Rosas Age : mid-50s Species : human Wish(es) : reign supreme with Amaya (truly; being needed) Power(s) : levitation/fire/dark magic, materializing wishes and corrupting them Name : Queen Amaya of Rosas Age : early-50s Species : human Wish(es) : reign supreme with Magnifico (truly; being loved for herself) Power(s) : alchemy, emotional manipulation Name : Charo Age : 2 years old Species : eurasian lynx Wish(es) : protecting his masters and eating Valentino Power(s) : human-like intelligence
In "Kingdom of Wishes" Magnifico is the latest of a long line of magician royalty protecting Rosas and the Wishes and he poisoned his brother with the complicity of his evil wife Amaya. It's a great idea and all, but I wanted to stay simple and distinct enough so I got rid of the fratricide part and just made him the rotten apple of what was a rather decent batch. Other than that, they would be just like @annymation made them be.
