N/A: This may be just a one-shot, I just thought Ariel in the Victorian AU we created for The Doctor and the Monster would not give a single fuck.

London is a city made by the wealthiest men, therefore, your vision in the city will depend on how much money you have in your pocket, however, lately, even the richer men in London can´t say how beautiful their city is as a big problem emerge from the ground, the underground to be more exact.

"Sir Willow, please, I know your input in the situation, we all know, but we have no more option, Nightcrawler decimates all our attacks and defences, we are practically his servants at this point taking all his ridiculous exigences" A man with a thick moustache explained to his colleagues. The Crown has little power nowadays as Nightcrawler has the final say.

"But call her? This damn woman?" one of his colleagues with a regular thin moustache asked, "why not ask help from the Braddock?"

"Because they refuse to help us, several times, because of this line of thinking, you do know that Miss Braddock is a woman too as well Mrs Worthington  is a woman too, and really, by this point, if you have a bright idea, please say so" silence fills the room and the man continues "let´s call help from Ariel, gentleman this is our last hope" ____________________________________

Kurt Darkholme is not a man to care for the modern and revolutionary technology that the Stark´s industries are creating each day, yet, the man is not ignorant to not use the holo-watch when he has to leave his house to socialize(usually being dragged by his mother and sister) people can be tolerant (and sometimes fetishes) an azure man, however, the police and everyone eyes are looking for a certain azure man.

"Oh, chin up, Kurt" his mother replied noticing his son frown even more than usual "always so moody, you know, when you were a kid you were a picky eater, did you know that?"

"Yes, you told me this before, why we have to go to this party again?" Kurt Darkholme asked not getting the importance of such events is basically the same thing over and over.

"Because our British friends have brought an American Friend to speak, a man notorious for hating mutants, now, my good son will listen to the words as a proper gentleman and at night Nightcrawler will reply" Raven smiles a tad bit sinister as her disguise is now the face of an old lady from a respectable family.

Now Kurt Darkholme is smiling. Finally, something interesting to do.

"By the way, son, have you ever thought about what we told you?" Raven replied as nonchalant as possible.

"I´m a widow for too long and I need to find someone? Yes, you and Anne Marie aren´t subtle in this regards...Look, I appreciate the help and the intention, but, I´m not sure if I should meddle with someone" Kurt Darkholme then replied "I may be more than the person is chewing" and smiles.

"You make one shark eat Blob and suddenly Shark´s jokes are all you can do?"

"Pretty much" _________________________________ A woman wearing a blue dress walks in the party, an outsider for sure("look at her dress? so obnoxious") and is not doing a good job in mix with the crown as many women are giving her a heated glare as the woman has no shame in talking openly with men, especially men with such higher positions and titles.

"I take your trip was safer, Miss Pryde," one of the thick moustaches in the group of men asked the question doing a fine job to ignore the glares of the other women.

"It´s was alright, now, as the payment, is everything as I asked for ready?" Kitty Pryde asked straight to the point, some of the men mutter how this is a big mistake but the others ignore.

"Yes, Miss Pryde, tomorrow it will be official that all schools and colleges have to accept boys and girls from any race, background and age" the man replied uneasily.

"Really?" she asked crossing her arms.

"Well, ok, the bill will only work after a week, but Miss Pryde" the man tries again and Kitty gave a strong glare.

"My price is very simple, or all the kids have the chance to study or nothing will change" a man is fed up by this charade.

"This is ridiculous, you´re taking demands of a capricious child. How to know if she is able to fight Nightcrawler?" the man feels smart for a brief moment until the woman´s eyes are on him.

"You don´t, but, at this point, I can´t fail more than you all did" she did silencing the others then holding her neck for a moment the woman let go her breath "then, after a week we talk again, bye gentlemen" and leave them to be with their inner thoughts and fear.

"We made a mistake"

"At this point, is better make a mistake than doing nothing" ___________________________________________ Kitty Pryde is still doing a poor job to mix in the crown, when a man, the star guest, a man that only speaking nonsense. Kitty rolls her eyes and decides to chat with one of the people in the party(liveless as it appears)

A man with a fancy hat ignores Kitty and is outrageous that a foreign woman, with no title, is trying to speak with him, the man has a title and this time attention is not appropriate in a party in such fashion.

"Lady, how dare you to direct your voice to me?" the man angrily replied, this is not the place or time for such activities. Kitty has no idea what the man is insinuating when someone else is joining the conversation.

"Hallo, is everything alright?" a man with a thick German accent speaks directly to the woman.

"I don´t know, I was just trying to talk and the man acts as is an insult" Kitty is a bit confused and the German man smiles at that and returns his attention to the other.

"Mr Jones, for shame, a guest is engaging in a conversation and you shun her? " the man smiles evilly "that´s why you are disowned, such lack of manners" the man tsk 3 times and the other man, with his fancy hat, leave Kitty alone.

"Hey, I take you are familiar with this environmental?" Kitty asked impressed.

"And I take you are new here? People, in this party and many other social events, are stupid is all I can say that´s nice" Kitty chuckles at that and agrees. "Can I ask for your name or I need someone of higher status to introduce me?"

"No, I´m not that lazy, my name is Kurt Darkholme" the man speaks gracefully.

"My name is Kitty Pryde, I´m here to finish something that people are far too incompetent to do"

"Bold assumption" Kurt speak amused"what you came to do?"

"Make all children have a nice education" and Kitty winks at the man as both ignore the stares and the guest talking, well, Kurt certainly didn´t ignore the man, but, is better pay attention in the new welcomer than Ex-Senator Kelly(disgraced in his own country) ______________________________ Nightcrawler, as Mystique instructed, found the Ex-Senator Kelly in his room and have no problem in killing him with one blow, however, Nightcrawler with his scarlet eyes noticed someone is watching his moves.

"Yep, I've got a feeling you would go after him, Nightcrawler is a big and scary Mutant right´s ally, of course, he would go after Kelly" a feminine voice can be heard but Kurt is not seeing anything.

Kurt leaves the room and the dead body to see where the voice is and have the right mind to not reply, yet, as the voice is too familiar. Lo, behold, Kitty Pryde wearing a black uniform waves at the azure man.

"Hello?" she says cheerfully waving at him as she is above the ground. "Man, I thought I could have stalled this for more time, either way, I´m here to fight you" Kitty replied and Nightcrawler can´t help by a chuckle, finally something interesting is happening in his life.

Kurt fought Ariel as much he could, maybe, it´s a way to show off as a part of him tell him to teleport away, however, the man couldn´t do this as they begin to spar.

(It was while since Kurt spar with someone in such level)

His tail wrapped around her ankle and a victorious smile play on his lips, only to leave as quickly as possible as her ankle phase away from the tail easily and Kitty take the tail to bring the man closer.

"Careful with your tail, someone with less noble intentions may hurt it or your handsome face, now, Nightcrawler" she speaks looking into his scarlet eyes "be careful, ok? next time don´t go for the obvious trap" and let the azure man go as Kitty flies away.

"Who is she?" Raven asked this question far too much for Kurt´s liking and maybe Kurt is starting to realize his mother´s excitement is not due to a new challenge "A woman? you talked with a woman for more than 5 minutes? Rogue!"

His sister shows up with her uniform cover with a few drops of blood, busy night, says the older sister.

"Do you know any Kitty Pryde? Our Little Kurt may have a crush" Raven replied far too amused.

"Not a crush, is just curiosity" Kurt Darkholme replied.

"Oh, my god!" Rogue and Raven ignore the anti-God´s propaganda Kurt is talking "Well, I know she is living with the Summers, I think, Remy mentioned that Scott and Jean are housing a new mutant woman with a similar name, I will confirm, but, this is amazing, Kurt congratulation"

"NOT A CRUSH, I DON´T HAVE CRUSHES"

3) Weiss Schnee as Thor Odinson (reasoning: yes, I know that Nora is the more obvious choice. I went with Weiss since I felt that she fit Thor’s story better. Nora doesn’t really have good parallels for Loki, Sif, Odin, Hela, and the rest of the Thor cast. As for Weiss, she started out as an arrogant heiress with a terrible father and brother. She later lost her inheritance and was humbled by her experiences in Beacon and with Team RWBY. To me, her character arc fits Thor to a tee)

4) Yang Xiao Long as Bruce Banner / The Incredible Hulk (reasoning: prone to anger, known for brute force and punching. Also, since she’s Bruce, she would be close friends with Ruby, which could mirror their sisterly relationship)

5) Harriet Bree as Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow (reasoning: if the Atlas Military and Ace Ops are S.H.I.E.L.D. in this AU, then I felt that a member of Ace Ops should be Black Widow and Hawkeye)

Also, Qrow being Howard oddly fits if you picture him as a raging alcoholic who unintentionally neglects Ruby while she was growing up)

2) Penny Polendina as J.A.R.V.I.S. / Vision (reasoning: A..I. and android who is close friends with Ruby)

3) Pietro Polendina as Ultron (reasoning: okay, so this one is a bit of a stretch. Since Ultron is the “father” of Vision, then it made sense that Penny’s father would take this role. Just imagine that Pietro is a rogue A.I./killer robot made by Ruby and Yang in this AU)

4) Oscar Pine as Pepper Potts (reasoning: Jaune and Weiss have already been cast, so I guess this AU is a Rosegarden fic)

5) Coco Adel as James Rhodes / War Machine (reasoning: I was running low on characters. This is literally just because her main weapon is a minigun)

Other Major Characters

1) Raven Branwen as General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (reasoning: so instead of Ross being Betty’s father, Ross would be Bruce’s father in this AU. The reason for this change is that I really wanted to include Raven in this AU and casting her as a power-hungry general chasing her daughter around the world in order to control the Hulk felt appropriate)  

2) Vernal as Betty Ross (reasoning: to keep the General Ross-Betty Ross relationship to some extent, then Vernal as Betty made sense. Instead of being father-daughter, it’s “mother figure-daughter figure”)

4) Glynda Goodwitch as Maria Hill (reasoning: this would’ve been Winter...but I have Winter cast as Hela. So Glynda, being my second choice due to her past relationship with Ironwood, gets this role)

5) Neptune Vasilias as Jane Foster (reasoning: closest character we have for Weiss’ love interest. Don’t come at me Whiterose stans, Ruby’s already Iron Man)

6) Bartholomew Oobleck as Erik Selvig (reasoning: it’s mainly because he’s a professor)  

7) Pyrrha Nikos as Peggy Carter (reasoning: warrior, closest character we have for Jaune’s love interest)

8) Saphron Cotta-Arc as Bucky Barnes / The Winter Soldier (reasoning: there was literally no other character who I could think of that could fit this role, so I went with Saphron since you have the sibling relationship element with Jaune. This is obviously not a romantic-Stucky interpretation, this is more along the lines of Steve and Bucky being spiritual brothers)

9) Ozpin as Stephen Strange / Doctor Strange (reasoning: Earth’s protector, one of the guys leading the charge against Salem. Also, Ozpin looks like the kind of guy who’d be a mysterious sorcerer)

Levi and I were cleaning one of the bedrooms when Eren came on behind us. “I’m all done with the upstairs sir.” Levi turned to him from the window he had been cleaning. “If I may ask Captain, where will I be expected to sleep?”

Levi lowered the cloth he had been using as a mask. “Your sleeping quarters are in the cellar.”

Eren hung his head. “The cellar, but sir, again?”

I stopped Levi, knowing he probably had something insensitive to say. “It’s our best option Eren. We still don’t know what makes you transform.”

Levi interjected. “Your abilities are far from under control. You might go Titan in your sleep.” His tone was getting sharp. “One of my restrictions for having you at all is that I keep you under strict security morning, noon, and night. While we’re all in dreamland you’re in restraints.”

Eren had beads of sweat rolling down his face. His hesitance with every word that came from Levi’s mouth was present. 

Levi started walking out the door. “That’s the rules.” When he reached the doorway he turned and pointed to the window. “Take over here, I’ll check your work. Help your sister.”

When Levi was out of earshot Eren hung his head again with a sigh. “Don’t look so discouraged little brother.” I put my hand on his arm. “Up close and personal Captain Levi doesn’t look like the hero he’s cracked up to be, you should know that.”

“It’s not that Y/n, I’m more put off by the seriousness. He was never like that when he was around Mikasa and I when you two would visit mom and dad. He’s so deadset about following the higher ups rules.”

“That’s because he wasn’t working then. Not only that, you guys were kids, you’re not so much a kid anymore Eren.” I dropped my hand and gave him a soft smile. “Don’t ever think that strength is living by your own rules Eren.”

“He’s never struck me as the type to take orders.”

I leaned against the doorway, watching for when he came back. “A long time ago he would have lived up to your expectations. That’s what I understand anyway. I only know half the details. Levi isn’t all that open about before I met him.” I crossed my arms. “The story goes that he was quite the rogue before joining the Scouts. A high roller in the capital’s black market.”

Eren’s eyes widened. “What? Then how did he get here?”

“I’m not one to talk about that Eren. That’s something that he’ll have to tell you someday.” I grabbed a broom from leaning against the wall. “The most popular version of it that I’ll tell you is that it involves Erwin. They say that he dragged him to the scouts kicking and screaming.” And just like that my mind was sent back to a different time, one where my life wasn’t quite so chaotic.

*6 years ago*

Erwin shouted orders as we flew through the air, hoods up, careful that the people of the underground had the shroud of mystery as they watched on. The scouts had been ordered to find the three people in the underground that had managed to snatch from ODM gear from us, my squad had been the lucky ones to get the orders. The wind whipped through our hoods the closer we got to them. 

Chaos ensued under us, but it wasn’t something that we were able to focus on right now. The closer we got to them the more tactics they pulled out. We were losing our squad from the air like nobody's business. There were three of us left. Erwin, Mike, one other member and myself. Their tactics should have been nothing for the Survey Corps, we spent our time flying around Titans, these buildings were nothing, but their skills with the ODM gear were exceptional. I could see why Commander Shadis wanted them on our side. 

Suddenly two of them broke off in the other direction, Erwin motioned for Mike and the other members to each follow one, leaving just the two of us after the man who looked like the ringleader. The man sped up, flying through a couple of windows of a building ahead. “Y/n, cut him off at the pass, I’ll follow through the building.”

I broke off from Erwin and flew myself to the other side of the window, awaiting his arrival. I unsheathed one of my swords from my scabbard and swung for his rope as he planted it in a building in front of me. He retracted it just in time. Erwin stayed on his heels and I shot up, coming down on the man from above, shoving him into the concrete below. He stood and grabbed a dagger from his pocket swinging it for me, I barely blocked it with my sword. The man was ruthless, as he aimed his dagger again to hit me Erwin came flying in from above, knocking me backwards and sending the man backwards as well. 

Erwin had always been a protective brother type over me. He was my best friend after all. Erwin swung a foot and his sword at the man who hopped back with intent. Ready to wield another hit on him. The man lunged forward at him and Erwin put his sword against the man’s chest, causing the man to grab both of his arms. The two pushed against each other for what seemed like minutes. Each fight to get the upper hand, before Erwin spoke to him. “Stop it, look around you.”

The man’s eyes changed some. Mike and the other scout member came walking out with the two people that had been with him. They fought against them and that’s when one of them spoke his name. “Levi!”

Levi looked to them, concerned, it showing in his deep blue eyes, and slowly let go of his dagger. I ran to Erwin’s side and grabbed the dagger. Erwin gave him praise. “You were quick at reading the situation.” I stepped next to Erwin and held the dagger between two fingers, slowly turning it between them.

Levi watched me with hate in his eyes. We had just destroyed whatever plans he had had. I started back with intent, this man wasn’t sore on the eyes, he was definitely someone I could get used to seeing around headquarters. Now Erwin just had to get through to them. 

Shackles were placed around all three of their arms and Mike and the other’s placed them on their knees. Erwin looked over at me. “Come, you’re up here with me.” I stepped up next to him, being the Captain’s pet wasn’t always the greatest. “I only have a few questions.” He held up parts of the ODM gear that they had had on their person. “Where did you get these?” None of them spoke. “You guys are quite skilled with the ODM gear, who taught you all?” Still no answer. 

Erwin walked forward and in front of the ringleader. Levi didn’t even look up at him. “You’re their leader, right? Were you trained in the military?” The man finally looked up and when he said nothing Erwin motioned to Mike. Mike grabbed the back of the man’s head and with a force that made even my own face hurt, slammed his head off the concrete ground in front of him. Levi turned his head to face Mike, disgust riddling his look. Erwin began again. “I’ll ask you one more time. Where did you learn to use ODM gear?”

The man that was with Levi spoke. “Nowhere, we didn’t learn from anyone. We taught ourselves.”

Erwin changed his glance. “Self taught you say?” He huffed at him. “I don’t buy it.”

“We learned so we can rise even a little bit in the garbage of a place. People who are used to the sunlight like you guys are wont understand.”

The female chipped in. “That’s enough. Let him go. Don’t be cocky just because you’re soldiers.”

Mike lifted Levi’s head from the ground. Erwin walked over to him and knelt in front of him. “My name is Erwin Smith, the person to my left is Y/n Jaeger. And your name is?”

He spoke, his voice shaky still from the sudden trauma. “Levi.”

I knelt down beside Erwin, making sure that the raven haired man got a good look at my face. “Levi… Why don’t we make a deal?” 

“A deal?”

Erwin’s face was serious. “I’ll let your crimes go unpunished, but in return you lend me your strength.”

Levi’s face had a looked of anger still. I smiled a devilish smile at him. “Join the Survey Corps Levi.”

He was taken aback by my statement. He narrowed his eyes at me. “And if I refuse?”

We both stood back up. I crossed my arm and smirked. “The Military Police will have you, considering all your crimes, you and your friends won't be treated very nicely.” I turned around, letting my cloak flow in the wind. “Choose your option.” I could feel Erwin’s smile on me as he saw his handywork coming into play. 

It took him a second, but he answered, almost reluctantly. “Fine.” His two friends show him a glare. He spat on the ground next to him, a small amount of blood coming out. “I’ll join the Survey Corp.”

*Present day*

Eren’s mouth dropped. “The Commander?”

Levi popped his head around the corner, placed his hand on my waist. “What’s going on?” 

I hadn’t even heard him coming. We both jumped and started cleaning in the room wherever we stood. “Sir!” We spoke in unison. 

Levi stepped into the room and looked at Eren. “Your cleaning is lamental.” He definitely didn’t look too pleased. “Back upstairs, now.”

Eren jumped in place, saluting Levi with his hand to his heart. “Yes sir.” Eren dashed from the room, leaving Levi and I alone.

I turned to Levi. “How long were you standing there?”

“Long enough.” He walked to the window and grabbed the cloth on the window sill, wiping down the windows.

I walked over to him and wrapped my hands around his waist. “Do you care if I tell Eren how you got here? I think it will help boost his spirit a little. He needs that.”

Levi turned to me, pulling me into him. “I wish you wouldn’t, but you know as well as I do that me telling you know is going to do absolutely nothing to stop you.” He kissed the top of my head. ‘You’re too strong willed.”

I looked up toward him. “And where do you think I learned that one. Between Erwin and you I was doomed from the start.”

Levi huffed. “If you say so, my love.”

@bothsidesofaquestion and I were talking about what a cute couple KURT AND CERISE WERE IN EXCALIBUR DURING THE 80s and how sad it is it never went anywhere and like no one even knows her now? So doodled them some kiddos. Top is Amsel, then Heidi, then Tatiana Jimaine, and at the bottom is Stefan (left) and Sharra (right). Since the “hair” on Shi’ars heads is actually a feather crest, I decided the kids are actually covered with a very fine feather down rather than fur like their dad. Their eyebrows and eyelashes are also very fine feathers, as is their hair too. The eye markings are part of them, not makeup, as that’s also typical of Shi’ar (though Cerise seems to lack them herself, I’ve always suspected she was a hybrid) I’m thinking some have a Kurt-type tail, others have a feather tail, some have five fingers and some have three, some have claws and some don’t...these are just the faces/heads/hair though. Likewise they each have a different mix of their parents coloration but I’m not sure who has what exactly. Since apparently Kurt ALWAYS needs a kid called TJ, the eldest is Tatiana Jimaine. Tatiana just because it’s pretty, it’s used in Germany among other countries, and it’s the name of a saint. Jimaine being after Kurt’s foster sister Jimaine Szardos/Amanda Sefton. I’m normally NOT a fan of characters naming a child after an old lover, that feels mega gross and tacky to me, but I also kinda just want to ignore that Kurt and Jimaine/Amanda were anything other siblings, and also I needed a good J-name, sooo...yeah. She’s also why I gave them all middle names, it felt odd to have just ONE kid with a middle name. She goes by Tatiana or Tati. The crest of feathers on her head sometimes lies flat but sometimes goes “up” as I drew it here, kinda like expressive animal ears. Amsel is the second child, and his name is German for blackbird, since he’s a dark color + the Shi’ar are an avian-descended people rather than simian like human. Also ends up being an accidental shout-out to Kurt’s bio-mom being named Raven and the X-Men’s ship the Blackbird, though I didn’t intend that. His middle name is Logan, after, duh, Logan (who he also kinda looks like due to his feather crest). Probably gets called “loganberry” and “loganbirdy” a lot, which he dislikes and might be why he prefers to just go by Amsel! Cerise is French for “cherry” so I thought German for “blueberry” would be cute for one their kids. So she’s Heidelbeere, Heidi for short (which gives her a “normal” nickname to go by, and a very typical one in both Germany and America, which is handy). Her middle name is Marie, after Rogue. And then there’s the baby twins, who were a surprise, both to Cerise and Kurt and to me! I only meant to make three but they popped in on me at the end. They‘re Sharra Xaviera (after the Shi’ar goddess Sharra and Charles Xavier) and Michael Stefan (after Kurt’s late foster-brother and the archangel Michael, which is also a subtle meta shoutout to Michael being Kurt’s name in a What If issue where Mystique kept him ) They got by Sharra and Stefan. Sharra’s feather crest (which is more cockatoo-like) also goes up and down. I also really like the idea of the name Margali Marie but couldn’t work it in, so I’m thinking that’s one of the eventual grandkids names!

Im trying to think of questions bc i love these children but i cant so just. Yell about them? What are they like when theyre in fantasy higj school? What are their friends like? Do carey and killian slay at the pta meetings? Do they go to taakos school? What shenanigans do they get away with? What shenanigans DONT they get away with? This is all important information

i somehow forgot to mention this in the original post but johann, a dragonborn, is super purple and, despite being small as a baby/kid, he grows up to be, like, six and a half feet tall. noelle, an orc, was the taller of the two until johann was in his teens (he’s two years older than noelle) but she’s still over six feet tall and an absolute powerhouse

they all tower over carey and it’s not even like carey is incredibly short (i picture her at, like, 5′7), she’s just in a house full of giants

it’s obvious, as the kiddos get older, to see which of their family members had more of an influence on them than others (besides carey and killian bc both moms can be seen in the kids). johann is good at things “accidentally” ending up in his room (or his pockets). noelle loves to garden and seems to have a bit of an affinity for it. johann, despite not always gearing towards academia, loves to write. noelle can wield an axe with the best of them. davenport actually helped out with teaching johann how to drive (wagons, obvi, and totally not fantasy cars), and eventually taught him how to captain a boat, too. barry lets noelle in on all his scientific studies and he even shows her some of his necromantic studying, though that’s their little secret from kravitz.

also there’s def more little ways of seeing all the birds +co. in the kiddos, this is just 1) the first time i’m actually able to develop these kids outside of my own head, and 2) this is currently just me rattling off whatever i can think of rn

they’re both kinda jocks in fantasy high school, and then noelle also falls into the nerd category while johann is, like, a three-way cross between jock/prep/goth. also noelle is absolutely the one studying for exams while running on a treadmil

i don’t have a huge mental spreadsheet on their friends, but i can def say that the sweet flips household is practically a second home to all of their friends!!! as the kids get older, it’s common for at least one friend to always be sleeping over bc their house just radiates warmth and love.

johann does have a serious boyfriend when he’s 17 (and older) though!!! he’s a gnome and, okay, originally this was a normal dnd oc for me and i was making fun of my own shitty naming conventions so i just said that his name was “guy” but let’s just say, in this fiction, “guy” is short for something ajksjkdjkf. but yeah he’s a gnome and his class is barbarian and he can wield a huge axe (beefy gnome) and, again, still developing a lot of this fiction i’ve made in my head, but the way i kinda see johann and guy working out is that, like, they’re both pretty Up There people and super loud and bold and, to make a reference, very “rushing in” type of people? guy in a more “magnus” way, and johann in a very “holy shit i didn’t think this through but now it’s too late to bail” way. but, together? they almost calm each other down and they’re quiet and peaceful with each other and, it’s not that they tire each other out or bore each other, but it’s more so the fact that they don’t feel the need to be all “out there” most of the time. and for johann, guy kinda gives him the chance to actually just relax? like, he was a super shy kid, and while he did “grow out of it,” he sometimes feels that introversion again so, instead of overcompensating and forcing himself to be super uppity, guy lets him just relax.

the entire family loves guy but he was absolutely terrified to meet all of them because “johann i don’t know how else to tell you this, but it’s kinda intimidating when your boyfriend’s family consists of the most important people in the world”

oh they absolutely dominate the pta. carey is more so the mom who brings stuff in for, like, bake sales and shit like that (with the help of taako and lup because “guys you don’t understand, i need to be better than helen or else i will never hear the end of it”). they’re both the super intimidating parents when people mess with their kids. carey more so on the “i can rob you blind and you would have no evidence to prove it” spectrum. killian on the “i have very big arms and an even bigger crossbow but, oh yeah, do that again” spectrum

johann goes to taako’s school (which taako loves bc johann thinks the dueling is hysterical and he’s actually a pretty good student and also ren is one of johann’s favorite teachers/administrators). noelle goes to lucas’s school and taako will forever be offended

WIP’s & Main Characters; A List

It’s time I actually started functioning like an actual writeblr, folks! With this guide, y’all can (must, I mean. this is a demand and not a request) ask me questions, request info or short stories on certain WIPs or characters, and generally force me to put what's in my head on paper — er, screen.

Apex Tempest (Previously Perish & Prosper) 

My beloved main WIP, constructed from the corpses of about three or four other failed WIPs. This WIP is fantasy, but world-building heavy, partially founded on the idea that everything — and I mean everything — would be completely original. No borrowed gods, no monsters from real-world myths, and no Tolkien species; Apex's gods (entities) are vague and strange, it's monsters are grotesque, but elegant, and in later books that will take place in the same world, will feature a cast of original fantasy species. Apex Tempest's plot follows the story of the climax of two entities' eternal battle through their disciples — pseudo-demigods, for the folks at home — and how their plans are foiled by a deal, a rogue destiny, and gay rights.

Spirit In The Woods, or, El’ai is our intrepid main character. They are a special flavor of crouching moron, hidden badass. From being raised by skeleton smoke ghosts in the half-dead forest island of Akther, they have little to no social skills they can use when they head to the mainland (they’re also just naturally a bit oblivious). At the same time, El’ai is not only an incredibly good fighter but has a bold heart of gold; they do good for the sake of doing good, and while it may not seem too important, this sets them apart throughout the book as the one to move the plot along. 

Velvera is both our villain and love interest; surpassing enemies-to-lovers to the coveted, strange, and confusing grey area of enemies-AND-lovers. I could write a three-page essay on her character; she’s a bit complicated, so I'll be fleshing out her personality and relationship with El’ai through chapter tidbits and short stories. In short, she’s a dissociated biologist who is so dissociated that she literally agreed to end the world in exchange for the ability to manipulate cells — an ability which she almost only uses to study biology, like the big disaster nerd she is. 

Mauve City

2nd to main WIP right here, probably. Follows the story of Sodapop Bonegreive, affectionately nicknamed ‘Bone’; an 18-year-old boy looking to become an animator. However, his plans are thrown off the rails when his uncle‘s business goes completely downhill, leaving their little family with not very much to live off. Bone turns to the internet for job opportunities and acquaints Morgan, who guarantees him that he can earn enough money to fund both his family and college funds in just a single year. Bone accepts, and before he can pack his bags, finds none other than Morgan lounging on his windowsill the next day. What follows is a trip to Mauve City; a rust-belt city that both became prosperous and disappeared from the worlds’ memory in a matter of years, and Bone’s transformation from art student to mobster on the streets of the city with no rules. 

Bone is the main character, and of all my characters of any WIP, the most beloved thus far. I legitimately have no clue why, of all my characters, Bone has garnered the most affection over the past few years amongst my friends. At his core, he is awkward, unsure of himself, but generally well-meaning, but the circumstances he is put under force him to develop a new persona; sly, debonair, cold, and professional, but with wit and mischief to go around. 

Morgan is morgan. oh boy

Lucile is always at Morgan’s right hand; they were once in a relationship, but not anymore, though Lucile still sticks by him. She is grim, quiet, beautiful, but in a melancholy way, like a stone angel. She has a bigger part to play in the second book that is only hinted at, but here, she is a friend to Bone and something of a behind the scenes player. 

Below are my 2nd-Tier WIPs; they are far less active or developed than the ones above. 

Wind Up, Dollface, and Ickster

These are my oldest standing WIPs with, surprisingly, the least amount of details character-wise; Wind up and Dollface are two sister books that have events that occur at the same time, while Ickster is the two’s prequel. They can be read in any order. In Ickster, magic is discovered and thus known as ‘Ick’; the sentient plasma with strange qualities that is theorized to make up souls. This force can be used in many different ways, and thus, as It Do(TM), the government creates a branch of the military known as the Icksters, dedicated to using the new force as a weapon to fight in an upcoming war. Ick becomes the worlds’ most coveted technology, and the Icksters, whose masks and cowls were originally designed to hide their identities, become celebrities, and their masks and cowls individualized and made unique to give them special identities. One thing leads to another, bing bang boom, Ick-based armageddon and fallout time! Many years in the future, we find ourselves in our two sister books; in Wind Up, our main character is made of metal and glass and goes on a quest to discover her creators, and in Dollface, our main character is made of cloth and stuffing and goes on a quest to overthrow their creators. Why? How? I guess you’ll have to read it, bucko!

Ickster never got any solid main characters; I wasn’t even going to write ut as a book. It was originally just going to be the backstory discovered in the sister books until I realized that it was rad.

Dollface’s main character is Tink, who I am renaming sometime; a human-sized wind-up doll with amnesia and a missing dad. They go on a search to find said dad and end up uncovering ancient mysteries and wracking up a band of companions along the way. 

Dollface’s main character is unnamed as of yet, but basically, they’re a life-sized ragdoll who goes about freeing his people.

The Adventures of Deadhead, & How Charlotte Saw Red (ADHCSR)

We’re now getting into the Megaspace (will explain... sometime.) Earth books; this, The New Inferno, and Fairy Floss all take place in the same world. The setting is urban fantasy, and while there are quite a few sci-fi esc crazy metropolises in this world, our story takes place in mediocre not-big-enough-to-be-a-proper-city, but-too-urban-to-really-be-called-a-town Slatesburgh, and surrounding suburbs. We follow the story of Charlotte, daughter of a disaster of a witch, and her best friend; Deadhead, the living corpse her mother put together, because why not? They start a band with rotating other members and slowly make a name for themselves, playing against bands of satyrs, vampires, and more, all whilst trying to keep a considerable distance from Charlotte’s unwelcome admirer, Sweetheart. Meanwhile, local mistreated lad makes a deal with an evil warlock trapped in the body of a raven for power so that he can fix the mess that the adults of this godforsaken town created, and it’s up to Charlotte and the band to make sure he doesn’t create a regime in the process (because again, the adults of this place are useless). 

Charlotte fucking rocks. She’s quiet and straight-faced to create a no-nonsense image but is a purveyor of nonsense herself -- being one of the most responsible people in the book, whilst also having a solid philosophy of doing the first thing that comes to her head, which tends to be either a blessing due to having great ideas, or a curse due to magically-backed anger issues. She’s another character you gotta read to know, but what is for certain, is that her design is rad. 

Deadhead is a lovable wreck that moves the plot along by virtue of being kidnapped every 2 chapters -- no one knows how or why Charlotte’s mom made them, and since no one wants to deal with Charlotte’s mom, they tend to just snatch them up. They’re the type of person to take the cigarette out of your mouth and eat it when they pass by you.  

Ochre is the villain/main character of the semi-political subplot. After being kicked out of his house by his guardians and almost dying of hypothermia -- something the magic counsel was supposed to prevent -- Asmodeus, a warlock, comes to offer him a deal. Asmodeus is a warlock; once incredibly powerful and considerably evil, but after the crusade against warlocks, was turned into a bird like all the other warlocks. Asmodeus can’t use his power himself, but had figured out how to seep his magic into another being; and, stumbling upon this emotionally manipulatable teen, decides to take him under his literal wing. 

Welcome to Summersbook; the Quadrilogy

Though these four books are Megaspace books, they do not take place on the same earth as the others. But it’s still earth. I’ll explain later. These are all semi-realistic fiction; while they definitely could happen in the real world, there will be more than a few times where you will need to suspend your disbelief. They follow the stories of the Senior, Junior, Sophomore, and Freshmen classes of Summersbrook Highschool and their various hijinks, each with its own tone; the Senior book follows Gamboge, a wise and intelligent kid that speaks, dresses, and acts like a stereotypical ‘hick’ and is treated as such until other kids of his grade stumble upon him for wisdom, comfort, and good dialogue -- all until the end, where the people Gamboge helped band together to help him back. It’s focused on provoking thought and is centered around dialogue and character relationships rather than action. The Junior class follows Lucky Bird of the Bird family and her plucky, painstakingly nicknamed compatriots as they try to improve the quality of their town and the lives of their friends. This book is filled with hijinks and mischief, and while there are a good few emotional moments, it’s mostly a feel-good adventure between best friends. The Sophomore class is my favorite; Summerbrooks’ in-famed Cannibal Class is filled with a colorful array of inexplicable geniuses with too much time on their hands. This would be far from an issue, if not for one moment; when Wulver Bathgate asks his compatriots how they’d go about making a quick buck. What follows is a capitalist drama, taking up the mantle of ‘comedy’ only because of the whiplash that follows going between “there’s a communist coup d'é tat” and “in room 101 with the drama kids” in the same sentence. The freshmen class’s story isn’t quite decided yet.

Gamboge is, as previously stated, the stereotype of a hick at first glance. He’s almost as pale as he is pink with sunburn at any given moment in time, wears torn jorts, rarely a shirt, and some variety of a loppy-brimmed hat. Every day after school, he sits in the same patch of grass and moss under the same tree, and every day, more and more new faces show up for his rumored good advice. Though he does dispense some good words of wisdom throughout the book, he struggles to get through to himself

Fletcher Blue is someone who you get to know through bits and pieces of dialogue throughout the Senior book. 

Lucky Bird suffers big-family-with-cool-siblings syndrome; each of her siblings had a claim to fame, whilst Lucky, well, didn’t -- all except Lucky’s famed luck. Lucky begins her quest to improve her dingy town out of a need to validate herself but quickly finds herself with different reasons along the way.

The Sophomore Class’s characters are yet to be solid.

Fairy Floss

Dr. Bealiamonte, local space mutant scientist, created 6 super-artificial intelligences designed to watch over the world known as the Noble Intelligences; Helium, Neon, Argon, Krypton, Xenon, and Radon. What followed was an unprecedented period of peace and prosperity -- but, that period came to a screeching halt. The intelligences had been given bits of human emotion and empathy, but not too much. They were also given the ability to criticize themselves, leading to their eventual discomfort with the fact that they didn’t entirely understand their subjects, the humans, even if they ruled well anyways. Thus, the Nobles created the second generation of super-intelligences, effectively built with the emotional capabilities of a human and the computing capabilities of a supercomputer. These were known as the Halogens; they almost immediately became unstable and began wreaking havoc. In response, The Odd Fellows, a secret society bent on the protection of the world, sends out operatives to stop the raging robot-gods, with Fairy Floss amongst their ranks. Both sci-fi and fantasy, because hell yeah. 

Fairy Floss has the most beloved design of all my characters, in my humble opinion, though I accidentally made her look like a Black Panther; beret, small circular sunglasses, a pastel pink shawl, tall black boots, and braid-bun. Still working on the personality, but her first language is Esperanto. 

The New Inferno 

The New Inferno follows Dante, our local debt-swamped fresh college graduate, with nowhere to live except the particularly stereotypical haunted-house esc victorian home passed down to him by his eccentric rich grandfather. Dante is almost-but-not-really surprised that this house isn’t actually as abandoned as it seems; it houses a variety of ghosts that Dante’s grandfather had collected over the years. These ghosts reveal that Dante’s bloodline, which is able to be traced back all the way to the Dante, Dante mother-trucking-Alighieri, Durante-di-gott-damn-Alighiero-degli-trucking-Alighieri, has the unique ability to interact with those from the afterlife and its associated creatures. From this fact, his ghost compatriots suggest a way out of Dante’s financial issues; ghosts are actually quite plentiful, all stuck in the mortal world after leaving some sort of business unfinished. This is not-so-pleasing to demons and angels, as they are the ones who manage the afterlife, and having a soul out of place is like having an itch un-scratched or a box-unchecked; after all, mortals aren’t the only ones who can’t rest until things are finished. Thus, when Dante assists a ghost in completing their business and thus sending them wherever they need to be, he often gets a reward from the angels or demons that receive them -- usually via finding 50 bucks in the street or winning a lottery he never entered. But, things start getting hectic when those angels and demons begin requesting more and more -- and, before he knows it, there’s a demon on his futon and what looks to be a flaming mass of golden rings, eyes, and wings in his kitchen. Will our coffee-fueled protagonist make his way out of the forest dark? Who knows! Dante sure doesn’t. 

As my newest WIP, Dante is also very fresh and not too developed. Upon ask, I will actually start writing a solid personality. I’m not entirely sure on what hour of writing this I’m on, so I’m gonna leave this at that.

Are you an inexperienced or inconsistent Game of Thrones viewer? Are you not quite sure who all of these people are and why you should care about them or their hairstyles? I present to you… New Phone, Who Dis?  A guide to the major characters of Game of Thrones, season 7, brought to you by the same blerg that brought you, LET ME WATCH TV 4 U? 

For each character we’ll be answering the following questions: WHO DIS? Who are their still-alive allies (best budz)? Will he/she win the game of thrones? Will he/she survive the next 11 episodes? I’ll start with a quick n’ dirty guide to the big 3 families and then get into individuals…

The Starks

Members: Mom (Catelyn) and Dad (Ned) are both dead, so you don’t need to know much about them except that Ned died at the end of season 1 and Catelyn died at that “red wedding” people are always talking about. They had 5 kids: Robb (also died at the red wedding), Sansa (alive!), Arya (also alive!), Bran (wow also alive!), and Rickon (RIP). There’s also Jon Snow aka Bae who was raised as “Ned Stark’s bastard” but was recently confirmed to be the son of Ned’s sister Lyanna and Rhaegar Targaryen, so he’s actually Ned’s nephew and is a sort of Stark-Targaryen mix. For ease of reading, I’ll refer to him as Ned’s son for the rest of this post since this is knowledge that you and I and Bran have but Bae doesn’t even know yet.

Hobbies: Giant wolves, talking about winter, suppressing their feelings, following the rules, dying and coming back to life (well mostly just Bae), living at Winterfell (their home base)

The Lannisters

Members: At this point it’s just 3 adult siblings and get this, THEY’RE ALL ALIVE. Which is truly shocking. There’s Cersei (aka Queen Pixie Cut or QPC), her twin bro/lover Jaime, and their little bro Tyrion (who, despite his heritage is definitely not #teamLannister). QPC and her bro pro-created and had 3 kids together, that she pretended to be the children of her hubby, King Robert Baratheon. Sadly her kids and former hubby are all no longer with us.

Hobbies: Incest, drinking wine, lions I guess?, being rich, killing people who threaten to reveal their secrets or get in their way

The Targaryens

Members: Daenerys (aka Khaleesi) is the only real, legit one who is still alive THAT WE KNOW OF. Jon Snow (Bae) is technically her brother’s son and therefore a Targaryen but he doesn’t know that yet. The only other legit Targaryen we met in the series was her brother Viserys who was THE WORST and got his face burned off.

Hobbies: Dragons, fire, being in-flammable (is that a word?), traditionally they were also into incest but Khaleesi hasn’t gotten into that yet

***Important takeaway: At this point, most of the characters are either #teamBae (Stark), #teamQPC (Lannister), or #teamKhaleesi (Targaryen)**

Now let’s jump into our characters!

WHO DIS?

DIS IS: Jon Snow aka Bae aka King of the North aka (former) High Commander of the Nightswatch aka Lord Snow/ King Crow/ The White Wolf. He is famously moody but he is a legit kind, respectful, and open-minded person who is a skilled warrior. He also was stabbed to death by a bunch of his friends at the celibacy-training-academy but then came back to life when an evil witch lady did a spell, TG. Follow up Q- Why is he “Bae?” Because look at that face, duh. But also he is generally pretty #woke and v sensual, esp in season 3 when he meets his lover and breaks his vows of celibacy to tap dat. Said lover famously repeats the phrase “you know nothing, Jon Snow,” but turns out HE DOES KNOW SOME STUFF. Talkin’ bout sex stuff.

Best budz? His besties are Sam, currently studying to be a maester (doctor/historian/librarian/bed-pan-cleaner) and his giant wolf named Ghost. He’s also got his half-sis Sansa on his side as well as No-Knuckles (a nice old dude with some leadership experience), Lady Mormont (the most badass 11 year old you’ve ever met), and a bunch of other “Great Northern Houses” who proclaimed him King of the North. He’s also pals with a bunch of “wildlings” who are people who were born North of the ice wall as well as the current “Nightswatch” dudes who he left in charge when he headed to Winterfell.

Will he win the game of thrones?  Maybe? He’s the only current leader who seems as concerned as he should be about the white walkers (giant army of ice zombies who are LOVING this winter weather). Plus he’s a decent guy (chill dude, likes to hang out) AND he’s got that Targaryen and Stark background so he’s got some legit claims to the throne.

Will he survive the next 11 episodes? I think yes. Again, he already died and came back to life so I doubt that will happen again.

WHO DIS?

DIS IS: Sansa Stark, current Queen of Winterfell (I guess?) former fiancee of Joffrey (now dead), former wife of Tyrion, former wife of Ramsay Bolton (he was evil and she had his dogs eat him) and second oldest legit Stark kid. She used to be obsessed with #fashun and Joffrey but then he turned out to be insane in the membrane and she’s spent the past 5 years being tortured, raped, and traded around by dudes until she reunited with her half-bro, Bae. Now she is much more practical and less trusting and as we’ve seen in the past 2 eps, not always on the same page with Bae.

Best budz? Brienne of Tarth aka Ladyknight is sworn to protect her, as is her squire, Pod. She was pals with Theon (previously-traumatized Theon) because he helped her escape evil Ramsay and I guess she’s friends with Littlefinger who is one of the said dudes who’s been trading her around. Littlefinger is apparently in lurve with her but also WAY OLDER and also used to be in lurve with her mom which is super creepy.

Will she win the game of thrones? Unlikely. She doesn’t really seem to want to be in charge of anything at the moment, but that could change.

Will she survive the next 11 episodes? Doubt it. She’s already been through a lot and while I’d love to see her happy and safe and living her #bestlife, I kind of doubt she will survive to the end because she’s been hangin’ by a thread for awhile.

WHO DIS?

DIS IS: Arya Stark aka “A Girl” aka Arry aka former intern at the face-swapping-assassin-training academy turned rogue assassin. She recently reconnected with her roots and it seems like she’ll be heading home to see her sis and half-bro in Winterfell. She’s a skilled swords-woman and has never been into anything traditionally feminine. She was briefly blind and before that was a captive of “The Hound” who hoped to trade her for some $$ but ended up escaping from him. Most recently, she killed Walder Frey (a powerful old dude who was pals with the Lannisters) and then poisoned like 100 of his friends and family.

Best budz? Before they were separated, she and Bae were very close (not in an incest way, tho) and she has a friend named Hot Pie who’s a great local chef #eatlocal. She and her sis Sansa were never very close because of their vast differences, but I’m pretty sure they’ll be happy to see one another alive. She made friends with this dude Gendry who is secretly the bastard son of Cersei’s ex-hubby but she hasn’t seen him in awhile. 

Will she win the game of thrones? Doubtful. Again, she’s showed no ambition to lead but has shown great skill as a fighter. My guess is she will end up as a knight or some other type of warrior/fighter/guardian.

Will she survive the next 11 episodes? I’m gonna say yes. She is VERY HARD TO KILL even for trained assassins. 

WHO DIS?

DIS IS: Bran Stark aka the NEW AND IMPROVED three-eyed-raven, youngest living Stark kid (presumed dead by many), paraplegic but what he lacks in mobility he makes up for in ability to see into and affect events in the past and enter the brains of animals and other humans. He’s been up North of the ice-wall for awhile but as of season 7 ep 1, is safe with the nightswatch at the wall and likely headed to see his fam at Winterfell. He’s the only person (that we know of) who knows the truth about Bae’s parentage.

Best budz? His best bud is Meera, a very badass chick who helps him get around/survive. He also met and be-friended Bae’s friend Sam a few seasons ago and also briefly reunited with his uncle who is now some sort of ice-zombie-human-hybrid who helped him and Meera survive up North. 

Will he win the game of thrones? Naw. More than likely he’ll be important in the war against the ice-zombies since he has tons of experience with them, but he’s unlikely to lead. 

Will he survive the next 11 episodes? I think so.  Again, his ability to see and potentially affect past events will be super important so I’m thinking people will continue to work hard to protect him.

WHO DIS?

DIS IS: Tyrion Lannister aka the Imp aka Hand of Queen to Daenerys Targaryen (aka Khaleesi) aka former husband to Sansa Stark, former lover of Shae, former Hand of the King to Joffrey.  He loves to drink and read books so he knows a lot of shit but also can be a sloppy, cynical mess. He hates his sister (the feeling is mutual) but has some amount of love and respect for his brother, Jamie. He was in love with Shae but she betrayed him and got with his dad so he killed them both. In his defense, they testified against him which led him to be sentenced to death. After that he left Lannister-life behind to meet up with Khaleesi and co. He’s been able to show off his strategizing-skills as well as knowledge of military maneuvers in his current role.

Best budz? He’s friends with Khaleesi and her crew, as well as this dude Varys (aka Sleevey) who brought him to Khaleesi in the first place. Again, he and his bro Jamie have a complicated relationship but in the past they’ve gotten along. He’s also friends with this dude named Bronn, who, last we checked was working for Jamie. And there’s his former squire, Pod, now works for Ladyknight and famously saved his life during an important battle.

Will he win the game of thrones? He really could. He’s shown great leadership skills and the ability to learn from past mistakes. He’s not too idealistic or unwilling to compromise which are also important in this world.

Will he survive the next 11 episodes? I’m gonna say yes. He’s an important character since he’s a Lannister who is #teamKhaleesi and who has befriended 2 of the Stark peeps, meaning he’s a bridge between these 3 warring groups. I’d bet on him lasting until the end.

WHO DIS?

DIS IS: Cersei Lannister aka Queen Pixie Cut aka QPC aka Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and current sitter on the “Iron Throne” which is what everyone is always jones-ing to sit on. She recently blew up an entire church full of people (and probably most people within a ½ mile radius too) because they were gettin’ on her nerds. She is intelligent but cruel and recently got a terrible haircut against her will and had to walk naked through the streets. She used to have 3 kids: Joffrey who was also cruel and was poisoned (she blamed Tyrion but it was actually Littlefinger and Grandma Tyrell’s fauly), Myrcella who was nice but also got poisoned (this time by the Sand Snakes/ Dornish Queen lady) and Tommen who jumped out a window after the church explosion.

Best budz? Her bro/lover Jaime is pretty much her bestie and the only person she can really trust at this point. She also likes the current “Maester” who notably is into human experimentation and brought back “The Mountain” (a giant bodyguard/fighter dude who is The Hound’s brother) from the dead a few seasons ago. Now he is basically a giant zombie-hybrid and she likes him too because he kills and tortures people for her.

Will she win the game of thrones? Doubtful. She went to this fortune-teller-lady when she was young that said she’d have 3 kids who would all die young (which came true) and that she’d be overthrown by a younger and more beautiful queen and be killed by her younger brother. Most people think that this younger hawtie kween is Khaleesi but fortunes can be wrong!

Will she survive the next 11 episodes? Again, doubtful due to the prophecy. If it’s true, either Jaime or Tyrion (since both are technically younger than her) could kill her in the next 11 eps. Tyrion is the more likely candidate but who knows! (George RRRRR Martin, that’s who )

WHO DIS?

DIS IS: Ser Jaime Lannister aka The Kingslayer aka Oathbreaker aka QPC’s brother/lover aka the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard. He’s a tricky character since he loves his sister a lot but also seems to have a stronger grip on reality. He is a great fighter but got a hand chopped off in like season 2 and has been a embarrassed about it ever since. He’s the de facto leader of the Lannister army and has shown great skill in battle and manipulation of his enemy. He famously killed the “Mad King” by stabbing him in the back, earning the kingslayer/oathbreaker nicknames.

Best budz? His sister, obvi. And he has been a fan of his brother in the past although right now they’re on opposite sides. He also got set up with Bronn on a friend-date by his bro Tyrion. He and Brienne (aka Ladyknight) are also one of the many #unlikelyfriendships the show has had and she’s now #teamStark. 

Will he win the game of thrones? Probably not. He doesn’t really seem to have any leadership ambition, so I’d say no. He may be standing next to whoever wins, though.

Will she survive the next 11 episodes? Probably. He’s hard to kill and has connections to each of the warring factions at this point. I can see him turning on his sis and changing sides which would make him an asset and therefore likely to #stayalive #hamilton.

WHO DIS?

DIS IS: Daenerys Targaryen aka Khaleesi aka Myhssa aka The Unburnt aka Mother of Dragons aka Breaker of Chains aka Queen of Mereen aka Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and Heir to the Iron Throne. Her dad was called “the Mad King” because he loved to burn people alive (just like QPC!) and she was shipped to the east part of the world right after she was born so she wouldn’t get killed by the Lannisters and Co. She’s spent the last 6 seasons working her way across the eastern continent, first marrying a hawtie horse-king dude who later died from an infected wound, having a stillborn son with him, and then she “gave birth” to 3 dragons at the end of season 1. I know what you’re thinking, PEOPLE CAN’T BIRTH DRAGONS. True. Basically she had 3 petrified dragon eggs and after the loss of her husband and child, she walked into a great funeral pyre and came out later with 3 bb dragons who came from those petrified eggs. She cannot be burned by fire at all, which is pretty kewl. She also set free thousands of slaves and then ruled a kingdom out east called Mereen for awhile. Now she is finally back in the West after all this time to reclaim the throne. She is very intelligent, fierce, but also thoughtful and well-loved.

Best budz? Her translator/bestie is Missandei with the good hair. She’s also pals with Tyrion (who is her “hand” or basically Vice President), Greyworm (the leader of this army of soldiers who she set free but who decided to keep being loyal to her anyway), Grandma Tyrell (whose family got burned up in QPC’s fire last season), Previously-Traumatized Theon and his sister Yara (who is the leader of the Greyjoy fleet of ships), the Sand Queen lady (Queen of Dorne/ mother of the “sand snakes”), Sleevey (Varys- an advisor who used to work for the Lannisters but defected) and last but not least, her old pal Stoney who is currently getting amateur surgery for stoney-skin-disease by Sam (Bae’s bestie). PHEW. She’s got a lot of pals.

Will she win the game of thrones? MAYBE? She would be a great leader and has overcome every obstacle thus far. But if George RRRR Martin has taught us anything, it’s that #youcantalwaysgetwhatyouwant and also no one is immortal, really. But she’s got a good chance.

Will she survive the next 11 episodes? Probably! Again, she can’t be killed by fire and she’s got a lot of people around her who would do anything to protect her.

RWBY / MCU AU (2.0)

The Avengers

1) Ruby Rose as Tony Stark / Iron Man (reasoning: weapons nut, expert inventor, red color scheme, main protagonist)

2) Jaune Arc as Steve Rogers / Captain America (reasoning: awkward blonde guy who is always trying to prove himself, forged his papers in order to get into Beacon, team leader of JNPR)

3) Weiss Schnee as Thor Odinson (reasoning: yes, I know that Nora is the more obvious choice. I went with Weiss since I felt that she fit Thor’s story better. Nora doesn’t really have good parallels for Loki, Sif, Odin, Hela, and the rest of the Thor cast. As for Weiss, she started out as an arrogant heiress with a terrible father and brother. She later lost her inheritance and was humbled by her experiences in Beacon and with Team RWBY. To me, her character arc fits Thor to a tee)

4) Yang Xiao Long as Bruce Banner / The Incredible Hulk (reasoning: prone to anger, known for brute force and punching. Also, since she’s Bruce, she would be close friends with Ruby, which could mirror their sisterly relationship) 

5) Harriet Bree as Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow (reasoning: if the Atlas Military and Ace Ops are S.H.I.E.L.D. in this AU, then I felt that a member of Ace Ops should be Black Widow and Hawkeye)

6) Clover Ebi as Clint Barton / Hawkeye (reasoning: if the Atlas Military and Ace Ops are S.H.I.E.L.D. in this AU, then I felt that a member of Ace Ops should be Black Widow and Hawkeye)

Guardians of the Galaxy

1) Mercury Black as Peter Quill / Star-Lord (reasoning: douchey guy who always feels the need to overcompensate. Hates his biological father) 

2) Emerald Sustrai as Gamora (reasoning: she’s partners with Mercury, green color scheme, can be said to be in league with Salem due to her association with Cinder, black character)

3) Roman Torchwick as Rocket Raccoon (reasoning: loudmouthed thief who mocks everyone, partners with Neo who is Groot) 

4) Neopolitan as Groot (reasoning: characters known for their distinct way of “speaking”, Roman’s closest associate, cutest member of the team) 

5) Cardin Winchester as Drax the Destroyer (reasoning: big, muscular guy who is not really known for his brains) 

6) Cinder Fall as Nebula (reasoning: she’s one of Salem’s main followers, Salem being our Thanos. Also, her connection to Emerald) 

Wakanda

1) Blake Belladonna as T’Challa / Black Panther (reasoning: daughter of Ghira, our T’Chaka. Her story is all about discrimination and finding a way to bridge the gap between humans and faunus. Technically, she’s of royal blood. She’s also part cat) 

2) Adam Taurus as Erik Killmonger (reasoning: anti-human/pro-faunus extremist who is obsessed with Blake. His main plan is basically to kill everyone who he feels is a threat to his people. True, the origins of his obsession with the Black Panther is different in this AU but still)

3) Kali Belladonna as Queen Ramonda (reasoning: Blake’s mom)

4) Ghira Belladonna as King T’Chaka (reasoning: Blake’s dad)

5) Sun Wukong as Nakia (reasoning: Blake’s love interest. Don’t come at me Bumbleby stans, he’s a faunus and Yang’s already cast as Hulk)

6) Ilia Amitola as W’Kabi (reasoning: since she’s a White Fang agent, I felt that she should be the member of T’Challa’s inner circle who ends up siding with Killmonger)

7) Sienna Khan as N’Jobu (reasoning: this is to act as a parallel to her relationship with Adam. N’Jobu was Killmonger’s father, Sienna was Adam’s leader. Also, just like N’Jobu, Sienna was a radical who wanted to fight against discrimination towards her people) 

The Black Order

1) Salem as Thanos (reasoning: main villain of the series)

2) Arthur Watts as Ebony Maw (reasoning: member of Salem’s Inner Circle)

3) Tyrian Callows as Corvus Glaive (reasoning: member of Salem’s Inner Circle)     

4) Hazel Rainart as Cull Obsidian (reasoning: member of Salem’s inner circle)  

Asgard

1) Jacques Schnee as Odin (reasoning: Weiss’ father) 

2) Willow Schnee as Frigga (reasoning: Weiss’ mother)

Stark Industries 

1) Qrow Branwen and Summer Rose as Howard and Maria Stark, respectively (reasoning: going with the fan theory that Qrow is Ruby’s biological father, then it made sense to have Qrow and Summer as the Starks. Also, Qrow being Howard oddly fits if you picture him as a raging alcoholic who unintentionally neglects Ruby while she was growing up)

2) Penny Polendina as J.A.R.V.I.S. / Vision (reasoning: A..I. and android who is close friends with Ruby)

3) Pietro Polendina as Ultron (reasoning: okay, so this one is a bit of a stretch. Since Ultron is the “father” of Vision, then it made sense that Penny’s father would take this role. Just imagine that Pietro is a rogue A.I./killer robot made by Ruby and Yang in this AU)

4) Oscar Pine as Pepper Potts (reasoning: Jaune and Weiss have already been cast, so I guess this AU is a Rosegarden fic)

5) Coco Adel as James Rhodes / War Machine (reasoning: I was running low on characters. This is literally just because her main weapon is a minigun)

Other Major Characters

1) Raven Branwen as General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (reasoning: so instead of Ross being Betty’s father, Ross would be Bruce’s father in this AU. The reason for this change is that I really wanted to include Raven in this AU and casting her as a power-hungry general chasing her daughter around the world in order to control the Hulk felt appropriate)  

2) Vernal as Betty Ross (reasoning: to keep the General Ross-Betty Ross relationship to some extent, then Vernal as Betty made sense. Instead of being father-daughter, it’s “mother figure-daughter figure”) 

3) James Ironwood as Nick Fury (reasoning: big military guy and the head of Atlas Military and Ace Ops) 

4) Glynda Goodwitch as Maria Hill (reasoning: this would’ve been Winter...but I have Winter cast as Hela. So Glynda, being my second choice due to her past relationship with Ironwood, gets this role) 

5) Neptune Vasilias as Jane Foster (reasoning: closest character we have for Weiss’ love interest. Don’t come at me Whiterose stans, Ruby’s already Iron Man)

6) Bartholomew Oobleck as Erik Selvig (reasoning: it’s mainly because he’s a professor)  

7) Pyrrha Nikos as Peggy Carter (reasoning: warrior, closest character we have for Jaune’s love interest)

8) Saphron Cotta-Arc as Bucky Barnes / The Winter Soldier (reasoning: there was literally no other character who I could think of that could fit this role, so I went with Saphron since you have the sibling relationship element with Jaune. This is obviously not a romantic-Stucky interpretation, this is more along the lines of Steve and Bucky being spiritual brothers) 

9) Ozpin as Stephen Strange / Doctor Strange (reasoning: Earth’s protector, one of the guys leading the charge against Salem. Also, Ozpin looks like the kind of guy who’d be a mysterious sorcerer)

10) Marcus Black as Ego the Living Planet (reasoning: Mercury’s estranged, biological father)
