My dude finally got laid! 🤣 I think that’s where the Jedi fundamentally got it wrong. Attachment isn’t always a bad thing. I mean look at Anakin and Padme. They had to be all secret about their marriage and it fucked up the entire galaxy!
#luke skywalker#mara jade#mara jade skywalker#star wars#duncan fegredo#robert teranishi#george lucas done been married twice so i think it was ok for luke skywalker!!#michael a. stackpole#star wars: union#but they got luke and leia so there you go!!

hi hi hi who would you say is your favorite nightwing artist?
Ooh tough one!!
But I think my favorite nightwing artist is a tie between Jorge Jimenez and Yasmine Putri!
Batman (2016) Issue #137
Batman (2016) Issue #127
I'm just in love with the way he looks so ridiculously pretty. And his snatched waist?? Jorge Jiminez understood the assignment.
Yasmine Putri
Nightwing (2016) Issue #39 Variant
Nightwing (2016) Issue #41 Variant
Nightwing (2016) Issue #54 Variant
🤌✨💘
Absolute perfection. She does pretty boy, beautiful boy, ethereal boy Dick Grayson justice.
But super close second favorites verging on first anyway:
George Perez!
Nightwing (2016) Issue #100
It's a crime how no one talks about how absolutley, incredibly pretty George Perez's Nightwing is.
The New Teen Titans (1984) Issue #13
The New Teen Titans (1984) Issue #37
Pretty, pretty, pretty!
Dan Mora obviously!
Nightwing (2016) Issue #100
Nightwing (2016) Issue #107 Variant
Jim Lee
All Star Batman and Robin Issue #1
Batman (1940) Issue #615
Robert Teranishi
sex on legs Nightwing
Brett Booth
Nightwing (2011) Issue #20
Nightwing (2011) Issue #20
He shows exactly why people swoon left and right over Dick.
Nightwing (2011) Issue #21
He also gave us the iconic waist holding mark-*cough* a sweet Nightwing suit.
But just the art of drawing Nightwing itself is interesting to look at because given how canonically beautiful Nightwing is and how much his beauty is repeatedly emphasized throughout the comic universe, it's fun to see what artists think the most beautiful man in existence would look like in their point of view 💕

Review: Iron Man: The Best Defense
Title: Iron Man: The Best Defense Writer(s): Robin Laws; John Jackson Miller Illustrator(s): Robert Teranishi; Jorge Lucas Issues: 70-83 (how I read it at least) Rating: 3 stars
Favourite character: Tony Stark Least favourite character: Sonny Burch
Mini-Review: This was… wild. Got to finally read about Sonny Burch, Walton Goggins character in Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), didn't realize he was a character originating in the comics. I was pleased the little amount of Rumiko in it, I'm not a big Rumiko fan. And I just want to know who thought it would be a good idea to make Tony Stark the Secretary of Defense.
Fan Cast: Iron Man/Tony Stark - Jake Gyllenhaal Rumiko Fujikawa - Shioli Kutsuna Pepper Potts - Holland Roden Happy Hogan - Josh Gad Captain America/Steve Rogers - Chace Crawford Black Panther/T'Challa - Aldis Hodge Warbird/Carol Danvers - Britt Robertson Scarlet Witch/Wanda Maximoff - Tristin Mays Vision - Jude Law Falcon/Sam Wilson - Michael B. Jordan

Written by acclaimed Star Wars novelist Michael Stackpole (X-Wing: Rogue Squadron; I, Jedi) and illustrated with photographic realism by Robert Teranishi, Union spotlights a monumental event in the Star Wars timeline that bridges the classic Star Wars trilogy to its boundless future a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away!

This week’s theme: Masters and Apprentices!
Though Anakin was trained primarily by Obi-Wan, “The Phantom Menace” revealed that this was not supposed to be the case. A whole new white man Jedi got the biggest name actor and top billing, and this random guy was the one who believed in Anakin, while Obi-Wan most certainly did not.
Qui-Gon’s decisions and tragic fate both brought Anakin and Obi-Wan together and tore them apart, as both of them were more focused on the wishes of a dead man than the needs of each other. Volume 1 of the 2D Clone Wars shows that Anakin was still comparing his real master to his idealized one, even until the very end of his apprenticeship.
While there is a lot of similar discussion among writers and fans about whether Qui-Gon would have been a better teacher, I think the fact that we don’t know that is the most interesting thing about him. Even when Qui-Gon was alive, his actions were confusing: what did he think of the Council? He seemed willing to break the Jedi’s rules, which is cool, but also willing to use his Jedi powers for dark purposes like mind-tricks and cheating, which is uncool. And above all: couldn’t he have tried harder to rescue Shmi, especially considering the sexy tension between them?
After Qui-Gon’s death, his ghost lingered not just with his Jedi lineage, but his former master as well. Dooku believed Qui-Gon would have joined him among the Sith-aligned Separatists. Obi-Wan believed the opposite. As his teacher and student, wouldn’t they have a roughly equal amount of close experience with him? All we have as an audience is TPM, in which Qui-Gon is radical enough to speak up to the Council, but conservative enough to oppose Padme’s violent defense of Naboo. I don’t know which side Qui-Gon would have supported or opposed in the morally dubious Clone Wars, but I know both sides wanted to claim him, and both used his memory to justify their actions.
It seems Qui-Gon operated on another level, man, which made him admirable but opaque, coveted but unreachable. He cared for Anakin, at least, and did what he thought was right, but without caution, consistency, and least of all explanation. Once he is gone, his powerful impression drives a wedge between the grieving, frustrated, ideologically-opposed members of his Jedi family that ultimately cracks the foundations of the entire galaxy’s political structure.
“Episode 1 Adventures: Qui-Gon Jinn.” Dark Horse. May 19, 1999. Writer: Ryder Windham. Penciller: Robert Teranishi. Inker and Colorist: Christopher Chuckry. Letterer: Vickie Williams.

Hot chocolate was a beverage popular around the galaxy. A variety of chocolate milk, hot chocolate was one of Luke Skywalker’s favorite drinks, and the Jedi went as far as to bring a secret stash aboard the Millennium Falcon. The Empire typically frowned on the drink, seeing it as low-class.

Crevasse City was a city located on Alderaan. In accordance with Alderaanian architectural theory, it was constructed to be one with the enviornment, rather than interrupt it, flowing with the canyon. Newer construction was located downward, although the lowest level was untouched, home to beautiful crystal formations.
