I'm curious now, what do you think about the scene in Glaciator 2 where LB throw CN to the trash can? People said it's supposed to be a joke but personally not only it's not my type of joke, I don't remember when a slapstick joke like that make a character traumatized by said "joke". I said traumatized because the thing that LB do affected him more than a joke supposed to be. 🤔

(on the side note the episode also showed interesting reaction from both Marinette and Gabriel when they saw/feel Adrien's feeling down, where we got the rare moment Gabriel "trying" to father, while Marinette find it as an opportunity to woo him without caring about how he feels at that moment.

This is another example of what I meant when I say Miraculous is a substanceless show that's written only with "cool" scenes in mind where they don't even consider the implications of anything.

Ladybug doing an exaggerated bodythrow on Cat Noir that lands him in a trashcan is slapstick, but there are several reasons why it doesn't fit in Miraculous, or fit into this specific episode.

Miraculous doesn't do this kind of slapstick. While Cat Noir can get tossed around comically by Akumas, or get put into weird physical scenarios by Ladybug, the extent of Ladybug physically punishing Cat Noir is letting her yoyo fall on his head.

It's a punishment. Ladybug manhandles Cat Noir as an explicit physical punishment that leads to him groveling to her for forgiveness. This isn't some dope slap (or yoyo drop) that's over and done with in a moment, it's explicitly used by Ladybug as a way to try to control Cat Noir's behavior.

Cat Noir is bothered by it. A key element of slapstick that makes it funny for most people is that the characters getting tossed around, exploded and dropped off cliffs don't actually get hurt. Wily Coyote is back in the next scene to chase the Roadrunner every time. He doesn't stop to think if maybe he should do something else with his life because this is bad for his health. Cat Noir is forced to tell Ladybug that he'll stop, what, expressing his feelings? Having them? Still, he is brought to this point by Ladybug physically harming him, no matter if it didn't actually physically injure him, he wasn't fine with it and agreed to do whatever it took to make sure it didn't happen again.

This happens in a season where Ladybug consistently treats Cat Noir as less than a person and Cat Noir isn't allowed to have feelings about anything because that's such a bother for Ladybug.

Marinette will only stop trying to seduce Adrien when someone other than Adrien needs her to try to be supportive. It's especially egregious because Gabriel manages the bare minimum of trying to be a not-totally-rotten person to him, which shows to the audience that Adrien's emotional state is serious business, so Marinette actually comes across as really entitled here. What a good way to remind the audience that Marinette never treats Adrien as a person with his own feelings and wants, no matter what identity he's in!

Wild Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes

Also known by the nicknames the Texas diamondback rattlesnake, the adobe snake, and the buzz tail, to name a few, the western diamondback rattlesnake (Crotalus atrox) is found throughout the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. This species is one of the iconic symbols of the region, and particularly of the deserts and scrublands in which it lives.

C. atrox has several features that distinguish it from its eastern relative. The western diamondback is slightly smaller, reaching a length of 1.5 m (4.9 ft) and a weight of 6.7 kg (14.7 lbs) at full maturity. They are also lighter in color, typically sporting tan, blueish gray, or pink scales with a darker diamond pattern along the body which gives the species its common name. Lastly, the face has white markings around the eyes and nostrils, and the tail below the rattle is white with black bands. Males and females appear similar; the most reliable way to tell the difference is by the tail. Male tails are thicker, longer, and taper gradually from the body, while female tails narrow abruptly at the base of the body.

The rattle itself is a unique feature of rattlesnakes. It is made of a series of hollow keratin chambers. When a rattlesnake is threatened, a set of muscles at the base of the tail constrict and cause the keratin chambers to vibrate against each other to produce a rattling sound. These muscles move incredibly fast, at about 50 times a second, and a rattle can be sustained for up to three hours-- not that most animals stick around that long. This rattle is present at birth as a tiny 'button', but juveniles are unable to rattle until their first molt, when a second segment is added. Rattlesnakes continue to add segments at each molt throughout their lives, but it's not uncommon for the top segments to become loose and fall off over time.

Mating for the western diamondback rattlesnake occurs in the fall and spring, from October to March. During the winter, individuals hibernate in abandoned burrows or under rocks, though some may emerge prematurely to seek out mates. Once they locate a female, males engage in an elaborate courtship ritual in which they chase the female, 'dance' in front of her, and fight other rival males. If the female is receptive, copulation can last for several hours. Following a successful mating encounter, females gestate for 167 days. Rattlesnakes are ovoviviparous, meaning that the female incubates her eggs inside her body and then gives birth to live young. After hatching, juveniles only stay with their mother a few hours before striking out on their own. Individuals reach maturity at three years old, and can live to be as old as 25.

Due to their venomous defence, C. atrox has few terrestrial predators. Their primary threats come from hawks, eagles, wild turkeys, and roadrunners, the latter of which have specifically evolved to hunt rattlesnakes. In contrast, the western diamondback rattlesnake has a broad appetite and hunts a variety of rodents, birds, and lizards. They are ambush predators, able to detect their prey through smell and heat. Rattlesnakes have a 'pit' on each side of their heads that contain a heat-sensing organ; this organ is so sensitive that an individual can detect prey only 1/10 of a degree warmer than its background.

Of the rattlesnake species, the western diamondback is considered one of the more aggressive, and is responsible for a majority of the snake bites in the United States. Its venom can be fatal to humans, partially due to the large amount of venom delivered in a single bite. However, C. atrox does not seek out human encounters, and only strikes when cornered. Antivenom for this species is available, and if administered soon after being bitten the recovery rate for victims is quite high.

Conservation status: The IUCN has designated the western diamondback rattlesnake as Least Concern. This species is heavily hunted throughout its range, both for its perceived threat to humans, and for its valuable meat and skin.

Dust Devil the Roadrunner. This Daredevil of the West . He was originally a Weather Observer. Exploring different regions of the world to. Study Weather patterns. One day however his Weather van along with him were sucked put by a Class 12 tornado. Funny enough although he was terrified he desperately trying to save himself and his equipment. He maneuvered an amazing feet which saved both himself and his Van by riding the Tornado. Through the danger he never felt More alive.

For a long time he has been continuing his research but more up close and Personal. He became a Storm hunter. Looking danger in the eye and Riding Various storms and even saving people during danger storms.

He was found by the resistance can Recruited for his skills and although he was hesitant he soon joined team Wisp become the partner of the Tan Wisp

In his mind this another storm the head would gladly ride.

There Wispon transfers that ability like a giant fan To. Blow away Enemies with humorous gusta of Wind, or Sucks them in in Reverse.
