[image descriptions:
a comic based on the breaking bad pride month meme but hivemind themed. it reads as follows:
graydon: it's pride month, riley. you know what that means.
riley: ?
riley: do you want us to do like, gay guessing games? what
2. the original comic (which is the same except it's breaking bad characters and it says "gay meth")
3. a tweet from ro ramdin. she's quote retweeting someone who said "collab idea: rosie turns the Hivemind boys into beautiful women." ro responds "showed the boys sissy hypnosis the whole time i was in detroit + binaural frequencies intended for forced feminization. no dice."

Why yes, I am STILL thinking about this random quote I screenshotted ages ago from a youtube video (Ro Ramdin’s video on Taylor Swift and Matty Healy) in relation to the overarching concept of the magnus protocol and its ties to internet culture thus far
[Media description: screenshot of a quote, white text on a green background. The quote is from “Breaking the Fourth Wall in K-Pop: Voyeurism and Talking About Reverse Panopticons,” and reads “Coming forward further to contemporary times, in media societies, such as the ones we live in today, which are highly digitalized, panopticosm can be seen to work in a slightly different way. Yes, we are under constant scrutiny of the gaze, but it isn’t a singular gaze upon many, but rather many innumerable gases. So instead of the one-to-many scenario of the Panopticon, it’s a Reverse Panopticon of many-to-one, and going deeper still of many-to-many. Bentham’s idea of the Panopticon was for “inspection”. He equated the concept of inspection with control; he who inspects has control. That idea of inspections still exists in a reverse Panopticon, though it is now through many gazes. But the idea of control is different.]

I love every time Ro Ramdin makes a new video bc there's always quotes that are so funny in them here's one I had to pause bc i was laughing so much at it
"I'm a detached consciousness of a Daria character that was uploaded to the body of a gay H&R Block employee. I have Metro PC salesman build."

even tho i quote almost every line from ro ramdins tom macdonald video there’s a specific part i quote the most
“You know, I just don’t like the point that ‘people died for America…respect it.’ People die for everything. People die for sex! Road head kills. Did you know that people died for pronouns, Thomas? Did you know that people died for pronouns?”

you watch literally any video essay and throughout it every quote is like "why is shanspeare/mia cole/fd signifier/zoe bee/cj the x/ro ramdin/sarah z/jenny nicholson/etc driving the bus"
do all the video essayists in the leftist adhd gay video essay side of youtube have, like, a groupchat where they ask each other to read voiceovers for quotes for their projects
