people treat obesity like it only makes you unhealthy and a deadly disease, but here in the US it doesnt take much weight on your bones to be considered “obese” on a bmi scale.. and it’s based on a binary scale with no nuance or consideration of muscle mass or even width. like a buff guy with a normal amount of fat would be considered obese on the scale. not to mention the fact that the “overweight” margin is so small compared to every other margin.

whats considered “overweight” isnt even “over” weight. like most “overweight” people are fucking skinny i dont get it 😭
