Description

Anne Hoare, Mrs Richard Hoare (1737-1759) playing a Cittern (after Francis Cotes) by Samuel Woodforde, RA (Ansford 1763 - Ferrara 1817), after 1757. A half-length portrait of a seated woman, looking to the left with a red curtain behind her, playing a cittern. The sitter was the daughter of Henry Hoare II and married her cousin Sir Richard Hoare, 1st Bt who was only created a baronet after her death in 1759. She wears a satin dress embroidered with flowers and elaborately decorated with lace and lace collar.The painting is a copy of the pastel by Francis Cotes (London 1726 - London 1770) in Stourhead House the companion picture of which is dated 1757, a year after her marriage and two years before her death.

Headcanon: Electra/Elektra absolutely loves light shows. He also listens to disco music as a guilty pleasure.

Unpopular Opinion: Electra is canonically genderfluid so the idea of just making him exclsuively female or feminine presenting takes that aspect away from him. Same with making him exclusively male or masculine presenting. Electra's supposed to be all over the gender spectrum, you know? /lh /nm

Just about anything from Pre Update. The post update is clean and sleek but as a maximalist I just miss the extra pizazz that Pre Electra had. It was so awesome

Unpopular Opinions:

He might have actually felt something for Pearl possibly. I mean he wasn’t trying to spite Rusty cuz I don’t think he cared, and he has a bunch of components to choose from so 🤷‍♀️. I mean we know he choose Dinah to get back at Greaseball but he didn’t really have a motive for Pearl, other then she was shiny like him. I do think he might have felt a lil something for Pearl but it wasn’t anything more than a slight crush.
