anti bÂĄng-ng tips âĄ
ongoing list <3
1. understand WHY you binge : if it's from a low intake you should try higher intake / if it's from being stressed try to find ways to relieve stress)
2. MINDSET CHANGE : understand that if you go a little over your c4-l limit its not the end of the world and that being mindful now and stopping is so much better than giving into your urges
3. STOP F@STÂĄNG : i know for some people they like to f4st after a binge and well it works for me and reducing my appetite it doesnt work for others. usually it's an endless cycle this tip has helped me so much I only do omâd after a binge (then f4st) or I just restrict again like it never happened!!
4. stay hydrated : ~2L daily
5. enough sleep : if you have enough sleep you'll have more energy! also im pretty sure that if you're not well rested it triggers more hunger hormones
my personal tips :
â meal plan / meal prep (knowing what you're going to eat is so much better because if you go into the kitchen and you're sooo hungry/have bÂĄnge urges it's easier to just have one of those "fvck my 3d" moments)
â find low c4l foods/drinks that you like as replacements
â if you're in a b-nge p-rg3 cycle you'll have to stop pvrg-ng (yes and that includes l4x, ex3rcÂĄse, or f4st-ng)
â stay distracted and always have something to do
while doing it :
â understand that a 1k c4l bÂĄng3 is better than a 2k one (so on and so forth)
â film yourself
â fill up with drinks
â destroy your food (soap, salt, etc.)

TIPS
@na:
- if you it do it while someoneâs watching, never eat alone
- try fasting al least 5 days a month
- GUM (no sugar)
- cider vinegar can make u less hungry or at least give u nausea so u donât want to eat
- drink at least 10 glasses of water a day
- drink black coffee if you are hungry
- buy smaller clothes to motivate yourself
- watch thinspo while eating or look at yourself in the mirror
- baggy clothes outside, and tight when you are alone so you can see your body
- you can ask to eat in your room, keep a plastic bag hidden, live the food there and throw it away outside at night (always say it was very good)
- try becoming vegetarian or vegan, itâs an excuse for not eating at some moments and will make you lose weight

- drink water in between each bite
- you must chew everything at least 30 times
- chocolate tastes horrible when coming back from you
- remember you can only p*rg3 80% of what you it and only for the next 30 minutes
- try not using l@xat!ves, they donât affect how you affect calories and the weight youâll lose is from water and fecal matter, you should only use them after a large meal you didnât p*rg3 so you lose that weight instead
both:
- if you can, buy a smart scale, it gives you more control
- set rules for yourself (for example not eating anything red, or not eating after 6pm)
- it takes 20 min for the brain to realise its full, take it slow
- denser food feels like more
- eat only what is in your plate and donât put more food then
- protein/healthy bars tend to have a lot of calories, itâs better eating other foods that feel like more and have less or the same amount, it will make you feel fuller
- make a list of bad foods
- always have a list of safe foods for emergencies
- higher calorie items are better early
- write down everything you eat (separately, for example - lettuce- olive oil- lemon- salt)
or take photos, youâll realise how much it is
- peppermint tea
- donât keep your big clothes
- donât eat it if you donât know itâs nutritional values
- you can tell people you are allergic to certain foods

I just realized I have âamateur blender artistâ in my bio and have posted not one art

This here is my buddy boy J0-RG3, or Jorge for short. Heâs my first real completed model, andIâve just kinda been sticking more and more on him
He had a single yellow claw arm for a while
This is a mimic based half off Dark Souls, half after Minecraft dungeons

This is a goober I made trying to make a robot for a childrenâs cartoon, no named though :/
This is a my hypothetical custom MS if I was a character in Gundam Build Divers, I call it the Tsunami Gundam(?), and itâs composed of a Zogok base, Gogg legs, Juaggu arms used as shoulder mounted cannons, a Zâgok right arm with the Zogokâs extendability, and a Zock left arm. Plus the Gundamâs v-fin attached with Blu-Tac
And finally SaRA, a Science and Research Assistant with pop-out heelies. Iâm not super happy with some parts of the current model, so a minor update to her model and rig will come⌠eventually?

I hate it soo much eating is hell but when someone is staring at me waiting to see you finish the meal you think how gross you are going to look if you keep doing it i hate my body is not able to p*rg3 i try and try to make myself p*rg3 but i canât nothing comes out but the binges and the desperation of showing people that Iâm fine so my mother doesnât place a fucking tube on my nose so i take 4 laxatives and 3 rounds of metamucil to get food out i hate it i hate myself for not having the discipline to make ana proud to deserve to be loved no one likes a fatty i hate myself i hate that i look like a fucking cow

hi guys sorry for being inactive again T_T I had a family member fall ill and we had their funeral on monday. I'm doing fine and but we had a repass (??? I think that's what it's called) and I bÂĄng3d for 3 days after that. so ofc I didn't want to post but this acc is all about holding myself accountable <3
I have a new wl plan and I'm quiting the "get w0rse d-et" and just gonna e4t under 1.3k c4l while doing lots of steps. hopefully a high intake helps me w b1nging bc if it doesn't I truly don't have any hope in myself i've been in a b-nge p-rg3 cycle for TOO long now
so yeah my new goal is to be 110lb by christmas and 96lb by valentines day <3
