But let's go through bands and artists I've not posted about before.

Two Door Cinema Club Just out of statistics. I can prove I played I Can Talk over a hundred times and I can tell you any number under two hundred is underselling it. There is genuinely some problem with my brain that that intro slots into perfectly.

Oh also all the rest of their first album this comes from is this great too, and if you ask me what a perfect album sounds like I will tell you it's not that far off their second album.

OK Go Now, I like the music. Actually, I'd left my two guitars alone for years until an easy OK Go song made me think "Oh, maybe I can play this" and realize that rather than -as I had prior- just play the music I'd been taught, I could actually teach myself to play the music I was listening to, which snowballed into playing more OK Go songs and then it expanded and now I have a ukulele, a bass, a third guitar I need to merge with that bass (it's complicated), a fourth "guitar" (it's complicated), a Casio calculator/synth (it's complicated), a melodica, a launchpad and a kazoo. Whoops. But really, all you need to be sold on OK Go is see two of their videos. One to find out what they're like (and you're already good on that front because you have visited the internet ever and have thus seen Here It Goes Again aka "The Treadmill Video" aka what when posted to YouTube upon its CEO begging them to do so became the biggest video of all time) and another to find out that no the first one was not a one-off fluke. I am serious, go click that link, it takes you to a playlist of their videos and each one is crazier than the last. I mean they played a song with a car. A song. That has a guitar solo. With a car. Have you seen the name of this channel.

Ah, right, the name of this channel. I guess I have to say a thing about that car now. Uhhh this video was sponsored by Chevrolet to promote the Aveo which, despite being badged as a Chevrolet, like many of the more Europe-oriented Chevrolets was made by the automotive branch of Daewoo, brand General Motors picked up after the Daewoo conglomerate (then the second largest in South-Korea which may as well be called Samsungland) went bankrupt in '99 over almost $90B modern dollars in debt. Its founder Kim Woo-chong (because Lord knows the "woo" in Daewoo did not stand for "woo what a great car") earned a ten year sentence, but I feel they focused too much on the wrong guy. The REAL criminal is whoever penned Daewoo cars.

A good person doesn't do this on purpose.

Owl City I have too few of his songs, but I absolutely love how comically upbeat he is. He is so precious. If c: walked this Earth. I mean "Golf and alcohol don't mix and that's why I don't drink and drive / Because, good grief, I'd knock out my teeth and have to kiss my smile goodbye". Protect this man at all costs. Also one time I saw the Fireflies video after what must have been a good decade and you know when you feel near crying? I adored that song when I was a kid and I was right.

Liquido European one-hit wonders - and not even "people know them just for one song", not even "people don't know them and just know the song"; I found you can tell people the name of their hit and they won't know what you're talking about. But hum the riff and infallibly, invariably any single person in my country (and, in my limited experience, the rest of Europe) will go "Ooooooh, that one". And to be fair, those guys did stumble on one of the most memorable riffs in modern history.

Not saying this is a hidden gem of a band, I am sure some bigger music nerd would stamp a big fat "SEEN BEFORE" on all their stuff, beyond some enjoyable splashes of "I wonder how much of this is them leaning into it" cheese (yes, even more than that video) - but I've still got their whole discography including all the B-sides, because to me, so what? It's good music and I'll treat it like it. What's the point of praising "groundbreaking", "genre defining" works and then glossing over those inhabiting the ground they broke and making the genres they defined? When I eat bread I don't complain that it doesn't innovate or set itself apart from the rest of the genre, so as long as my music doesn't bore me why should those be problems there? I feel like people have a problem in general separating their enjoyment of a work from its artistic merit. I'm digressing.

The Beatles If you ask me "What's your favorite number of pant legs?" I'm not going to answer five because two would be cliché.

And now we get to the final answer, the real answer, in such a league of its own it deserves to be separated from the rest via a Read More.

I lied, this is under a Read More because it's an entire fucking dissertation. Your fault for asking.

Caparezza I've spent well over a decade of my life mulling over his lyrics to the point me and my ex-flatmate played this game where she told me a random word and I'd try to find it in his lyrics (e.g. the first word of your ask, "favorite", was used in the second verse of the sixteenth track of his sixth album, yes I am neurodivergent why do you ask), and still it happens that as I am going through my everyday life I happen to accrue some information and slam my forehead going "Oh my God THAT'S what he meant there". His songs are more layered, more deep, more thoughtful, more cutting, more witty, more clever than most prose you see around and still he manages to play with his words and rhymes with incredible dexterity.

Take his last record, Exuvia - actually, take the previous record Exuvia picks up from, Prisoner 709:

Its name not only introduces the theme of imprisonment, but also of dilemmas and juxtapositions, since the prisoner's number, 709, stands for the dilemma about the number of the record: it's the 7th in his discography as Caparezza, but the 9th if one also counts the two shit records he made under his previous name Mikimix (we don't talk about those). Its tracklist, indeed, while being as typical for him incredibly varied in topics (from religions to his affinity with Ludwig II of Bavaria to "I'm not [x], BUT-" types) is arranged as chapters of the story of an imprisonment (The Crime, The Punishment, The Weight, The Psychologist, The Letter, The Visit, The Yard Time, The Torture, The Revolt, The Guard, The Infirmary, The Window, The Evasion, The Hiding) and associated to dilemmas - for instance, as the record is about his feeling imprisoned in his body and in his role, the first song -and first chapter, The Crime- is indeed Prosopagnosia (i.e. face blindness), a track about him no longer recognizing himself in the artistic reputation he built himself, with the dilemma being between "Michele", his name, and "Caparezza", his rap name. Oh, and if you also want a taste of the impressive wordplay, well, count the letters of those two names. Yep. Every single one of the 16 tracks is a dilemma is between a 7 letter word and a 9 letter word. Because of course it is.

So now, let's get to the last record, Exuvia.

That's more like it.

Exuvia is the exoskeletal remains left behind by ecdysozoans after ecdysis, i.e. when creatures like insects and crustaceans develop a new exoskeleton and crawl out of their old one, as this record starts from his escaping from the anguish compounded through all his previous records and through a deep analysis of his past, his self, his surroundings, his fate, condensing it all and moving on to a new self, a new birth, a new shell. (Understand how I feel when people say the greatest rapper of all time is one whose greatest record is called "Damn" because the songs made him go "Damn" and whose biggest song is "Biggie Smalls' Juicy but this time about me".)

Well, in the second track of it, about running away from the dire situation of hatred, decay and persecution described in the first track, he says, and I paraphrase,

I give it all up, I'm dying, I retreat - Caporetto plus Waterloo Dripping and smelling like my head was in a station's toilet- oh.

introducing the desperation and hopelessness of military defeats and immediately following it up with an image whose comedic nature makes a contrast so stark as to surprise even him while still, being a reference to the military's hazing and bullying, latching back to the line before. While the prose I represent it with is deliberately poor, the concept behind the words is brilliant enough that it would be a good line if it didn't rhyme at all. And yet the original lines rhyme for twenty syllables. TWENTY.

Thing is, you can be as clever as you want, but the underlying music, you know, it can't be clever, it can just be good or bad. One would think. And yet the music is not just good but full of clever, witty samples and ideas that don't just reinforce the track's mood but tie the instrumental inextricably into the lyrics' themes, like Larsen (the track about his tinnitus, which he calls by audio feedback's technical name of Larsen effect) using high-pitched synths and emphasizing cymbals, Prisoner 709's title track being 79bpm (I wager 709bpm was a bit non-doable), House Credibility's instrumental featuring intercom buzz and cowbells reminiscent of cookware, or, well, everything in Exuvia's second single. See, that song is about the choice he faces between the story of Beethoven, who despite all his challenges kept devoting himself to music until the day he died, or that of Mark Hollis, lead of Talk Talk, who despite all the fame peaced out to focus on his private life - and the entire instrumental is devoted to that concept: the verses' reference Für Elise, the chorus Such A Shame, and the bridge I Believe In You; and when you tun into the background choirs you find they are rhythmically repeating "I don't know".

You start to get a clue why there's three years between his records.

So if his songs are so fucking good, why is he not famous? Well, he is! Except for his first album which no one really noticed (fairly so in my opinion - while I like a few songs I feel he really got going in his second one), the following records did really well for someone with such dense content: his third record has been certified gold! And all the others platinum. Some twice. Never since the first one did a record of his peak under 5 in the charts, and he's got 8 gold singles, 3 platinums and a double platinum. And don't get me started on the shows.

(That's me in the background!) Hell, he's even been on the cover of Billboard! So why've you never heard of him? Well, see the word next to Billboard.

Yep. The man, Michele Salvemini, is an Italian born and raised and, like any proper Italian, doesn't speak a whole lot of English, so pretty much all the English you'll hear in his music are the handful of English features, like Michael Franti, DMC (!) and Spandau Ballet's Tony Hadley, with which he made a song about Italy's emigration crisis.

Emigration that is also internal, from the underdeveloped, falling aparty and criminality-run south of Italy to where all the industries are, the richer and we-pretend-it's-not-criminality-run north. And since he's from Apulia, Italy's heel (his rap name in fact means "curly head" in Apulian dialect), he's made a song about its woes too, featuring the music of the tarantella, Apulia's traditional dance. (I don't know why y'all add an A in front. It's fucking "Puglia", y'all.) Here's an imperfect translation with a couple of helpful explainers to the asterisked terms over in the video's description.

It depresses me every time I think about it that all the English speakers I know will never be able to fully appreciate his lyrical brilliance. But oh well. At least y'all can appreciate the music... so fuck it, have that song whose music I yapped about so much. You'll hear the choirs in the background say "non so" (I don't know)... and a bunch more Italian words (translated here for those on desktop who want to follow along).

Reposters, read this to understand me

What's crazy about the reposters that disrespect my wishes to give me an ounce of credit, practically run their accounts on my stuff, and continue to do so maliciously even after I ask them (before one specific person gets mad, this has happened multiple times) -

is that my videos on my YouTube channel like my cutscene compilations and stuff are free to use. I don't watermark my videos like that and never plan to. You're allowed to use the footage for your own stuff as much as you want (credit is appreciated but not required, as I've said to those who asked first to use it in their videos)

And you can screenshot it to high heaven, make edits out of it, whatever you want. So long as you don't just straight up reupload the entire video for the same purpose I already uploaded it of course. I recorded the footage and played through the games again to get it when theatre mode isn't available,

but it's an effort I don't mind being used transformatively after I've uploaded it, I'm happy to know it's useful. That's the point of my channel being a collection and archive. I never liked people slapping watermarks just on top of recorded cutscenes when there's not even personal gameplay in it because they didn't animate them themself (unlike how gif making and edits and such is a lot more personalized and wouldn't exist at all without that creative effort)

Even though a lot of effort goes into the compiling and editing, if you want to take screenshots and clips from my YouTube videos for any reason, you can. It's an archive and that's the point. The end product is identical to the official product, compiling aside, therefore I don't feel protective ownership, unless someone reuploaded my entire video as a copy with no changes or other purpose

But my blog isn't an archive. It's a personalized expression of my passion that my YouTube account isn't (aside from the long ass gushing descriptions on there lol), my gifs, screenshots, upscales, edits, compilations, collages, etc are not for people to just steal and practically run their account on with no credit. It makes me feel used and taken for granted

But here's the thing, I actually don't mind the odd screenshot or gif being used by people every now and then- especially if they don't know it's mine. Official Sega accs have used my gifs. Popular meme accounts have used them. I've just recently seen an artist you all love that hates my guts and blocked me use my Lost World Eggman CG "if you insist" gif on Twitter and I bet she didn't know it was me that made it.

And does it make me angry? No

I can always tell when people use images and gifs that have been on my blog from the frames and duration of the gif to the exact dimensions of a crop in an image. Then some people even take edits where I've made the arrangement myself from erasing backgrounds, upscaling, and compiling or have even drawn on it and so it's not even subtle and literally did not exist before I made it

But I know it's not always malicious and sometimes it might just be useful and a one off- or it's at least being used transformatively, for the sake of evidence or analysis of their own, or has interesting commentary, or something like that. I don't mind this. But if you're practically just remaking my exact posts or reposting my images without any transformative efforts and commentary at all, it becomes a problem

Especially when you run an account where it's practically just all my stuff back to back, with no commentary, or commentary where you're repeating things I've said or trying to talk like me because that's creepily happened before on Instagram while they were reposting my stuff. I know that if you do that then you're just visiting my blog and grabbing every image I post. I don't want to run your account for you

A lot of effort goes into what I make. people act like it doesn't matter if it isn't art but it does to me. I put a lot of effort into recording my own footage and compiling it, then turning them into gifs, making edits, taking screenshots etc. I have constant chronic pain and fatigue too to the point I've had fainting attacks when it becomes too overwhelming. And still I give what I make my all for my blog

It feels like a slap in the face when people download and repost knowingly and spitefully when I politely ask them to stop. I put my heart and soul into what I create and it hurts to see it taken for granted, especially when I don't get an ounce of credit and they get more traction and praise for the things I myself created. You think making it yourself is too much effort compared to stealing? Well try having chronic pain and fatigue and still making it yourself

If you're wondering what makes taking stuff from my blog different to my videos, it's because the final product of the stuff on my blog is more personalized and very different to the official product. The gifs, edits, upscales, compiling, and transformative efforts in my work is vastly different to me just recording cutscenes and slapping my watermark on the whole video

And that's the reason why I don't want the stuff on my blog to be taken and mass reposted, compared to my videos where you can screenshot and clip as much as you want because that's why they're there. Choosing to steal everything I personalized like that on my blog when you could literally just go to my videos and screenshot them as much as you want bothers me

Because then it seems like total laziness to me. Because they already take a lot of work to record and compile, yet I'll allow you to screenshot and clip them without watermarks and credit, but you'd rather just take them from my blog because you can't even be bothered to take screenshots or make gifs- when I do all of the above myself- and with chronic pain and fatigue making it extra effort

I deeply regret that I didn't watermark the contents of my blog from the start but I'm going out of my way to change that since people don't respect when I ask them not to repost

And to those who have just happened to use my images or gifs unintentionally a couple of times or you just had them on hand, I don't mind because I know you didn't do it maliciously. They're also free to save for personal use off the internet, I just don't want everything I ever make being reposted like some people do on purpose so they can practically run their whole account on me

But here malicious reposters, if you need content so bad, screenshot/gif/make edits/whatever you want out of these videos yourself. Because at least then you actually did part of it yourself and have something to be proud of instead of using my blog to run your account-

even when even at that it's using some of my efforts in my game recording and video editing/compiling :P

I'm gonna go a bit in depth into this part about bypassing the copyright because I usually DON'T:

Neither of my 2 recent videos got any claims or strikes. The "harsh opinions" only used instrumentals on (one was even from SMTM11) so I think that's one MAJOR reason why they didn't get a copyright claim. Also, I've heard people say they turn the volume down really low and that's a way to dodge it but sometimes it doesn't work so that's generally considered an outdated trick.

The second video was 2024 Awards. Was shocking to me because there's SOOO many songs in that one. The 2022 Awards was partially blocked (copyright + blocked in some countries, in this case in Russia? It was BTBT by BI) and many of the other videos where I used songs were copyright claimed. I think the difference here was that the clips of the songs/music videos I used in the 2024 were around 5-6 seconds whereas the clips from 2022 Awards (and the other videos) were 10+ seconds. Using short clips is a well known way for people to avoid copyrights on YouTube so I guess this method isn't as outdated (but how often will someone need to use less than 10 seconds)?

For reaction videos, I usually CAN'T avoid a copyright strike at all. I'm using the whole song, whole video, and there needs to be a certain amount of volume. Many reaction channels have this issue. Sometimes the videos get blocked altogether. In that case, I usually appeal them. There's a form to fill out where you can say that it is a "reaction video" and then write in an explanation for how your video is different from the original. this usually results in the block being lifted but not the copyright. Recently, for SMTM11 at least, the blocks haven't been lifted all the time. Some were while other weren't. IDK if it was because my explanation wasn't convincing or if they just didn't want certain songs/videos reuploaded. You CAN appeal again in this case, but if the block is upheld a second time then you will get a copyright strike and that's the one that's really bad. I think after 3 copyright strikes, your account is banned. Also, you can't monetize at all if you have ANY copyright strike within a certain amount of time (I think within about 6 months from the day you apply to be monetized?)

Copyright claims aren't that big of a deal for me because I'm not monetized. I think if you're monetized then you just won't be able to monetize those specific videos with copyright claims OR any ad revenue for those just goes straight to the copyright holder. In my case (if I was monetized), that would be CJE&M for the SMTM videos. So if you are monetized or are planning to be then copyrights are important.

in my own experience i had her blocked on every. single. possible. platform i have since 2 years ago and she’s still snuck into all of my accounts to steal my art among others who also have her blocked.

she still FOUND MY PERSONAL EMAIL that, to be fair, used to be on my carrd as a form of contact for commission purposes before i took it off over a year ago and i only found out when she emailed me just 2 months ago asking for forgiveness after i struck one of her videos down for reuploading my animatic, which by the way, i posted on accounts where i had her blocked.

(EDIT: i have realized she got my email because youtube showed it to her when i submitted the removal request. i did not even know that they’d do this until i went back and saw that when filling out the form, they autofilled the email box but they didn’t tell me they’d share it with the user until i clicked on the actual box. weird. but that answered my question i guess)

she reuploaded it without any given credit, on a platform where it was never meant to be uploaded in the first place.

call me harsh for doing this but this user has a history of either not replying to artists who politely ask her to take her reuploads down or just. finding another artist to steal work from.

people in the past have also had her in their ask boxes requesting vore fics or art or shit like that when they clearly have nsfw as part of their dni lists on their bio

this isn’t me inciting a witch hunt or saying that we have a right to leave hate comments on her videos, or find ways to mock her in public, people who do that aren’t really taking this matter seriously. while i have my doubts, she probably is a minor faking her age. she isn’t doing very smart things online but she is still doing bad things and not learning from it

bottom line. the block button may be free but it sure as hell isn’t guaranteed to keep her away from your stuff. people who have been personally affected by this user publicly voicing their frustrations of constantly having their shit stolen/reuploaded without their consent have a right to be angry.

So as you could tell from the tags from the post you just reblogged, much of what I'm "on about" here has to do with the Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss/vivziepop fandom and the context you need to understand for this post, is there's this clickbait youtuber from Northern Ireland of an indeterminate age called "ayylmao.tv" and our first Red Flag is that he used to be a Fallout Gamer Bro channel but he's never even revealed his face, but now he makes all of his click bait "content" on YouTube from "reporting" on every "Vivziepop Drama" that happens and he became a youtube partner and got monetized from doing that, but another creepy red flag about him, is that he's themed his entire channel look after being a simp for Vivziepop's female characters and some of those characters are underage, while he clearly should be an adult?

(Again. we don't what he looks or what his age is, but the first female viviziepop character he used for his icon when he cropped up in this adult fandom space is Octavia, who is Stolas's daughter, who is canonically 17 at this point in the Helluva Boss series, though he's since them switched to theming his channel to simping over the character Velvette, who is in her 20s, but he's clearly an adult male who simps over female characters enough to associate them with his entire persona because their his "waifus" or whatever which by default is enough to make the vibes skeevy and gross).

But his final and biggest Red Flag is that I'm at least 99.999% certain the dude is just lowkey a covert neo nazi and nobody brings that up? He's made videos where he's implied that his two other favorite YouTubers are PewDiePie and Logan Paul and that he thinks vivziepop should be more like them?

It's awful, because I think I've read somewhere that he co-mods like half subreddits that have anything to do with Vivzie and I've seen screen shots of his own discord that Vivziepop antis infiltrated where him and his followers go off about "n-words and Jews" and it's batshit because the same Vivziepop antis who take those screen shots that only further confirm that he's a nazi piece of shit, go off on tangents about how Viv won't fuck him, but apparently, they will, because they're under the delusion that they're "converting him to their side" just because he's also being a misogynistic piece of shit to Medrano in the monetized clickbait videos he makes off of her art and her images where he implies Medrano needs to be more like a neo nazi and a guy who became infamous for filming a dead body in a forest.

And it's disgusting because "ayylmao" got himself monetized and got a check mark and become a youtube partner from reuploading clips of Viv Medrano's work and doing this clickbait shit and he's monopolized it, the whole fandom, essentially, so the only why you can find out what the antis and hatedom are on about this time when you're trying to mind your own business in your own fandom tags and you're sifting through a distracting amount bullshit on tumblr and being harassed out of nowhere and you don't want to go on twitter and sift through an even worse amount of anti vivziepop hatedom and harassment that day? Are through his shitty clickbait videos reporting the short version of what the kind of "vivziepop drama" just happened now.

But he doesn't just stop with short reporting, eventually, he needed to start inserting his own shitty opinions into his videos, which is how I found out about his whole thing for PewDiePie and Logan Paul, even though I never trusted "ayylmao" to begin with.

The reason why this sucks is because he's become the biggest source of information in the vivziepop fandom outside of another person that goes by petitprincess1, and I blocked her and another annoying user ornithia for spreading my friends stolen photos, essentially running them out of the fandom, and being little pissbabies that I blocked them before that, so much so that I've seen these little weirdos anon groupies screenshot every time I merely vague about it or write their names down in my tags, because I've had them blocked for a little over four years now and I guess they've rather call me a "stalker" when I warn/talk to other people/vague about how annoying they were and they're still creepily complaining about how annoyed they are they can't get to me they have to their followers stalk me and show them screenshots of a blog that they're blocked on instead of just blocking me too. If you've skimmed through my blog like I think you have, you've probably seen that petitprincess1 originally blew up at me just for calling her "honey" when I was kind enough to answer to her nosy concern trolling at 4'O'Clock in the freaking morning after I called out some fandom ableism and she tried to scold and imply I was a bigot for that but since we practically mutuals at this point I just wanted to keep the peace because she was already a "big name" but then she had a whole tantrum on me and then ornithia felt the need to swoop in and White Knight her because I guess they felt chummy with me from interacting with my posts like Leeanne was too so then I to waste my time staying up til 4 in the morning again explaining why they were being an idiot over her and keep both of them blocked for being idiots after finding out what they were doing to my friends at the time and then both of them made it worse because they refused to leave the 3 of us alone and then petitprincess1 one went after me again and block evaded me when my friends were offline and she couldn't get to the two them.

I've began to honestly understand why no queer people or women want to touch VivziePop because honestly, everything surrounding the biggest names and sources of information in her fanbase is like a creepy weird bronified boundary-less mess and I don't if it's because Viv was surrounded by furry bullshit since she was young or that Blaire White/sh0e0nHead shit she got into from being a White Passing Privileged Bisexual Latina raised by a conservative family of lawyers and I'm not going to get into the whole James Somerton fiasco that made her shoutout to him making a shitty one hour clickbait video monetizing off her work age like milk and I'm not saying any shitty, ugly people being attracted to her fanbase is her fault but she needs to stop associating herself with all these shitty, ugly people who are beneath her and start by sending "ayylmao.tv" a fucking cease and desist just like all the other content farms profiting of her work, for one thing.

One of "ayylmao's" latest vivziepop clickbait videos I'm referring to above in my original post is his latest one where he "explains" the recent boom of ai content farm channels and the voice actors (rightfully) not wanting their voices sympathized, copied, and stolen, but by the end of the bullshit clickbait he tries to pass for fandom reporting, he tries to spin it as some morally grey issues asking his dipshit commenters to tell him who's in the right and who's in the wrong, so he can get more engagement, so he can get his youtube partner money, so his vivziepop content farm can get a Silver Play Button for covering a vivziepop content farm that got one before him.

Oh, and he also has absolutely no problem letting all these shitty content farmers into his neo nazi discord server and joining there's when he's offered. Let that sink in.

hello anon! the video that you mentioned (Nier Automata/Nier Replicant unreleased/arranged soundtrack - slowed & reverb) actually does not belong to me but to another youtuber that also does similar videos that I do. I'm sure you are aware that Square Enix and other big name companies have been removing/blocking more and more videos from youtube lately. In my case they blocked eight of my videos worldwide on April 6 and gave me 2 copyright strikes, and so because of this I had no choice but to delete the videos from my channel. This is not the first time this has happened and it most likely won't be the last.

Unfortunately, many of us can't really do much when it comes to the youtube copyright rules and I really wish I could re-upload my own videos without having to risk getting my entire channel deleted. However, I will try to upload them to my soundcloud very soon.

An apology for my past.

I never thought I would do this again but after talking with someone trustworthy it needs to be written and done.

So it all started when I was a fan of this YouTube that is no longer active, Mika Membrane or Morgues when they were active I was a big fan and loved there videos and reuploads of music, days went on and finally they made a video about how they were not doing well mentally, I was so worried for them, then I made the biggest mistake in this situation, I tried to be a hero that wouldn’t leave them alone on Discord sending them messages of reassurance until they told me they felt better or whatever I thought would come out of it, all just to make them feel better when I’m hindsight it was pushing boundaries and it was reasonable why they ending up blocking me, I then made a YouTube video on them telling them there bad and trying to expose them so they could get back with me or to get back them maybe which was so awful to do and I wish I had logic over emotions during that time, because of fair criticism I deleted the video, if only I left it at that but no I felt really bad and I tried to apologize I either wanted things to go back to normal or just wanted things to go off a better note, so I found other accounts they didn’t block me on but just mostly acting nice no apologizing, in hindsight this was stalking and I wish I told myself just to stop but then I randomly found there TikTok and I followed them and liked all there videos I wanted to apologize but of course they understandable blocked me so I told other people to apologize to the on TikTok for me, those people told me they didn’t forgive me which I understood but then I made it worse by trying to apologize myself on there Ko-Fi but then they replied to me that they just wanted me to leave them alone then they understandably made a beware video on me when I had my old user name (which is why must of my accounts have there user changed) Mika saying they felt unsafe and showing screenshots, then when I watched it and understood the weight of my actions I regretted everything, I did knowing I could never go back and made someone feel unsafe because of what I did, I felt so much regret ever since then, now anything that reminds me of that time of being exposed or the person I hurt in general makes my heart race and I didn’t know why at the time because I wasn’t the one being hurt I was the one hurting someone else so why should I feel this way? Is it because of regret or otherwise I wasn’t sure but I’m glad I got out of that mind set and now know to respect other’s boundaries, to this day I don’t know how to forgive myself or the person I hurt sometimes but I try, sometimes I forgive the person I hurt, sometimes I wish we could get along again but I know that will never happen for the events that took place, sometimes I’m so worried of them finding me again and exposing me for my actions, I didn’t know if I would ever apologize again because of how awful and nervous the situation made me feel but now that I’ve had the conversation I think it is time to do so, all I have to say for my actions is I don’t know if a sorry is enough and I never want to do that again also this whole thing has made me a better person then I was but it still haunts me and it’s taken so long for me to heal and I don’t think my healing process will take two or one years maybe more years or the rest of my life. I will try to never come in contact with Mika or anyone close to them again, it’s okay if you don’t look at me the same that’s understandable but not letting this out would just make things worse so I think letting this out is the best.

Sharing this post here since I saw a few people confused when I mentionned the Good Omens musical.YES, this is a thing that exists. From what I understand, it’s still in developpement, and the team behind it seems very passionnate.

I couldn’t access the link @flyingsuperleaf suggested (either blocked in my country or for maintenance reasons ???) but if you’re curious, there are a few other things to be found online elsewhere.

First of all they have an Instagram account that you can follow for official real time updates of their shenanigans. Then there is a Vimeo account where they have indeed posted a few things. And finally there is this video that has been reuploaded on Youtube, but I’m not quite sure why it was deleted in the first place (maybe it’s not up to date enough?). Anyway, the videos on Vimeo have really good songs (the lady playing Madame Tracy is having the time of her life making almost explicit flirtations with Shadwell).

So, yep, if that musical ever travels to Paris, London or any city nearby where I live, I’ll definitely go see it, if only just because I’m Good Omens trash and not trying to hide it.

Honestly if you don’t speak during a reaction video, you don’t add anything to it. You’re basically just reuploading someone else’s work. The only reason why I think people may be reasonably upset is that they’re worried that if you talk you’ll miss something in the dialogue??? But still???

Royalty free music you can use according to the terms of wherever you got it from and it will be fine. Non royalty free music depends on what the owners of the copyright decide. Some will let you use the music but will claim the ad revenue from it, some will block it in some territories and claim revenue in others and some will block it everywhere. I’m pretty sure there’s a thing on YouTube somewhere where you can look up a song and it will tell you how you’re allowed to use it. If it gets copyright claimed it doesn’t count as a copyright strike against your channel, it will just be claimed/blocked/removed, so don’t be scared to fuck it up because worst case scenario you’ll just have to reupload with a different audio. Don’t try to appeal any claims though, just change the audio and move on. This is based on me using both royalty free and copyrighted music and having multiple copyright claims on my videos with the copyrighted music.
