Hello photographer matthew, head bitch in charge of hellsite, let's have a chat. Don't worry, I'm gonna be cool about it, just calm down and take a seat, have some tea.

Matt, you did a transphobia.

I know you say you aren't transphobic and for now, i'll give you the benefit of a doubt on that one and assume it's true, but like, buddy, pallie, salt of the earth, sugar lumpkin doodles, you did a transphobia.

You probably didn't mean to do a transphobia and probably don't like that all us trannies are mad at you right now, but you did a transphobia.

I know what predstrogen said you to hurt your feelings, i get it, you aren't used to having people vaugepost about your death like most of the trans people on this site are. But see, what you do is, ignore it. Or in this case. Step back for a second and realize what's happening is a trans woman was feeling frustrated and scared because people on your site had been harassing her heavily for months on end and the lack of response from your staff made her feel like your staff didn't care about her and maybe was actively rooting for the people who wished her harm. And if you think it was unfair that she felt that way about your staff. Maaaaaaaybe it's actually a sign you need to try harder to focus on making this site safer for trans women.

Maybe if your userbase is so fast to assume your staff and you personally hate trans people, maybe you should be more worried about why we have reached this conclusion rather than being mad it's being said to your face. Because this site does feel like it doesn't give a shit about trans people especially trans women.

Maybe if your staff is working hard to ban transphobes from this site, it means you have a larger problem because transphobes are fucking everywhere man. Like they just are. Several of them have shown up in my inbox recently telling me i should harass a trans woman over things that aren't my fuckin business.

Maybe think that if you are crossing social media sites to pick a fight with the person you banned for the mean words, that you might be the one worrying to much about it especially when predstrogen does not know you nor would have any ability to contact you.

And I get that it's scary when people say violent things about you online, they've said them about me. I actually had to contact the FBI once over things people said to me online. It was leagues worse and leagues more specific than what predstrogen said to you. You need to let it go man, you are the CEO of a company, people are gonna be mad at you sometimes and you have to have thicker skin than coming off a sabbatical to dm random trans women asking why they don't like you.

Just like, say you fucked up man. Say that you did in fact do an accidental transphobia and then try and fix the things that made you think you weren't doing an accidental transphobia. It's not that hard man. Just drop the ego, admit you did a stupid, and try harder.

You know how in some ghost stories sometimes its not a person or a land that's haunted but the items?

Well what if, when looking for a mother's day gift for his mom, Danny is looking around a pawn shop and finds a necklace, it's missing some pearls but it's just enough to pass off as a decent gift. Danny humms but decides against it and goes to leave it....

That was until he gasped out blue frost and spots a ghostly woman appear out of the necklace with a somber smile. She isn't as seeable as the other ghosts in Amity though, meaning she doesn't have enough ectoplasm on her own (that might change the longer she's in Amity and around Danny though) and that right now only Danny can see her.

And Danny well... hes been doing his hero gig for a bit now, might go and ask if there was anything he can do to help.

And later Danny's good deed... bites him back. Oh boy. Because now he has the Bats looking into Amity Park... Wait what do you mean Martha is now strong enough to be seen?!

i think tim is high maintenance the way a boarder collie or austrialian shepherd is. like you have to make sure they're not only given space to expend energy but you have to specifically let them get the herding instinct out and challenge them intellectually or they start destroying ur home

the thing about the end of the war games and jamie and zoe's departure specifically is. it's so understated. & in some ways i've always found it a bit unsatisfying - that the doctor is so resigned to letting them go even before he's summoned the time lords, that their goodbyes are so short and stayed, that in his final glimpses of them he shows relatively little emotion at losing jamie in particular. of course some of this is just a function of how tv worked in the era, but even compared to, say, victoria's exit it's fairly minimalist

but on the other hand...... the Implications. the doctor, so convinced of his people's massive power that he can't see any other way out, trying to run at his friends' request while knowing it's pointless all along. jamie and zoe, never quite taking the threat seriously because they know nothing about the time lords, but they know they've never met any danger the doctor can't get them out of. the doctor, trying to behave himself when he's amongst his own people, reining in his affection for his friends because it might harm all of them in the end. jamie and zoe, convinced that this is all another one of the doctor's tricks, that he'll swoop in with a plan to save them at the last minute, waiting for a rescue that never comes right up until their memories are wiped. the doctor, smiling as he watches them go because he doesn't want to frighten them - and then because he can do nothing else, because he doesn't have the luxury of falling apart when his life is on the line, too.

#second doctor #it just struck me as i was watching the colourised version tonight how truly scared two is of the time lords #like he really IS resigned to their power from the moment contacting them is on the table #jamie and zoe's fates would be the same whether they stayed with him or not (memories wiped and returned to their own times)#but he doesn't want them anywhere near the time lords or gallifrey #from the moment they step out of the tardis he literally has no idea what will happen to them #he clearly expects that they'll be sent back to their own times but he has no real proof that's what will happen #and he certainly has no idea what's going to happen to him

merlin being forced to confront the fact that he’s failing his people bc he’s sitting idly by while uther slaughters them all and coming to the decision that he has to act to save them but that’ll make him camelot enemy no. 1 but technically he already was they just didn’t know it. merlin spending a week all morose but unwilling to talk about it and spending as much time with his friends as possible. on his last night in camelot, he goes to arthur’s chambers and the prince is confused on why he’s there. merlin drops a sealed letter on his desk before pulling arthur into a gentle and emotional kiss. they barely separate, their lips hardly a breath apart, and merlin asks for forgiveness. arthur, thinking he’s apologizing for the kiss, tells him there’s nothing to forgive and goes in for a second kiss but merlin pulls away, knowing that that one brief kiss was all he could handle. if he lets arthur kiss him the way he’s dreamt of being kissed, he won’t be able to do what he needs to do, he won’t be able to leave. merlin tells him good night and leaves before arthur can react. he’s gone by dawn.

#arthur spends a long time storming thru the castle searching for him before returning to his chambers and reading the letter #the letter which outlines that merlin was resigning from his service and leaving camelot #arthur is enraged #merlin is still gone #gaius either wont tell him where merlin is or truly doesnt know #arthur mopes for weeeeeeeeks #then reports start sprouting up of a mysterious person traveling around the land and protecting druids from raids #and intervening when villages/towns attempt to execute sorcerers #uther sends arthur out to find this person and bring them to justice and arthur frankly couldnt care less about them #but it gives him the opportunity to go out and search for merlin so he jumps at the opportunity #he and his men eventually track more and more recent sightings of the cloaked figure to a town on the border of camelot and mercia #they chase the figure thru the streets until arthur corners them and flatly recites their charges of crimes against camelot #and orders them to return to camelot to be tried #the figure hesitates then sighs and turns around #arthurs sword droops to point at the ground as he takes in merlins slightly guilty face #‘i can’t do that arthur’#arthur is hurt from merlin sudden absence that he didnt even have the decency to warn him about #but now hes double hurt bc the reports of the mysterious person included them weilding magic #so now he also knows that merlins been lying about that as well and his hurt quickly turns to anger bc thats all he knows #he raises his sword despite knowing that he wont be able to bring it down on him. merlin smiles sympathetically as if he also knows.#merlin gets away and arthur returns to camelot only to be sent out again and again to kill merlin #friends to enemies to lovers #yippeeeee #bbc merlin #merlin emrys #arthur pendragon #merthur #fanfiction #fanfic #fic idea
