Something I’ve noticed that really annoys me is that if I stay in my room I cannot do anything but lie in bed.

#wordstag #dude literally. Ok we had like #bubble tea earlier. Earlier being like noon. Maybe 1. It's 10pm now #and like. Holy fuck. We sure had black tea. so annoying that i have like. 15 mins left of the next podcast ep to finish editing. it's been like 3 weeks and i just cannot bring myself to do those last 15 mins. BUT i do have the whole week off and if i finish editing it then i can record the rogue air ep... 👀

#having time off is hard cos i always wildly overestimate what i have the capacity to do #im trying to clean my whole house from top to bottom over the course of this week cos it tends to be kind of a chaotic mess #cos i just do not have the energy. so im trying to do a hard reset #i spent 2 hours cleaning every inch of the bathroom and reorganizing my medicine cabinet whilst listening to an audiobook #about the death of every english monarch from 1066 to present day #it's called mortal monarchs: 1000 royal deaths. it's by suzie edge and it's very interesting. 10/10 would recommend #but by the time that was done i was like welp. energy depleted #but like. uh oh cos i also want to do SO much writing this week and it's quarter past nine and i still haven't written a single word today

we are now officially within 50 hours of the air date of ted lasso season 3 episode 9 “la locker room aux folles” (yes i’m counting). prayer circle for colin hughes starts now and doesn’t stop until isaac mcadoo gives him a hug on my screen. participation is not optional

#caseyposting #a couple weeks ago before 4-5-1 aired i saw all the rumors about how it was that episode that kicked off colin’s arc and i got so stressed #about it that i had to spend all of tuesday afternoon deep cleaning my kitchen. now i’ve spent all day today completely reorganizing my #bedroom and am going to make a start on the kitchen after i finish up with dinner and it’s only SUNDAY #this is a socially inappropriate amount of nervous energy to be experiencing over a minor character’s arc in a goofy sitcom even by the #social standards of blorboblr.hellsite and i do recognize that but a. my living space really DID need cleaning anyway and b. i am actually #doing an excellent job of being Normal About This Show in my offline interactions with other people who watch it so #really my behaviors are fine and not at all detrimental to me in my social or personal life irl #it's just that i am unfortunately going to have to be an absolute menace on tumblr for the next couple of days or i might explode

it has been so long since a game has done this level of irreparable damage to my emotional wellbeing

Woke up early today and despite knocking a bunch of stuff down and breaking something, I managed not to break any dishes washing them. Did drop a plate of cat food on one of the cats though (it was a plastic plate designed for babies so it's very light, she's fine, just pouting because she doesn't like getting messy). Went back to sleep for about two hours and felt great upon getting up. Half an hour later I feel like shit and kind of just want to go back to sleep for the rest of the day.

#i really don't want to do anything today #i have no energy and no ambition and just want to be lazy #but i also know that's a really bad idea and i need to keep busy #did tidy up the patio a bit not that it's very noticeable #just tossed out a few plants that didn't survive last summer and pulled up some weeds #need to get some more soil soon and finish the beds #also have to reorganize how the pots are placed so i can get to all of them better #my avocado pit is finally growing though so maybe I'll get a tree in a few years

I am squealing in joy cause Sideswipe. Just cause he's here. And your art style makes him look so charming. Like, I love Sides to begin with, but you draw him with this sweet smile, that makes you wanna sit and talk with and trust him. And yet, there's always just a tiny little bit of mischief to him to.

And the floofy kitty! Lookit 'em! I wanna squish the kitty's cheeks and hide in floofy mane! I seriously /adore/ your art style. I start grinning dumbly any time I see anything you've drawn, no matter how many times I've seen it before. I am always //so// so excited, and I honestly just (platonically) adore you. You're such a kind person, beautiful insides that makes things beautiful outside <3.

I am slowly getting back into the swing of things, even if said things are still a lot. My friends nearby have agreed that me saying, anytime, that I need to be "kidnapped" means everone is getting together and goofing off. I still have a ton of squirmy energy today, which I think at this point is getting to be rather pointless, because we still haven't set up the elliptical.

Also, I have a much excitement, cause I have made a new friend and I always get super excited to have new friends. Its wiggly time, which is lucky cause I'm on my lunch break, hehehe.
