Why Hire Programmers from India?
India is the best place to look for coders and software developers to hire. This is due to its low costs and extensive talent pool of highly skilled professionals.
Indian programmers are not only technically skilled, but they also put in a lot of effort. They are wired to never give up and to be creative thinkers, which will help them get amazing results.
Tumblr media
Cost-Effectiveness.
India has emerged as a popular destination for software development. There are a lot of talented developers in the country, and businesses that hire them benefit from a lot of advantages.
However, it is essential to keep in mind that hiring Indian programmers on job boards or through outsourcing companies is not an easy task. The time zone difference and cultural differences are just two of the obstacles that come with doing so.
Recruiting costs a lot of money and uses a lot of resources. It covers the costs of screening, interviewing, onboarding, and training candidates.
Overhead expenses come in a variety of forms as well. Rent for an office, payroll, accounting, and equipment and supplies are just a few examples.
In addition, you must take into account the actual cost of hiring a developer, which is largely comprised of recruiting and training expenses as well as lost productivity during the hiring process. These costs add up to a lot of money and can make hiring developers in India cost more overall than you might think.
Time-Saving.
India has a large pool of bright and talented software developers. They can help you finish projects on time and work with a wide range of technologies.
Any business will gain a lot from this, and it also helps keep costs low. Outsourcing software development projects to India has helped several businesses cut their IT spending by between 20 and 30 percent, so it's something to think about.
Working with developers from India also means that they are in the same or close to the same time zone as you, which makes it much easier to communicate and work together. Teams that are lean and agile and rely on cross-team communication may benefit most from this.
Working with Indian developers means you won't have to worry about them missing important deadlines because they are available round-the-clock. This can save you a lot of time and money in the long run for teams that rely on iterations and constant feedback.
Zero Lag in Feedback.
It can be costly and time-consuming to recruit skilled engineers to your team, regardless of where they come from. That is particularly obvious about employing engineers from India. It is not unusual for new hires to wait two or three months before starting work, and negotiating a fair salary is not as simple as it may appear. Additionally, there are some cultural considerations to be made.
Zero feedback lag is one advantage of hiring an Indian software developer. The system's ability to align feedback edges with reference inputs, which is typically impossible with conventional systems, is the reason for this. The system can use this information to push the error integrator closer to its setpoint by detecting time differences based on the reference edge. This can result in a feedback system that is extremely stable and won't destabilize when combined with a high feedback gain. When looking to hire a software engineer in India, this should be taken into consideration.
Availability Around the Clock.
Dedicated software developers based in India are on hand to handle your projects. Because they are available, they can work faster and more effectively because they have more time to concentrate on their work. This enables them to produce outcomes that are worthy of their fee.
In addition, their native language proficiency and communication abilities enable them to communicate with customers in real-time. Because of this, they can get a thorough understanding of the business needs and requirements of their clients and then come up with solutions that are tailored to those particular requirements.
To hire a programmer from India, you must first post a project description on Upwork. You can then look over proposals from potential programmers. The people you want to hire will also be available for interviews. Whenever you've settled on the ideal pair, they'll begin chipping away at your venture. This will give you an early advantage on your task and set aside your time and cash.

JRWI FAN! Yes, you!
Do you absolutely love Riptide #114: Still Not Ferin Well? Do you wish someone would make a 90s-style choose-your-own-adventure horror visual novel about E114?
Most importantly, do you have:
A) Expertise in pixel art
B) Experience coding in Ren'Py
C) Skill at writing
D) Lots of free time
If yes to any of those, would you like to MAKE PREVIOUSLY STATED VIDEO GAME WITH ME?
I have been conceptualizing a JRWI video game called Moonlight, Storm, and Blackened Sea for a few months now. Unfortunately, with no motivation to make it beyond thinking "it would be a cool finished product," I have not made much progress. But if I have people working with me, my brain will kick into action because people will be depending on me!
I am a writer first and foremost. While I could theoretically make the entire game myself (as I have experience in writing, art, coding, and music), I would never actually finish the game for previously stated reasons. If I had an artist, coder(s), and perhaps even story consultants (although probably not necessary), MSABS might actually become a reality.
The MSABS project would make no profits, and it would be entirely created from volunteer work. I am a broke ass bitch. But if you don't care and simply want to create something amazing with me, then please, DM me!
So far, I have 2 branches plotted storywise out of - oh, I'm not sure, maybe 25? 30? I have drawn 9 sketches out of around 30 main backgrounds (excluding bg variations). I've recreated 6/9 music tracks from the official Riptide soundtracks into 8bit tunes. If people actually sign onto the project, I'll be moving forward as Creative Director, Head Writer, Storyboard Artist, and Music Producer. Still leaves a LOT of room on the project, especially on the coding side.
I genuinely think MSABS would be insanely cool. Please, if you have any questions about my overall game vision, please send me an ask and I'll try my best to give thorough answers! This game has been living rent free in my brain since March, and it needs to get out!

muse no2 here we go! raising the curtains on miss lee rumi, who's just your run of the mill regular girl! also the most coach user of all time who just can't break the 85% compatibility rate </3 still no pages rip but regular drill, info / plots are under the cut & pls like to plot or ask for my d/scord! 💗
Tumblr media
info
rumi is rlly the most regular person ever!! one of those terra users who's just chilling & living life yk she's got small dreams of getting her dream megabuilding skin & respectably medium dreams of finding her person, no big dreams
she also comes from smaller beginnings, born into the care of terrascape corporation & just naturally graduated at age eighteen. officially, her parents are unlinked & she's never really tried to find them. says she's just respecting their decision or whatever that way, but mostly she's afraid she might find them & realise they didn't want her for a reason. no thanks!
she thinks she's doing pretty well for herself though! minus the loneliness that occasionally takes over & the void of whatever that she gets late at night idk but doesn't everyone feel that way at 2 in the morning?
right now she's ur local barista who's lowkey like an npc bc she works at multiple coffee shops! hustling to survive & maybe have extra money for her dream megabuilding skin it is what it is we live in an economy
uses coach a lot. she's that friend who's been online dating for nearly a decade </3 kinda embarrassing but she's putting herself out there in tiny steps yk
( and? she isn't saying that weird things are happening to her. not at all!! she's regular!! but there's something about how she gets deja vu once in a while about a match she made on coach even though she knows for sure that she never met them
weird. maybe it's fate? it's not like terra has glitches! )
chart facts: libra sun cancer moon taurus rising, chill & goes w the flow most of the time. not the type of person to fight back but she might have some emotional walls up to protect herself! doesn't have a lot of ambition, she's happy with her slice of terra life as it is right now. likes being around people but is careful about who she lets in, clingy with the ones who stay. bad at keeping in touch. good at making coffee.
she's a work in progress & also pls pretend i didn't give my muses really similar names pls
plots
fellow coach users: a) 84%, the highest match she's ever had but it didn't work out even though she really tried; b) the 60%ers that she's matched on because what if coach was a little wrong but not totally wrong!; c) a 50% match she swiped on as a fluke (?); d) failed dates that she got a friend out of... or a blocked number rip
u think she's an npc after seeing her at multiple coffee shops & get a jumpscare seeing her out n about with thoughts of her own
found family, other people who grew up under the terrascape care or smth else? thee most important person in her life
other regular guys & gals just living their npc life
she's on the lookout for a megabuilding roomie to split rent but u disagree on what display skin ur flat should have
ur trying to get her to try real dating ( meeting ppl at the bar ) but it flopped
she's too cheap to buy the official cosmetic mod so she's begging u ( coder? reskin guy? ) to help out
regulars on the menu: besties, childhood friends, enemies, fwbs, exes! i also love a brainstorm too we should do that 💗

Keep seeing the Hc of Steve Harrington being a triplet.
With his brothers being Joe Kerry's other characters.
Kurt Knuckle from Spree and Walter "Keys" Mckeys from Free guy.
My take on the idea is that the boys are orphans.
Their parents were involved in a car accident and the boys were taken to and raised in an orphanage.
The Harringtons adopted Steve, they could've taken the other 2 boys but refused.
Keys managed to track down Steve and they've all kept in contact in secret.
Because the Harringtons did not approve of Steve talking about his brothers. As they didn't want anyone to know Steve wasn't biologically theirs.
Steve tried to send as much money as he could to his siblings, allowing them to run off from the orphanage and rent out a place.
He got caught by his father, didn't end well for him but he never told them where the money went.
Keys is a freelance coder and developer and Kurt is a taxi driver/stand up comedian.
They meet up as much as they can but with the upside down shit going down they stop seeing Steve so much.
They both miss him dearly.
And know something is up.
Because when they do see Steve he's always covered in injuries. Steve brushes them off, blaming it on sports but they worry about him.
Steve is the middle child.
Keys is the oldest and Kurt is the youngest.
Deep down they share Steve's protectiveness for those he cares about.
They find out about everything after Starcourt, as Keys had changed Steve's emergency contact to him.
Once Steve let it slip his parents never show up.
Both Keys and Kurt have been threatened against coming anywhere near Hawkins by the Harringtons.
But as soon as Keys is called the hospital that Steve was bought in critical condition, both speed their.
Literally, Kurt drove like a madman. And for once Keys didn't complain.
Both burst into Hawkins General and we're immediately on guard seeing the people in Steve's room.
"... Are you guys seeing this?" Asked Dustin, looking at the duo in confusion.
Kurt ignored him, pushing past everyone and making a beeline for Steve and holding onto his hand.
"He's alive..."
Keys let out a breathe he didn't realise he was holding. Running a hand through his hair.
"Get away from hi- what the hell?!"
Kurt, not fond of anyone trying to make him leave Steve's side had pulled a large butchers knife.
.. From somewhere.
"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH ME OR MY BROTHER AGAIN!"
Everyone began freaking out.
Minus Steve and Keys.
Keys just sighed, tiredly. He needed some coffee, and stat. "Kurt, put the knife away. You don't wanna get us kicked out do you?"
Suprisingly to everyone else it worked. Kurt put the knife away, pouting like a kid but didn't move to attack anyone.
"....Wait, brother? Steve has brothers?" Asked Robin.
"No we just happen to look exactly like him... yes we're his brothers. Im Keys, this is Kurt." Said Keys, sitting down on Steve's other side and running a hand through his hair.
"How come we didn't know about you?" Asked Dustin, curious.
"Pfft, we're a secret. No ones supposed to know we exist." Said Kurt "but Stevie bee got hurt so..." his smile fell instantly.
"So we're here" finished Keys.
It was that moment Steve began whimpering, pleading for help and that he worked for Scoops Ahoy.
Kurt whimpered, poking Steve's cheek "Stevie, steeevie wake up. Your having a bad dream."
"... Kurt?"
Kurt grinned, he changed moods so quickly it gave everyone else whiplash "the one and only. Mr Partypooper is here too."
He eeped as Keys shot him a deadpan look and swatted his head.
"Keys...kurt...what you.." Steve cut himself off by coughing, hiding his side in pain.
Both immediately stopped their antics, nothing but worry on their faces.
Steve was always the toughest of them all, the strongest and it hurt seeing their big little brother like this.
"It's okay" hummed Robin, managing to soothe Steve back to sleep.
Any distrust the brothers had of her vanished instantly at that.
Keys turned to them all, thoughtfully. "I heard this was from a fire... So do you mind telling me what really happened. Steve seems to like you all, so I'd hate to hurt you."
"But if your lying..." Said Kurt, in a sing song voice twirling his knife.
"It all started in 83"

I love Tumblr themes so much. It doesn't matter if it's on the official Tumblr page or just the #tumblr theme tag you can find some very passionate and impressive work - and also some peculiar choices. Here's some themes I'm obsessed with:
Chrome PDF Viewer - I have multiple questions that can be boiled down to "Why?" The title is very much literal. Who wanted this? Who asked for this and are they ok???
The Archive - Gaslighting your followers into thinking they're still on AO3. If your question is "Is there a Tumblr Ao3 Skin?" the answer is of course there is.
Cutout - A very nice simple theme. Unfortunately the first time I looked at it the only thing I could think of was a PowerPoint presentation and now I can't unsee it.
Cluster - The chaos incarnate of themes. This cannot be practical. -_-
HELLO YEAR 2000★ - The most 2005 theme I've ever seen, bless (that's the point)
Digital Pets! - Tamagochi. That's all.
retro arcade - The name says it all. Looks really cool.
CERIUM SCULPTOR'S SWEETHEART.TXT - So this theme... Is like 2010 teenage girl insanity but you're pretty sure the girl is not ok and neither are you after opening the blog. The Previews... Actually, the coder's blog itself...
NOT FOR SALE - I really need to know: Is this a "Mum sold me to a KPOP band" or a song reference? Either way, out of context this looks lowkey hilarious. Also it's not even a free theme which makes this even funnier somehow.
Rent's Due - Rent's due. (This is on the official Tumblr themes page and the coder is doing their best in the text to make the theme seem serious but a single look at the images undermines the whole effort.)

We finished our annual Run with the Wind rewatch last night, which is a series I love so intensely that if I had to recommend one anime to someone it would be this one. It clocks in at a cool 23 episodes, which makes it approachable, and it's so character-driven it doesn't matter if the premise sounds inherently interesting or not.
Do you love running? asks fourth-year university student Kiyose Haiji in the opening scene. If you don't, YOU WILL, as all of his roommates are about to find out, whether they want to or not (they do not).
It's based on a light novel by Miura Shion, who also wrote The Great Passage, which is a book (and anime series!) about writing a dictionary, which if you're like me will sell you on her instantly and if you are not might sell you on the premise that it's not the premise you need to be drawn to. The premise of Run with the Wind is the Hakone Ekiden: An annual, university marathon relay held up and down the mountains of Hakone just after New Years. Specifically, a 10-person college dorm that gets tricked/dragged/lovingly blackmailed into becoming an elite, 10-person marathon relay team.
Except most of the house aren't runners, and none of them wanted to be (except Haiji. Haiji's the one in the green. Can you tell?). They're law students and game show-loving job hunters; sun-starved otaku; coders who smoke; they're at the club; they're after girls; they have a girlfriend, actually; they are unassuming exchange students who like bathing in the dark and tuning into their friends' shoujo-style love lives; they are stealing 100 yen buns because they lost all their rent money in a single night of gambling.
Tumblr media
Run With the Wind comes with all the tropes (extreme underdog story! DESTINATION TRAINING CAMP! fireworks! bathhouses! shared meals! hurt/comfort! very questionable driving (is this a real trope? it is to me)! cute dog! extremely homosexual soliloquies! extremely polyamorous nakama! It's goofy and charming and incredibly grounded in all of the small details of its characters lives and passions and insecurities. It's philosophical without being pedantic, existential without being nihilistic, and it's pure in the sense of being genuine, pure in the sense of being about some weird dudes who are willing to be deeply weird and to witness each other's weirdness.
There's so much to love about this series: The little notes on the walls of their dorm; the personalizations of everyone's shoes and phones and clothes; the amount of mayo someone is willing to put on curry; the eyes of the taxi driver as people have an insane conversation in the backseat; the amount of shit that exists in piles in the halls of the dorm; the slopes of Hakone; the team cheer; the sound of a metal windmill, creaking in strong wind.
It makes us cry every single time. The world for the Aotake boys. <333 Plus, this year (2024) was the ONE HUNDREDTH RUNNING of the real Hakone Ekiden!
For additional recs, here's my favorite:
film "about" running - Atanarjuat (2001)
fanfic "about" running - Run, glasshoe (2009)
essay "about" running - Repetitive Stress, Devin Kelly (2021)

Employment Struggles
I'm going to do something shocking and use this as an actual blog post.
I am SO sick and tired of applying to jobs, only to be ignored completed, or even worse the interview is scheduled and then the role is filled before I can interview. Today the interview was cancelled a minute before the scheduled time. Then the person who would be interviewing me ignored me on email and phone.
I am mentally exhausted. I am broke all the time. I don't get unemployment because I've never been eligible for it. The only good thing about this is that I have full healthcare coverage and food stamps.
I am a medical assistant with experience, I am a certified professional medical coder with internship experience, I have experience in retail, yet I cannot even get a call back from McDonald's, let alone a good healthcare job.
I've considered becoming a behavioral health tech, but I just truly don't want to be hit/bitten at work. I also couldn't deal with the families of children disagreeing with a preset therapy plan while I'm physically stuck in their home. The other options I was looking at was security, or 911 dispatcher, but dispatch classes are few and far between into next year, and also expensive. And security can be dangerous.
At this point, being 30 and just defeated by how unsuccessful I am in life, I am considering going to a trade school. Like welding. Or automobile tech or something that is actually in demand. There is literally no other options for me and I'm literally five minutes outside of San Francisco. I am mildly considering an IT course, but tech is so unstable and unsafe while also being over saturated right now and I don't trust it. But then, you have to deal with stereotypical personalities in 'conservative' trade jobs too. The other risk is I spend time and money doing a trade school and then no one wants to hire me (like I've done twice now). I don't know what to do.
The trades I'm considering:
Electrician
Welder (part of machinist trade) (honestly this is most appealing to me)
Aircraft Maintenance Technology (Can't hurt with SFO next to me and their planes literally falling to pieces in the sky every week)
HVAC (still don't really understand what this job even is)
The guilt I'm feeling is that I am about to finish my BA in psychology next month, and I'm waiting to hear back from the two colleges I applied to for a Master's to become a therapist. If I get in to my top choice, that's $60k+ I'll need to fund. If I get into the state school, which is slim, that's likely covered by school loans, but I'll still want to make some kind of income for three years I'm in the program. If I don't get into either program, then my last choices are: work while getting med school pre-reqs done, or work while doing an online MFT program (which I really don't want to do an online only program but if it's accredited at the end of the day I don't care.) The online only school would also be $60k+ so I'd need to work regardless.
I'm feeling guilty too because I've never been the fanartist who can drop a new print and have thousands of followers want it. I can't make money that way. Commissions have always been my most lucrative offering as an artist, but it's often mentally very taxing. It's also unstable. I don't have a lot of followers to drum up a successful pays-my-rent-every-month Patreon, and with the way of algorithms and sites are these days, I likely won't ever. I'm not trying to complain for sympathy, but this is just how it's been for me.
I know it's stupid to feel guilty for things like this, but I just am in this nebulous space between being apparently unemployable while also not being unemployable enough to receive livable benefits while continuing job hunting.
So I guess I'm looking for opinions on trade professions. I'm trans, but I pass masc in public save for my voice really. I also am not the kind of person to wear pride pins or color my hair rainbow, which would draw attention that way. I'm not too concerned about mean people in a trade job, because honestly the rudest people I've worked with have been in healthcare anyway. And a trade job would mean no customer service positions/working with my hands, which requires little mental gymnastics.
Also pointless, but true, I keep thinking of Debbie in Shameless getting her welder certification after becoming a teen parent.
I guess the takeaway here is, I'm more willing to be hurt on the job by a machine mistake on my part than I am willing to be hurt by other people assaulting me (very real in healthcare jobs/security) while working.
What do you think?

after moving in together, saru works as a game designer to make a few bucks and unconscionably starts coding in characters that are very similar to yata, people start catching up to this and even point out how that one tiny red haired character is in almost every game and seems to be a favorite of the coder bc its always the cutest and hardest character to get
this eventually reaches yata when people start telling him he looks like this and that character from different games
Imagine most of them looking specifically like middle school Misaki, because that's the one Fushimi has the best memories of. Like right after they move in together they both start looking for work, even though the place they found is cheap they still need to pay rent and neither one wants to depend on their parents for it (Yata because he knows his parents have enough to deal with, Fushimi because what parents). Fushimi obviously isn't going to take a job that requires him to, like, talk to people or interact with other humans or anything like that so he looks for freelance coding jobs. He gets a temp job working on an indie game and part of his duties involve some character designing. This isn't something Fushimi is particularly passionate about, maybe say they gave him some design sheets to work from but he's told if he wants to add in like his own designs for harder to get characters go ahead. Fushimi has no idea what to make, he's not the kind of person who looks at other people or thinks about designs much, and that's when Yata walks in from working his own job, smiling as he waves the cash he got for doing skateboard deliveries, and Fushimi suddenly finds himself making his next character a redhead on a skateboard.
After this Fushimi makes 'Yata' characters pretty often, like anytime he gets the chance to design a character of his own it's some variant of Misaki (imagine one time he gets tapped to work on an idol game featuring all girls and that's how the game ends up with a red-haired tomboy idol who turns out to be unexpectedly popular). Obviously this stops once he starts working at S4 but the games are still out there and his characters like belong to the game companies so some of the successful ones get sequels and the Yata character is in there. Yata doesn't play a lot of these games – or he's not good enough to get the really hard-to-get characters – so he has no idea about any of this until Bandou sees a picture of Yata in middle school and is like hey you look like my favorite idol character. Yata's like huh and Bandou's like now that I think about it there are a couple video game characters that look like you it's strange. He shows Yata pictures and imagine Yata's kinda weirded out, like how did this happen. It's not until years later post-ROK that he mentions this to Fushimi, who suddenly gets quiet and sullenly calls him an idiot, like didn't you look at the designers. Yata wonders what he means and looks it up, sputtering as he realizes that Saruhiko was the one behind it all along and he doesn't know if he's flattered or what (well, he's mostly flattered, except for the idol character because what the hell Saruhiko you didn't have to make me a girl).

okay everyone, please hear me out: dreambur age swap sugar daddy au.
dream as this really talented coder in his mid to late twenties, ceo of his own it company that he founded only a few years ago but is already allowing him to earn millions.
and wilbur, a bit younger and just out of university with a degree in music and no prospects for a job that gives him the chance to do anything with it. to afford rent for the apartment he shares with his friends tommy and niki, he works as a barista during the day and performs at little cafés and pubs at night.
during one of these nights, dream is out with his co-workers and friends, karl and sapnap, and notices the guy with the amazing voice and the pretty face playing on the little makeshift stage. he's instantly interested, and when wilbur's done and sits down at the bar for a moment, dream strikes up a conversation.
they're both a bit shocked by how well they get on; dream surprised that someone like wilbur would talk to a suit-wearing, stuck-up looking guy like him while wilbur struggles with the idea that such an attractive older man is showing an interest in what he has to say.
he feels so comfortable that he eventually tells dream about his financial struggles and how he wishes he could focus more on his music. and dream doesn't even think twice before offering to help him.
of course, wilbur is skeptical at first, knowing that something like that could come with conditions he's not alright with. but dream genuinely just wants to support this talented musician he just met, and in the end, wilbur says yes. they exchange numbers and promise to meet up soon to work out an agreement.
what they settle on is easy: they meet two or three times a week, wilbur showing dream new songs and things he's been working on, and in return, dream pays his rent, food, and necessities, allowing wilbur to shorten his work hours (he insisted on keeping his job to not be completely dependent on dream).
their meetings start out like planned; strictly music related and in public places. but slowly, they grow closer and closer, moving from coffee shops to dream's penthouse and allowing their conversations to shift from songwriting to more personal stuff, dream telling wilbur about how he grew up in poverty and how one of the main reasons for why he built his company was to give his family a better life. and in turn, wilbur opens up about his fear of never reaching his goals and how scared he is of his music not being good enough.
over hours spent laughing and crying together, they fall in love with each other.
and neither tells the other.
because dream is worried that wilbur is only going to pretend to reciprocate his feelings so he doesn't lose dream's money. because wilbur doesn't want to pressure dream into giving him more than he already does.
and the thing that brought them together in the beginning might be what tears them apart now.

Needs of Website Development for a Business.
If your company hasn't done website development yet, it should start right away. Having a very planned and streamlined site can assist you with expanding deals, further developing brand mindfulness, and making areas of strength for a base.
With a good website, your business can compete with the big names in search engine results. Your business stands a much better chance of competing with them because of this.
Tumblr media
1. Increased Sales.
A company's global marketing efforts can be aided by its website. Not only is this a great way to reach more people, but it also helps build trust and improve relationships with customers.
Your sales can significantly increase with a website that is well-designed and optimized. This is because having good website development can help you rank higher in search engines and, more importantly, get more people to buy from you.
However, the effectiveness of a website is only as good as its design and functionality. As a result, it's critical to work with a web development company that understands how to improve your site and increase sales.
2. Increased Brand Awareness.
In this digital age, having an online platform to promote your goods and services is essential. This will increase brand awareness. Businesses fall behind their rivals if they do not have an efficient website.
A company's audience's familiarity with its visual assets, reputation, culture, and values is measured by brand awareness. It helps you build trust in your brand, which makes customers more loyal and keeps them coming back.
Expanded brand mindfulness likewise implies clients are bound to purchase from a specific brand. That can mean large things for your business - and it's a shared benefit for the two players.
Partnering with thought leaders, working with bloggers, and optimizing your website for search engines are all ways to increase brand awareness. However, knowing what works best for your intended audience is the first step.
3. Expanded Consumer loyalty.
At the point when a business needs to draw in additional clients, the web can help. It is essential to make it simple for potential customers to learn more about your products and services on your website, which is the first thing they see.
It's likewise vital to be accessible to respond to questions and address any issues rapidly. Customers may be reminded by this that you are a real person and not a machine, which can help to build trust.
Having a site likewise implies that you'll have the option to follow consumer loyalty information. You will be able to evaluate and improve your customer service as a result of this.
4. Increased Customer Loyalty.
A premium website can make a big difference in a small business's success by increasing customer loyalty. It will make you more competitive with larger businesses and boost your conversion rates.
Your website will be easy to use and find if you work with a reputable web development company. Customers will be more likely to return to your website and make additional purchases as a result of this.
If they were pleased with their experience, loyal clients will also recommend your business to their friends and family. This can get a good deal on showcasing and administration costs.
5. Increased Customer Engagement.
One of the most important requirements for a business when developing a website is increased customer engagement. This is because content customers are more likely to continue using the brand and to spread the word about it via social media and other channels of word-of-mouth.
Interacting with your customers across all relevant touchpoints—online, offline, and in-store—is an ongoing process known as customer engagement. This includes interactions with your marketing, customer service, website, and content teams.
A high level of customer engagement indicates content customers, so it is important to keep an eye on it. This can be accomplished by looking at how frequently and for how long your customers typically use your products or services.

Sims 4: B 4 Real
I made a Sims 4: 4 Rent Expansion Pack What-I-Wish-It-Was Wishlist because even though the bar is in hell as far as the Sims 4 Team is involved, it's fun to imagine what the pack could've been, what features could've been added blah-blah-blah.
I've seen the Release Trailer, the "Gameplay" Trailer, the "Livestream", and absorbed as much EA Creator Network content as I can handle... and it's meh-to-yikes (MWS 2). So....
Tumblr media
RENTING
Not mad at what they did. This is exactly how I, in my dumb-dumb non-coder brain, figured that they could've made working apartments HOWEVER they could've added a better screening process, moreso accepting tenants to apply for the apartment rather than outright accepting them.
The application process could've given the player the ability to accept tenants sight unseen OR given them the ability to screen traits, wealth, or if they have a job with the possibility of getting sued for housing discrimination.
On the other end, if you're playing generationally you can apply for an apartment, pay the application fee, look around, meet the landlord, and/or get rejected because it's your first apartment and your Sim Score is non existent.
All the gameplay I've seen so far, I actually like as far as the water heater and fuse box, mold, and infestation, and all the events. I also like that you can experience all those issues in a regular residential. (RIP Plumbros you've been incorporated?)
I do wish they would've gone back and updated Elevators and allowed a High-End Apartment experience such as Building Maids, Doormen, Receptionist, a basement Irwin, etc.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL LOTS
This would've actually shocked me and 100% made the pack worth it, if they'd given us both the ability to make apartments and make a bar beneath me.
The Multifunctional lot would've worked the exact same way and allowed for storefront RENTALS (but I imagine this would make GTW useless to those who only use the Retail system)
WORLD
9 lots!? BFFR.
:Conspiracy Theory Side Rant: I think they had planned for water lots. The bottom of that map is wayyyy too empty both in world and in world view. I think they hit a snag in coding and instead of delaying to figure it out they scrapped water lots and pushed out this pack and that's why we also can't build on the waterfront lot in Sulani. Nothing can sway me. :End:
It's a pretty... empty world. I wish there was less set dressing and more lots. The cave isn't nearly as cool as the one in Horse Ranch and I could do without it. It really just punched home all the rabbitholes (like seriously Sims 4: For Rabbitholes) and I don't even dislike rabbitholes. I wanted more rabbitholes in Growing Together and less in this pack.
CULTURE
I'm not SEA but I love broad representation, so I love the new dances, love the squat toilet, the food, the night market, the fish market. I just wish there was more! To be exact 10 more, but I'll detail 3.
MY NUMBER ONE WISH - the Animal Sanctuary - imagine the same shell but when you click on it you have the options for a guided Tiger Tour (the current system more or less, popups and all) and an Elephant Walk where it takes you to a TIMED HIDDEN LOT EVENT (also what happened to hidden lots) with elephants that will walk around with the possibility of being drenched in mud, feed them a banana, wave, etc (nothing too crazy as even in a video game I want to remain ethical... to animals) Also would've been a great opportunity for EA to partner with an ethical animal sanctuary and spread awareness. One animal I would've been content. Two. Three. EA would've blown my mind. Imagine the First Person POV in-game and those Safari Cars driving in the BG.
Tumblr media
MY NUMBER TWO WISH - Surfing (child+ in water, toddler+ training)- I'm still awed by how we didn't get surfing with Island Living and now with this golden second opportunity they didn't give it to us once again! It would work like this: an invisible marker (in live mode) that we place in Build/Buy and when we click on the water we'd get the option to practice surfing. Waves won't simulate without the marker, they'd go through the surfing animations depending on skill level, and the marker could even designate where the sim would pop up after they wash out. This could be its own fleshed out thing with surf training in water and on land, playable lifeguard, surf competitions/career, injuries, but I would've taken just surfing.
MY NUMBER THREE WISH - Muay Thai - as an activity (child+) AND apart of a Fighter career. I'll never expect an active Fighter career from EA as that's too many animation cycle possibilities for them for some reason but could've been a great opportunity to give us Boxing 2.0 and become full-time World Class Fighter.
Quick 4-10
4. Boats! Group boats! Tour boats (even as a rabbithole, might as well go all in if you're going to give them to us)
5. River rafting (just more water activities would've been great)
6. Sunken ship hidden lot (deep diving to a hidden lot) / more snorkeling spots (though I understand snorkeling is a draw in for IL)
7. Hiking (I know we've gotten hiking essentially in the last two EPs but this would've been a great EP for it and/or give us a climbing mountain experience like in SE... but green)
8. Harvestables - tea, spices, fruit.
9. A TukTuk Tour (cute to say and if we only got one rabbithole this would've been fun for my tourist sims)
10. Botanical Garden. At the bottom b/c even EA didn't care enough about this. Seriously, no new flowers?
Secret 11. Night Market Worker, would've been nice if the reason a night market stall was empty was because you could come up and work it, sell at it like any other selling table or have it be its own job.
SPEAKING OF SECRETS.
Breaking and Entering to snoop through a Sims things when I can do it through multiple different interaction is cucking me and I don't like that. Just give me burglars. Or update the Klepto trait to not have a cooldown (sure, there are mods for this but EA shouldn't depend on modders to give us something they're teasing)
In that same vein CONSEQUENCES, I don't want my sim to just get into a fight. Arrest them. Send them to jail. Give me some cross pack combability with GTW and let me use that lot for once to report theft and/or give me NPC Cops to fight instead.
And my biggest gripe so far, for a pack that I haven't personally played, are the SECRETS themselves. I hate how much EA infantilizes its players while simultaneously being the same game with a plant that eats people and a murder apartment. The secrets, which are a fun mechanic, just seem so blah. Not only because they also seem random but they're also just... childish. (I get T for Teen, but I feel like most of the player base are adults) Give me SPICY SIM SECRETS: who's having an affair, who's faked their death, who has a literal skeleton in their closet, who's embezzled money, who's proudly the weekend (Also a great mechanic to make their occult states a secret) ! Make the blackmail worth it and make it more than $100 dollars. If a Landgraab has a secret love child out there and I find out they're wiring me 10k a week for life, at least. If I can't have consequences, give me hot tea! Also sure, I could keep their secret but also let me gossip about it to other people and get in a fight because I didn't keep their secret. It's a good game mechanic but it's a wasted opportunity.
MISCELLANEOUS: and this is nitpicking but I would've wanted an animation of the child drawing out the hopscotch and marble circle instead of one you just put down in Build/Buy. Other than that I love having more things for them to do and the collection system for marbles but I want more marbles.
Okay, off to watch Kdramas. I will post regular game screenshots... eventually. I'm prepping for Joy of Life. It's my first real generational challenge (2nd challenge overall, I got to baby 79 in 100 baby before I just stopped)

Bullshit.
You aren’t entitled to your techno-utopian post-scarcity “everything is free, and anyone who wants money in exchange for a service is a disgusting capitalist” world yet. Not until the people who provide you such services — from startups to big companies to coders and artists and writers — still live in a non-utopian world where things like servers and bandwidth and rent and food actually cost money.
If you dickhead cheapskates won’t pay for stuff, people will quit making it. Don’t blame them when it happens.
PS: Double bullshit points to anyone who goes along with this, and then whines about their own art or writing being ripped off by others. Hypocrites.
you know the drill, op disabled reblogs etc etc etc
