Wandering Warden AU

So, this is purely a self indugent story idea that I don't have the time or energy to make into a full fic, but I'd be open to receiving asks about it.

So, this is partially inspired by that one post about Ingo having a working arcphone and posting on social media about his adventures in Hisui while Emmet and the rest of the poke-world watches on in major concern. But, instead it's Akari and her arcphone doing that. Ingo does become a repeated feature guest, mostly because the chat loves him. Some information is redacted for magical, timeline stability, plot reasons, so people can't just tell Ingo who he is.

Now here's where the real AU starts, that was just flavoring. Once the post game is finished and arceus is captured, it agrees to send both Akari and Ingo home. Also, Lady Sneasler joins Ingo, because do not separate these two, that's her warden, thank you very much. And to be fair, it does send them farther into the future and out of hisui... but not far enough.

They land in the 1920s era of Kalos. Separated from each other! Like, dude, arceus! How are you this inaccurate! While I don't have many ideas for hijinx regarding Akari, I have plenty for Ingo.

First off, Ingo's memory starts improving with the more familiar technology and attitude towards pokemon, but it's very very spotty. He thinks he was raised by a dragon? Or maybe that was a sibling? He's about 65% confident that the man in whites name is Subway. That's the most confident he is in any name.

Like, he has a pile of names, and a pile of concepts of memories of people, and Reshiram help him, the two won't connect in his brain.

So, he starts researching and trying to find legendary or mythical pokemon to get him home. But uh, 1. Extinct variation of sneasler is very much beside him and very much unwilling to stay in a pokeball. 2. Having the ability to make pokeballs that aren't in any way tracked or registered is not looked kindly upon by any government body that is doing that. 3. Having the ability to make pokeballs that aren't in any way tracked or registered is something every crime syndicate would like to learn how to do.

As the heat intensified on him (metaphorically), he needed to lay low. So, he gets a bunch of fabric and covers Lady Sneasler from head toe, addressing her only as Lady S in public.

As for him, well, he actually didn't have one picked out, but as he stumbled into the next town (escaping another crime syndicate, thank Reshiram that they're all very local), he encounters someone in a white conductor hat. And when they ask his name, he said "Emmet". No idea why, but it feels really right to say? Maybe it's his middle name? But, apparently the person they met is The Social Butterfly and introduced him as Emmet to literally every person in town and by the time they've gone through at least 5, Ingo just accepts the fact that his fake name is Emmet now.

And. He makes some friends in this town, so he hunkers down there for a while longer than normal. Namely, a local celebrity singer with a lot of bird+electric pokemon that Ingo continually keeps accidentally calling Skyla (if he sees the bird pokemon first) or Elsa (if he sees the fashion first). He doesn't consciously realize why he's calling her those two names, BTW.

Anyway, there's no train station here and he does need money so he kind of accidentally(ish) ends up a private investigator for a month? Apparently being able to pick out and follow a person in a crowd combined with hisui survival skills make for an excellent tailing ability. Unfortunately, everything catches up again eventually and he has to keep moving.

Luckily, the next stop is a Circus! The ring master is a bit of a Shady character, but they need a conductor so they can become a traveling Circus. Oh? A person who can instinctively drive a train like he's been doing it every day of his life? Hired! Oh, yah, sure you can bring this Lady S along too.

This is where Arkri and Ingo meet up again. At the Circus, where Ingo is still going by Emmet. Arkri almost has a heart attack (and in the not-so-distant future, so is Emmet, as Arkri streams the reunion), but Ingo thankfully explains.

At this point, Ingo has collected enough evidence and whispers of memories to conclude that he's from Unova. Namely, every. Single. Person. In. The. Circus. Comments on how thick of a Unova accent he has. That and looking through some of the pokemon from there jog small bits of memories. ("Too many" he says when he sees the picture of a Joltic)

Uhh... something something, probably all the crime syndicate people coming together to try and get Ingo, the circus standing by Ingo (also having kicked out the old corrupt ring master by now and kinda following Ingo's lead, he's a very good boss ringleader), and they steal a plane owned by pokemon smugglers to go to Unova.

(Nobody knows that they were planning to steal a plane until a new stream starts. Ingo and Akari are sitting against a metal wall and there's a droning noise in the background. Akari looks over at Ingo and asks "Did we really just steal a plane?"

Ingo: "From smugglers, yes. Yes, we did."

Chat: *loses their minds*

So, uh, not sure what pokemon they encounter in Unova that helps them, but finally. After all the trials they've faced. All the stress and struggle. All the effort put into getting back home. They finally make it to the correct time.

*stream starts and points to a sign that Ingo reads out loud in his Train Conductor Voice* "Today is the xxth of [month], 20xx. Welcome to Alola."

*camera points to the very done expression on Ingo's face* "You'd think legendary pokemon would be a little more accurate."

So what happens to something that gets pruned already in the Void (in my Storytlr AU)? Does it just respawn on the spot like a Jumanji character? Or a Pokemon?? can it be guided/interrupted by timeslipping tethered by an aural extractor? or some kind of homing beacon ala the little whatsit thingie in S2E1 ---remember Tempads work in the Void, so it’s not like “TVA tech doesn’t function right in the Void” is a valid plot device (because the show did such a good job with The Science Of Things -_- ANYWAY feels like something some idiot (looking at you, Loki) would do living person tests on prematurely bc rEaSoNs

Pokemon AU: Lewis's Sprigatito

Here's more of my Pokémon AU bios while you wait for the next chapter of Pokémon AU!

Lewis met Sprigatito in Chapter 2. She was tangled into some bushes and the young boy rushed to save her. Afterwards the grass-type started to follow the group. In Chapter 4, Lewis finds out Sprigatito was following them and tries to catch her.

Before he could catch her, Sprigatito went through trauma prior to meeting the group. Turns out, she has a love of preforming and dancing, but has bad case of Stage Fright. This stage fright is why her previous trainer abandoned/released her as they were supposed to perform together, but Sprigatito’s Stage Fright got the best of her causing this to happen. These memories caused her to escape and run off. After hearing the story, Lewis decides to go after her with the help of Oddity and the group.

After saving Sprigatito from Team Rocket, she ended up joining Lewis’s team and stays out of her Pokeball from time to time. From there she bonds well with Lewis, and he sees her as his little star.

Her old trainer was (REDACTED), however they do regret releasing Sprigatito. This will be touched upon the chapter.

When she senses someone is stressed she allows them to touch her paws, which still releases a relaxing aroma. She also releases that aroma when she’s happy by tapping her paws.

In battle, she showcases dance moves and preforming abilities when using attacks or dodging.

At some point she’ll wear star accessories. Mainly a ribbon with a star in the middle and a star bracelet.

She loves to leave forehead kisses on Lewis's head and using her tongue to brush his hair like what real cats do sometimes.

She suffers from panic attacks, this will happen later in the series, but if she does hurt Lewis or sees things that remind her of her old trainer she feels sad and scared. Especially if she hurts Lewis thinking he’ll abandon her.

The Gods of the world of kaijumoprhs.

Much like the world of Pokémon has it's legendries; the world of Kajiumorpha has it's own set of gods known as the "Wild Gods"

the wild gods are divided amongst themselves in a caste system, which is based on power and age of the god.

The first are the Primordial titans. The three primordials are ancient beings are the supreme rulers of the world of beasts. The trio consists of Vastaron the Death of the old (bear-like creature on top), Nadurr the Birth of the new (sauropod-like creature on left), and Arthroaeros the winds of change. (Bug creature on right). With Vastaron being most well known for wiping out the old kingdoms pre-Kalos war earth.

The second Caste are the are known as “The Primordial Dragons”. These dragons are considered the link between Humans, Pokemon, Beast, and Kaijumorph alike. With the exception that is Eternatus, the other dragons are benevolent to some degree in some way or another. The members include Eternatus, Zygarde, Ozymandigon, [REDACTED], and Necrozma.

The next group are called “the Beast of the three moons” are the collective gods of the Were-beasts. Heralds of the wild hunt, they represent the five types of forms that were-beasts can take (Mammalian, avian, reptilian, draconian, and amphibian.) . The members of this group include: Fenrir the beast, Icarus the avian, Fafnir the Wyrm, Gorgos the saurian, and Lindworm the newt.

The other group are considered miscellaneous gods. They tend to be not as powerful as the others mentioned and their titles are only passed down or taken by someone. They haven’t been known to venture out of the world of beasts and simply enjoy their homes and lives. Examples of these lesser gods include: Gigalonyx: god of burrowing, Merovern and Mirowyrm: twin goddesses of war and peace, Carnifex: god of gryphons, and Tauron: god of herding megafauna.

Ohoho music is actually kinda relevant to this au. I've made all the turtles/april musically talented so you can bet they'd enjoy listening to music! Funnily enough I haven't quite thought of what they'd listen to outside of Donnie until now, but here we go!

Raph has two modes. Hard rock and Japanese city pop and he prefers one over the other depending on what he's currently doing

Leo loves rock/pop and specifically from the early 2000s. Think cascada, lady Gaga, Britney Spears etc. He can and will sing the entirety of Bad romance

Donnie likes all the 80s hits. But he also loves anything with a strong beat like techno, eurobeat, disco. He and Mikey have "their song" and it's deja vu by initial d

Mikey won't say he has a favorite genre but his most listened to songs are EDM and hip hop. He likes listening to lofi when he draws.

April goes through genre phases so it's hard to pinpoint her fav. She shared a similar taste in music with Leo when she first met the turtles. Right now she's going through an indie rock phase

AAAAAND to answer the lore question. Yes I have lore for pretty much every side character now minus the crabs. I try to stay as close to canon as possible but make it pokemon. So draxum still creates the turtles but as "the ultimate Pokemon" through morally questionable means in order to get rid of the human threat that will "destroy [redacted] kind". He kinda goes full Dr. Fuji/Mewtwo. He's responsible for mutating a lot of characters into pokemon mutants. Draxum himself is not a mutant. He is a pokemon...sorta. I'll get into that in a different post cuz this is getting long but I go full headcanon/pokemon fan game mode with this one. Uhhh but his goyles, huginn and muninn are actual pokemon (that can speak) and they're both sableye!

Repo Mantis is pretty close to canon. He has a Meowth and gets mutated into either a Scyther or Scizor mutant. I haven't settled on which one but I've designed both options.

And mayhem. I am gonna do my best to give justice to mayhem. Yes, Mayhem will be April's partner pokemon! But mayhem considers April "his pet human". He can't speak but he has human intelligence. I'm gonna hold back on his pokemon species for now since I'm still trying to decide some things with him, but just know this pokemon is incredibly smart. Like rottmnt, he works as an agent for tmnp's version of the hidden city.

3. In your RBB Pokemon AU, How is Tanqr ever related to the villain group?

4. In the RBB Pokemon AU, What is the name of the region where the AU is gonna take place? Is it still Robloxia or no?

5. In your RBB Pokemon AU, how in the world did Kreek became an elite four? He must have been really powerful.

6. In your RBB Pokemon AU, Will we ever get an custom battle gimick exclusive to the region on where the RBB Pokemon AU takes place?

I really hope answering lots of questions on the Pokemon AU motivates me to work on the drawings for it again, lol.

Q1, 2 + 3: I'm putting these in the same group because the answer to the first two questions is no, the reason being Question 3. Tanqr is not a villain, nor is he part of the villainous group - he's wholly a good guy, just a little mysterious. He's related to it in the same way Russo is related to the villainous group - in a sort of punny way.

Q4: Yep! You can find the map of it here.

Q5: Well, Kreek used to be the Top Champion of Robloxia before Tanqr beat him out. He is an incredibly skilled Pokemon battler, having practiced it for most of his life (as opposed to Tanqr's seemingly natural talent). He just happened to get overtaken - but he's still the leader of the Elite 4, and a tough challenge for any prospective battler.

Q6: Yes! It is called Metalysis, and you can find Professor Boringsworth's notes on it here. (It's basically Terastallisation but with a different aesthetic.)

Q7: Nope. He's simply a member of the Elite 4 - if he had more time to train and more confidence in himself, he probably could've become Champion, but he didn't. Still, he and Bella are the youngest members of the Robloxian Pokemon League to this day. The closest character to Ash would be you, the Battler. (To note: The RBB Pokemon AU is closer to the structure of the games, not the anime.)

Q8: For the sake of simplicity, yes. In practice, most likely not, but because I'm the author and I don't want to figure out timeline things, yes. You get the gist.

Q9: As Russo said, and as I outlined here, he wields / is the concept of Truth itself. The items, to him, simply enhance his already existing powerset. That's basically god-adjacent, right? He started off mortal, hence 'adjacent'.

I tend to refer to them as 'demi-gods' in my notes. Hence [REDACTED]'s reaction to him. (Disclaimer: the redaction is not a spoiler for things yet to come - the chapter I am referring to is already posted.)

BLSMP itself isn't an AU in the traditional sense - it's canon divergence. So basically, anything I say about my take on the 'canon' versions of the cast applies to BLSMP as well (as long as it's pre-Season 3).

Q10: All Pokemon AU human characters are, well, human.

I take it that Izuku having the past holders' quirks will be because of having AFO in your AU, even if it takes a while for everyone to come to that conclusion? Also, since OFA enhances the quirks of its holders both past and present, how do you feel about Izuku being able to evolve, regress (assuming he gets his hands on a quirk that has had an evolution) and copy any quirk he's holding? Is that something that could happen?

Oh yeah the whole thing of getting the holders' Quirks is because he's subconsciously reaching into the Quirk and pulling them out himself. Everyone is fucking confused by this until we get a situation where they discover the AfO thing and it all clicks.

As for how OfA enhances Quirks it's.... it's a little funky because it's not.

When Izuku takes someone else's Quirk, it doesn't get combined into OfA. It stays separate in him. This is useful because it makes it easy to give the Qurik back without effecting OfA. (Though he can't separate the other OfA Quirks and give them to someone either)

So OfA has no effect on the Quirks he takes because they're not combined in.

Izuku could take someone's Quirk and train it up for them (think how the Pokemon daycare works), but he wouldn't want to do that because giving someone a Quirk whose power is at a greater level than the person using it is capable of can be a Problem™ for example *gestures to how OfA itself broke Izuku's bones before he figured out how to use percentages of it* and *gestures to [REDACTED] who has issues handling their Quirk because the person before them trained it up so much*.

So he's probably not going to do that.
