This past weekend I was lucky enough to meet Hikazio (Touchstarved's business dev<3)

She told me that the developers share fanart in their discord server, and seeing all the love and affection that fans have for the game helps to motivate them and give them energy 💕it's really amazing to think that they've possibly seen so many of the beautiful fanart pieces that I've seen myself!

She was SO nice and I'm really grateful she took the time to talk with me for a little while ^.^

So this is the Leander result for the official Valentine’s Day LI quiz. I think it gives…a lot of insight.

1. Leander’s attempts to kill Ais are all fun and games “until they’re not” according to his relationship chart. And I think we can see how the conditions under which they are not can be achieved.

2. Leander hunts for your opinions on the other LI’s and talks them down if you like them, something unique to his solo time at the end of the demo.

3. When Ais offers to buy you the drink he promised as repayment for scaring you, Leander is VERY insistent he both make and pay for your drink instead.

4. Leander needs therapy.

5. He’s my fav lil mystery weirdo man.

Monsters Dancing with Monsters

(Happy birthday Mhin!!! Tho this is technically a Kuras x GN!Reader fic, but Mhin's part is at the beginning, so kinda cheating....... anyway i hope you enjoy :D)

Also this prompts the question:

What kind of dances do you think the TS lads would specialize in?

Maybe it’s something in the air that has them feeling weightless.

But it’s probably something to do with the alcohol their system.

It’s making them feel freer.

Bolder too.

How they managed to get Mhin reluctantly dancing on the floor with would forever be a mystery to a more sobered version of themself, but one they will indulge in fully for as long as their pale-haired friend will humor them for.

They glide around in simple tango, or what can just barely be considered a tango, thanks to Mhin’s measured and steady guidance.  A small part of them laments the fact that they very well would have gotten the opportunity to experience the unknown dance prowess of their friend apparently has had they been less wobbly on their feet, but they are admittedly too pleasantly buzzed to frankly give a damn.

The pair of them weren’t the only ones at the bar today. 

They glance towards the crowd against the bar.

A chanced look, spying over horn and ears has them locking eyes with familiar eyes.  The doctor greets them with a soft look and a curled smile, touched with warmth and possibly affection? (At least they’d like to think so.) 

It has them laughing and swinging a dismayed Mhin harder.

A careless step has the both of them near tumbling, had it not been for slender, deft hands wrapping around them.  They drape both arms over their partner’s shoulders, clinging and laughing to a cringing Mhin before burying their face into the crook of their dance partner’s shoulder.  The pair settles into a slow sway. They feel the alchemist ease slightly once they find a comfortable rhythm, muttering soft complaints and scolding words with little heat.  They giggle against Mhin’s neck.....

Thought process below!

Kuras: ok, I feel like kuras is the biggest heavy hitter stat wise. Given that he's literally an angel, my guess is that he is very very strong. He also is hundreds of years old and is experienced with healing and .. politics? Certainly knowledge about Eridia. That means that he gets high wisdom too. Moderate useless facts because I'm sure that he's picked up plenty of info during his years in the mortal realm, but he also doesn't care about a lot of things so it can't be higher. Self loathing to the max bc he either hates what he did to get him trapped on Earth, or hates that he got caught. Obviously things didn't go according to plan for him, so luck is moderate.

Vere: he's a bit harder bc he's chained, so that limits him. I debated putting his strength at a three, as he's pretty limited, but he's also a very impressive killer - possibly more so than a regular "human" killer- or else the Senobium wouldn't find him as useful. He's afraid of Kuras's true form, and so to me that says he's weaker. Despite all of his teasing and jokes, he knows a lot of things and has a good read on the world, so his wisdom should be pretty high imo. Useless facts are moderate because he has very narrow things that he enjoys learning about (sex, music, tea..). He loves himself but I also think bitterly rues the day that he was caught, so moderate self loathing. He strikes me as fairly lucky inherently- he just pushes things further and further because of his personality, which overwhelms his natural luck.

Ais: TBH I feel like vere and Ais are comparable strength, and Ais and Leander are comparable strength, so .. they all end up at 4?^^; as they're all weaker than Kuras but stronger than Mhin. For luck- it's honestly a gamble about whether Ais made a huge mistake and doomed his gang (unlucky) OR - Sacrificed them somehow, landed a deal with a God, and now has a lot of cult followers(more lucky). Wisdom- pretty low. Ais seems to have some intuition but seems more focused on fighting first and asking questions later. Self loathing is low-i feel like he's accepted himself and the choices he's made, though in the past he may have deeply regretted them. Facts- he finds it endearing when others tell him about facts, but doesn't care about them himself and even when others tell him, he enjoys how animated they get, rather than the actual facts.

Leander: without his magic, I'd place his strength at a three. But given that his magic allows him to withstand MC's curse (and make flowers !!woot) it brings his strength up to a four^^. I feel like he is SO LUCKY because 1) he was born into wealth and power, and got a good education 2) due to his scars and rebirth icons, may have survived death, which is prettty lucky if you ask me. Wisdom- he has a good sense of how people think and act, but not that much wisdom past that. Self loathing- I think Leander thinks he's hot shit LOL Useless facts - Leander strikes me as the type of person who's always remembering details other people tell him (and seeking out more info) so that he can form connections, get to know people and get more power. He's also formally educated and probably had rich people tutoring growing up. So, useless facts is pretty high!

Okey so, i have some thoughts about the lore, specially about the MC bc damn! I am still thrilled about being able to chose ur backstory

The Alchemist - we know that your adoptive mother, or master as u call her, was once part of the senobium as u saw her old uniform in her closet once. We also know she didn't locked u down and that she did teach u about magic and history. U know that Eridia was a river territory and what erotion looks like. And u can distinguish a surgeon ability, even pointing it out to Mhin (a choice u don't get if u are not an alchemist)

The Hound - I don't have much information from this one. U know about geography, how to steal and u don't mind sleeping under the sky. U can distinguish between a good leader and a bad one. Ur instinct is sharp.

The Unnamed - U grow in a temple, ur superiors told u you could allow your beloved access a higher plane of knowledge, something similar to mindgroup (sorry don't remember how it was called).

It's interesting bc this sects pops up no matter what past u chose. And! Because of our curse, we are not human but neither monsters...

Now, about the place.

The Senobium - we know, bc of the Alchemist past, that the new senobium (the one how does experiments) is at least one generation old. I don't know if your masters personality/liking of experiment was the cause or consecuence to be part of the Senobium (she can perhaps be older who knows) but sound right enough. The senobium have to be, at least, a generation older with this new way of carrying things so it's settled enough to be normal for the people of the city but new to a new comer (thinking tht information doesn't spread fast)

Seaspring - If we chose the unnamed past we can make an resemblance between kura's clinic and Seaspring. Kura's said he was in Seaspring once and then he didn't want to talk about it... Perhaps he created it? Or he just was involved in some way? Try to used or investigate about it as a new treatment? Something more?

And the difference between species, like, we know thanks to Vere that we are not human neither a monster, and also what are exactly the souless??

At first i though monsters and souless were kinda the same but I still don't know the difference. Perhaps the souless have an animal type of intelligence rather than a human like? Since the souless that follow us enter the city... That's not very intelligent to me... And the way Ais tamed them makes me think of animals. And naturally the monsters have an human kind of intelligence... But they can also eat souless? Ugh I don't know.

The next thing I am gonna say is just a theory, i think perhaps monsters are born that way but souless are made? Idk, maybe I am overthinking it xdd
