Touchstarved Characters as Ballet Antagonists

Because I've been watching ballets lately, for the heck of it, I decided to combine ballet and Touchstarved together! >:D These choices are mainly based off of pure vibes--

Mhin as Rothbart (Swan Lake)

Would you let Mhin turn you into a swan??

The bird associations with these two (Mhin turns into a crow monster while Rothbart is an owl sorcerer) helped sell me on this one :']

Leander as the Mouse/Rat King (The Nutcracker)

Honestly?? I don't have much reason for this other than that Leander being a Rat King would be really funny,, :')

Although, the Mouse/Rat King does have attributes that I think Leander would pull off really well, like humour, charm, and being menacing-

Vere as Carabosse (Sleeping Beauty)

Though Carabosse is female, I have seen her portrayed by both men and women! Vere could totally pull off a drag queen look-

That, and both Vere and Carabosse Slay™ /lh

Sen as Myrtha (Giselle)

I think Sen would pull off that haunted look Myrtha has,, Not to mention that they both share a desire for vengeance-

I'm not 100% sure who Kuras, Ais, or Elyon could be-- I did consider Ais being the Mouse/Rat King, but for a completely different reason than Leander- Ais would think being a rat would be hilarious while Leander wanted to be the Nutcracker but ended up being cast as the Rat King instead- /lh Do you guys have any thoughts or opinions? :0

Weapons I could see the TouchStarved LIs using

Leander - scythe. I know Leander has his dagger and magic, but I just feel like a scythe fits.

Mhin - crossbow. They use a dagger, but before I knew that, I was thoroughly convinced they would be using a crossbow.

Vere - urumi. Like Mitsuri's sword in Demon Slayer. Pink and everything. (even tho he has his weird archery style gloves and has also mimed stabbing as if using a dagger)

Kuras - spear or lance. Though he probably uses raw physical strength and/or magic.

Ais - brass knuckles or a war hammer. But I don't see Ais as a weapons guy really.

Sen - great axe. There's just a barbarian style going on to me.

Elyon - bladed fans. Kinda like Kitana's in Mortal Kombat.

Is Elyon a Dragon?

So by this comment by RSS we could assume that Elyon is deceiving nobles in some way with his business for money. And we know that he has so much money that he wants something money can’t buy. So he likes money, he hoards money, his flower chart says he likes power, and money equals power so that’s why he likes them, he likes the status of being powerful. But also it states Luxury, and what do dragons hoard?

Luxurious items. And like Elyon, dragons are associated with the symbol of Power, and collect wealthy objects in order to maintain that power:

It also makes sense to me, in a creators standpoint, to make Elyon a dragon. Dragons are one of the few creature that can be found worldwide in different cultures and stories. Chinese, Phillipine, Mesopotamian, Greek, Egyptian- they are iconic, and I feel it’ll be a really big miss if they didn’t add a monster so repetitively used and entrenched in so many of cultural history.

Touchstarved Voice HCs

Ais - He smokes so I have to give him smoker's rasp b/c it's one of like two things that's sexy about smoking. He doesn't speak loudly —honestly he slurs words and mumble-speaks and cuts off words quite often — but his voice carries surprisingly well. Stays mostly in one pitch. Deeper, more resonant voice with a warm timbre: he talks and it feels like a cozy day in your brain.

Vere - I like to call his voice "mommy voice, for men". Honestly, rather than me explaining it, just listen to Doppio Dropscythe read his lines. The drawl of it and the semi-melodic intonation is everything I'd imagined for Vere!

Mhin - Most clear thing about their voice in my head is this underlying hiss to all of their words, like they're always whispering, even when their volume is normal. It leads to a raspy quality that's different from Ais's rumble. I think they probably have a higher-pitched tone of voice than any of the other LIs, but not by too much.

Leander - Announcer-y quality: you could pick his voice out of a crowd, easy. Plays with his speech: lots of variation in tone, speed, pitch and so on. Some (American) people have made him British, which I could never put onto a man I love (/j, I'm so sorry, British people) but I do think he has some qualities of the stereotypical posh British accent — mainly, the enunciation of every word. He doesn't cut corners when speaking, though not to the point of sounding unnatural.

Kuras - definitely the hardest of the main five for me to hear. I think he has a pretty deep voice, with a soothing cadence to his speech. Like Leander, his words are all enunciated and easy to understand. However, he's kinda the opposite of Ais — the demon says mean things with a warm tone of voice, and the angel says nice things with a cold, even tone. If you manage to surprise him, though, or perhaps get closer to him, you could trip up his normally smooth speaking and make him sound more "human".

BONUS: Of course, these two don't have any lines yet, but just based on looks...

Sen: Personally don't think her voice is super deep, but it is throaty, like she's speaking from the back of her mouth. I think she probably pauses a lot when she talks. IDK why, but she has the energy of someone who takes a while to get through a sentence, so she'd rather just show you without having to tell you.

Elyon: If anyone would have a British accent it would be this guy. He speaks with mostly a teasing-slash-condescending tone of voice, but whether it's intentionally or unintentionally is anyone's guess. I don't think Elyon's voice is as deep as Ais's or Kuras's, but it could still be considered conventionally sexy.
