childhood friends MacaIdia has been PLAGUING me for days because aaaaaa (warning: this may be re-written, as I'm still writing out Macarius in general hehe) Macarius's parents work for S.T.Y.X, and his family had been working for S.T.Y.X for years before. Since Macarius's parents were more actively busy with their jobs than some others, due to being higher in employment status, he was almost alone. Almost. While he spent his time tinkering by himself, (mostly involving technology that helped with plants, since he enjoyed that the most) he eventually ran into the Shroud brothers. Since the three of them spent most of their time alone / with each other, they grew closer while their families were busy. After Idia and Ortho were attacked, Macarius searched for the both of them, and when only Idia was found, he was just as devastated as Idia would be when he woke up. Macarius ended up getting slightly distanced from Idia once he shut himself away in his room, despite trying to talk to him or making efforts to not lose contact. In the meantime, he worked on his own skills, eventually being sent off to a school perfect to help him advance himself further. Once Macarius had arrived at NRC, he learned of Idia also enrolling and tried again to reach out to him, slowly rebuilding the bond they had when they were younger.

Woe Shakarian Fan Children OCs upon ye.

Awhile back, I shared a picture of “Jane Vakarian,” a fan child oc for Garrus and Shepard for a Shepard is okay at the end AU. However, that's not the only fan kid I designed for the ship.

Jane was a Turian refugee child who Garrus adopted and named during a post ME3 time period where he would have thought Shepard died. David would be born a few years later, via donor, after the his parents reuinited.

Jane thinks her parents are cringe while David would think they're the coolest ever.

I have bits and pieces of a one shot featuring them, but I'm going to be honest… that's probably not going to see the light of day.

Cat sharks have biofluorescence and the reason they glow, when they absorb blue light deep water and reemit it as a green glow. The sharks' skin contains small molecules that produce the glow :3!
