Monday/ 16th Jan’23

The early morning cold breeze of winter ruffled up my creamy skin, loathed with sunscreen.. it was 7:30 with 40’s speed and wet eyes, quickly drying it out, for passersby to not see you at your vulnerability. You don’t understand the value of a person as long as they dwell their time with you. You feel distant instantly as they drift away from you. You miss them. And they being not there makes it all sad. The entire roller coaster of emotions is strong, quick; not giving time to see who’s around before trickling down on cheeks.

Last two three days was spent with my younger sister… she is younger but entirely , wholesome matured. Hugging me every now and then, cozing up in my blanket, waiting for me - so that we could eat together. Three days back I had exam, she selflessly came with me to the centre, from morning 7 to evening 7.. waiting for me in the parking , reading a book.. to spend her time. Checked up on me , carried my belongings- she stayed with me. Who does this? only a person whom you call your own- only that person who always gives to you and never expects back. Only your own family, a relation of blood. Many reasons can bind this relation, but the fact that we only need each others presence - is enough. Closeness is often misunderstood. They are misunderstood when a gender opposite to you say I Love you, brings you down flowers , takes you out on dates, spends time with you. It is misunderstood for the fact that closeness if often defined with the person who with selfless act, without expectations, and only love, and love… is with you. Giving you tremendous amount of happiness, lurking by your side, thinking of you everyday, every hour.. taking time out of their busy schedule , to call you up.. and ask- How are you? … I recently read this beautiful piece about selflessness I’m convinced we have each been endowed with a beautiful heart. We may not always see it. We may not even believe it. But it’s a gift that came with birth and, every time we act selflessly, it grows a little. by - Steve Goodier.. amazing!! truly amazing ..

My Theory on Hugs and Life Energy (PT 2).. So... The Green Chakra.... pertains to matters of the heart!... The Anahata Chakra is associated with the color green... Ironically/Coincidentally...(???) after some research.... I ask myself this question every day and do not always like my answer. I am always productive. I establish my own relevance in my thoughts and what I produce from my thoughts. My standards are high for myself but I ask how bad do you want what you say you want, Oscar Crawford? What you want will require sacrifice on the front side for the high end yield you want on the back side. Will you eat less and play more? Will you work smarter and not harder?
