The older man was wrapped head-to-toe in a yellow shiqua, though he'd pulled the face portion down to expose a furrowed face with a cleft chin. They were in home lands, and the need to cover up before Nun Raylisi--the enemy of their god--was minimal. Tashi supposedly protected them here.

Me Reading Oathbringer: Everyone is so scared of Odium but tbh Rayse is so oblivious and bad at reading people that pretty much all of his followers are neutralized, working against him, or otherwise completely uninvested in his victory and at this rate by the time the good guys actually confront him in Stormlight 10 he won’t even have any allies left

it’s just that the fused needing singer host bodies every time they returned is one of the like handful of really solid things you can point to that are like, odium is in fact evil and the bad guy. just wondering if that was rooted in anything solid or just added to make odium eviler. bc like odium killworker “you have nothing to lose but your chains” while killing a child etc etc
