［ 蒸蒸芋泥球抹茶戚風 ］ 手起刀落， 準備把芋泥從中剖開， 結果下方的抹茶戚風就塌陷了， 可見有多柔軟， 我覺得有比鹿耳的戚風還要軟嫩， 單吃蛋糕也不會說太乾， 還有淡淡的抹茶味， 不會說有顏色但是沒味道， 抹茶戚風中間也還是濃濃的抹茶醬， 然後最上面再塗上一層薄薄的鮮奶油， 再擺上三顆很紮實的芋泥球跟 三顆藍莓當裝飾， 咬到藍莓時， 會突然啵的在嘴裡蹦開來， 出現淡淡的果香跟果酸味， 繼續把他開腸破肚， 發現抹茶餡裡面居然又藏了一球芋泥在裡面， 他們的芋泥吃起來很綿密紮實， 是那種沒有加入液體類的那種紮實度跟味道， 也沒有多餘的甜味， 有一點點像那間很有名的芋泥球， 但是味道更單純。 ��一個點了 ［ 今天我要當個醜小孩 ］ 一直說要成髒小孩，哈哈哈， 這個生巧克力蛋糕跟抹茶戚風完全是不同世界的人， 這個就是個硬脾氣的醜小孩， 蛋糕部分非常之紮實， 而且巧克力的味道很重， 是那種入喉後， 會有巧克力苦味回來的那種， 喜歡吃偏苦的巧克力迷， 這一道非常推薦你來試試看， 然後質感偏乾偏硬， 但是入口後還是會稍稍化開， 但沒有一般巧克力那麼容易化開， 但是會有一點蛋糕的口感在。 飲料部分是沖繩黑糖牛奶 喝起來不甜膩， 香味跟一般喝到的黑糖牛奶不一樣， 多了一種層次感， 感覺有一點微微的焦香味， 但不是苦味。 除了個人的四吋蛋糕， 也有切片蛋糕可以選喔， 但是貳林是九吋蛋糕， 所以會比一般店家的八吋蛋糕來的大一點， 食量小的人建議可以點了再分著吃。 #erlin #dessert #dessertaholic #tainan #smashtaroandmatchachiffoncake #chiffoncake #matchachiffoncake #smashtaro #matchasauce #beauglykid #rawchocolatecake #okinabrowonsugarmilk #japanesestyle #dessertstore（在 貳林） https://www.instagram.com/we77123/p/BwTJuxAln4H/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1jnrqybjy99tv
