It’s been a rough day physically, mentally, and emotionally. The soreness from Murph on Monday has finally caught up with me, getting through work was a struggle because I’m tired as shit, and I’ve got the house to myself for the next two months- which I would normally be stoked about if I weren’t feeling so damn lonely. Instead of going to CrossFit today after work I stayed home, took a long hot bath with some Epsom salts, and now treating myself to some Lil Buff Leaner Lemon for dinner with a fantasy novel.
