So, I always repeat this since I genuinely see this as something Soldier may struggle with, is showing affection and even receiving affection. (BLU) Soldier is paranoid like all hell (cough cough his apartment) and I also kinda perceive the little barricade he has in front of his door as maybe a figurative of sorts? It’s a stretch but he’s so closed off with the rest of the world he doesn’t wanna let anybody in because they’ll hurt him.

literally and figuratively.

Demoman probably is very loving to his partner, I see it that way, he’s a down to earth guy when he’s sober and genuinely I always saw him as “he’s an affectionate guy” like he’ll show you a lot of affection. I get this from the voice lines when he’s drunk and saying stuff like “I love you man”. Think it’s funny and cute

That being said. I don’t think he receives much affection either. He’s thinking he’s not worthy of help “I didn’t need your help y’know..” (for medic) and in general his mother always telling him to get more jobs, must be a lot of pressure on a person. He drinks to cope with the fact he can’t feel the type of warmth he gives other people but never receives, he probably feels he doesn’t deserve it since he has to be of use first. If he’s not working why should he receive praise? That and that one time I read an analysis essay on him and something stuck out to me: he hides his true explosive feelings because the last time he showed them as a kid his adaptive parents died from his explosion. Somewhat like that, but yeah that’s, that’s a lot for a kid and the fact his mom only came back for him because he was getting into the family job says a lot.

So because of this:

I think they would be gentle with each other. At first Demoman shows affection towards Soldier, Soldier doesn’t know how to handle it but he likes it slowly, and through time, starts to show Demo affection too.

They’re rotting in my brain. They kiss tenderly, they hug each other, they say affirmations, they nuzzle each others necks what have you.

I they wouldn’t make each other better because they’re both clinically insane (specifically Soldier) but they would definitely bring each other comfort of some kind.

(Sorry for yapping guys this was on my mind last night, and I fell asleep in the middle of writing it so if there’s any errors forgive me 💀🙏)

In my head this is the Challengers power structure. As in who has more “control” over who.

Tashi > Art > Patrick > Tashi (and on and on forever).

I think they all love each other but it’s just a little uneven. In my non-geometry-understanding head I think it makes the triangle stable hehe .

It seriously takes me 40 minutes to watch through a 22 minute long episode.

Oh, why?

Well, I need to rewind every scene so I can see every character's expression, need to know where all of them are looking, and where they had their arms. I also need to rewind every cute scene I see, if I missed one single detail, could either be I missed a detail of a rock or tree in the background, or it could even be a background thing/background character. When it's about cute scenes with yasammy for example, I need to rewind and pause for a good amount of time, just so I can take in what happens, I need to look everywhere to see where they hold each other, how long, if they move their hands/arms anything, if it's a scene where one of them is holding the other's arm, then I need to see what the other person is doing and that person holding it, where she's having her other arm that she's not holding her gf's arm with and so on and so on.

Idk if this is a problem only I have or if more people do this, but either way, I am freaking out, it is SO annoying, but I just can't stop. Like, seriously. It's not only when I watch CC/CT, it's literally every show/series/movie I'm watching. I think I'm annoying my friends when I watch stuff with them. I am rly doing my very best not to do it when I'm with other people tho.

South Park Headcanons because I AM bored and I want to talk about these cardboard bastards:

((Some of these have my personal favourite ships))

-Tolkien and Kyle are both kinda rich and as a Tolkyle shipper I love the vision of them wine tasting on weekends and golfing every second weekend.

-Tolkien and Kyle take care of Stan’s kid on his date nights because Stan is divorced dad core and is constantly fumbling left right and centre.

-Cartman would be those guys that watch shows like Invincible, The Boys etcetc and miss the point entirely and is a super ‘red pilled’ dude bro. Does he grow out of it? Short answer: No.

-Heidi becomes a hippie when she gets older because of Cartman and she’s all into meditation and being one with earth. She’s kinda crazy (low-key becomes those trad-wives) and makes the most diabolical backhanded compliments.

-Jimmy and Bebe would be the best at organising parties for end of semesters or for just about any birthday ((I high-key ship them to be honest!!!))

-Kenny is actually able to cook but news flash: he’s too fucking lazy! So he loves oven pizza and ready made meals - his excuse being it takes him back to when he was younger.

-Tolkien loves Laufey, I don’t have a reason for this one. I just think he’d adore her songs and have them in the background while playing video games.

-I like to hc that Nichole pursues botanical sciences and is very much so in tune with nature!!! Her and Kenny are like the coolest fucking couple in my head, Kenny is a physics researcher and Nichole is an ecologist and does a lot for the environment.

-Stan suffers from Tom from 500 Days of Summer SyndromeTM.

-Stan is anaemic, has athsma and wears glasses but he refuses to wear them.

-Kyle is the most stylish out of the M4, he’d be a college professor and he’d wear the nicest turtlenecks, the best of the best trousers and those long coats. He is in STYLE!!!

-Nichole and Kenny meet properly in the DnD because Stan begged him to join (whattttt a ref to my fic ??? no way….) So they hit it off and things they do is study together before exams. Especially because Kenny skips.

-Tweek takes child psychology (it heals his inner child and children love him!!)

-Tweek has holes in all of his socks. Why??? Who knows, he just gets the threads of them stuck in doors or he’ll cause a tear and bam all of his pairs of socks are tattered in some shape or form.

-Tweek and Craig love looking and browsing couples activities online like painting together or baking but… doing them? A DISASTER. Craig likes things done his way and so does Tweek so they agree to make couple activities something that isn’t based on solo tasks!!

-Tweek’s favourite pastry are macarons, bonus if it’s the coffee flavoured ones ((I am a French Tweek believer alright.))) His middle name is something like Marcel.

hey!! so i've been cooking up an au with my dearest friend and my twin, and i think it's time i do a bit of an info dump if anyone cares

in short, this is a life series + object show au!! we've decided it's going to be a double life au

info dump below!!

there's actually three of us working on this au, but unfortunately, i'm the only one who possesses a tumblr acc. for future reference, we are:

silly vanilly: the object show nerd of the group!! she'll be writing from the object's perspective.

clodu [me!]: the life series freak! i'll be writing from the perspective of the life series members

malt: the in-between! she knows a bit about both, and therefore will be writing from both povs

now for the actual info dump. while we don't quite have a plot figured out, we do have all the pairings + plus some intro writing!! malt and i have also done some doodling for the fun of it

okay okay!! now for a bit of writing. starting with silly vanilly!

X’s eyes flutter open, his vision slightly blurry from who knows what. He proceeds to sit up, relieved to see his friends. However, it wasn't just four and two, it was everyone. That never happens, especially on some random day. He looked around a bit, half startled to see everything twice his size. Nobody else seemed to notice though, they were too busy arguing with each other, blaming on whose fault it was that they ended up here. Of course, everyone was looking at one, she had been traumatizing Two, so why not all of them? X decided he didn't exactly want to join in on another argument, and he didn't really care, so he decided to wander off away from the crowd. Mindlessly strolling across the new terrain, he stops at a shadow. Thinking it's some shade from a tree, he looks up, only to find a very large ‘thing’ towering over him.

“No, It’s ok Four. The Human thing is nice!” X stretched his arm over to the human. “Pat. Pat.” He said as he patted the human’s head. Grian looked at them both dumbfounded. So, the blue one’s name was Four, and the yellow one’s name was X. The strange part was that even though the beings seemed to be from another universe entirely, he could understand them. X was extremely cute, and Four seemed like pure chaos. Grian instantly found a liking to them.

“It’s okay Four!! I think it’s nice!!” This time, Grian couldn’t stifle his laughter. For some reason, X’s voice cracked him up. He could practically hear the innocence in it’s voice, and it reminded him of Scar. Speaking of Scar, he was still unconscious, lying in the circle of their friends. The only other person awake was Scott, who was regarding a creature that resembled the number five with a bemused expression.

I have been tripping over this small thing, this thought... (Planes/Cars related obviously-)

If a car or plane "dies", do they relive if they get restored? And if they do, do they remember their past life?

This sounds crazy (I'm literally having two to four cups of coffee per day and managing not to go mentally insane- of course I sound crazy-), but it's literally the most logical way they would survive so hear me out, when planes retire (irl) they usually go to a boneyard, basically that's where the end of the road seems closer for the aircraft but that's where fate decides if the aircraft is going to be scrapped, reused, sold off, and or restored (the same goes for cars too- somewhat-). Now if we apply this knowledge to the Cars/Planes AU, it seems a little more screwed up since you're basically deciding this living organism's fate but this is where my questions thrives in my small brain, If a vehicle gets restored would it remember their past? If they get sold off, is that trafficking? If they get scrapped, are the salvaged parts like a transplant? So many questions but not so many answers, I could say I'm overthinking it but whatever, I might make it as my headcanon since I overthink it to the point I believe whatever I just yapped about, and probably at some point I'll answer my questions with my personal theory like a delusional dumbass I am ����
