The Diaz Brothers Drawing

Hello there tumblr besties! Today I finally finished the 7th item in the continuous saga of “Kaboom drawing TMG songs for fun”

This drawing.. oh my gosh I have been to hell and back to create this - I have never in my life drawn a pine tree before, this was a huge struggle. I was pretty pleased with it in the end though! :D

I have never watched scarface #but I love this song with all my heart and soul #so I had to draw it #seeing it live has permanently altered my brain chemistry in the best possible way #um so yeah basically this line always kinda reminded me of dreaming and stuff #like running through a forest is something I have defo dreamed about before #the deer is kinda like a representation of visions - they’re a unique thing #although fun fact: this deer is based on a deer I saw irl #it felt like a dream seeing her #this pose is directly inspired by that #🐐#🦌

So... ykno how all of the other neighbors use past tense in their bios except Wally and Home?

Well I had this little thought that when there's not much else to do, Wally would often stand outside Home and wait for his friends. Just there, waiting for them to come around dragging him into whatever silly schemes they have for the day. His own little way of reminiscing about the old times. Or maybe even hoping theyre not completely gone. A habit that gives him something to do at the moment. Something that keeps him grounded while his mind unfurls on itself from the loneliness

Also hot take: Home isn't evil, just really overprotective of Wally since they only got each other left now

So let me get this straight:

Hollow knight is about the journey of a small creature possessing the corpse of a god's discarded child, and the character arc that unfolds as they realize they're more than the path they were set to take, eventually defeating the corruption instead of merely postponing inevitable destruction.

Rain world is about the journeys and experiences of many small creatures sent by a bunch of gossiping computers, and the efforts to help stop the destruction caused by a corrupted god that unfolds over hundreds of years, all to postpone his inevitable death.
