Eat

We trekked quite a bit further into this forest. We started not long after the sun rose, and didn’t even stop while we ate lunch. Adiel nearly forgot about eating altogether, so engrossed he was with sketching nearly every new thing he saw.

Water

I know you’re curious as to what we’ve found. Adiel and I have recorded various types of plants. The most notable one is a type of medicinal plant that we have used so often at home. What appeared to be that same plant in multiple locations on our journey turned out to be plants that were nearly identical, with only slight variations. The leaves – their shape and their pattern, were the same, yet on one, the leaves were waxy and shiny, while on another, though growing just a few feet away, had a flow of water coming up from the stem and over the leaves, dripping down from each leaf like an array of fountains arranged like a star. It was beautiful! The water, when it dripped from the pointed edge of the leaf, fell like a spherical gemstone, clear and glistening in the sun. You would have loved to see it. It was fascinating!

We’ve discovered and recorded a few new incredible plant species: one whose leaves rose from its stem to spiral around each other, taller than Adiel and me stacked atop each other. Adiel wanted to stand on my shoulders to see how tall it truly was and whether or not the top was sharp. I had to disagree to that; I am not a strong man, and my clothes are dirty enough without having muddy boot prints on my shoulders, thank you very much. Not to mention that if we had to run from a predator of some sort, having to get him down off my shoulders would just delay our escape.

Fun

“Arlan said that the city has tall buildings,” she said, raising her hand up, palm down, to indicate how tall, before dropping it against her thigh, “and that thousands of people live there.”

Nattil furrowed his eyebrows. “Thousands?” None of the known communities reached even a population of one thousand people.

“Yeah. Crazy, right? And how do they build all those tall buildings?” Talin had her knees up again, and was leaning back with her arms wrapped around her knees for support. “We have one. But that would take a lot of wood, to have so many, and to shelter so many people.”

Nattil hummed in agreement. “And how tall do you think those buildings are?” Honestly, Talin herself could not imagine any building being taller than the community’s storehouse; it was five floors high, and wider than it was tall. How wide would a taller building have to be? she wondered. But it was fun to let her imagination go wild.

Pop

The food was served – the usual rationed amounts that Talin knew was not enough to fill Nattil’s stomach. She scooted the full meat container closer to Nattil, and tensed when she opened it, the lid coming undone with a sharp pop!, wondering how her father would react.

It wasn’t the first time Talin had brought something home from Suzayne’s, but, as she scooped some of the meat insistently into Nattil’s bowl despite his protests, this was the first time she had made it so obvious.

“Where did that come from?” her father asked. His voice was not accusatory, just curious.

Create

Her thoughts turn as she gazed at the building, and she imagined forge workers manipulating metal, gathered from the caves to the west and beyond the storehouse, shaping and hammering it with their tools to create other tools and parts, including the motorcycle parts that Nattil liked to work with.

POV : Alan

You decide to choose the right guy because his sweaty body attracts you very much. You stared at his perfect body for a while then you gathered all your remaining strength and jumped towards his ear.

"Ouch!!" He shouted with pain as soon as he felt something move in his ear. He tried to pull the foreign object out but it seemed unsuccessful. "Shit..." 

"What's happening, bro?" You hear someone talking with your vessel

"Something gets into my ear." As he was talking you succeeded, he tried to grab and pull you out, but you were faster than him, so you slipped out of his hand and rushed straight into his brain. "Aghhhhhhhg!!!!"

"Hey, bro!!" His friends were shocked and rushed to check on him. "Are you ok?"

"Gahhhhh!!! My head!!" He pushed his friend away and grabbed his head as he ran out of the bathroom. "Stop!! Aghhhhhh!!" He moved around before falling to the ground and wriggling around the room.

You are still trying to control his body and mind, but because your body is still weak from the injury and you seem to have chosen a relatively strong vessel, it is difficult to take over this vessel....But maybe you can slowly change his mind first, it might make things easier. So you start entering him the data that you want him to know about you....

"My head....ugh!!...about to explode.!!" He got up and tried to walk to the bed because he thought that sleeping might help him. "Aghhhhhhhhh---"

Everything calmed down. He fell onto the bed and closed his eyes, exploring the strange thoughts that were swirling around in his head right now.....

Vessel.....Control this vessel....

Planet....Parasite.....Seed....

This world is mine......

"I need to sleep right now....."

You don't know how much time has passed since you explored his memory while your vessel was sleeping. So you want to learn about his life more before you take over his life soon....And you already know everything that is important to you now.

His name is Alan. He works as a personal trainer at a Superhuman gym, but recently he has taken a break for vacation at the beach with two of his friends for about 3 days. You thinking about giving your seed to his two friends to turn them into human parasites So you try to control his body.

"Ugh!!..." As soon as you try to control his body, it makes his body jerk. So you stop before his body gets damaged. This is because his body is still resisting the parasite and your body is not strong enough to use power to control him completely, so your plan to give your seed to his friend is ruined because it will probably take several more days for Alan's body to adjust to the parasite.

So you slowly let him adjust by persuading him to do and think the way you want him to.

Wake up and go to the balcony

He opened his eyes but looked confused about what was happening. "Emmm...what going on?" So he walked to the bathroom and scooped up some water to wash his face.

It seems like he still can't do everything you want, but that's okay because he's yours. For now, you should let him spend his vacation with his friends until his body is ready to spread your seed.

Knock knock

"Who?" Alan walked out of the bathroom to the front door and opened the door

"It's me bro" Alan's friend rushed into the room and hugged him. "Are you feeling better?"

"Yeah I'm ok...so what going on?" Alan led his friends to sit at the end of the bed. "Could you please tell me about it?

"Yeah sure.....emmmm.." They put together their words for a while and then they talked about what had happened. "After you pushed us, we heard you screaming and ran over to check. We saw you lying unconscious on the bed, your body covered by sweat. And then..."

"Then?" Alan looked very curious about the answer.

"You slept for about 1 day....But it's good to see you looking better." They both smiled and patted Alan's shoulder in consolation.

"1 day!! Omg!!" After he heard this, he was so shocked that he fell asleep for a whole day. "What about our trip?"

"Yeah, we're coming to invite you to go out with us.' They both smile at Alan again

"Haha, sure!!"

After that, they went out to have a pool party for the last day before everyone ended their vacation.

During that time, you learned how to live and speak from Alan until you can use and control his body...

After vacation, Alan returned to work at the gym, while you still couldn't control his body and only watched Alan continue to live his life. In the meantime, you still have a little bit of control over his mind but today had something different.

"Emmmmmmm....I feel so sleepy...?? Huh?!" You look at your body and try to move your arms and legs. "Fuck!!...Finally got this body now!!"

You rush to the bathroom and stand in front of the mirror to check your body again. "Woah!! This body is perfect...Today my seed is ready to give to humans now. Haha" You continue to explore his body more and more. You flex his muscles and find something that will make giving your seed easier....Then you go to Superhuman gym to see his customer who is ready to let you train him in exercise.

You arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time because you were excited that today you would train in a more special exercise than ever before, which guaranteed that he would be stronger.

"Hey Alan!, You came faster than I thought." Your customer walks to you and greets you in a friendly. "So have you been waiting long?"

"Haha, I'm just arrived." You choose to lie to him so that he won't doubt you. "So today I have special courses for you"

"Special courses?"

"Yeah, these courses will make your body strong and you will love it."

"Okay I will try with your courses"

At first, you train him to do the exercises as usual as Alan always taught him before you start teaching him more difficult exercises that make him tired and complain. "Alan...I can't do it, it's too difficult." He was shortness of breath as he spoke.

"Oh ok, Let's take a break" You smiled at him before pulling him into the bathroom and locking the door.

"Hey!! What are you doing!?" He shouted in displeasure when you suddenly brought him into the bathroom.

"Clam down Bro hehe" You ignored his shouts, and you took off your shirt before using your power to make your body more sweat "Ahhhh you see this?"

"What!?!" He was shocked by what you did, but it seemed like he had fallen into your trap because he was staring at your body. "Emmmmm Alan you look so sexy....No no!"

"Haha don't resist it" You walk closer to him. "I know you want to taste my body now"

"Oh... I want it" He leaned down and licked your chest. "Emmmm so good I want more..."

"Yeah, You will get it again... if you become a part of my parasite world." You said as you held his face close to your face.

"Yessss I will join you..." He knows what to do. He kisses your lips and waits for your seed. You don’t hesitate to release your seed into his mouth and he swallows it immediately. "Emmmm...emmmmm yessss so good...ugh!!"

You look at him as he walks around and screams in pain. "Bro, It's your first time to getting it, you have to be patient the pain and the perfect result is waiting for you."

"Aghhhhhh!! It so hurt!!" His body became hotter and he was sweating profusely. The muscles in his arms and legs expanded so much that his shirt started to crack. So it made him so uncomfortable that he cracked his shirt off, making you see that his muscles were moving and expanding. Then he fell to the ground and fainted.

"Hey Bro are you ok?" You try to wake him up, and he wakes up soon.

"Yesssssss that's so amazing" He flexed his arm and kissed his biceps " Haha thanks for giving this course to me. I love it so much haha"

"Haha no problem. Welcome to the parasite world." You reach out to hold his hand.

"You welcome hehe" You two look at each other and know exactly what to do next.

In your nature documentary AU, just how wildly would Soundwave make the humans speculate on what is going On there? Depending on which cassette is seen first, several misunderstandings could arise.

Laserbeak gets seen first and it’s assumed that him and Soundwave are symbiotic because the bird can nest in that chest compartment and probably provides something they need to study further to find. Sure, but is that a CAT? Was it waiting to lure the bird? No, they seem to be getting along! Are those- are those straight up children? Between these two and Lil’ Yellow, are THEIR babies also smaller? Also if those two are being carried because they’re the big guy’s kids, then what’s the deal with the bird and cat?

But if they see the twins first then the animals and all of them “hunting” together, there’s the question of how animalistic the species is.

Haha I love those ideas! I'd like to think that Soundwave would probably be forced to be more diplomatic because of how much he and his cassettes are outnumbered with no backup, so while the cassettes won't harm the humans, Ravage and Laserbeak seem to be more competent at hiding themselves and following soundwaves orders of keeping peace then Frenzy and Rumble, who can't help themselves from messing with humans and getting caught first

Personally how I would have them appear is that strange fissures have been spotted in the forests even though these weren't the signs of a normal earthquake, the mystery was solved when Rumble got careless and was rumbling too close to the roads and the two of them got spotted.

They were so much smaller then Bee and must be younger so they didn't want to hurt them, alot were thinking 'damn these kids are causing alot of damage but they are kids' and 'if these kids also have giant robot parents who found out we hurt them we are dead'

Humans set a trap for them using energon borrowed from the 'good' bots and the twins got caught in a drop down cage, when the humans returned with Ratchet to show him, Laserbeak and Ravage had activated the back up traps trying to free them. Not only were there kids there were pets too?? This is when they hear footsteps and Soundwave appears from the forests. The humans take note on how Ratchet is very obviously on edge and putting himself in between them and the other robo family (?) when Soundwave recalls all of the cassettes into his chest. They transform through the bars and fly into his chest??

Z: 'They transform into cassettes??? I thought they can only transform into vehicles'

P: 'That means that the big one must be something that can play them... how strange, maybe its a different species that comes from the same family as our bots'

Ratchet talks to the other Robot the humans can only hear his Siren tuned rant about keeping his cassettes under control, the other bot speaks, it's the popular hit song barbie girl.

To Ratchet, Soundwave says that he will keep an closer eye on them and that they should work together to get off this planet. Ratchet says that they can talk about it later, Soundwave nods and walks off. The humans are like ??? Are you guys both moms???

Soundwave does have a more boxy figure then Ratchet but he's around the same size if not a little taller (Their only reference to a "male" is Orion who is just larger then average) so now they're theorizing if this new species reproduces asexually or doesn't have a family structure, the resemblance the twin cassettes have is way more noticeable then Bee and Angel, also the animals.. are they children? If they can transform into not just vehicles can they transform into other things? What if that tree is a robot? A small group of people are now paranoid of any technology. The main two humans want to see if the animals have a human form too and just choose to be animals. Are they pets? Are they also intelligent? How old are they? Can they speak? Is the dad an animal bot? Are they just a part of the bigger bot he's controlling wirelessly?? Is Bluebie (Blue Barbie) even female??

Soundwave does bring a wave of uncertainty about the all of bots to some the humans... like yeah they could be animalistic and dangerous! Where's the line! And if those things can cause THAT much damage to the town when they're that young, how much damage can a robot like Truck King do? Is their backup plan of using another truck to defeat him not enough? (It definitely isn't even the main two know that before but now the rest of the town does)

man I wish evolution wasn’t such a slow process over millions of years… like I wish that every 10 years or so every single species on planet earth would just get a huge patch notes update and scientists would publish about it so we could all get caught up on the new stuff. I wanna see the monkeys discover farming in my lifetime.

I'm sure it's been discussed at length already but I think it's easy to assume saiyans are strong so their genes are dominant but I (like to) think it's the opposite. It's interesting to think that the ecological nature of a saiyan is stealthy and invasive, and according to Jaco a saiyan invasion was going to be extra dangerous to earth because they look like earthlings (and a lot of other human-like races in the db universe) and one baby saiyan will easily go completely undetected until it starts the extermination process.

so it actually makes a lot of sense to me that a saiyan hybrid would take more physical traits from a local species, while maintaining the potential to house a saiyan's strength and inborn power over ki (which I think due to the story following a group of people who use it is a thing we often forgotten is a super rare and dangerous ability in that universe, and inborn/instinctive to a select few very powerful races). Could also be a fun way to explain why their tails can detach and grow back, since that may be the only real Tell.

because like yeah gohan and goten look like goku but they also look like chichi ykwim? trunks and bulla look like bulma. pan looks like videl. thoughts i chew on.

I also just find parasitism a real good meaty horror concept to put in my little 'this is why everyone's afraid of saiyans' headcanon file along with 'can see in the dark, biologically strategic energy consumption, can go long periods without food or rest' and of course the canonical 'surprise monkey werewolf kaiju'

Did she find a way to join Norton and his people cause of the horrid experiments done on her and she is the only success story (and had no memory of any of this till near the climax of this story) when she was young, or did he choose to join Alice and the humans, take a guess heh (I will give you a hint, there aint no way Norton would choose to live with the humans, they suck LOL)

Was reading an 80s manga and it featured something common to older sci-fi manga, and even a fair amount of old sci-fi literature: "Alien race is not just physically similar to humanity but able to interbreed with them." And I feel like I see that very rarely now, and never without some kind of explanation. But it seems like some authors treated humanity like it was something ontologically fundamental. "Human" is just a natural shape, a part of the ordering of the world.

And a theory hypothesis conjecture popped into my mind. The battles over "evolution" in the late 90s were so widespread and vociferous, that a lot of people who otherwise just didn't care much got almost a collateral education in how deeply entwined humans are to the biology of Earth, in a way that completely deflated that style of thinking.
