The other day they had me start crrt for “volume removal” bc the patient who had been approaching needing dialysis kept going into a fib and ended up on levo…. Put him on crrt and he went back into a fib and needed more pressors and I was like hey doc wanna try some fluid he doesn’t look or sound overloaded at all and has normal EF and went into a fib right after starting…. Doctor did bedside ultrasound, ivc super collapsible. Pressure bagged 2 liters of saline, back in sinus, off pressors a few hours later. Unit of blood once his hemoglobin got further diluted and BP was actually high. He’s been off pressors, now off lidocaine, in sinus rhythm and hypertensive now, and is waking up now that he’s off lidocaine and no longer has a BUN of 174…. Before all this they were planning on meeting for goals of care… like????

on a completely separate note; shizun luo binghe with a disciple shen yuan who fell into the abyss??? *thinks about LBH canonically stealing SQQ's corpse for 5 years* he'd hallucinate i think. like, like visual and audial hallucinations.

Keeps thinking he's seeing SQQ in the corner of his eyes, or wandering between the trees, amongst a group of disciples. Thinks he hears him calling for him, but its just the wind or another disciple.

Gets Xiu Ya reforged but patently fucking refuses to make a sword mound. Because his disciple Is Not Dead :))) There was No Body. He's Not Dead. And If You keep Insisting That He Is, He's Gonna Skewer You :). He's holding onto Xiu Ya so he can return his most favored disciple's sword when he returns. It's on his hip right next to Zheng Yang where it's supposed to be.

Also this motherfucker?? does not sleep btw. He has the image of SQQ, wide eyed and hysterical and standing at the mouth of the abyss burned into his fucking eyelids. Can't use the dreamscape to escape it either because he keeps trying to save him and either he does and it's an incredibly cruel trick to wake up to, or he doesn't and he gets his heart broken in several different pieces again.

There is no convincing this man that Shen Qingqiu is dead. Absolutely nothing at all. He is buried so deep in denial that moles would be jealous of how deep he is. He keeps making tea for two in the bamboo house only to remember that it's just him. SQQ's fans are hiding everywhere, little reminders of his presence. He goes to wake up SQQ on the mornings he sleeps in-- only to find the room empty.

Ni-ki Between Your Thighs

Ni-ki's favorite thing to do to you while cuddling is probably kissing your thighs, marking them up, biting them. He just thinks you are so perfect, and he can’t help himself. And he knows what it does to you too– he’s a tease. He loves to make you feel the same way he feels for you.

His fingers trace delicate patterns on your thighs, drawing tiny flower shapes, almost as if he’s painting a garden on your skin. You can’t help but smile at his cute concentration, the way his brow furrows slightly with determination.

“See? Aren’t they pretty?” he asks, his eyes sparkling.

I'm on chpt20 and I want to study SQQ like a bug. My man is flushed, hair down, robes literally falling off his shoulders, LBH on his lap playing with his hair and kissing him... and he finally cottons on to the fact that maybe this isn't how you have a platonic and important discussion. Enforces it for all of five seconds at which point LBH starts massaging his waist and SQQ is back to being like "yeah this is fine and normal". Amazing. Can't believe he insults the IQ of SQH's characters.

April 28 - May 1, 2024 - the CW sniper is dead.

Supernatural trends following the passing of the CW sniper. Whilst no official confirmation was published regarding their death, Misha Collins made a statement regarding destiel and since he's still alive, we can conclude that the CW sniper is no more.

The Cross Roads 8 Supernatural convention is currently taking place [x]. As usual, things have been said. There was one statement however which caused the tag to trend and it was (unsurprisingly) by Misha Collins, in response to a question asked by our bravest soldier @sunglassesmish [x].

"If the CW wasn't so homophobic, Dean and Cas would've been balls deep for sure." [x] [x] [x]

Whilst this may not be the exact quote (I haven't been able to find a video yet), this was enough to cause a destiel revival. More things have happened, and people on Twitter are posting under #CR8 in case anyone's interested. Multiple Supernatural tags are trending there as well [x].
