Salted Caramel Jelly Fruit Sundae Low Calorie Dessert - A fun way to enjoy fruit even for kids! RECIPE Ingredients . Tin mixed fruit . Salted Caramel natural food flavouring . Yellow natural food colouring . Coconut Yoghurt tub non-dairy . Jel-It-In vegetarian gelling powder sachet by Queen Fine Foods . Coloured sprinkles . Coconut wafer roll METHOD Make jelly as per packet instructions then add flavouring and colour. Pour fruit (strained) in glass then jelly and leave an inch for yoghurt. After an hour add yoghurt and decorate with sprinkles and a coconut wafer. Vegan French Toast I have memories of eating French toast as a quick breakfast decades ago during my Uni days, without realising the cruelty & exploitation that went into it 😢 This version is made with a wholemeal, sourdough Fruit bread, vegan of course dipped into a well mixed Corn Flour - Soy Milk - Vanilla paste slurry. Repost @panaceas_pantry Whether it’s mid winter or mid summer, homemade ice cream is always appropriate. This blueberry, vanilla and maple ice cream is as delicious as it is pretty- and if you need variations, check out the blog post (link in my bio). I made this for @queenfinefoods last year, and it was definitely one of my fav shoots 📷🥰✌🏽 . To make this, you’ll need: . .2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 1/2 cup pure Canadian maple syrup 2 Tsp fresh lemon juice 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 3 hours 2 x 400mL cans full-fat coconut cream 1 Tbsp (15mL) vanilla extract 1 Tbsp vodka (optional; see blog post) 1/4 tsp salt Method 1. The night before, prepare your ice-cream maker by placing in the freezer, and add the canned coconut cream to the fridge. 2. The next day, drain cashews, and rinse well. Add cashews to a blender along with the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth and uniform. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, and set in the freezer for 30 minutes. Jelly & Raspberry Sundae Low Calorie Vegan Treat😋 Follow Jelly instructions on packet (see product photo by @queenfinefoods). Then add natural coconut & rose water flavours which tastes like Turkish Delight. Add pink natural food colouring, mix well, pour in a serving dish, leave a space for fruit & yoghurt and set for an hour in the fridge. When ready to serve add fresh Raspberries then low fat/low sugar Raspberry non-dairy Yoghurt, decorate with pink sprinkles and a Raspberry on top. You could also use vegan lite cream or lite vegan icecream. Optional decorations - toasted coconut, melted dark chocolate &/or crushed nuts. The colour combinations are endless. No- bake Chocolate and peppermint pecan brownie Nothing speaks louder to me at Christmas time than chocolate and peppermint- it would have to be my favourite combination of dessert flavours, especially come December! This brownie is grain-free, gluten free and or course dairy-free, and it really is a favourite recipe of mine. It is fudge, decadent, and so delicious- and it is very tried and tested.
