Felici del week end ormai alle porte? Io, incredibilmente 😍! Oggi vi presento un dolce insolito, ma estremamente gustoso e semplice da realizzare, il Laz Böregi. Questo dolce è la declinazione di una crema deliziosa nella consistenza del più noto Baklava. Alcuni di voi sapranno che da poco è terminato il Ramadan e con esso anche il grande festeggiamento che si tiene a conclusione del digiuno. Durante il periodo vissuto in Germania, ho avuto la possibilità di partecipare a questi festeggiamenti e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza incredibile. Ricordo indelebile dei festeggiamenti i manicaretti preparati in casa 😍, tra i quali svettavano Baklava e, per l'appunto, il Laz Böregi. Questo particolare scendiletto è composto da molti strati di sottilissima pasta phyllo croccante, riempiti da una crema al latte incredibilmente setosa e ricoperto ancora caldo da un leggerissimo sciroppo di zucchero, che ho aromatizzato con lime e limone. Un dolce semplicissimo da realizzare, ma estremamente gustoso e croccante. Cosa ne pensate, vi interessano le ricette mediorientali ? Qual'è il vostro dolce mediorientale preferito ?
