Echoes of Wisdom Headcanon Countdown
༺ Day 58▪︎ 41 Left
Hylia had thought of creating Fi for a long time, wanting to create a guide for her people in times she may have been parted from them. Although this desire instead became the Hylia statues seen much later on, Fi still came to be when Hylia predicted that disaster would soon befall humanity. Alongside the Sages of her people (their medallions are recorded in one of the temples of Skyward Sword, implying their presence as well as the origin of the Master Sword stated in ALttP), she forged the sword. She could have done it alone, but she knew her gift would be imperfect if it did not carry the heart of mortals - those who were to wield it in an era to come. Fi was created to resemble a Fairy (specifically the type of fairy queen we see in Wind Waker), as Hylia had already had a part in making fairies but also wished for Fi to be a friendly face for those who needed her. As time went on, Hylia grew close to Fi... but she realized soon that Fi was a being like her: one initially incapable of comprehending the human heart. Although she understood it, she did not feel it... Would it take Fi thousands of years, too, to feel something for herself? Hylia had to reason with herself that it was necessary for Fi to stay on task, so regrettably she did not help Fi in this regard... but something told her that, one day, maybe Fi would learn to truly love someone. Thousands of years later, at the end of Skyward Sword, she begins to realize the emotions she had no idea she had. They only grow after thousands of years, as she watches her power be used to defeat evil in an endless cycle. By the time of Tears of the Kingdom, when at last the curse of Demise thins and she is able to wake up just a little, she and Zelda finally form the bond Hylia wished to have with her friend long ago. Fi brings Zelda comfort in her ten-thousand-year sleep, not only out of duty but out of fondness. With everything Fi has seen and everything this counterpart of Zelda alone has gone through, they are some of the only beings capable of understanding one another. After Zelda is awakened, she often is caught whispering to the sword spirit she has become so close to.

slaaaaay, Questing Queens! So, I was going to wait a little longer before posting the individual portraits of Twyla/Jujube, Troyann/Monet, Princess/Alaska, Gertrude/BobTDQ and Brennan, but after seeing all the lovely comments and tags on my previous post I figured why not! Besides, I didn't spend all that time drawing those heels not to show them off ;P (also, no one talk about how I couldn't figure out what to do about Brennan's legs, don't question it, don't think about it)
(also also, thank you to everyone who reblogged and left comments and fun tags on my previous dungeons and drag queens post. Everywhere else I posted that piece it got absolutely buried by the algorithm and I had assumed it was actually just a really bad bit of art, so seeing everyone saying they liked it really made my day :D ) @dimension20official

“people in gotham would know batman is real” “he can’t be an urban legend cause he’d be caught on camera” “people could just ask someone in gotham if they’ve seen him” have u considered that gothamites enjoy lying.

Just dying about the fact like lucy did way more like politically/ socially then her dad could have dreamed of, and in the most funny way too.
At 17 she runs away and then becomes friends with a DRAGON MAN just because “she looked nice” and ends up in a guild filled with “ random ruffians”. The “ruffian” guild that she joins just so happens to includes a prince of another world, Multiple of the most powerful people on the continent, and has the entire kingdom indebted to them. She ends up friends with THE PRINCESS OF FIORE AND THE CELESTIAL SPIRIT KING!
And and and GET THIS, the guy/dragon she ran away with? HES A PRINCE OF AN EMPIRE AND ALL THE FIRE DRAGONS.
Lucy heartfillia the women you are👏
