Forger Fam and WISE Budgetđ
Sylviaâs current concern according to Endo: Balancing WISE Budget
I mean how couldnât she be concerned when maintaining Strix is so financially consuming.
I mean look at all the expenses the Forger family has made in less than a year:
1.Anyaâs tuition that costs about $35,000 to $40,000, and that doesnât include the uniform and school supplies.
2.Anyaâs clothes and she seemed to have new clothes regularly and Endo said these are mostly bought by Loid/Twilight.
3.That castle rent that costs more than $77 000 and added the other check, I'm guessing for the furniture they used, that costs $17 600. (Yes, it costs more than Anya's tuition fee, I mean it's a castle đ)
4.Loid could also not just be purchasing clothes for Anya. It looks like he also pays for Yorâs wardrobe and Yor mentioned that he got so many clothes for her in the boutique before the Eden Interview.
5.Loid is also the one who pays for their dates, seems like, and his dates with Yor doesnât seem cheap at all, they seem to dine at fancy restaurants that require reservation.
6.The big heap of cash he pays Franky every time he babysits Anya and Bond.
And here it looks like the check his giving Franky costs 20,000 dalcs that is equivalent to $44,000 (one dalc is quivalent to $2.20). It's even more expensive than Anya's tuition, what?! đđ (Twilight is literally willing to spend a lot money just to be sure that Anya won't be home alone ever again, he's not taking a chance on her being kidnapped again when he left her alone on ep1)
7.Loid didnât seem to also hold back in spending a good amount of money for their apartments furniture and for Anyaâs bedroom and even bought her a lot of toys and picture books.
8.And of course their out of town/out of the country family trips featured in the Code White movie. Those mustâve cost a lot considering they have to book a hotel and all. And according to a movie spoiler from tiktok, that wasnât the last time they went on a family out of town trip.
Loid Forger does have a high paying profession. However, according to Endo, his earnings as a psychiatrist were only about $140,000 per year, not per month, PER YEAR. How could he cover that much expenses? Of course WISE covers the rest if it was crucial to the mission, or when Twilight insists it to be. I mean he always says that everything he does is for his mission so the one who has to pay was the one who gave him that mission.
(Most of these expenses didn't even contribute to the progress of Operation Strix. It just funds Twilight into sinking deeper into his fake fam and keeps the family even more attached to each otherđ)
Endo said WISE is not really generous when it comes to paying their agents but they seem to be lenient on spending their money on the Forgers. I mean they have to invest for their Top Spy's family and World Peace do depend on them.
So Twilight, pile the bills and let Sylvia handle the restđ

Too Many Beds
Ployvessels x reader
The world tour is going amazing. We just finished the Australian leg where IV really stole the show. Our next destination is America. We got a flight and landed a few days early so we could recover and be ready for the next part of the tour.
Management got us a hotel to recover in. The room would be purchased home for the next two days before the tour starts. We kick off in Las Vegas at a music festival. Check in was a quick process and we were given our key cards and room numbers in no time. Wait numbers? Like more than one?
If I wasnât so jet lag l would have said something earlier but I didn't really pay attention. I wanted to take a shower and get a nap. When we get to our room I take my bag to the bathroom. II and IV planned to go get a drink at the hotel bar and III wanted to go to the hotel casino. Vessel is only one without a plan, so he is either going to stay with me all night and get room service or wait until I fall asleep and join the others.Â
The bathroom is pretty big, it has both a shower and a bathtub. I put my bag on the counter and went to report the information to the boys.
âThe bathroom is nice. Shower and tub are only big enough for two.â
I was expecting to hear III moan out a complaint about no group showers. However that is not his main grievance.
âThere are too many beds! And they are all too small!â He yells.
âWhat do you mean too many? How many is too many?â
âTHE NUMBER IS NOT IMPORTANT V!â
Vessel and IV watch us talk back and forth. Both clearly trying not to laugh.
âWhat III means,â interrupts II, trying to defuse to tension âThat we have 4 Queen size beds in two roomsâ
âWe have two rooms?â I ask, still confused.
âYes they are adjoined right there.â II points to another door that must lead to the other room.
Why did we get two rooms? Itâs not like management didnât know about the five of us and our relationship. We were not trying to hide it. We regularly turn the back lounge of any tour bus into a big bedroom.
âRelax, it's not the end of the world.â Says IV.
âThis shouldnât have even happened!â III grumbles. âWe always get a king size.â
âIt was pretty last minute. This may have been the best they could do.â I defend.
âThatâs enough bickering.â Vessel finally speaks up. âV, go take your shower. We will wait and go get dinner.â
I do as asked and hope the boys calm III down. I decided to dress up a little and not get into my cozy clothes. All five of us go to one of the restaurants near the hotel. It was fun and really what we needed. Afterwards, we walked around the casino and played a couple of slot machines. We eventually got back to the hotel room.
When I get ready for bed I finally check out the adjoined room. As I expected the room is exactly the same, just flipped. I walk to the bedroom and see that one of the beds is missing a mattress. I head back to our main room to ask what happened.
When I get there I see what happened. All of the furniture has been pushed into the corners, I assume that Vessel was responsible for that, and all three mattresses are on the floor. Vessel and II are making the bed. IV comes up behind me and gives me a hug.
âYou ok with this?â
âYes. As long as it makes your boyfriend stop freaking out.â
âWhen heâs like that he is their boyfriend.â
That comment makes me laugh. I am not sure how long we are standing next to the new super bed. The others are busy arranging blankets and pillows. I feel my eyes starting to drift close, all the activity from the day catching up with me. IV swaying us is also putting me to sleep.
My eyes open when someone grabs my hand. Itâs II, he gently pulls me away from IV. Now itâs time to arrange the sleeping positions. III is in the center on his back, me on his right and II on his left. Vessel is my big spoon and IV settles next to II.
âFour beds really is too many.â I say.
âTHAT'S WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT!â

âPink silk, angel softâ
Nanami Kento x Female Reader
part 1 ⥠part 2

disclaimer/content warning: 18+ content! minors dni! smut, daddy kink, sub/dom dynamics, size kink, posessiveness, alternate universe (no sorcery), reader is collared, reader is called âprincess, baby, baby girl, good girl, bad girl, brat, sweetheart, and angelâ, multiple orgasms, oral (reader receiving), bathing together and aftercare.
*ao3 mirror*
âĄâĄâĄ
The dainty, delicate jingle of a pretty gold bell paired with your beautiful, breathy moans filled the master bedroom. Nanami loved seeing you like this, his perfect little angel laying underneath him in expensive lingerie of soft, satiny pink and delicate froths of white lace decorating the body he so cherished, worshipped, owned.
He was still working his way down your neck with tender kisses and teasing little nips, drinking in the way your body shuddered as he pressed his jutting arousal harder against your needy, insatiable sex, the only thing between you two being the designer fabrics of his trousersâ the champagne colored ones he wore for his really important business meetingsâ and the thin lace of your panties, growing wetter and more ruined with each passing minute.
âDaddy, pleaseâŠâ you begged in a whispery whine, your eager little hands pawing for the buckle of his belt. âCanât take it much more⊠I need youâŠâ
Nanami would often scold you for being impatient, punish you if you became too bratty, but tonight, after the hell week heâd had shuffling endlessly from one meeting to the next, spending more time away from his precious baby than either of you had wanted, he craved your greed for him.
Besides, heâd been the indulgent one this time, practically pulling you into his lap to straddle him then pinning you to the couch cushions the moment heâd walked through the door and gotten his hands on you as youâd just woken from your late afternoon nap, his tie tugged loose and carelessly abandoned somewhere on the floor in the living room amidst his fervor, his suit jacket shrugged off and left draped over the arm of the furniture.
âI know, princessâŠâ he sighed dreamily with that rich baritone of his, pulling back only far enough to gaze into your eyes, gently brushing a stray strand of your hair back from your face before kissing you lightly on the nose and saying, âBut I promise if youâre patient like a good girl then Daddyâll make the wait worth it for you.â
The butterflies that Nanami had raised and released in your tummy fluttered back to vibrant life with all the possibilities of what your Daddy could have in store for you tonight.
He never failed to surprise you, whether it was with a brand new Chanel bag in a color that matched your most recently purchased outfit or the latest pair of Miu Miu heels, an impromptu weekend getaway to northern Italy or the south of France, the lavish shopping sprees and decadent dinners and gorgeous hotel suites, Nanami had many different monetary ways to shower you in his love.
But, as nice as all the designer handbags and dresses and jewelry and extravagant trips were, there was only one thing youâd trade it all away for. And that was the feeling of your two bodies becoming one, moving in tandem with each other and creating a priceless artwork of skin and sweat, a hypnotizing symphony that could never be conducted the same twice.
Though, lucky for you, youâd never have to choose between luxury items and amazing sex, as Nanami was able to provide both in constant abundance.
At least, so long as you did your part and remained his perfect little angel. It was an easy role to play, so long as you didnât begin to feel neglected when he became caught up with work. After the busy week heâd just had though, youâd been teetering on the edge of morphing into a disobedient little devil, willing to do just about anything to receive some of his attention, even if it meant breaking his rules and facing the whip or his belt for exhibiting such bad behavior.
Rest assured, from past experience, once youâd taken your punishment like the good girl he knew you still were deep down, Nanami would grant you the pleasure you so deserved.
So he went about exploring the familiar planes of your body, your skin silky smooth to the touch, your scent like vanilla and honey and the distinct flavor that was indisputably you.
He ran his hands over the supple hills of your breasts, down the dip of your waist and the curves of your hips, kneading the plush flesh of your thighs as he kissed you like it was the only thing he remembered how to do, savoring the way your tongue felt against his, trading each otherâs breath like it was the only source of oxygen filling each otherâs lungs, keeping his lips to yours until you were left breathless and panting in short, hot huffs once he finally broke away, both your lips shining with each otherâs spit.
And once you regained a little bit of your senses, you looked up at him and you smiled, and he couldnât help but smile too, because your eyes were glittering with all the adoration and devotion you held for him, knowing how much adoration and devotion he also held for you.
âGuess what?â you asked, your voice dripping with endless affection.
Nanamiâs grin remained, and he prompted your question with an equally infatuated, âWhat, sweetheart?â
A hum of amusement found a home in your throat, and for a moment you kept him in suspense. Then you said, all velvet and rose petals, âI love you!â
Nanami never had to wonder if you really meant it.
He couldâve identified you out of a hundred other girls by a single touch alone. He could go blind and still recognize you by the way you cupped his face in your little palms and traced his sharp features as he rested his head in your lap after a long day, the sound of your lilting giggle as it echoed down the halls accompanied by the muted pitter-patters of socked feet, the way you whispered his name in the morning in that adorable, loving way of yours.
And that was because he loved you too.
He loved you more than life itselfâ even if that life was composed of the finest things money could buy, none of it mattered unless he could share it with you.
âI love you more, angel,â he replied, bumping his nose lightly against yours, and if you couldâve purred like the adorable little kitten you were right then, you wouldâve. âMore than youâll ever even know.â
And then he was pulling you up to straddle his lap, a cute little gasp escaping your lips at the sudden unexpected movement, and Nanami sighed out a quiet chuckle as he ran his palms over your bare shoulders, down your arms, back up again.
âI take it this oneâs still your favorite,â Nanami crooked one long finger under the shiny gold bell on your bubblegum pink collar, flicking it to hear that playful jingle ring out softly, âisnât it, princess?â
You nodded, looking up at him through the fan of your lashes, the perfect picture of his demure little doll. Though he knew, aside from the looks of youâ all your lace trimmed thigh-highs and ruffly knee socks, your flirty, flouncy pink and white skirts and dresses of pale blues and lavenders, the cashmere cardigans with buttons that sparkled like diamonds or were made to look like bows, some delicate jewelry laying across your collar bones or your wrists or dangling from your ears, usually paired with heeled mary janes or platform oxfords or whatever else you picked out that day because youâd deemed it the cutestâ you still nurtured a little demon inside of you.
It was a devil heâd had to learn to control, to collar, to conquer, only letting her out when he decided it was time to open the cage. But once he did, so long as it was in the bedroom, at least, that mischievous little monster morphed into the desirably divine.
And it was only for him, Nanami felt a dangerous sense of pride in knowing. Only for him.
âWell it looks good on you,â Nanami complimented as he slightly adjusted the way the accessory wrapped itself around your pretty neck. Then he brushed a strand of hair behind your ear, his heart swelling when you nestled your cheek into his palm, those misleadingly innocent doe-eyes of yours blinking up at him and silently pleading for him to touch you more, more, more.
âAlright, baby, I know, I know,â Nanami agreed in a low, mirthy chuckle. His hands were resting on the outside of your thighs now, inching higher to toy with the thin waistband of your panties, fingers absentmindedly fidgeting with the sheer ruffles sitting daintily on your hips, hooking them underneath just to tease you, to get you to squirm. âDaddyâs gonna be good on his promise, just be patient.â
Now he moved onto unhooking your bra, savoring the way such soft, pretty skin was revealed beneath the pink silk and white lace, the way your sensitive nipples perked in the cool air of the room, a wave of goosebumps raising over your flesh before fading away like a gentle wave pulling away from the shore to return back to the sea.
Nanami layed you back against the bedsheets, taking a moment to unbutton his shirt, though was interrupted by a different kind of jingling sound as your little fingers tugged lightly at the shiny silver buckle of his leather belt, a soft whine crawling its way up your throat as you looked up at him and pouted.
Normally, your Daddy would use your repetitious impatience as an excuse to punish you, in this case, most likely by edging you until you became a trembling, crying, drooling mess just begging for release, but again, Nanami guessed today he was feeling rather lenient.
Besides, he wanted this just as much as you did. He was just better at hiding it.
âWant something, sweetheart?â he asked mockingly, words dripping with condescending mirth as he quirked an eyebrow up at you, faking confusion. After you nodded, your hands finding a tighter grip around his belt and giving a quick tug to signal you wanted it off, gone, right now, Nanami cooed at you and said, âYou know you have to use your words, baby. You know Daddy canât give you what you want unless you tell him.â
Instead of abiding by his request to speak your wants, you gave a grumbled whine and tried again to unbuckle his belt, which caused Nanami to grab up both your wrists in one of his strong palms, movement swift and smooth, pinning them above your head and actually seeming to startle you for a second.
Your heartbeat stuttered before leaping back to fast-paced life between your ribs as Nanami glared down at you, his face only inches from yours, the dim light of the room casting eerie shadows across his chiseled features.
âDonât make me repeat myself, princessâŠâ Nanami warned, a little more steel to his voice now, though you could sense that it wasnât entirely serious. Something about that sinful sparkle in his dark eyes gave him away. âOr do you want to be punished?â
Either way, you figured you wouldnât risk it, so that time you opened your mouth to respond, a weak, shy mutter of, âW-want your cock, DaddyâŠâ barely breathed out under your breath.
âIâm sorry, I canât hear you,â Nanami pressed, acting chillingly indifferent with that air of oncoming cruelty that sent both spiky barbs of fear shooting through your veins as well as a flutter of excitement blooming in your belly. Then, capturing your jaw in his grip, though not in the bruising way he tended to do if he was really about to punish you, he said, âYou know, if you insist on being a brat, youâre gonna be treated like oneâŠâ
âI-I want your cock, Daddy!â you whined, much louder that time, though you knew heâd heard you the first time.
At this, Nanamiâs expression softened back into that gentle pride, letting go of your face only to grab his belt, undoing it and pulling it through the loops to be tossed to the floor in a short bout of clacking and clinking like it wouldâve been that easy for you to do it yourself.
âGood girlâŠâ he cooed, releasing your wrists momentarily to undo the button on his slacks. âSee how you get what you want if you just do as Daddy says?â
The moment heâd kicked off what remained of his clothes and his cock was free, he crawled back on top of you, beginning to grind against your soaked core, likely on his way to ruining yet another pair of your favorite panties.
Thatâs alright. Heâd just buy you more, after all.
A hiss was sucked in through clenched teeth as your eager little hands found his hard cock, wrapping around and giving a squeeze that was just enough to tease him. Heâd always known that two could play at that gameâ the game heâd sometimes convinced himself he was the reigning champion of against youâ only to be reminded that, yes, you may have looked like an angel, but he was the only one who knew how to bring the devil out in you.
After recovering from his unexpected wince and locking eyes with you again, he saw that mischievous little grin painted across your adorably defiant face, a lilting giggle upturned into an amused squeak speaking to the fact that you were fully aware of the power youâd momentarily held over him and liked catching him off guard. But when his dark eyes flashed with that calculated, dangerous glint, you knew you wouldnât be smiling for much longer.
âYouâre in the mood to play, huh?â Nanami taunted, grinding against you harder that time, quickly becoming ruthless. It was a nasty habit of hisâ becoming too rough too fast, often just to prove a pointâ but it was a habit youâd learned to enjoy, over time.
Because sure, he might fuck you fast and hard enough to make tears well in your eyes, to make weak little pleads of âHurts, Daddyâ!â and âSâtoo muchâ!â get caught in your throat in an attempt to get him to let up a little, your nails biting into the toned muscles of his broad shoulders and back as he pinned and pounded you into the mattress, but you both knew part of you had learned to like the pain. Sometimes you craved it, the mischievous little masochist in you breaking one of his rules just so heâd bend you over his knee and spank your ass or have you tied up while he teased you to tears.
Coyly biting your lip, you glanced up at him through your lashes and replied with a lazy half shrug, âI dunno, maybeâŠâ And thatâŠ
That had Nanami grinning for an entirely different reason.
âWell, itâs up to you, babyâŠâ Nanami began. âWe can either play niceââ He reached down to gently rub enticing circles on your needy little clit through the soaked laced clinging to your pulsing pussy, pulling one of those melodic moans from your throat, your head thrown back against the fluffy pillows as pure, unadulterated pleasure coursed sweet and hot through your veins. But then, just before you felt yourself teetering on the edge of release, he was pulling back, causing you to whine and cast him a confused and irritated little pout. âOr we can play dirty.â
âIâll play nice!â you were practically pleading, chasing his hand with an impatient buck of your hips. âSwear it, Daddy! Iâll play nice, so pleaseâ!â
Your sentence was cut off with a clipped gasp that turned into a low, sated moan, Nanami slipping his fingers in through the side of your soaked panties to touch you for real, the pressure on your swollen, throbbing little bud a skillful alternation of soft and firm, unraveling you more and more with each motion.
He had you arching your back and crying out before the minute was up, stomach clenching as he helped you ride out the aftershocks of your first orgasm of the night, your eyes rolling back and fluttering shut as they sparkled with sugary, seraphim lust.
He gave you some time to recover before the next round, but not much.
You werenât even entirely sure when Nanami had removed the last piece of lace left clinging to your person, but as the cold air of the room registered on your weeping cunt, that fiery spark of anticipation reignited in the pit of your stomach.
The moment you felt his hot breath fanning over your pussy, you gripped the sheets in your trembling little fists. You knew this next part was going to last long, whether you wanted it to or not. Nanami was a master of savoring every last, painfully sweet taste of you, enjoying every slow lapping of his tongue along your slit like you were the worldâs rarest, most radiant delicacy, syrupy nectar dripping from a fruit so ripe it was ready to burst.
He had to wrestle you still when your squirming turned to thrashing, your body unsure whether it wanted to get away from him or get closer, the agonizing push and pull of the electric pleasure zapping through your insides enough to fry your brain until the only thought you were capable of was how good Nanami made you feel.
Each moan that left your pretty mouth was pitched higher and higher until your second orgasm was crashing over you like a wave against a cliffside during a storm, limbs tensing and trembling violently as you tried to twist away, fisting the bed sheets until the skin over your knuckles was pulled taught and aching over your bones, Nanami forcing you past your limit until heâd drank up every last heavenly drop of you.
And as you lay there, shuddering and spent and slowly slipping back into serenity, he couldnât help but admire the way your soft skin glistened with a thin sheen of sparkling sweat and your hair lay perfectly tousled and splayed beneath your lolled head, your chest rising and falling with shallow breaths that hitched every once in a while in gentle little gasps when his fingertips ghosted over your bare thighs, hitching your legs up and pulling you closer to him.
You werenât sure if you had a third round in you, but it wasnât up to you, so in the end that didnât matter.
Nanami had played nice like heâd promised, though had still found a way to be strategically cruel in tiny doses, so now it was only fair you let him take his turn.
Lining himself up with your neglected entrance, Nanami made sure to ask before beginning to nudge his way in, âAre you ready, baby?â and after you gave a weak, fucked-out nod, Nanami proceeded to push his way into you, stretching your sensitive little hole inch by stinging inch, only slowing his already lenient pace when you whined or hissed or made those adorably broken, pitiful little sounds of pain that heâd practically burned into his memory by now, replaying them in his mind like a song stuck in his head whenever he was away for long periods for work and was missing you, just dreaming about the next time he could sink into that tight cunt of yours.
âD-Daddyâ!â you gasped, a thin film of tears glossing over your shimmering eyes as the stretch on your unprepared entrance bordered on too much. You were gripping his arms in your trembling grasp, begging him with your eyes to mask the pain with some of his gentle coos or tender kisses.
âAlmost there, princess,â Nanami promised, his voice a little strained from just how tightly your insides were constricting around his cock, knowing he was going to have to make it up to you for not helping properly prep you beforehand.
Youâd been eyeing a brand new dress in the window of your favorite designer store a couple days ago but hadnât had time to stop in as Nanami had been running late for a meeting that Gojo had only bothered to inform him of a few hours beforehand while heâd been out shopping with you. He figured heâd go back tomorrow on his way home from work to surprise you with. That might make the fact that youâd probably have a little trouble walking comfortably for the next few days by the time he was done with you tonight a little easier to bear.
âYouâre doing so well for meâŠâ Nanami sighed. âAlways such a good girlââ Finally entering you down to the hilt, there was a moment of brief respite for the both of you, Nanami catching his breath while he gave you time to adjust to being so painfully full of him.
As a few of your tears fell, Nanami wiped them away and gently pressed his lips to your temple, leaving a trail of loving pecks from there to your neck as he whispered words of praise in between kisses.
âLove you so much,â he told you, brushing a few strands of sweat-damp hair from your forehead, preparing to start moving as he felt you relax a little around where he had split you in two. âSo much sweetheart⊠You know that, donât you?â
And there was another one of those saccharine smiles he lived to see, your flushed face beaming up at him as if he were the sun in your sky, reaching up to cup his face in your little palms as you said, voice reverent and doting, âOf course, Daddy. And you know how much I love you, too, right?â
Nanami couldnât help but smile now too, playfully nudging your nose with his as he muttered, low and loving, âMore than anything in the world?â
âMore than anything in the universe,â you corrected, nuzzling your cheek against his, feeling the barely detectable roughness of where heâd shaved that morning, lightly twining your arms around his neck, the two of you just resting in this essence of tranquility that had blanketed itself over the room. Then, in a lull, as if drifting off to sleep, you muttered, âMore than anythingâŠâ
Nanami almost felt bad that he couldnât let you fall asleep right thenâ you looked so sereneâ but there was one act left in this tale of angels and demons and he was determined to have you both make it through to the finale.
Slowly, rhythmically, he began to move, pulling almost all the way out before thrusting back in with more force than youâd been ready for the first time.
But as the pace began to pick up until he was maintaining the perfect speed for you both, Nanami also toying with your overstimulated clit as he felt himself approaching his own release, you could feel that haze of sharp-edged ecstasy clouding your brain for the third time that night, barbs of twisted pleasure splicing with the sounds of his grunts and whines as your core fluttered and squeezed around him everytime he was buried deep inside of you, grazing against your sweet spot every time.
âC-can feel you in my tummy, Daddyâ!â you gasped, your next moan clipping with that perfect, pain-laced pleasure. âF-feels so good! Donât stopâ!â
And thatâŠ
That was enough to send Nanami over the edge.
Youâd barely whimpered half of his name out before you both were coming undone, him filling you to the brim with his hot, sticky seed and you gushing all over his cock, both of you painting each other in glistening arousal and pent up desire.
You were both sticky and slick with each otherâs sweat and cum, your mouths seeking each other out one last time for a long, lazy kiss before Nanami carefully pulled out of you, watching with reverence as your abused little hole leaked more of your combined pleasure, unable to help himself from collecting it on the pad of his thumb and smearing it in absentminded patterns through your shining, gooey slit, painting it into your puffy folds and pushing some of it back into you once his touch migrated back to the source.
Would it be too selfish of him to force one more round out of you, to wring you dry, if that were even possible (in his experience with you thus far, it wasnât)?
But then your adorable, tired little voice was registering to him once again, a feeble inquiry of, âDaddyâŠ?â barely mumbled out of your glossy, swollen lips, causing his gaze to snap back to yours. âCan we take a bath together?â you asked, and before answering, Nanami took a few more seconds to admire you in your beautifully debauched state.
âOf course we can, baby,â he smiled, standing from the edge of the bed after unfastening the collar from you throat and draping a sheet over your bare form. âJust let me clean you up and then Iâll run us some water.â
Just before he could turn to head for his navy robe hanging off the back of the door, you asked, all silky sweetness and tender hope, âCan we use the bath bomb⊠one of the sparkly pink onesâŠ?â
Nanami hummed out a note of gentle amusement, knowing how much you loved those things, loved the way the glitter lingered on your skin afterward and the sickly sweet scent of bubblegum or strawberries and cream wove its way into your hair, which heâd make sure and wash for you whenever you two shared a bath or a shower together, massaging your scalp with all your favorite products and brushing out the tangles for you as he did so. âOf course we can, princess,â he affirmed, now slipping into his fluffy robe and beginning to tread towards the master bathroom. âAnything you want.â
And when he returned from filling the porcelain, clawfoot tub full with your preferred temperature, he half expected to find you fast asleep, but your resting eyes blinked open and gave him another one of those genuinely devoted smiles.
After using a warm washcloth to wipe away as much of the mess that you two had made from between your legs, Nanami helped you to your feet and guided you into the expansive, spotless bathroom, all of its mirrors and pristine tile shining under the dimmed vanity lighting. You kept your hand in his as you lowered yourself into the tub, sinking into the bath with a little bit of a wince as the hot water touched your raw center, then a sigh as the warmth wrapped itself the rest of the way around you.
Nanami brought you over one of your bath bombs, placing it in your waiting, cupped palms so you could be the one to drop it in and watch it fizz, turing the bath a vibrant, glittering cerise, before carefully stepping in and settling himself in the tub behind you, letting you lay with your back against his chest, his knees slightly poking above the surface on either side of you as you both submerged yourselves further into the lulling calm of each otherâs embrace.
And for all the stress and the long business trips and last minute meetings, being able to spend this time with you made it all worth it.
Because Nanami knew his job was, above all else, to provide and care for his very special, most favorite girl, no matter the cost or the sacrifices.
And you probably wouldnât believe him if he told you how truly lucky he felt to have you in his life, to be able to come home to you every day and fall asleep beside you every night.
But, then again, you actually might. Because you felt the same exact way.
âĄâĄâĄ
I wanted to write another lil something for my sd!nanami since, well, Iâve been thinking about him a lot lately haha.
In the future I think Iâd like to do something with a little more plot for him, but honestly, I feel like this version of him lends itself to pure smut just fine ;)
Anyway, thank you so much for reading and I hope you enjoyed!
See you next time~

Watcher's Expenses
I didn't major in accounting: I took three classes and it grinded my brain to a fine powder. However, after graduating with a business admin degree, being a former eager fan of their videos, and from a cursory glance over their socials, there's a lot to consider in their spending behavior that really could start racking up costs. Some of these things we've already noticed, but there are other things I'd like to highlight, and I'll try to break it down into the different categories of accounting expenses (if I get something wrong, let me know. I was more concentrated in marketing đ€·ââïž). I'm not going to hypothesize numbers either, as that would take out more time than I'm willing to afford-- you can assume how much everything costs. Anyways, here's my attempt at being a layman forensic accountant:
Note: All of this is assuming they're operating above board and not engaging in any illegal practices such as money laundering, tax evasion, not paying rent, etc.
Operating Expenses
Payroll: 25+ staff salaries and insurance
Overhead Expenses
CEO/founder salaries
Office space leasing or rent (In L.A, one of the most expensive cities in the US)
Utilities (water, electricity, heating, sanitation, etc.)
Insurance
Advertising Costs
Telephone & Internet service
Cloud Storage or mainframe
Office equipment (furniture, computers, printers, etc.)
Office supplies (paper, pens, printer ink, etc.)
Marketing costs (Social media marketing on Instagram, Youtube, SEO for search engines, Twitter, etc. Designing merchandise and posters, art, etc. )
Human Resources (not sure how equipped they are)
Accounting fees
Property taxes
Legal fees
Licensing fees
Website maintenance (For Watchertv.com, Watcherstuff.com, & Watcherentertainment.com)
Expenses regarding merchandising (whoever they contract or outsource for that)
Inventory costs
Potentially maintenance of company vehicles
Subsequent gas mileage for road trips
Depreciation (pertains to tangible assets like buildings and equipment)
Amortization (intangible assets such as patents and trademarks)
Overhead Travel and Entertainment Costs (I think one of the biggest culprits, evident in their videos and posts)
The travel expenses (flights, train trips, rental cars, etc. For main team and scouts)
Hotel expenses for 7-8 people at least, or potentially more
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners with the crew (whether that's fully on their dime or not, I don't know; Ryan stated they like to cover that for the most part)
Recreational activities (vacation destinations, amusement parks, sporting activities etc.)
The location fees
Extraneous Overhead costs (not sure exactly where these fall under, but another culprit, evident in videos and posts)
Paying for guest appearances
Expensive filming & recording equipment (Cameras, sound equipment, editing software subscriptions, etc.)
The overelaborate sets for Ghost files, Mystery Files, Puppet History, Podcasts etc. (Set dressing: Vintage memorabilia, antiquated tech, vintage furniture, props, etc.)
Kitchen & Cooking supplies/equipment
Office food supply; expensive food and drink purchases for videos
Novelty items or miscellaneous purchases (ex. Ghost hunting equipment, outfits, toys, etc.)
Non-Operating Expenses
These are those expenses that cannot be linked back to operating revenue. One of the most common examples of non-operating expenses is interest expense. This is because while interest is the cost of borrowing money from a creditor or a bank, they are not generating any operating income. This makes interest payments a part of non-operating expenses.
Financial Expenses
Potential loan payments, borrowing from creditors or lenders, bank loans, etc.
Variable Expenses
Hiring a large amount of freelancers, overtime expenditure, commissions, etc.
PR consultations (Not sure if they had this before the scandal)
Extraordinary Expenses
Expenses incurred outside your companyâs regular business activities and during a large one-time event or transactions. For example, selling land, disposal of a significant asset, laying off of your employees, unexpected machine repairing or replacement, etc.
Accrued Expenses
When your business has incurred an expense but not yet paid for it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(If there's anything else I'm missing, please feel free to add or correct things)
To a novice or a young entrepreneur, this can be very intimidating if you don't have the education or the support to manage it properly. I know it intimidates the hell out of me and I'm still having to fill in the gaps (again, if I've mislabeled or gotten anything wrong here, please let me know). For the artistic or creative entrepreneur, it can be even harder to reconcile the extent of your creative passions with your ability to operate and scale your business at a sustainable rate. That can lead to irresponsible, selfish, and impulsive decisions that could irreparably harm your brand, which is a whole other beast of its own.
My guess at this point is that their overhead and operation expenses are woefully mismanaged; they've made way too many extraneous purchases, and that they had too much confidence in their audience of formerly 2.93 million to make up for the expenses they failed to cover.
It almost seems as if their internal logic was, "If we make more money, we can keep living the expensive lifestyle that we want and make whatever we want without anyone telling us we can't, and we want to do it NOW, sooner rather than later because we don't want wait and compromise our vision." But as you can see, the reality of fulfilling those ambitions is already compromised by the responsibility of running a business.
And I wrote this in another post here, but I'll state it again: Running a business means you need to be educated on how a business can successfully and efficiently operate. Accounting, marketing, social media marketing, public relations, production, etc; these resources and internet of things is available and at your disposal. If they had invested more time in educating themselves on those aspects and not made this decision based on artistic passion (and/or greed), they would have not gotten the response they got.
Being a graphic designer, I know the creative/passionate side of things but I also got a degree/got educated in business because I wanted to understand how to start a company and run it successfully. If theyâre having trouble handling the responsibility of doing that, managing production costs, managing overhead expenses, and especially with compensating their 25+ employees, then they should hire professionals that are sympathetic to their creative interests, but have the education and experience to reign in bad decisions like these.
Anyways, thanks for coming to my TedTalk. What a shitshow this has been.

Dom Mysterio x Reader
Chapter Six | Where it all startedâŠ
After the holidays we purchased our first home in the same town as his mom and dad but we didnât have to be quiet in our place. Our empty new house was going to be a project but one I loved. Dom had to go back on the road, pretending to date Rhea and traveling most of the time. It wasnât going to be easy and it was going to put our pregnancy journey on hold.
Lifting me up I sat on the kitchen island with Dom between my legs. âIâm gonna miss you, mi amore. Fuck, it was never this hard.â
âYouâll have Rhea,â I quipped. It was still a sore spot for me. WWE was pushing their relationship and behind the scenes like they were really dating. It was unheard of and only getting worse.
âShut up. Thatâs work, friendship.â
My hands snuck under his shirt, working their way up his chest. âSometimes itâs too far, Dom. Like when you touch her and she touches you.â
âNo one is touching me like this. No one will. You gonna make beg on the last night Iâm home?â He purred into my neck when my fingers traced back down to his gym shorts.Â
âMaybe a little.â
âCome on baby, you know you want papi to make you come. What do you want, mi amore? You want me to fuck you right here? You want me to lick that pussy? Fuck.â He whispered all the ways he could have me and it sent me down a rabbit hole. My pussy ached for him more than normal.
âWhat do you think of when you touch yourself?â Pushing his shorts down I wanted this to last.
His mouth found mine and our tongues danced. âBeing inside you, baby. Thatâs all it takes.â
Reaching down between us I felt how hard he was already. âI got my tripod out if you want to record it. For the road.â
His mouth smiled on top of mine, âFuck yes.â
Dom fucked my tight little pussy on the kitchen island while I captured all the right shots for him. I didnât want him to have any reason to cheat. I had heard the horror stories enough and his faux relationship was enough. I wanted Dom to have a piece of us on the road with him.
We had sex three times that night before Dom left for the airport in the morning. We even had sex in the shower before he left. He was about to be surrounded with beautiful women and every temptation. âJust promise youâll call, Dominik, if you feel tempted.â
âI finally got you, Iâm not fucking that up. Iâll text you when I land. I love you.â
THREE MONTHS LATER
It had been three months since Dom left and I had been busy filling our house with furniture. I had been so busy I didnât realize I hadnât gotten my period.Â
I had extra tests for when we really started trying. Iâd didnât expect to need one this soon but something felt off. Peeing on the stick I waited the few minutes before it turned positive. In shock I ok a few more and they all turned positive.
I had been watching Dom on TV every week, weâd talk on the phone every night and I would curse WWE for making their fake relationship seem real. Online there were countless extras of them making it seem valid. My favorite is Rhea and Dom answering what are their favorite thing to do together is when Rhea answered for them: fucking.
It was Monday and that meant live TV, Monday Night Raw. Flicking the TV on I watched, looking for any clues to where Dom was before I texted him that we needed to talk.
Dom called me immediately and pushed the phone speaker.
Dom: Whatâs wrong? I got like 15 mins before I go out.
Me: I need to come visit.Â
Dom: Donât do this baby. Donât call it quits. Iâll be home next week for a few days.Â
Me: Itâs not that, Dom. I donât wanna do this over the phone. Just let me know when I can come. Iâll be watching tonight, call me when you get to the hotel.
Dom let the line go silent and I knew he was thinking the worst.
I sent him a good luck text and parked myself in front of the TV that was just set up earlier in the day. Pulling a blanket over my lap I cuddled into the plush couch and placed my hand over my stomach.
Thatâs your daddy coming on next. I know itâs silly but daddy is silly sometimes.
Dom didnât even text me the details when my email contained a round trip ticket to his next show. I knew he was spiraling and I should relieve him of his misery but it made my news even sweeter. Packing a small bag I asked his mom to drop me off at the airport for my red eye flight. Without argument she agreed. The flight was smooth and the middle of America was full of winter. Ice and snow clung to every surface still.
Security was a problem when I tried to advocate for myself when Randy Orton walked away. Him greeting me and ushering me in was enough for them when they stepped aside.
âWhat are you doing here?â
âIâm trying to break my immaculate pregnancy to my boyfriend. Do you know where he is?âÂ
Randy laughed as I followed his lead. âProbably asleep. I donât even think heâs shown his face yet. Want a lift to the hotel? Iâm headed back.â
Agreeing I shook my head and Randy took my weekender bag from me. âLet me text him in case.â
I sent yet another text message that he hadnât responded to when a car pulled up to the entrance and the crowd outside shouted you suck. Something told me to look up when Dom pushed a small suitcase alongside him. âDom,â I shouted trying to get his attention when he finally spotted me.
Grabbing my bag from Randy I thanked him when Dom got threateningly close to Randy. âI donât give a shit what happens between us; if you touch her Iâll fucking kill you.â
Randy threw his hands up and backed away. âSheâs all yours, bro.â
âWhatâs wrong with you?â I asked him wondering what pissed him off before that.Â
âHad to come in person to break things off? Give me some speech about how weâre better off friends?â He walked away and I was forced to follow him.
âDom. Can we talk privately?âÂ
Still walking away I had to catch up to his long legs. âJust fucking say it. You regret it. Iâm a big boy and I can handle it.â
I stopped walking, dropping my bag to the floor and rolled my eyes. âDominik Gutierrez. Iâm pregnant.â
Stopping dead in his tracks he twisted around and stared at me like I might be joking. âAre you serious? Are you actually serious right now?â
âI didnât want our story to include telling you over text message. Iâm pregnant.â Rushing towards me he picked me up into his arms and spun me around.Â

Open Thread - IGREEDA Cabinet Building
Fluff / Anything Goes! / Ever built IKEA furniture? Instead of conjuring up a new piece of furniture for the hotel bar, Charlie thought of a great team building activity. She purchased a Mammon-brand IGREEDA Cabinet, the only problem is that it didn't arrive fully assembled. It's up to the hotel patrons to put their differences aside and work together to build a new display cabinet for Husk's Bar.
Keenie squints in confusion at the pile of wooden planks, glass panels, and screws. Out of pure frustration she asks, "I'm sorry but how in Hell do these flimsy pieces of junk make a functioning cabinet?" She flips through the instruction booklet and tried to make sense of the strange pictures, "I thought this was supposed to be easy! Thanks a lot, Mammon!"

Fight The Feeling Part 13 Grammy awards
Summary- You and Jack make your first official public appearance together at the 2023 Grammy Awards.
The next couple of days were very low-key for you and Jack. Now that you knew the gender of your baby, you spent some time picking out furniture pieces for the nursery. You had an extra room that you used to store PR packages that brands sent you. Due to how busy you had been, you hadnât had time to go through it more than what your assistant had and ever since the news of your pregnancy had been confirmed, you had been receiving tons of baby items and clothes. Jack also had some time off so he helped you go through everything, not letting you move a single box as you sorted things into separate piles of what you were keeping at your apartment, what Jack was going to keep at his, and what you were going to give to friends.Â
You wanted to get everything organized before you and Jack left for Los Angeles, California to attend the Grammy Awards, where Jack was nominated for three awards and would be your first official appearance as a couple. Luckily, all the furniture that you ordered would arrive while you were away so you could get the nursery put together. You and Jack decided since you werenât living together, you would both have a nursery, even if the one at Jackâs apartment wouldnât get used often until your daughter was older, it made you both feel better that you both had one.Â
You also went shopping at some local baby stores to pick out some other essentials, your goal was to have as many necessities purchased before you left as you could. Jack didnât get stopped by fans often when he was in Louisville, which meant that when you were with him, neither did you. As much as neither of you minded being stopped by someone who recognized you, it was nice to feel somewhat normal, especially because Jack didnât even feel like going shopping, he only went because he didnât want you to go alone.
The next day, you, Jack, and both of your teams were on a private jet to California. You were at the point in your pregnancy that your morning sickness had let up a while ago and you got most of your energy back, which was great for the next few weeks. After your and Jackâs appearance at the Grammy Awards, you were flying home for a couple of days, before flying to New York for a week and a half for New York Fashion Week. After that, Jack had promo for White Men Canât Jump, and eventually the Kentucky Derby, and then Jack had one of his two Las Vegas shows, all before you gave birth.
As soon as you landed in Los Angeles, you and Jack went to your hotel room. Your flight landed late at night so Neelam and Claire said they would take care of your bags and drop them off in the morning, with you and Jack knowing that you had packed what you needed in the meantime in overnight bags to bring to the hotel.
âLet me see your bag,â Jack said as you picked your bag up.
âItâs okay, I got it.â You said, walking towards the exit of the plane, Jack followed behind you, already carrying his bag.
âYou were just complaining about how much your back hurts, let me carry your bag, please?â Jack asked again and you sighed softly.
âFine, thank you.â You said as you handed Jack your bag. You both walked off the plane and to the car waiting for you. Everyone but your security, and Urban, stayed behind to deal with the bags.
You laid your head down on Jackâs shoulder as soon as you both sat down.
âTired?â Jack asked as you yawned. You nodded, Jack wrapped his arm around you so you buried your head into his neck, closing your eyes. âHow long until we get to the hotel?â Jack asked the driver.
âAbout 30 minutes.â The driver said and Jack thanked him.
âYou can take a short nap if you want to. Iâll wake you up when weâre almost there. I know we have to get up early tomorrow.â
âIâm okay, but Iâm falling asleep as soon as we get to the hotel.â You said and Jack laughed softly.
âMe too,â Jack said. You lifted your head from Jackâs shoulder before you fell asleep.Â
You managed to stay awake the entire car ride, which was uneventful since you were all so tired.
Once you arrived at the hotel, you, Jack, and Urban waited in the car while one of your security went to check in for you. Once they were done you were led to your room and given your keys. You and Jack immediately got ready for bed before falling asleep.
The next morning you had to wake up earlier than you wanted to. You needed last-minute alterations on your gown for the evening before getting your hair and makeup done.
Jackâs tan suit with creme and silver sequined sweater vest undershirt matched your silver gown. Your floor-length gown had a small train, a lace-up back, and a silver sequined floral mesh over the skirt. The top of the dress was a little plainer, a solid color off-the-shoulder cut.Â
You werenât sure why but you were having a day where nothing felt right. You didnât like how your dress looked, something about your makeup looked off to you, and even your hair felt weird. You assumed it was pregnancy hormones, but you were also nervous. Even though you had walked many red carpets this would be your first with Jack since you had announced your pregnancy.
Of course, pregnancy came with changes to your body, and while you knew that those changes were completely normal it didnât make them easier to process, especially as a model. You were used to hearing people comment on your body but expecting them was different.
There was an hour until you and Jack had to leave and in what felt like the first time for the day, you and Jack were alone. Jack could tell that you felt off but he was waiting until you were alone to ask you about it.
âHey,â Jack walked over to where you were sitting. âAre you okay? Youâve seemed off all day.â
âI donât know,â You sighed softly. âEverything just feels off. I mean, I feel fine but I think itâs just stupid pregnancy hormones.â
âWhat do you mean?â Jack asked, sitting down next to you.
âI donât know how to explain it. I just donât feel like I usually do before something like this, Usually, itâs exciting, but this time Iâm dreading it.â
âDo you want to stay here? We donât have to go,â Jack said and you let out a small laugh.
âJack. Weâve spent all day getting ready for one and for two, youâre nominated for a Grammy. Three of them. Thatâs a huge deal so weâre going. Iâll be fine. Iâm not even nervous about the event, Iâm just nervous about what people say after the event,â You said.
âGive me your phone,â Jack said.Â
âWhy?â You asked.
âBecause you look absolutely gorgeous and Iâm not going to let anyone, including yourself, convince you otherwise,â Jack said as he logged you out of all your social media accounts. Jack handed you back your phone.
âThank you, Jack.â
âYouâre welcome, and you really do look gorgeous. I like the subtle matching.â
âThank you, and I do too, even though I didnât plan it,â You laughed softly.Â
âAlso, if you want to leave at any point tonight, please let me know and we can come back to the hotel,â Jack said and you nodded.
âDo you know how many interviews were scheduled for?â You asked.Â
âJust one. Neelam said we can do as many as we have time for, Iâm fine with just going one.âÂ
âYeah, letâs only do one interview.â
When it was time for you and Jack to leave, your group got into the car that was waiting to drive you to the venue. Once you arrived, Jack exited the car first before turning back towards the car, reaching for your hand, and helping you out of the car.Â
You slightly adjusted your dress, Jackâs arm wrapping around your waist so his hand could rest on your lower back. There was a crowd of fans surrounding the entrance that you and Jack both waved to. As you stepped onto the red carpet, your names were being called, telling you to look in different directions, you posed together and separately before walking further down the carpet.
âYou good?â Jack leaned down and whispered in your ear.
âYeah,â You smiled softly up at Jack. Your interview was planned with Extra, so you approached their reporter when it was your turn.Â
âY/N!, Jack Harlow!â The reporter said enthusiastically. âThe first thing I want to do is congratulate you two on expecting your first baby.â
âThank you, weâre both really excited,â You said, resting your hand on your bump as Jackâs hand found its spot on your back again.
âI donât think this is a pairing that anyone saw coming, youâre both so private so we all want to know everything youâre willing to share. How did you meet? How long have you been together? Weâll take whatever we can get,â The three of you laughed slightly before Jack spoke.
âWell, we met at a Met Gala after-party, and as soon as I met Y/N I knew how special she was and I knew that I wanted her in my life. I think weâll keep how long weâve been officially together just between us for now.â Jack said and the reporter nodded.
âOkay, so it was love at first sight for the two of you, at least on Jackâs end. One last personal question before we get to talking about your careers. Do you know if youâre having a boy or a girl yet?â
âWe do, we just found out the other day, but weâre waiting to announce it,â You explained.Â
The both of you got asked a couple more questions about your careers and what was coming next for you before you were finished with the interview. You let out a deep breath as you walked away. You went inside and found your assigned seats early. As soon as you sat down you yawned.
âTired?â Jack asked you and you nodded.
âYeah, Iâm so glad Iâm only walking in two shows for fashion week because just this has me exhausted. Growing a baby is tiring.â You said laughing softly.
âCome here,â Jack held out his arm.
âNo, I donât want to get makeup on your suit.â You said but Jack wrapped his arm around you anyways, gently pulling you closer so you could rest your head on his shoulder. You decided not to fight it, closing your eyes for just a moment before you made an uncomfortable face.
âAre you okay?â Jack asked, noticing your expression.
âYeah, just got kicked in the ribs. The baby has decided that the comfiest spot to be is near my ribs. I think I disagree.â
âIs there anything I can do to help?â
âUnless you can convince the baby to move to another spot, I donât think so,â You said, laughing softly.
âWe have a few hours after this before our flight back home, you can take a nap then, or we can cancel our flight and stay the night and just go home in the morning.â
âItâs okay, I want to go home tonight. Iâll probably end up just sleeping on the plane.â
You and Jack watched the show and even though Jack didnât win anything, you both still enjoyed yourselves. You skipped the after-parties, ending up back at your hotel, changing into comfy clothes. Jack had a pair of grey sweats and a tank top on, and you had a pair of black sweats and one of Jackâs t-shirts on. Even though you werenât together, you felt since you were pregnant with Jackâs baby, it was fair that you got to steal his shirts.
You could tell that Jack was slightly disappointed. Going into the most prestigious award show in music with the idea that you could win, but then coming out with nothing was tough. Winning didnât mean everything and it was an honor just to be nominated, but it was natural to be disappointed.
âYou know,â You said as you turned on your side to face Jack. âIâm really proud of you.â
âReally?â Jack asked, turning to his side.
âOf course. I meant it when I said I would always be proud of you. Just because you made a mistake, it doesnât take away how much effort you put into your work.â
âI uh, wrote a speech just in case I won, but I still wanted to thank you even though I couldnât do it in my speech. So thank you for being my inspiration when I was writing and making the album. You supported me even when you didnât have to and Iâll forever be thanking you for everything youâve done for me. I wasnât going to say this in the speech obviously, but thank you for being such a forgiving person even when I havenât deserved it. I wouldnât be where I was if it wasnât for you, I was a mess when I broke up with you, and I probably would still be. You are the most amazing person I know and I couldnât be luckier that you are in my life. I love you and Iâm never, ever going to let you forget any of that,â Jack spoke as he reached up to wipe a tear that fell from your eye.
âI love you too, you know that. I canât picture my life without you, and I donât want to. I know that we will get to a point where we can officially be together again, without subconscious doubts or worries, but in the meantime, Iâm really happy with where we are in our relationship.â
âMe too,â Jack said as he pulled you closer to him.

French Style Chateau
Have you checked out the video yet!?
youtube
Now on to the primary suite, this main bedroom was huge, including a massive ensuite with a round stained glass windowâŠas well as a few more photos of the staircase from the second floor!!
This mansion was built in 1985 on two lots in The Bridle Path neighbourhood of Toronto, Canada and was designed to resemble a French style chateau. The 30,000 square foot mega mansion had 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, and was located on a huge four acre property that also included a tennis court. It also had a granite cobblestone driveway, a horseshoe staircase at the back and extensive gardens which completed the experience of living in a castle in France.
Originally built by Robert Campeau a financier and real estate developer. Robert began his career by building just one single house in 1949 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. His company then known as Campeau Corp was also responsible for building Scotia Plaza, a hi rise built in 1988 in the financial district of Toronto, as well as the Harbour Castle Hotel in 1975. In the 80s, Campeau began a series of leveraged buyouts of companies, both in Canada and the United States. The final company was Federated Department Stores, the owners of Bloomingdale's for $7 billion. This was the beginning of the end for Campeau Corp, as they filed for Bankruptcy in 1990, one of the largest in history. Robert was forced to sell the home in 1990.
The home was purchased in 2002 by Harold and Sara Springer who entrusted architect Gordon Ridgely, interior designer Brian Gluckstein, and landscape architect Ronald Holbrook to bring their vision to life. They brought in 17th century antique furniture from france, original royal academy paintings, Italian marble and even crystal chandeliers.
Other features of the large house included a two-story indoor Olympic-size swimming pool with a retractable floor that converts into a ballroom. It also had an elevator, an oak wood bar, recording studio and even its very own bomb shelter!
The mansion has been featured in several movies including Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's 'It Takes Two', 'Kissinger and Nixon', 'That Old Feeling' as well as most recently in an episode of Suits. A party was also held for Jane Fonda in the two-storey ballroom, which was then disassembled overnight so that Campeau could swim in the pool the next day with Pierre Elliott Trudeau.
The Springer's listed the chateau for sale including all of its contents starting in 2014 for $25 million and was last publicly listed in 2018 for $39,500,000. Finally, the home was purchased by Nascond Holdings in 2020 for $30.8 million.
Nascond Holdings is a company owned by the Muzzo Group which is a well known development company in the area. Marco Muzzo caused a drunk driving crash that killed four people and seriously injured two others. It was a very high profile incident several years ago, because of his ties to such a wealthy family. There was also a guest list of people found in the home including Marco's name as the host of the party.
The mansion was demolished shortly after my visit in August of 2022. Not much happened after that until more recently when some activity began to happen on the property. Ferris Rafauli who was also behind Drake's Bridle Path Mansion, is the designer and builder behind the new mansion that will take shape in the coming years.

đđ«1000 DOWNLOAD CELEBRATION -- PART TWOđ«đ
And now, for part two of our celebration, everyone's favorite ornery editor: Oscar!
Also, you all are wild. We didn't even get halfway through our 1K celebration before we hit 2000 downloads. Thank you all so much!! <3
Art by @minthe-drawings
DEBUT
by Cath, edited by @crescencestudio
No way. No way, no way, no way. Nope. No. Way.
There is no chance whatsoever that you're going tonight. It's not happening. This⊠It's all wrong!
You stand before the full length mirror in Oscar's bedroomâÂ
No, it's your bedroom now too. The mental correction is taking longer to come into effect than you'd thought it would, despite you having had nearly two months to adjust. And despite you redecorating⊠or rather, decorating the place.
To call it a bachelor pad would be a compliment, since that would imply at least furniture to begin with. Oscar's place had just been... empty.
"I'm always traveling. What is the point of aâWhat the fuck did you call that? A duvet?-- Whatever the hell it's called, if I'm in hotels most of the time?"Â
His huffing had done nothing to stop your determination to bring the aesthetic of the place from "utilitarian holding cell" to an actual home. Where people live. On purpose. He'd groused the whole time, but little did he know, you had seen every one of his slight smiles as you chose which bedsheets, towels, curtains matched your shared space best. He'd enjoyed watching you make your smallâand not so smallâclaims on the space.Â
You stare at yourself in the full-length mirror (a purchase he had been surprisingly on board with) for a heartbeat more before half thrashing your way free of the clothes and adding them to the ever-growing mountain on the bed.
You can't do this. Nope. Too much pressure.Â
You shove on a tattered sweatshirt (Oscar's, stolen, smelling like old books and his spice-scented cologne) and a pair of shorts just as Oscar enters the room.Â
"You're not dressed yet?" He arches an eyebrow at you, and you immediately scowl. It does not escape you that he isn't ready eitherâhe's wearing the same jeans and tee-shirt from his morning errands.
"I'm not going."Â
He leans against the doorframe, his broad shoulders near filling the entranceway, his expression shifting towards one he always seems to save just for you, a wry kind of amusement bordering on exasperation.Â
"You sound like a toddler," he says. You think you hear the beginning of a chuckle in his voice, and it fans your stubbornness into outright defiance.Â
"I do not. I sound like an adult who can make their own decisions, and I decided I'm not going."Â
Your earlier suspicion is confirmed: his chuckle evolves into a snort that does a poor job hiding his laughter.
"It's the launch party for your book. You quite literally have to go."Â
You throw yourself backwards onto the bed with a loud groan, covering your face with your hands. He's right, of course. But there's no way in hell you're saying that.Â
"How about this, Oscar? You edited the thing. You go schmooze in my stead and make good impressions and whatever else is expected for something like thisâ"
You feel his presence moments before he reaches down for you. It's that familiar tingle that fills the air every time you two are in close proximity, a ticklish kind of static. He grips you firmly but gently by the shoulders, prying you up from the bed. He'd probably release you if you put up a fight, because he was annoying like that. So instead, you switch tactics and go entirely limp, forcing him to drag your stubborn, slumping form up. Your head lolls from side to side, but he, equally as stubborn, hauls you up into a seated position.Â
"What's the issue, sweetheart?" he asks, the note of annoyance in his voice the only acknowledgement of your ragdoll display. Â
You lean against him, winding your arms around his hips and burying your face into his stomach. Your face feels warm with embarrassment, and you don't want him to see. You don't want to admit the actual problemâto hear how frivolous it sounds when it's spoken aloud. All that would do is make you feel⊠small. Ridiculous.Â
The silence stretches, and soon you feel the weight of his hand against the back of your head, cradling it gently. He leans just slightly into you, pulling you closer, and begins drawing soothing, rhythmic circles on your back. The soothing effect is near instantaneous, and you sigh loudly before turning your head so he can hear you.Â
"I have nothing to wear."Â
His hand stills for a moment, and his thumb twitches at the base of your neck. His chest shakes a little, and you pull back to glare up at him.Â
He's laughing. That bastard!
"Stop it, I'm serious!"Â
This, of course, only makes him laugh harder, the tone warm and genuine. You expect the shame and embarrassment to overcome you at any moment, but it doesn't. He's not mocking. You find yourself struggling to maintain your glare, your lips twitching into a smile.Â
"That's the issue? We can fix that! Why didn't you say something sooner?"
He drops a kiss on your forehead before untwining himself from your arms and walking to your closet.Â
"No, it's not! Iâ Nothing feels right, and it's too late to go and buy something new...!"
"It's just nerves. It's making it hard to make a decision."
You grunt in response, wrinkling your nose. You know that, of course. Doesn't make it any easier.Â
"Here." Oscar withdraws an outfit from the closet and presents it to you nonchalantly. "What about this one?"Â
You eye the fabric skeptically. It's pale in color, the material looks buttery smooth, and you're almost entirely certain you've never seen it before.Â
"I-Is that mine?"
"What? What kind of question is that? It's not mine."
"Iâ I don't know! Where did that even come from?"Â
Oscar's brow drops to a decidedly annoyed expression.Â
"Scribbles. You cannot seriously expect me to know where you've obtained your clothing."Â
You practically hiss at the nickname, snatching the clothes hanger from him.Â
"Fine, I'll try it! Now get out so I can change."
Oscar arches his eyebrow at you.Â
"Seeing you change? That's where we draw the line of privacy, is it? Even though I've seen youâ"
"Beat it, Spellcheck!"
He's cackling, and you're flustered and overheated by the time you succeed in banishing him from the bedroom.Â
â-â-â-
"Come out, Scribbles. Let me see you."Â
You sigh softly to yourself before leaving the safety of your bedroom, having finished your final grooming touches. The outfit Oscar picked feels suspiciously new. When did you even buy this?Â
Still, the color is more complimentary than you'd expected, and the cut of it is undeniably flattering on your body. You still feel anxiety creeping up your throat from its nest in your belly, but your boyfriend had been right. Having the choice made for you was helpful. The quality of his choice certainly didn't hurt either.Â
Stepping into the living room, you look around for a moment before spotting Oscar leaning against the far wall.Â
Your mind goes blank, a slate wiped clean. He's changed as well, it seems. He wears a light brown vest paired with a cream colored jacketâcolors that distinctly compliment your own outfit. The lines of the suit follow the contours of his body perfectly, and your pulse suddenly feels very loud. It's not wholly unusual for Oscar to dress up for work events or the like butâŠÂ
Damn. He's hot.Â
Your gaze slides up his body and to his face, and you finally see the expression he's wearing. Any last scrap of insecurity you feel is banished by the look he is giving you. It's more exalting than desire, more sinful than reverence, more devoted than hunger. It's... all of those things and more.Â
You can barely breathe.Â
"I knew it."Â
He drags himself from the wall and stalks towards you, the movements reminiscent of a prowling cat.Â
"I knew that would be stunning on you the moment I saw it."Â
You're flushing, your breathing coming unevenly. The effect he has on you is dizzying, but one question rises from the haze that's overcoming your mind.Â
"The moment you saw it...?"
"You like my gift, Scribbles?"
"Wait, you⊠you bought this for me?"
"Well, you're always going on and on about everything needing to match in this damn house, so..."
"You bought this so I could match with you?"
He's only an arm's length from you now. The intensity of his gaze as he rakes his eyes up and down your body is such that you can practically feel his touch sliding over your skin.Â
"Don't be absurd," he says quietly, his eyes finally meeting yours. The smile he gives you is wicked, but you don't miss the tinge of pink settling over his cheeks.Â
He finally closes the gap between you, pressing you against the wall in one swift, easy motion. His hands find your hips, and his face nuzzles into your neck. For a moment, you wonder if he chose that spot to strategically hide his blush, just as you had before, but the thought quickly leaves you, as Oscar distracts you with the warmth of his breath against your skin, the nip of his teeth on your earlobe.Â
You shudder.Â
"I bought it because I knew it would look incredible on you. I bought my suit after to match."Â
His arms wind around your lower back and fit you to him, and you nearly purr, pulling him closer. His touch is intoxicatingâsoft and sweet from his kisses that barely graze your skin, rough and scratchy from his beard lightly scraping against you. He trails his lips along your body. First, nibbling at your ear, then brushing over your jaw, before finally finding its way to the corner of your mouth.Â
You turn towards him to close that torturous distance, wanting your mouth upon his. All you can think about is the feeling of his lips pressed against yours. Your whole body is on fire, set alight by his touch, but still he holds himself just beyond your reach.
"Maybe we shouldn't go after all," he hums. The rasp of his deep voice is more pronounced than usual, and you arch your back into him in response. He grins wolfishly at you, and you almost snap. Enough with the teasing.Â
You want him to kiss you so. Fucking. Badly.
But before you can give voice to your wishes, he grants them as if he knows the effect he has on you. He kisses you with a languid, searing intensity. You tangle your fingers into his soft curls and he groans into your mouth, his fingers digging hard into your body. You can feel his control dangling by a threadâ
He pulls back, his breath hitching, and nips at your lower lip before truly breaking the kiss.Â
"Butâ" you begin, but he shakes his head.Â
"Tonight is to celebrate you. What you accomplished. I want you to have that, you deserve it. You've earned it."
He raises his hand to your cheek, brushing his knuckles over the heated skin. You smile.Â
"... Fine. We'll go."
"Good."Â
He separates from you, and the cool air isn't as soothing as you'd hoped. It's mostly lonely. He crosses the room to grab the keys, and shoots you a smirk over his shoulder as he goes.Â
"Because I deserve it too. I had to edit the damn thing, and I think you would actually perish if you had to come up with a synonym on your ownâlet alone place a comma properlyâ"
"Asshole!"Â
His laughter drowns out your stream of obscenities, and you depart for your book's debut.

Okay, since weâre all playing MHM rn for the #cluecrewplaythru, I thought I would translate some of ~very~ cursive letters for anyone who may find them hard to read
The brown journal in the attic:
we dined with the Maupassants in a strange quarter of Shanghai known as the Enchanted Dragon. Mme. [short for Madame, the French equivalent of Mrs.] Maupassant showed me the lovely muslin [this fabric was quite fashionable in the 1800s and I believe rather expensive] that she has purchased earlier that week and we exchanged pleasantries about out travels in the Orient.
As the meal progressed, an elderly man approached me selling a curious puzzle box shaped like a pyramid.
There appears to be no hinges or any semblance if its mechanics from the outside and yet the solution to open the box was very intricate and involved. The artwork was magnificent and I became enchanted not only with the contraption but with the artistic genius of the kindly old man. My mind ran wild with the possibility of creating a hotel where rooms are puzzles full of traps and tricks, just like this pyramid box.
In my broken Mandarin, I asked about the old manâs employment situation and pressed him to return with me to engineer my next hotel. He became embarrassed, and my dining companions protested my forthcoming attitude.
Even in the far East where their traditions are so different from ours, a woman is still confined to remain passive and meek, regardless of her passion or intellect.
E. Valdez letter in the writing desk:
The Golden Gardenia
December 8th, 1902
Mr. George Williston[?], General Manager
The Victorian Hotel
Powell [?] and Clay Street
San Francisco
Dear Sir,
This letter shall serve as an introduction for my faithful employee, Wing Tang, who has been employed in my service as head chef for over ten years. It is with ^much regret that I must discharge him, and were it not for the retirement if my hotel establishment, I would still retain his services.
Sincerely,
E. Valdez
Proprietor, The Golden Gardenia
The letter in the staircase:
Diego,
Iâve waited so long for your return but have kept our treasure true. Here us the tool youâll need to find it. May your rainbows never run out of luck.
The stars and moon will shine on you
As you begun your quest.
Move like a knight upon his horse
To quickly pass the test.
Take care to keep your path in check
Along the outside border,
So you may see the sun return
To claim its rightful order.
Roseâs letter to Hue:
Dear Hue,
Iâm doing great! How are you? Yes, the rumors are true: I bought myself a Victorian mansion! itâs funny you should mention Abby; sheâs actually the one who decided to go in on this venture with me. Weâre still in the process of restoring the place. Itâs a lot of fun, but also a lot of hard work. Weâre beginning to get a little worried that weâll fall behind schedule if weâre not careful. Thereâve been several accidents lately that have interferred with our work.
when you visit, you can stay in the Chinese room! Weâve just bought some new furniture for the room. Weâre just waiting for the wallpaper to dry before we move everything in. With all of the distractions and the schedule, by the time I finish writing this letter, Iâm sure we will have completed the renovations altogether! Iâll try to get it into the mail before [she did not finish the letter]
Letters in the safe:
My dearest Elizabeth,
I could never sully that sweet name by calling you Lizzie. You shall evermore be Elizabeth, my Elizabeth: the sweet, dear woman who has honored me with her enchanting presence and grace.
Tonight, I ride on yet another perilous trip, but always to return to your beloved smile.
Until then, please accept this bouquet of gardenias, your favorites.
~ El Diablo
My dearest Elizabeth,
Only one soul on this great Earth knows the two secrets that circle my heart: my love for you and my secret identity. Know that my intentions are the purest in all respects. I am a modest man, and all of the wealth that I have acquired by devious means are put to the best uses â all given them to the poor, the misfortunate and the defenseless.
And so I am - a poor, misfortunate and defenseless man in the presence of your beauty. You have stolen my heart, dear Elizabeth, and all I ask is your hand in marriage to be mine.
Forever, Diego

âIn the majority of immigrant families and for many working-class families of native-born Americans, the standard middle-class pattern, in which an entire family lived on the income of one man, was completely unachievable. The wages paid to a semi-skilled working man in 1909, for example--between $12 and $15 a week--were simply not enough to sustain a family. In large cities, rent often took between a quarter and a third of the family income and frequently did not include heat or fuel for the stove. Food, purchased daily to avoid spoilage, was relatively expensive. A chicken cost 25 cents, and potatoes were 2 cents a pound. Pennies for the newspaper, nickels for carfare, loaves of bread, and cups of coffee added up fast. Many families had bought their furniture on the installment plan, and many belonged to unions or mutual benefit societies. These payments and dues had to be met monthly.
Working class families adopted a variety of strategies to expand their incomes. In African-American families, where education was prized as a way out of poverty and second-class citizenship, children and teenagers remained in school while their mothers sought work as field hands, domestics, or laundresses. In Northern mill towns, where entire families worked at the textile mill, parents made childcare arrangements with neighbors and relatives for the youngest children so that mothers could work for a share of the family income.
âŠBy far the largest employment sector for young American women, both black and white, was domestic service. In 1900, one-third of all wage-earning women--nearly 2 million of them--worked either as servants in private homes or as waitresses in hotels and restaurants. The great majority of household servants in the North, Midwest, and West were white immigrant women or their daughters, though native-born white women continued to work as domestic servants in country towns and villages. In the south, white middle-class families almost exclusively employed black women as maids, nurses, cooks, and laundresses.
Because the weekly wages of domestic services were comparable to those of factory hands, and room and board were free, domestic service gave immigrant women a chance to save money. Among Irish servants it was common to send money back to relatives in Ireland or to pay shipâs passage for parents and siblings who wanted to immigrate to America. Women from other immigrant groups--Germans, Scandinavians, and Slaves, for example--went into domestic service because they spoke little or no English and were unqualified for many other jobs. For some new arrivals domestic service provided a chance to learn a little English and become familiar with American culture.
âŠThe advent of new machinery and new workforce efficiency techniques, called scientific management, contributed to the âdeskillingâ of labor, either by eliminating tasks formerly done by hand or by breaking the tasks down into ever-smaller segments. In many factories, for example, no worker completed a whole garment or shoe by himself, and no one needed more than a dayâs training to learn the simple, repetitive work. With all these changes in the technology and management of the factory, some men did lose jobs to less-skilled women, who would accept cruelly low wages in order to help their families survive. When working men blamed women for taking their jobs or depressing their wages, they failed to see that it was not the fault of women who needed to work, but the fault of an industrial system organized solely for profit.
Few industrial jobs held any possibility of advancement, and it was not until after World War I that women became job foremen or floor managers to any appreciable extent. Many jobs, like candy making and bookbinding, were subject to seasonal rushes and slack times; women garment makers often found they worked for a 14-hour stretch for three days and then had no work--and no pay--for the rest of the week. Work hours grew shorter, and by 1920, the 54-hour week had become the legal standard in New York and a number of other states.
âŠFor a few years in the 1880s, before it collapsed under its own size and increasing competition from the new American Federation of Labor (AFL), the Knights of Labor had successfully organized hundreds of thousands of skilled and unskilled workers, both men and women, black and white. The AFL, meanwhile, concentrated its energies on organizing unions for skilled male craftsmen. The AFL was not interested in industrial unionism--the organizing of masses of unskilled workers, such as miners or mill workers, by industry rather than by specialized craft. Many Americans, including the AFL leadership, felt that industrial unionism was under the control of revolutionary socialists. They were deeply suspicious of the socialist Industrial Workers of the World, or Wobblies, who were successfully organizing miners and mill workers in the opening years of the 20th century.
The AFL, unlike the Wobblies, ignored African Americans for many years. And, though it did charter a number of womenâs local unions between 1890 and 1920, it was heavily biased against women workers. The AFL leadership believed that women should be at home and not in the workplace, and feared that womenâs willingness to accept low wages constituted a threat to male jobs and wage levels. The AFL would be very slow to realize that encouraging divisions between men and women workers only retarded the progress of labor unionism as a whole, for women were in the workplace to stay.
..Before 1917, white-collar work was almost exclusively reserved for native-born white women. Immigrants, even second-generation daughters of immigrants who spoke with an accent or had noticeably âforeignâ or Jewish names, usually found it impossible to get sales or office jobs. Black women knew that discriminatory hiring practices in both the North and the South made it useless for them even to apply to white-collar office or clerical work in any but black-owned businesses. Increasingly, and mostly in the South, black women were hired to teach black children. By 1910, 22,547 of the nationâs 29,772 black teachers were female.
Similarly, black women entered nursing in growing numbers around 1900, after the founding of a number of black nursing schools in the 1890s. Black nurses worked in the black community and as private nurses; they were denied jobs in white hospitals and in the Army Nurse Corps and the Red Cross. Excluded from membership in the American Nurses Association, they formed their own group in 1908--the National Association of Colored Graduate Nurses.
White women who worked in offices occupied an increasing number of specialized positions as typists, stenographers, shipping and receiving clerks, bookkeepers, cashiers, accountants, or office-machine workers. Their jobs had come with the growth of business and industry and technological advances in business machinery. At the same time that the demand for office staff skyrocketed, the spread of public school education, especially high school training, meant that a growing supply of women was available for office work. By 1915, approximately 50 percent of all office workers, and nearly 85 percent of all typists and stenographers, were women.â

đ- Bedroom(s) đ- Closet đ- Bedding đ„- Nightstand đŠ- Desk
For Ed! This can be either for his place at the Office or outside of it.
@the-haunted-office
/* I'll do both his standard (Tron) Universe and at the Office, because why not? */
Tron Universe
đ: Rather plain, aside from the few hand made blankets. There's a collage of fujifilm photos that hasn't been added to in years on one wall, and a glow in the dark painting of the Aurora Borealis on another. The predominent color scheme is pale yellow/beige and navy blue The walls are almond colored, the furniture is all dark wood. It looks a bit like a hotel room, like nobody really lives there, not much in the way of personality, despite the fact that someone... does. Yet it's not necessarily the neatest since Ed usually only has the spoons to do a little bit of cleaning at a time, the bed goes unmade in the morning, that sort of thing. The bookshelf in his room is full of mystery novels and thrillers. There's also a shelf of CDs, most of which are the sound track of musicals, though there are also a number of audio books as well.
đ: Large walk in closet, pretty standard, lots of business casual, business formal wear. A lot of silk as well. Again, he tends to wear a lot of deep toned colors, though there are also some brighter colored shirts and pants in there as well. There's also a number of boxes in the back filled with random memorabilia he hasn't looked at in years. Stuff from his theatre days, a rapier and buckler, a couple costumes.
đ: The duvet on his bed is navy blue, and the pillows are pale yellow-beige. The granny square blanket at the foot of the bed is in pastel shades of cool tones. His sheets are a dusty lavender. The pillowcases and sheets are all silk. It is one of the only luxury items he has ever been willing to purchase. (The others are more silk. Pajamas, shirts, that sort of thing.) When he was in college, his bed was usually made with military standard neatness because a friend from his college days was a veteran and taught him how to do that, though he rarely has the spoons to bother now.
đ„: Relatively hotel-esque. There's a CD player alarm clock radio, plug in led candle, and a vase filled dried lavender. There's also a small bottle of lens cleaner and a microfiber cloth in a mint tin. The shelf underneath has several CD albums.
đŠ: ...So I guess technically you could say he's got three desks.
His desk at Encom tower is pretty standard in setup. Keyboard in the keyboard drawer, two monitors, wired trackball mouse connected to the large tower and printer under the desk. In the back by one of the monitors is a jar of licorice. When he's there, his planner is usually open on the desk with the day's agenda penciled in. When he's there, his planner is usually open on the desk with the day's agenda penned in. Under one of the monitors are several colored blocks of sticky notes, though one would not immediately notice them as most of the desk and the edges of both monitors are plastered with the notes. The large bottom drawer has a tea set, couple mugs, and assortment of loose teas, and usually fresh fruit and little mochi cakes to snack on. The drawer above it has an assortment of office supplies, pens, a stapler and box of extra staples, hole punch, pencils... all just tossed in there. On the other side, there's drawer filled with thumb drives labeled with various project names. The bottom drawer on the other side at first appears to be another junk drawer, with a couple manuals, a bunch of old computer parts, a stack of papers. In the very back is a locked box, labeled Zeus's Pithos--Do Not Open. Inside is... a stack of punch cards, and several thumb drives labeled '5th floor south storage closet virus', 'HR storage closet virus', and 'tenth floor employee lounge virus.' One thing to note about this desk, is that the drawers lock when the keyboard tray is pushed all the way in, and the tray can also be locked. Ed locks it every time he leaves the office.
The desk in his home office is a little less chaotic, mostly from disuse, just like his room. Again, he has two monitors an ergonomic keyboard, and trackball mouse, and tower The sticky notes are present here as well, though there are notably less of them. There is also a small server that sits on his desk. There's a vase of dried lavender in one corner of the desk. Atop the bookshelf next to the desk is a vase of dried hydrangeas. The bookshelf mostly contains manuals for different programs, and operating systems, as well as an entire shelf dedicated to cryptology and encryption methods. Notably, however, is that one of the shelves also contains a working replica of an enigma machine, and all four of Shakespeare's folios.
His third desk is technically the livingroom coffee table, which has a raiseable top that can turn it into a writing desk. There's a wireless mouse and keyboard in the little storage under the table top. there is an HDMI chord connected to the large flat screen TV, which Ed uses solely to connect his computer to and work on projects from the couch late at night or on days when he feels like working from home.
Putting the answers for the Office under the cut!
đ: Somehow even more devoid of character than in his original universe... at least to begin with. Slowly it gains a little personality. First with a couple hand made blankets and maybe pillows. Then... string lights, and curtains. I like to think he eventually finds another instant camera and takes pictures of the shenanigans he and Doom get up to, makes another photo board like old one he had, though this one is ever changing. I see his room becoming an odd mix of his and Doom's personalities as their relationship develops. He adds decorations that remind him of her.
đ: Basic office wear, mostly, though after he respawns, he makes it into sort of like a pillow fort vibe, with string lights, and lots of pillows and blankets.
đ: It starts out with whatever is standard-issue, but I imagine there's a night where Ed is exhausted, and the sheets just feel way to scratchy and he can't sleep, and he very awkwardly asks Doom for silk sheets, though he likely doesn't specify anything more about them.
đ„: About the same, though I imagine there's a framed picture of him and Doom doing something ridiculous together. I think he would like a color chanaging LED lamp, or a lava lamp.
đŠ: I'm not sure he has a desk, unless he ends up occupying the other one in the control room more often. Maybe it becomes his as he visits Cyrus more often? He probably only keeps a tea set and mochi in it.

An armchair that had once belonged to Soult, sold at an auction. From the catalogue:
The furniture originally comprised at least six armchairs, two bergĂšres, four chairs, a chest of drawers, a bed and a somno. This furniture was commissioned by Marshal Soult, probably around 1805. It is mentioned in 1810 in the bedroom of Monseigneur le Duc among the Marshal's papers, kept at the Archives Nationales, among various repair orders and invoices. [...]
Just to resume: Soult may have ordered that thing in 1805, before leaving for the Austrian campaign. He only returned home for a couple of days on his way from Berlin to Bayonne in late 1808. And in 1810, when he was fighting in Andalusia, the chair is alread listed as in need of repair. Okay, one thing is for sure: Monsieur le Maréchal had not broken it, he had barely had the time to sit down on it yet!
After living Quai Voltaire, the Marshal and his wife moved into the former HÎtel de Talleyrand-Périgord, 69 rue de l'Université, in 1803. This furniture was probably one of the very first orders placed for this new residence. During this period, the Soults frequently commissioned the cabinetmaker Cercous, who worked on rue du Faubourg Saint Antoine until 1826 [...], particularly for modifications to existing furniture and probably for certain purchases. All the furniture can still be found in the Chambre du Nonce [of the Pope] in 1852. The hotel was at this time divided into five furnished rented flats.

The Hidden Costs of Moving: What to Watch Out For
Moving to a new home can be an exciting adventure, but it often comes with hidden costs that can catch you off guard. Understanding these potential expenses and planning for them can help you manage your moving budget more effectively. Hereâs a guide to the hidden costs of moving and how to keep them under control.
1. Packing Supplies
While many people think of packing as a straightforward task, the costs of packing supplies can add up quickly. Boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, and other materials are essential for protecting your belongings during transit. If youâre moving a large household, these costs can be significant. To save money, consider sourcing used boxes from local businesses or friends, and opt for reusable packing materials.
2. Professional Packing Services
If you decide to hire professional packers, this service can add a considerable amount to your moving budget. Packing services often include a range of tasks, from carefully wrapping fragile items to disassembling furniture. Be sure to get a detailed quote and understand whatâs included in the service to avoid unexpected charges. For a reliable and comprehensive packing service, consider referral moving companies like Assureshift, MoveMyGhar, which can help you manage these costs effectively.
3. Moving Insurance
While most moving companies offer basic coverage for your belongings, itâs often limited. If you have valuable or sentimental items, you may need to purchase additional moving insurance to ensure they are fully protected. This extra layer of coverage can prevent you from facing significant out-of-pocket expenses in case of damage or loss.
4. Temporary Housing Costs
In some cases, you might need to stay in temporary housing if thereâs a gap between your move-out and move-in dates. These costs can include renting a short-term apartment or staying in a hotel, which can add to your moving expenses. Plan ahead to avoid these costs or find ways to minimize them.
6. Unforeseen Costs
During a relocation, unforeseen expenses may occur, including sudden changes of plans, unexpected delays, or additional charges for weighty or oversized items. It is advisable to establish an emergency fund to mitigate financial tension and address these unexpected expenses.
7. Storage Costs
If you need to store your belongings temporarily before your new home is ready, storage fees can add up. Storage costs vary depending on the size of the unit and the length of time you need it. Plan for these costs in advance and look for cost-effective storage solutions.
8. Professional Moving Services
While hiring a moving company can streamline the process, the cost can vary widely depending on the company and the services provided. Companies like MoveMyGhar offer comprehensive moving solutions that can help manage and minimize these hidden costs. Be sure to get multiple quotes and understand whatâs included to make an informed decision.
Conclusion
By being aware of these hidden costs and planning accordingly, you can better manage your moving budget and avoid any financial surprises. Moving can be a complex process, but with careful preparation and a clear understanding of potential expenses, you can make your transition to a new home smoother and more cost-effective.

hi!!! howâs life? hope youâre doing good :)
talk shop tuesday: i donât really have a question but i just wanted to share some of my headcannons lol feel free to agree or disagree and chime in w your own or add on to mine!!
- george is really into his skincare routine and does it every night like clockwork and matty started noticing and felt left out bc he didnât have one so he bought some products on his own along with those trendy scrunchy headbands that have those bows or animals on them and starting doing his own routine next to george each night and now they do it together and wear their little headbands
- matty is obsessed with scrolling on tik tok shop/ temu/ online stores that are similar to those and making a giant cart but never buys any of it (george teases him about it but will never admit heâs bought something off tik tok shop once but it sucked)
- matty bought an avocado just to be able to grow an avocado plant from the pit. he doesnât even like avocados but saw a video about how to grow an avocado tree from a pit. matty forgets the plant exist after a couple weeks, george still takes care of it
Hello!
Things are going well for me--today was my last day of work and I'm moving into my new apartment tomorrow. I also got to work on The Big Light, pt. 3 some today at work. It's no where near done, but the plot is there and I should have way more time to write very soon. I hope you're doing well, too!! =)
Know that almost any version of fictional!George I write has an amazing skin care routine and he's religious about it. Fictional!Matty is a little bit too chaotic to decide he's going to have a skin care routine on his own, but if fictional!George had one, he could stick to it most of the time. Fictional!Matty would absolutely buy the scrunchy headbands with little animals on them, but he has to buy plain ones for when they're touring because he leaves one in a hotel room and is sad about it for days.
Yes. Absolutely. Filling online shopping carts is so much fun and it's a good secondary thing to do that doesn't take up too much attention. I've filled many Amazon carts in class and fictional!Matty would absolutely sit in meetings or whatever and have online stores open to browse so he doesn't get super bored and distracted. Fictional!George both teases him and gives him suggestions of things to browse when they need to make household purchases like furniture or redo the kitchen or something.
Fictional!Matty is right, avocado is not good, but he would think it's a good idea to try and grow one from the pit. He tries to get into gardening over lockdown and he would be super careful about it for however long it takes to sprout, then he kind of forgets about it, but fictional!George knows he'll be sad if it dies to he takes care of it. He also does not like avocado.
