Hey? As a person with massive amounts of trauma and mental disorders that make me have panic attacks if people think im too weird: be yourself. Be weird. Be "cringe".

Like you cannot live your life based on what your disorders want you to do. YES it's hard YES it's uncomfortable YES it's terrifying. But do it. Do it scared. Do it terrified. Cry afterwards. Then pick yourself up and do it again.

We have to grow, and we're only growing by stepping into uncharted territory and doing what we want, even if others find it weird.

Don't let your disorders tell you that you can't. It won't be easy. And it'll take years to get there. But do it.

Hi, I'm 'Z', the Core Host - I have SEVERAL names that I use but just use 'Z' for now. As far as we're aware I am 100% as much of the original personality as I can be and I am a Multi-Introject due to fusions. I age slide between 7-21 and pet + age regress/dream (primarily) involuntarily. I change mental forms a lot but tend to have a default I can turn back to lol

Nowadays I am more of a Co-Host who just yaps to others when I can but I have been trying to step back from fronting so much/etc due to constant life stressors, flashbacks, and so forth. I'm a little ray of sunshine/lhj

A new label! Dragonqueer/dragonpunk (either name works, same thing!) is a queer stance about not being afraid to show how prideful you are about yourself, not being afraid to show yourself, or at least have a desire to want to express how you TRULY are and give the bird to the societal norm standards and those that hate you, existing to spite them; dragonqueer/dragonpunk beings can still live in caves (be closeted) too, however.
